Very clean, good service at the table. Unfortunately, the medium fries in the menu cannot be exchanged for a salad...

Half an hour before the official opening time is simply closed, that's not possible, absolute disgrace.

I'm disappointed with the new MCDONALD, the floor is dirty, it's way too loud and the tables are dirty as are the seats. The renovation was unnecessary because the room became much smaller and I sometimes had to eat standing up.

Nicely done after the renovation, comfortable. Staff nice too. I'm constantly annoyed by what's missing on my tablet.

Got nuggets 1x instead of plant based nuggets, stood at the second counter once and then couldn't get to it. A real K-shop

The McDonald's was recently completely renovated and refurnished. Everything looks very stylish and high quality and the food is, as always, super fresh.

Very nice conversion. Now with double drive in. There are still mistakes when it comes to eating. It's also becoming more and more expensive. Otherwise everything as you would expect from McDonald's.

After the renovation, things look much better here and the atmosphere is much more pleasant. At the end of the day it's a McDonald's and everyone knows that it's not a luxury restaurant 😁

After the renovation, we drove into McDonald's again. New appearance and beautiful interior. Unfortunately quality is subpar. Ice cold burgers and fries at ToGo. It's sad when the cola and the burger have the same temperature and then everything is carelessly packed into the packaging.

Never thought I'd be reviewing McDonald's. Me and my girlfriend grabbed a coffee and cocoa at McCafe. The store was recently remodeled and looks very elegant. What we didn't know was that we were served by the manager of the branch. All the employees are super nice and you notice a nice dynamic between your colleagues. Even the boss lends a hand. I would love to have a coffee here again!

The workers are fraudsters. I ordered a large shake but the amount for a small shake was poured in.

Waiting 20 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers and a cappuccino is very customer friendly, everyone is a bit overwhelmed

Too underground branch. This has nothing to do with fast food. The people behind the counter do 80% of their work and stand on their feet just as much as the people in the serving area who are waiting for their food.

Very nice, smaller McDonald's that I almost regularly go to after work or during lunchbreak. I usually use drive-through version and although one or two of my orders got messed up (staff forgot an item I ordered) I can't complain about anything big. The inside restaurant is very clean and tidy.

Ordered several times from McDrive. Usually in advance via the app. Unfortunately, the branch never manages to pack a complete order. The highlight was a subsequent complaint phone call when we discovered at home that the kids' toys and drinks were missing from their HappyMeal. I explained the problem constructively to the lady on the phone. The lady probably didn't feel like it and just hung up. A new call attempt was not even answered. Unfortunately I can't rate anything positive here.

I ordered on Lieferando because it said a delivery time of 20 - 35 minutes, after 1 hour without food and without notification we called (large order) and the lady on the phone said that the order was being prepared NOW and only then could it be delivered . When we talked about the delivery time, she got angry and said we should pick up the food ourselves. We denied this because delivery fees had also been paid. There is no compensation or apology. It's really a shame and cheeky because my location is only 10 minutes away by car.

Two stars 1 for the fruit nonsense and 1 for the orange juice in the kids menu. Fries not salted for whatever reason, nuggets were lukewarm and tasted like they were 2 days old. My citizen was in pieces in the box and was only lukewarm. Many tables here are not clean. Not again

Food was okay. However, the hygiene is subpar. Smeared tables, sticky floor, all(!) benches crumbled and dusty. I really lost my appetite at times because who knows what it will look like in the kitchen. Dear employees, just clean smartly!!

I give you the highest score just for being attentive and friendly. Always very accommodating, friendly...more than you can say about other restaurateurs.

Most disgusting experience at McDonald's I've ever had. There were leftover food and spilled drinks everywhere... On the chairs, on the tables and on the floor. Extremely unhygienic... you just don't want to touch anything there. And since everything at McDonald's is prepared with bare hands and without gloves...goodnight! That was probably it for a long time!

Were there on August 25th, 2024 at around 9 p.m., there was all hell going on at the machine in the restaurant, only 3 out of 4 worked, as is often the case. After waiting 10 minutes for an employee to come to the checkout so you can pay, after several employees just looked at you and then turned around to talk to the colleague. After the food came after another 20 minutes, it turned out that 2 burgers were forgotten as well as the fries. Sad because it wasn't the first thing that was forgotten!

I was so disappointed with the service. I had queue number 142 and had paid at the checkout. You could see I was on crutches. I sat down to wait for my finished order. It was called 2 minutes later. Presumably not to worsen the statistics. However, it was only then that I started placing my order and, at the same time, chatting among colleagues. I was angry but was ignored. I even had to ask for a bag to have this with them Crutches went. Dear McDonald's team, that was a super negative customer service and negative customer experience. I hope this comes up in the team.

Probably an Irish/Scottish hamburger restaurant. Primarily self-service at the counter. There are also TVs on which younger guests can type away!! Yes, with your fingers on the screen!! This saves water because there is no need to rinse. Cutlery is at least a foreign language here, at least when we asked for something similar to a fork made of wood?! Is this event for sure gastronomy nonsense...

