I took a Maxsmart menu with sweet sauce. A great option for a small cost.

Like any other McDonald's restaurant, unfortunately there are often people hitting each other in the parking lot

Food like any other McDonald's. Just check your order when you get there! Even if you order 4 products, the employees are unable to give you the entire order!

Today there are no specialist staff who can help you if you have problems with the app. The employee's statement: "If it doesn't work, it just doesn't work." You can see that some employees simply don't have a knack for the customer. With staff like that you don't feel like eating there.

So when it comes to branches, a lot of branches nationwide can learn a thing or two! A German-speaking one at McDrive!!! I think it's unique nationwide! A very courteous, helpful young man (with a ponytail) I know that sounds a bit stupid :-) I had problems with the app and he was very friendly and explained everything to me. Unfortunately, you won't find such good service and friendliness anywhere else! I really criticize and complain a lot! But I was really pleasantly surprised here tonight! Top

Corpses of innocent animals are sold here. That really drags down the atmosphere 😥 The coffee, the fries and the service were still ok.

Everything is good in itself, despite all of this you have to keep checking the food to make sure everything is there because sometimes something is missing

Every time something is missing from your order... if you don't notice it straight away, it's too late.

This shop doesn't get anything on the chain anymore, something is always missing or it's not even the right order like today, for example, I ordered 20 spicy nuggets and got normal ones. I'm seriously wondering how you can be so stupid I don't recommend this juice shop!!!!!

Everything is too impersonal. Unfriendly and the worst. Everything is prepared without gloves.

We stopped there for breakfast while passing through. Since we wanted to move on quickly, breakfast was taken away. Unfortunately, the employees seemed to be completely overwhelmed at the time, but they didn't let themselves be disturbed and did everything slowly. For an order of three pieces, this order shouldn't take half an hour. We had to wait half an hour for the things - the number was no longer on the screen and by the time we got the food, breakfast was over and the other people could already order lunch. Another thing to note is that unfortunately the food wasn't even really warm anymore. If we are on the way to Dessau we will not stop again. Too much time wasted for nothing and there wasn't even an apology for the long wait and still annoyed faces.

Burgers look like someone drove over them. . . For the most part you can no longer understand the staff and some of them are very unfriendly

Were there today and ordered food. The service consisted only of foreigners and our 20 Mc Nuggets were forgotten!! It's not the first time. The strawberry milkshakes we ordered were also prepared incorrectly and we got vanilla. We'll never eat there again!

We were approached by an employee at 0:55 and insulted because we ordered something 10 minutes before closing time. In addition, you are not allowed to laugh and you will be attacked by the cleaning staff.

For the umpteenth time...if you have 2 Big Mac etc. ordered....check. Forgotten again... Unfortunately, you only notice it when you're far away.

Unfortunately you have to give one star. Went there on the way through to quickly grab something to go...unfortunately only half of our order was in the bag but the full price was deducted. Never there again!

Now it's just sad what's going on there. The child is either missing something to eat from their Happy Meal or their toys. Ordered food is mixed up or not even packed in. It's funny that it happens right at peak times, when there are 10 more people sitting in there. I avoid going back and picking up what I forgot. I can't allow myself to forget anything in my job. Unfortunately, zero stars are not possible. I'd rather take more kilometers to drive to another MC.

We had a very pleasant break here while passing through. Everything was perfect, clean restaurant, fast service and a friendly team - our food was even brought out even though I had chosen to pick it up. The man at the counter noticed that I had to take care of the dog. However, there was little going on at that moment, so there was enough time. I've just read some other reviews and these things may happen. My order was also on the board as ready for pickup within seconds, but there was immediately a friendly apology for the oversight and a request for patience. It then took less than 5 minutes until the order was ready. I had the impression that the rush here fluctuates very quickly, so I was standing alone at the ordering terminal (at lunchtime!), two minutes later I was surrounded by people, then it became quieter again. With such drastic ups and downs, even during typical peak times, it is logistically difficult to always deliver the same performance. Maybe the team isn't in tune yet, I don't know. In any case, the team was really friendly - compared to the usual level of McDonald's that I sometimes experience in North Rhine-Westphalia.

I haven't been to McDonald's in probably 15 years. And unfortunately, the fries are still scary. 😅🤦🏻‍♀️ But the service was friendly and things went quickly despite the restaurant being full.

