The worst McDonald's, spent €20 on what? Ordered a coffee, got black water. We ordered a caramel latte macchiato from the coffee bar in a glass, but we got it in a cup. It was nothing like the photo. I just wanted a portion of fries 🍟 to go. Over €4 for lukewarm fries is pretty cheeky... But 0.70 cents for a small packet of mayo isn't cheeky, it's highway robbery! McDonald's has lost my family and me as customers!

Today, I quickly grabbed a Happy Meal to go from this McDonald's in Korbach. Even though it was completely empty, I waited almost ten minutes. When I finally ate the food in the car, I realized that everything was cold. I've rarely had such bad fries. Cold, soft, and just plain bad. The Coke tasted like water with a splash of Coke in it. If I hadn't already been on my way, I would have complained on the spot. Unfortunately, it wasn't anything today. A real shame.

I go to McDonald's quite often and would eat there every day if everything wasn't ALWAYS cold, no matter what you order. I've never once gotten a decent wrap (it's always completely shredded), probably because the employees don't know how to roll it. Very, very annoying and, for me, the reason for this review. I wouldn't recommend it and will avoid it in the future.

Disaster. The little lady with long black hair couldn't read numbers, so we had to help her. As if that wasn't enough, we got two menus that we didn't order and that didn't even correspond to the amount we paid.

This applies solely to the store manager and his behavior towards employees. In front of the entire team, including customers, the employee at the checkout was scolded for having quickly prepared a McFlurry. Yes, perhaps this isn't the process as it should be. But the fact is, I find this behavior from the manager unacceptable and inappropriate! You simply don't do it, reprimanding someone like that in front of other employees and customers (who, incidentally, I've observed to be customer-friendly). No go! Maybe you should attend a management seminar. That's where you learn things like that.

We come here quite often for ice cream. Today again. We paid cash at the cash register. It's customary for the employee to prepare the ice cream right away. The friendly employee did just that. So far, so good. Then the boss came out of his office, saw what was going on, and yelled at his employee in front of everyone, telling him to just take the cash and not make ice cream. Just because two other people wanted to pay. That's no way to treat employees. Absolutely disgusting!

The service is very nice. The food comes quickly. And it's hot too. But the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. You could clean the benches. And at least someone could always go around and wipe the tables. At least that was how it used to be. The benches are sticky and already look dirty. Something should change here

At the Minecraft Film Menu Action, me and a friend didn't get any toys with the menu (not for the first time) which was sold out when we asked the cashier. The app also said that the action lasts another 2 days, so I wonder how the customers will react in the next few days if the toy is missing from every menu. Wouldn't it make more sense and be easier to remove the menu from the app? Now we paid €10 per menu and got a McSmart menu without a gift, which would have only cost half as much. As soon as you order for more than three people, the staff is overwhelmed. I had to ask twice about what was missing. An entire menu was missing, and fries were missing from all the other menus.

Total disaster. Hygiene is zero. An employee stands in the middle of the lobby with a blue garbage bag next to the tables occupied by guests and empties the trash trays into them. The staff here in Korbach has always been friendly, and you can really give it 5 stars for that. If you like McDonald's, the food is always absolutely according to the rules and cannot be faulted. I think McDonald's used to be proud of McDonald's and they highlighted Ronald McDonald, for example, who has disappeared into obscurity for certain reasons. But that's exactly what's missing somehow. The feeling you are not in any store but at "Mc Donalds". I find the new terminals to order quite practical, but of course I also know that the purpose is to boost consumption. Why not? It goes quickly and you eat an extra apple turnover. What the hell? Mc Drive is well signposted and easy to drive and if you eat on site, which I prefer, there is plenty of parking available.

On the drive I wanted to get some information about the cold drinks from the café, which the young man misunderstood and came to me with cola. When I was told that I wanted something cold from the café (something similar to a frappe), he became slightly annoyed (still didn't change anything, he didn't get anything), the discussion got so heated that he forced me out of his room He took out his headset and yelled at me to keep my mouth shut and get away (unfortunately he couldn't handle my criticism or the facts either). In the end he chased us out of the drive lane, cursing and waving his hands like a gorilla. I couldn't leave it like that and went in. Now there was this incompetent, unkempt 20-year-old employee, whose parents had completely failed in his upbringing, and he wanted to tell me that I spoke slurred (also a reason for me to yell at him)...slurred? When it comes to decency and appropriate articulation, a five-year-old could easily hold a candle to him. Personnel management is zero, complaints were not taken seriously by the shift leader, only by the manager, quality assurance is a foreign concept in every respect, right up to the staff.
