You can't even get the simplest order right...

Average, so okay. Busy on a Saturday afternoon.

A typical McDonald's. So far, it's always looked pretty clean compared to other branches of the chain, the food was hot, and it came quickly. Personally, I find it a bit chilly in the store, though.

I was very happy here because of the table service staff. Her name is Heckemeier. She is very polite, calm, and also smiley :) I have been to many McDonald's stores in Germany. I have to say she is the best service ever! My food was more delicious because of her.

€10 for a Big Mac and a medium coffee. You can't get any further from reality than that.

Today at approximately 1:44 PM, we stopped at the McDonald's truck stop while passing through. We ordered two 20-pack Chicken McNuggets. The first pack was perfectly fine—everything was fresh and tasted good. However, by the fourth nugget in the second pack, it was already clear that something was wrong—the taste was off, unpleasantly sour, and inedible. Shortly after eating them, I had to pull over on the shoulder of the highway and vomit several times. An absolutely disgusting and disappointing experience. I'm truly shocked that something like this could happen at a major franchise like McDonald's, where strict quality controls should be in place. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this location until they noticeably improve their hygiene and food safety.

I don't know what's happened at this McDonald's in the last year, but it's declined significantly in every area. The staff seem extremely stressed and quite unfriendly. The order display doesn't work properly; orders that appear ready for pickup aren't even being processed yet. Inquiries are only answered curtly, with the simple answer that one should wait for the call. During the long wait, I could clearly see how messy it is behind the counter and how long the burgers and drinks sometimes sit before they're ready to be handed out to the customer. One employee commendably took away garbage bags and squeezed through the kitchen area with them, which didn't look very appetizing. I took the food with me. By the time it got to the car, everything was only lukewarm to cold. I feel ripped off by the quantities. The large fries were only half full, as were the drinks. My chocolate shake was strawberry milk and completely flaky. The nuggets were hard and dry. Delicious is something else entirely.

Sorry, but this place is really the last of them. Hardly anyone speaks halfway decent German. Let alone can count. Putting mayo in the bag twice can't be that difficult. Unfortunately, it's missing every time, at least on six visits in half a year. Sometimes burgers are completely missing, or even without bread. I have no idea how they manage that. Waiting 25 minutes with four cars at the drive-thru is also awful.

Ordered a Cacao Grande with oat milk. We received half a cup of oat milk, which was lukewarm. He wasn't impressed, and the man wasn't even able to offer a spoon. Perhaps the counter staff should be properly trained, or if that's not possible, put them in the lobby and have them make gel.

Unfriendly staff. When you complained that the sauce was missing or the food was cold, you were treated rudely. And that was in the drive-thru... What a shame 😑👎🏼

Very unfriendly staff today at 7:40 a.m. The terminal had crashed. The staff (the lady and the man) were overwhelmed. They don't know the word "please" or "thank you." The two motorcyclists standing next to me just shook their heads. The lady serving was at times rude, "Is that it?" Urgent action is needed here.

I go there regularly. The quality of the food isn't worth the exorbitant prices these days, but it's convincing with its extreme sogginess, where even the crispiest chicken breading has the texture of chewing gum. On the other hand, it's certainly established itself over the years as an effective hangover cure, and enjoying these culinary masterpieces is therefore a bit of a Sunday afternoon treat. Even though McDonald's isn't traditionally known for placing much emphasis on the quality and appearance of its food, in my opinion, this branch is rather the worst among the branches in Hamm and the surrounding area. This opinion is also underscored by the expansive ambiance; anyone planning to eat at a table has to first clean up crumbs and leftover sauce from previous guests. So maybe just takeout? Yes, that would be an option, but please note that you should check the entire bag before leaving, because they often serve the wrong sauce, or simply don't have it at all. If you ask the next time you visit if you could get a little more mayonnaise, you'll be told that those 20 grams of white gold will cost another €0.50, as if you hadn't already sold your left kidney to buy a Big Mac. Before you can check your bag, however, you first have to get it; luckily, today that only took a leisurely 20 minutes (it was a chicken burger and a half-filled McFlurry). All in all, I'd advise against a visit unless, like me, you're already used to these burgers that look and taste like wet rags. But with fat. Lots of fat.

I would prefer not to give any stars at all, just because my hair is darker they give someone a mcrib even though the receipt says mcchicken!!

My second favorite McDonald's! Despite being busy, there's hardly any waiting time here – it's really well organized. The food has always been fresh and of good quality. The staff also makes a good impression: friendly and attentive. It's particularly noteworthy that this is a truck stop that seems to be packed every day – and yet everything runs smoothly. Overall, it's a branch I enjoy going to again and again.