Perhaps the ordering terminals should be waiting there...apart from that, unfriendly staff So a few kilometers further and then things will get better!

I ordered via the mobile phone app shortly after 11 p.m. on July 31, 2024 and drove to McDrive in Nellingen. First surprise: Only cash payment possible, card is not accepted. Second surprise: Points were not recorded for orders over €15.16 and the current 100 extra points when the amount reaches €15. It wouldn't be so bad if it weren't for the... Third surprise: The receipt is completely missing, as is the standard email about the order. This makes subsequent recording extremely difficult. I know the dates and times, payment amount, restaurant number, order number from the app, but not the order number from the receipt. Very annoying. I'm trying it now anyway.

Very dirty , The children's play area was very sticky... the seating areas still had old crumbs. Corners and edges can handle extremes...McDonalds definitely needs to do something

I was in the restaurant today, July 23rd, 2024 at around 7:40 p.m. and wanted to order. 2 of 4 terminals were defective. Then wanted to order at the checkout. Although other employees called the cash register twice, NOTHING happened. After 6 minutes I left. This is not the first time in recent times that as soon as there is a little more going on, all employees (and management) are overloaded. If there was another McDonalds on the Esslingen-Neuhausen route, it would never see me again.

Worst boss you can imagine. Completely overwhelmed, no respect, total chaos. Food comes smeared with sauce on the bread. Something is often forgotten, always check your food. Allow at least half an hour for the empty Mc Drive. Pure disaster. As if that wasn't enough, the mc Drive is assigned its own rules. You were on your moped for 10 minutes until you got your turn, but then you were told that only cars were served????? Never experienced anything like this. A shame

The food was completely cold, the salad in the Big Mac was old and brown, and I waited an hour and a half for the food even though McDonald's is only ten minutes away from me. The delivery person was very unfriendly.

Ordered food at the drive-in (Sunday, around 5 p.m.), the employees were easy to understand through the intercom, it was very quick, despite a larger order, the food was warm and fresh. Great 👍🏻

Fast food is not as slowed down in any McDonald's as in Nellingen. You stand in the drive-thru for ages just to get cold food.

It is more important for the staff to greet friends/acquaintances than to serve customers. The toilets are a complete disaster everywhere there is toilet paper on the floor and the floor is sticking because there are people who are of the opinion that they should pee next to the toilet and urinal!!! If you order online, the drivers are too stupid to deliver it. The driver drove past the house twice. I will avoid the store in the future!!! 🤮

If I could, I would give the restaurant minus points. The toilet was just gross. The meal went like this. McDonald's just.🤮

After a chewing gum burger then the shock on the toilet. I have never encountered such an extreme smell of urine, even in the most remote Asian areas. Really underground. Shame on you

In addition to my original review (below): no parking spaces or toilets for the disabled!!!! Here the Mcflurry is not really stirred in the drive. The toppings are carelessly put on the ice cream

The woman at the front of the counter was extremely unfriendly. We ordered at 7:30 a.m. and at 7:55 a.m. I thought I'd ask how long 3 McMuffins would take since we planned to leave at 8 a.m. I was then yelled at that she was alone up front, etc., which is absolutely not my problem. A man was parked in the drive-in and after waiting 15 minutes he backed out. Three other guests inside were talking loudly to each other about how it's not possible to wait here for that long. After we had the food at some point, we realized that we had gotten the wrong one because the lady was overwhelmed to serve the right food to the right people. Then we just ate it without saying anything else, otherwise we would have waited another 30 minutes. With a lot of patience, no problem, the food tastes like any McDonald's.

Hair in the Cola staff unfriendly and the burgers were disgusting

I ordered an MC Flurry with the vegan (chocolate) ice cream flavor at the checkout. I received an MC (frozen yogurt). I told the lady at the counter that I wanted my money back because I had specifically asked at the checkout whether the vegan ice cream variety was actually available. The lady didn't give me my money back. After a few minutes of discussion it was said that the vegan chocolate ice cream flavors would be available again in 1 hour. Suddenly after 1 minute I suddenly received my vegan MC Flurry ice cream (but the cup with the toppings was only half full. When I asked the same lady again that the contents were too little, she rejected me ignored, and they didn't care at all. The employees were incompetent and had an excellent ability to rip off customers. Furthermore, the store was very unhygienic, there was leftover food everywhere (especially the floor was terrible). If you're looking for a gastrointestinal infection, I won't be entering this store again.

Hire employees who are not able to take orders and if they do, then something is missing when it comes to the delivery!!!

Very small parking lot, food okay BUT the toilet at train station level, no soap, no towels and a very strong smell. Never been to such a bad McDonald's toilet. Absolutely disappointing.

I was there for a coffee and a cake, along with one other person. If you stand at the McCafé stand, you can wait for the worst day and have to talk to someone to get what you want. The employee also couldn't handle the cash register and took a long time to type out two coffee and cake menus.

