Clean McDonalds. Food came quickly and was OK

We were in the area on holiday and visited this McDonald's branch for the first time. We had just made it to breakfast and enjoyed an EggMcMuffin, a Franzbrötchen and a mega-sized cappuccino. Everything excellent! Afterwards we redeemed an APP coupon and treated ourselves to two Filet-o-Fish. And I can say that these were by far the best meals my wife and I have ever eaten at McDonald's! Lots of tartar sauce on it, but above all a CRISPY, but not dark brown, baked fish fillet. Just P-E-R-F-E-K-T!!!

To take away you could have used a sensible bag instead of stuffing everything into the smallest size...

It's become a bit too expensive for a big bacon that costs over 8 euros. And not even as a menu.

It's McD and my first review of it. Initially put off by the rating, we were pleasantly surprised. Modern ambience, flowers on the table - of course artificial ones but the overall impression was harmonious. There was a lot going on and we didn't wait long; food was brought to the table. The toilets were fine in the evening.

Rarely have I met such friendly employees at McDonald's.

I only know the Mc Drive Staff very friendly

Were here on a beautiful summer day around 7 p.m., meaning it was very busy because of Hansa Park and the beach. Although the employees had to work piecework and some guests had no understanding because of the waiting time, the employees were always friendly and smiling. The order went smoothly, everything was done correctly and there was no problem when my daughter wanted to swap her Happy Meal toy. Everything was still very clean and tidy. We will definitely come back again.

Sticky tables, the sockets for charging smartphones, for example, didn't work. BUT, the friendliness and attentiveness of the employees stands out, respect, a functioning team with good leadership.

The food was brought to the table quickly and it was really tasty! The ice cream was also great. I will gladly come again.

Sometimes you have to wait a little longer. However, the food is still really hot every time.

Ordering is not possible at the counter, only at the terminal. This is anything but customer friendly!!!

By far the dirtiest McDonald's I've ever seen... you have to be afraid of catching something bad in the toilets and you'll stick to the tables if you lean on them...

Normal smaller Mc without a café. Food was warm...

Hello, We ordered 3 Mc Flurry and a frappe, the result leaves some flaws. The Mc Flurries all had three Oreos, two of them normal, one with the measly remnants of the packaging. The frappe was made with ice cubes instead of crushed ice. Hardly drinkable. We have eaten there several times, but this time we were really disappointed.

Unfortunately, the products have not justified the completely exorbitant prices for many years, but yesterday was really cheeky. The simple hamburger only had everything on it that was supposed to be on it, the rest was a disaster. Ingredients were either too few or left out entirely, but the Double Big Mac took the cake. It may be that it was meant nicely, instead of four meat parties, to pack six parties in between. Unfortunately, apart from three cucumber slices, all the ingredients that were missing from the rest of the order were missing. I would have put that down to a bad Monday, but putting the burgers like books in the bag with the cardboard opening facing down so that everything ends up in the bag when you take it out was a cheek. We got four burgers + curly nasty for around €34, but for that money we'll be going to Greek restaurants etc. for a very long time now.

Visiting this McDonald's was a bitter disappointment. The staff at the checkout greeted me with extreme unfriendliness and complete helplessness. My questions were met with annoyed looks and my request seemed annoying. As a paying customer, I expect at least a minimum level of politeness and service. This experience was less than satisfactory and will deter me from future visits.

Short visit to Mc D. in the drive in. Apparently there was a lot to do at the moment, so I would like to highlight the particularly nice service person Sam. He was really friendly and accommodating, even when it came to choosing the animals for the junior bag. I asked the colleague at the serving window for his name and hope Sam was correct. Keep it up👍🙂

Unfortunately, you can only order from the machine in this branch. Employees do not accept personal orders. You will be directed to the machines. In other branches such as Eckernförde you can also order directly from the staff.

unpleasant, we were there on Saturday evening. There were flies all over the restaurant. The flies even disturbed us when we were eating. Toilets had no soap and paper dispensers were empty. We won't visit again. I thought the McDonald's in Oldenburg was bad, but this experience surpasses everything.

Absolutely NOT recommended!! Customers can ONLY order from the machine. The service staff is nice, but doesn't take orders and kindly points out the franchisee's policy. This is the height of “I just want your money” politics. Unfortunately the store still gets one star, no stars at all would be appropriate for this audacity. Hope you avoid the store until the ordering policy is changed.

Order to go today for €30 and then noticed at home that a burger (for €5.49) was missing. Unfortunately we had already thrown away the bill. Super annoying!!

We wanted to order using the app, but it didn't work. Then I went in. Without me having to speak to an employee, an employee came to me. We then went to the terminal and entered everything together. This meant I was still able to redeem my voucher. Thanks

Food was ok except for the fries. They were cold and muddy. Ambience: everything full of flies. Eating was torture.

I'll be avoiding it soon, got a burger to take away yesterday (1,000 points redeemed). When I got home and wanted to eat it in peace, I realized that the meat was missing... if the tomato, cucumber or cheese was forgotten...okay, but the meat??

I ordered an MC menu + Coca-Cola glass here today on May 14th, 2023. The glass was there in the order terminal, but was not given. I only noticed it in the car because it was already in the bag. As for the food, the fries were once again only lukewarm. I can't say anything about the ambience since I always eat out.

Everything was as it should be, quickly and efficiently

I was kicked out of McDonald's and was supposed to go out through the kitchen because the front door was already locked. I slipped in the kitchen and was then left in the parking lot with the cardboard 20s chicken nuggets box and they turned off the lights. Next time I'll avoid this store. Then I'll go to Subway

And again incompetent employees who leave you standing at the non-functional checkout for 5 minutes and then don't put 2 ordered and of course paid for items in the bag. If at all, I will only eat on site so that a complaint can be made immediately.