As a Köthen resident, you of course know the local Mces. What can you say? Half of every second order is missing, sometimes the staff is completely overwhelmed, you sometimes wait 15 minutes. For your order and then you mention it all to the shift manager, you get a stupidly bold "But I don't think you've been waiting 15 minutes! ". Employees who randomly stand in the corner and just watch it all happen, employees who stand there like zombies and sling drinks out on the assembly line without even knowing who the drink is for. On the bright side, this store is perfect if you're looking for your daily dose of satire. The dreary interior and the unfriendly shift management are also impressive. The order can be conveniently placed using a touchpad - this also works until you want to pick up the order. But never make the mistake of actually wanting to take your stuff with you... then chaos breaks out among the workforce. All in all 4 stars - 1 star deducted because my last order was actually complete. You have to know.

A place where the manager denies that I've been waiting for longer than 15 minutes, the guy at the drinks bar throws one drink after the other and no longer knows where to put it, a guy who stands next to him and has been watching his colleagues for 15 minutes, completely overwhelmed prevails and orders are already ready for pickup even though they are far from being ready. I wanted to deduct a star at first, but for this satire that I was able to experience that day, I give it 5 out of 5 stars 🤣

I would love to give 0 stars and ask for my money back...opened the bag at home, just forgot to pack MC rib and MC chicken...I can't recommend the juice shop, the "professionals" who work there now seem to like to screw people over, not for the sake of it happened there for the first time...

We stopped here on the way back from our vacation on the North Sea. The first thing we wanted to do was go to the toilet. However, there is no suitable toilet here for people with disabilities. So we went back into the car without anything to eat or drink.

It took a long time but now I'm writing something. To put it simply: make sure everyone has everything there. Almost every time, either the sauces for the nuggets are missing, children's toys are forgotten, etc. The last few times I kept going back and had to explain everything until they got the replacement. In most cases, I don't see myself turning all the way around every time and ultimately eating it cold. It's now disgraceful how often something is missing. Example: 1 Happy Meal and 2 Mc Menus with nuggets from the voucher. We got ketchup 3 times as sauces. Neither the two 6 nuggets had the corresponding sauce and neither did the Curlys. I'd rather avoid going to the store altogether in the future instead of finding out every time I get home that something is missing. I don't even want to mention the delivery service via Lieferando.

I was passing through and was hungry. Except for the lack of napkins, everything was fine. In Köthen I didn't get enough napkins for three people and it took quite a long time, even though only one person went out in front of me with a small bag. A little speed would be nice.

Unfortunately, the taste of the citizens did not meet my expectations and they were no longer warm, even though I ate them on site. In my opinion, the service was not particularly friendly, which is probably due to the large rush.

You have to wait a long time for your food. There were dirty tables, a lot of customers, little service. Overall, there is a lot of space outside and plenty of space for children to play.

Unfortunately, today again proof of the slowest "fast food restaurant" in the world. 20 minutes waiting time in the almost empty restaurant with a small breakfast menu. The meal was complete today.

Employees are shouted at in front of the assembled team, terrible shift leader. The young lady had forgotten to hang fries or in her eyes she always just takes them. Unfortunately, that wasn't the first time there, and the tone wasn't nice. We waited 20 minutes for a happy meal and a menu. Dirty tables and floors, toilets looked the same. I was at McDonald's for 10 years and I can say there is another way. Curly fries and fries are often cold. The children's play table has been broken for ages.

If anyone has it...we're never there. Never had it in Köthen where our order was complete... Yesterday we even forgot the toy in the Happy Meal. What a disappointment. A place full of startled people... behind the counter... But the food is fresh and tasty when it's complete NOW there aren't even straws anymore.....not even made of paper....for our kids that was a ZERO NUMBER.... We'd rather go to Burger King now. Or would you rather have a real restaurant...because the prices for everything else are still cheap.

I ordered 5 cakes, waited half an hour each, they forgot to bring one, showed the check and waited another 15 minutes, the employees were not busy with anything until I came for the third time, they would not have given. It's not the first time, there weren't that many people who forgot half of my order!!!

Bestellsystem für ältere Menschen etwas kompliziert, Service ist okay.

Ich wollte dort nur etwas bestellen aber die unfreundliche Frau am Telefon hat mich gefragt ob ich das lustig finde und hat aufgelegt obwohl ich nur bestellen wollte

Wie in den letzten Monaten schon so oft, Hälfte wird einfach vergessen. So bereichert man sich natürlich noch mehr. Absoluter Dreck Schuppen!!!!

Kleinigkeiten vergessen, aber sonst gehts

Man fährt dort meist nur wegen der Kiddies hin . Es hat alles sehr nach gelassen . Sehr oft Kommunikationsschwierigkeiten dadurch sehr oft Fehler in der Bestellung.