So far the burgers have been great, but today at 1 p.m. we stood in line at the drive for 20 minutes and then waited another 20 minutes for the food. The cheeseburger (see photo) was cold and hard, there were charcoal particles in it that were trickling out. The Double Royal TS were fresh, but the package was so greasy even on the outside and the burger was oozing out of it, ...I wanted it don't eat at all. The McCrispy were cold. Today underground! Otherwise the waiting time is really long. You always have to pull over to the right. Even if there isn't much going on.

I have the feeling that they deliberately set the air conditioning to very cold so that people leave quickly. You can't sit here without a jacket! It's the end of February and it's colder here than outside! That doesn't work at all!

I had dinner here with Didico, my little brother. He wanted 20 nuggets and only got 18. Otherwise good, especially the white sauce. I saw a frog :(

Quality is like any other McDonalds... but really people... no matter when I eat here I need at least 20 minutes in McDrive! It's not an exaggeration, the whole parking lot is a line of cars because nothing works here! The whole thing has nothing to do with fast food anymore, so I cooked something myself quicker! So if you're in a hurry you should go to Burger King in Deizisau.

Langsamste System-Gastronomie die ich jemals gesehen habe. Egal ob viel oder wenig los ist, ihr wartet eine Ewigkeit. Plant Zeit ein oder fahrt lieber den Umweg zu einer anderen Filiale.

Größter Müllladen in der Umgebung nellingen, essen braucht zu lange. Mitarbeiter unfreundlich und die Hygiene widerwärtig.

Service ist echt so lala. Mitarbeiter sind mehr am miteinander quatschen wie alles andere....

Das Essen war echt gut und die Mitarbeiter immer sehr freundlich und schnell.

Immer 15 bis 30 Minuten Wartezeit obwohl Mitarbeiter rumstehen!!

Leider eine totale Enttäuschung beim Big Rösti - geschmacklich selten so schlecht bei McDonald‘s gegessen. Service auch nicht überzeugend, einzig die Reinigungskraft war sehr nett.

Punkt 1) Mitarbeiter sind Freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Punkt 2) das Essen an sich ist zwar gut geschmeckt aber das Fritierfett sollte eventuell mal öfter gewechselt werden.

Hähnchen schmeckt nach bodenlose toileten reinigung also sehr gut very good. Pommes schmecken nacht kraut salat und bürger schmeckt nach brot und fleisch. Mein freund wurde raus geschmießen weil er sein afrikanischen namen sagte sie sagten das er dreckig ist und deswegen ich wegen dem lakaka kopf rausgeschmießen wurde. Aber würde gerne wieder dahin kommen damit ich fetter als erik cartman eerde

Wir sind regelmäßig dort und lassen uns auch gerne was liefern. Leider fehlt immer wieder mal etwas von der Bestellung. Gestern die Soßen, ein anderes mal ein Burger, etc. Einmal wurde die komplette Bestellung verdaddelt... Ansonsten eben ein McDonalds ;-) Update: waren gerade im McDrive und natürlich die komplette Bestellung falsch. Leider erst Zuhause gemerkt und jetzt gibt es eben Nuggets ohne Ende anstatt Burger 🙈 Update 2: Der Restaurant-Manager hat gerade angerufen und sich entschuldigt 👍 Das nächste Essen geht auf 'Mecces Nacken'. Sehr gut!

In meinem Besuch bei McDonald's konnte ich eine äußerst positive Erfahrung machen. Die Toiletten waren überraschend gut riechend und sauber, was den Aufenthalt angenehm gestaltete. Das Personal an der Kasse war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Bestellung wurde zügig bearbeitet, und das Essen hat hervorragend geschmeckt. Insgesamt war mein Besuch durch die angenehme Atmosphäre und das schmackhafte Essen äußerst zufriedenstellend.

Ist halt MC Donalds was soll man da schreiben. Außer das die Nuggets OK sind. Wars des auch. Doch die Apfeltasche und McFlurry - Lion

Bestellungen werden nicht korrekt aufgenommen, lange Wartezeiten, in den man mehrmals seine Bestellung aufsagen muss, zu dem kalte Speisen.

Samstag völlig überlaufen, kaum Sitzplätze. Hektik im Küchenbereich und dennoch: kalte Hamburger, warme Pommes und abgestandene Cola. Getoppt wird das allerdings noch durch das Publikum. Spart den Besuch im Zoo oder bei Ikea.

Mitarbeiter können keine richtige Bestellung aufnehmen und brauchen 23 Minuten für eine Bestellung

McDonald's verdient meine höchste Anerkennung für exzellentes Essen und ein fantastisches Personal. Kürzlich habe ich meinen Geldbeutel mit wichtigen Unterlagen verloren. Das aufmerksame Personal hat den Verlust sofort bemerkt, den Geldbeutel gefunden und mir persönlich zurückgegeben. Die Ehrlichkeit und Effizienz des Teams haben mich beeindruckt und meine Wertschätzung für McDonald's als Unternehmen erheblich gesteigert. Vielen Dank an das großartige Team!