I am thrilled with this McDonalds branch. The service is quick and it is much cleaner than some other restaurants in this chain. That's why I'd rather drive a few kilometers further to stop here.

Heute für 5 Personen gekauft,viel Geld da gelassen- wie immer fehlen die 2 Apfeltaschen,obwohl wir noch geguckt haben.Es ist zum kotzen- immer fehlt irgendwas

Das Essen dort ist soweit ok....aber das Personal ist überfordert und sowas von unfreundlich!!! Am manuellen Bestell-Schalter wird man abgewiesen und man ist gezungen über diese unpersönliche Computeranlage zu bestellen. Dann bitte entfernt auch das Schild, das am Schalter bestellt werden kann!!!

Na wie halt McDonalds ist, ungesundes essen. Kann man mal essen! Leider stimmt allgemein das Verhältnis zur Ware nicht mehr. Wenn man ein großes Menü mehr als 10€ zahlen muss. Bei 4 Personen sollte man schon überlegen, ob man hin geht. Und jetzt kommen auf das Essen 12% oben drauf !!!

Normaler McDonald's, sieht wie überall aus und ist wie überall. Nichts besonderes ist zu berichten. Im Sommer der nächste am Hansapark gelegen oder wenn man in der Timmendorfer Bucht an der Ostsee ist.

Frische Blumen auf den Tischen, das war schön.

Immer wieder Probleme im Drive in. Oftmals Bestellung falsch aufgenommen. Heut war wieder so ein Tag. Zum Glück schaue ich immer in die Tüte, ob denn alles da ist was ich bestellt habe, bevor ich los fahre. Bestellung heute: 1 Mc Rib ohne Gurke, einzeln und 2x Mcwrap Chicken Caesar . Wie zu erwarten war, fehlte ein Wrap. Zum Glück noch bemerkt. Beim Essen festgestellt, dass Hartkäse auf den Wraps ist, der gehört da aber nicht drauf. Der Mc Rib war wie bestellt ohne Gurke und zu wenig Soße also trocken und kalt weil ich ja auf den zweiten Mcwrap warten musste. Leider muss ich diese Erfahrungen immer wieder machen. Ärgerlich das es in und um Neustadt keine Alternative wie Burger King oder so gibt. Somit kann mc Donalds Neustadt immer weiter so machen. Ärgerlich.

Wirklich immer schön heiß,,, nicht lau

Ein wirklich sehr sauberer McDonald's. Die Bestellung wurde zeitnah von sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern an den Tisch gebracht. Die Bestellung über den Terminal im Eingangsbereich verlief problemlos. Die Toiletten waren in einem akkuraten Zustand, das ist ja leider nicht in immer und in jeder Filiale Standard.

Essen ist für Mc Donalds Verhältnisse OK (könnte wärmer sein). War um die Mittagszeit da und wurde schnell bedient. Restaurant war sauber.

Sehr schöner, scheinbar relativ neuer McDonalds. Sehr schön gestaltet. Nette Mitarbeiter. Essen war sehr schnell am Tisch. Parkplätze vor der Tür reichlich vorhanden. Sogar 2 E-Ladesäulen. Gerne wieder wenn wir im Urlaub sind.

Personal: SCHLECHT, unfreundlich und nicht in der Lage sich mit dem GAST auseinanderzusetzen und eine Lösung zu finden! SEHR PEINLICH Essen: mittelmäßig Restaurant ( eher Imbissbude): Tische wurden laaange nicht abgewischt! Der Fußboden ist auch dreckig! Kurz und knapp! Ein weiteren besuch wird es nicht geben! Man sollte nicht jeden einstellen!

Die Servicewagen waren hoffnungslos überfüllt und es fehlten mehrere Artikel bei der Bestellung! Als ich mit dem Bon die Artikel nachgeholt habe war das Personal völlig genervt

Essen kam schnell und war heiß. Alle Tische waren leider dreckig. Aber sonst ok...

Essen wie gewohnt von MC Donalds, leider kommt es gelegentlich vor das etwas fehlt, daher lieber beim Drive kontrollieren ob alles drin ist. Leider ist der Boden wie bei fast allen Filialen eher durchschnittlich, liegt aber eher an den Kunden die sich wie **** auf Eimer benehmen.

Ich habe von einem Kumpel erfahren das dort in der Küche immer die Eismaschine kaputt sein soll. Spaß ich wusste es schon vorher, jetzt hab ich hunger auf Eis schade, wenn ich mir eins Kaufe dann 5 Sterne!

Wir haben zum ersten Mal online unser MC Angebot bestellt. Es war super schnell. Gerade eingegeben,ran an Drive schon fertig. Und wie immer lecker 😋.

Wir hatten eigentlich eine super Aufenthalt . Eine Sache muss ich jedoch kritisieren . Wir hatten eine Caprisonne, bei der der Strohhalm defekt war . Ich hab die Mitarbeiterin um einen Becher gebeten um die Caprisonne umzufüllen , diese wollte sie in den Müll schmeissen und mir eine neue geben. Ich habe sie gebeten mir einen Becher zu geben und sie weiter zuverwenden, aber ich konnte gar nicht so schnell gucken wie sie im Mülleimer lag . Das ist einfach super unnötig!!!!!!

Katastrophe alles dreckig und schmierig alls ob da heute kein Tisch gewischt wurde alle Leergutregale zur rückgebe voll vor der Tür Mülleimer voll der Müll liegt vor der Tür rum.Servicestation keine Servirten .Die Burger zusammengeklatscht Sauce Zwiebeln und Salat alles auf einer Seite.Fast ein Fall für das Verbraucherschutzamt wenn es in der Küche auch so mit der Hygiene ist .So einen MC Donalds hab ich noch nie gesehen.