Essen war top und unsere Menüs waren in 1min fertig. Leider war der Kaffee ungenießbar. Hatte einen Karamell Latte Macchiato bestellt, indem leider gar kein Karamell war und die Milch wurde weit über die 90 grad aufgeschäumt sodass er ungenießbar war.

Könnte um einiges besser sein, was das Ambiente angeht.

Es ist halt das klassische, aber auch zeitlose Ambiente im McDonalds Stil. Seit über einem Jahrzehnt war das Essen hier nie versalzen, geschmacklos oder aber kalt. Zuverlässige Bude seit eh und je. Hoffe es bleibt auch dabei und verschlechtert sich nicht, wie einige andere Filialen im weiteren Umkreis.

Zum wiederholten Male wurden falsche Saucen zu den Nuggets im Happy Meal ausgehändigt. Wir bemerkten den Fehler direkt auf dem Kassenbeleg, beim warten auf der rechten Seite des MC Drive- Schalters. In der von uns aufgegebenen Bestellung haben wir die Süß Sauer- Sauce bestellt. Auf dem Beleg stand allerdings Ketchup. Wir merkten den Fehler sofort bei der Aushändigung des Happy Meals an. Die Antwort der Mitarbeiterin war die Krönung, ich zitiere: „Tja, da kann ich auch nichts für, wurde so bestellt!“ Ganz sicher nicht! Daraufhin antwortete die sehr unhöfliche Dame, ich soll aussteigen und mir die Sauce selber holen! Fehler können passieren, jedoch finde ich die Art und Weise wie mit Beschwerden umgegangen wird nicht akzeptabel.

Wegen den Freundlichen Leuten / Mitarbeiter (unter anderem z.B. Simone) kommt man wirklich gerne hin. Freundliches Personal aber auch wenn das Essen nicht so der Bomber ist, kommt man trz gerne und bestellt wieder. 🫴😆

Kurze Wartezeiten. Freundliche Bedienung auch noch Mitternacht. Ich esse immer den Hamburger Royal TS und Pommes. Alles sauber auch die Toiletzen. Top Essen.

Also bei mir ist das Essen immer vollständig....ich schaue immer gleich nach und wenn mal was fehlt, einfach nochmal ranfahren und freundlich drauf aufmerksam machen und schon wird alles gelöst. Grad Frau Keller ist eine freundliche Mitarbeiterin und hilft sofort. Ich verstehe nicht, warum man immer eine schlechte Bewertung abgeben muss wenn einmal etwas schief läuft, wir sind alle Menschen und Fehler passieren nun mal.

Jeder der Kinder hat, kennt es... "Mal schnell zur goldenen Möwe" als Belohnung, oder Ablenkung, oder oder. Hat sich über die Jahre positiv entwickel. Drive in ist schnell und freundlich, drinnen moderne Technik, alles kundenfreundlich. Wir sind gern dort, teilweise kennt man die Mitarbeiter schon.

Ich mag MCDonalds, aber das Personal überfordert. Wenn man schon fremdsprachiges Personal einstellt sollten Sie auch deutsch sprechen und verstehen.

Fast Food eben war ganz in Ordnung könnte allerdings besser sein und die Preise sind mittlerweile sehr teuer

MC Donald's halt. Aber etwas pampige Bedienung .....Man hätte auch freundlicher darauf hinweisen können,das ich meine Bestellung am Terminal oder online machen Muss(!!!)?

Super aber so weit weg, man muss laufen, wenn man kein Auto oder keinen Fahrrad hat. Das Essen ist gleich Bundesweit.

Selbst die Kleinstadt Köthen hat ein amerikanisches Schnellrestaurant. Man findet es am östlichen Stadtrand, wenn man in Richtung Dessau fährt (Nähe Kaufland). Da es gerade Mittag war, gönnte ich mir dort eine Pause. Denn bei McDonald's kann man nichts falsch machen, die Gerichte schmecken überall gleich gut. Dank des Autoschalters, den es auch hier in Köthen gibt, brauchte ich nicht mal auszusteigen. Besonders genossen habe ich an diesem Tag das leckere Eis mit Schokosauce. Da kann keine herkömmliche Eisdiele mithalten - weder beim sahnigen Geschmack, noch beim unschlagbar günstigen Preis von nur 1 EUR. Der einzige Nachteil solcher Schnellrestaurants ist die laute und unpersönliche Atmosphäre. Aber wiesagt, wenn man an den Drive-In-Schalter fährt, bekommt man von tobenden Kindern eigentlich nicht viel mit.