I'm sorry I have to say something like this. The food is excellent, the same at every McDonald's, but the cleanliness... I went to the bathroom, but there was no toilet paper or soap. It's unheard of. I'm sorry to say this, but it's the only McDonald's I've ever seen that was this dirty, and the crowd was huge. We often go to Koblenz, and those are always crowded and very clean.

A typical restaurant in this chain, unfortunately, the staff speak little to no German, which of course severely limits communication. The food was okay, but the sauces weren't included in the order.

Ordered at the McDrive, and of course the most expensive burger was missing. I reordered, but the sauce and fried onions were barely missing. Horrible and overpriced.

So here's review number 2: Is it normal that there's only 3 cm of ice left in the McFlurry ice cream sundae? Or is that only happening in Lippetal again? Review number 1: I just picked up my food and saw at home that the €4 curly fries and all the dips are missing again. Do you make that extra charge? A woman before me also complained that something was missing. It's like that every time. Anyone who still gets food there should always unpack and check everything immediately at the counter.

The restaurant is clean, but the outside is less so. The staff is very friendly and the service is pleasant. The food is typical.

I've rarely been so impressed by the service staff. Very attentive and prompt, overall clean, and a truly pleasant stay.

Review for the drive-thru employee yesterday between 5 and 6 p.m. I would like to sincerely thank the employee who served at the drive-thru yesterday. I have rarely encountered such a motivated and friendly employee at McDonald's. It was a bit like a carnival atmosphere. Ordering at the drive-thru really put me in a good mood. His friendly demeanor and positive attitude immediately put a smile on my face. Moments like these are simply beautiful and do so many people good. That's why I give this dedicated and motivating employee a full 5 stars. It was truly entertaining. Just thank you. Little moments like these are simply precious. Many people could learn a thing or two from them! Thank you for the great service!

I haven't seen anything this bad in a long time! The store is cold, you freeze like hell, and it's so dirty. I definitely can't recommend it!

After my order was shown as ready for pickup for a while, I wanted to ask if it was actually ready and I hadn't heard the call. I didn't get a chance to say it, however, because the colleague with the accent immediately interrupted me and said, "We'll call you soon." After a few more minutes, the order was ready. The food was okay. The service was a disgrace.

I ordered takeout food for three people and unfortunately discovered that half of it was missing. It's best to check the food on the spot, because you should get what you pay for.

Waiting 25 minutes for a McFlurry 💪

I lost my wallet here yesterday. An employee found it and secured it with all its contents. I was able to pick it up today. Thank you so much, that's not something I take for granted and saved me a lot of running around.

The food was cold and the staff unfriendly, it couldn't get any worse 😕.

I'd gladly give it zero stars for the unfriendliness. I've never been so insulted (it's the tone that counts!) or treated with such annoyance anywhere! If I had been unfriendly, I would have understood.

I had to wait half an hour even though it wasn't busy. The wrap was only half full and barely felt. I can't recommend it.

The breakfast wrap was ice cold. The cheese wasn't melted like it appeared on the display; it looked like it had been taken out of the refrigerator unfinished. The bacon was lukewarm, as was the wrap itself. When I asked the staff about it, they didn't respond. Never, ever. Garbage.

At the drive-thru, you wait up to 30 minutes for your food, the products are sold out, and unfortunately, the employees don't understand the code from the app even after five attempts, even though you speak loudly and clearly. I will never stop here again. I'd rather not even visit.

The food was great. It arrived quickly and was hot. Even the ice machine was still working shortly after midnight, which is a big plus. The driveway is a disaster; whoever planned and built it should give it a miss. You can barely get in with a caravan, something that should be perfectly acceptable at a truck stop. Unfortunately, the tables were cleared but not wiped down. The biggest drawback for the ambiance, however, is that the restrooms were underground. Normally, outside of sanifair, McDonald's is always a good choice – but unfortunately, not in this case.

Everyone knows McDonald's, like everyone else, what it looks like. I went there when there weren't too many people, I stood at the cash register because I wanted at least one. coffee in my mug, but despite two staff members near the cash register, no one approached me, so I ordered everything at the self-service counter and, of course, I got my coffee in their mug. Typical meal sets. There is a gas station and a sex shop nearby, with very large parking lots around.

Under no circumstances should you go there for ice cream. The McSundae is only half full of the cardboard box. That's 2 euros expensive. And really carelessly thrown into the cardboard box. Even more rubbish, just a few years ago the ice cream was still available in an edible ice cream cone. Bad Donald's.

The manager was not very friendly and sadly they forgot my cheeseburger 😞 So check if the order is complete before leaving!

Pretty much the lamest McDonnalds I know. The staff is so extremely disorganized that you sometimes wait 20 minutes for a burger and a drink even though the shop is almost empty.

The incompetent and haphazard manager lied to me about chicken nuggets and said the products were real meat. I bought them and found out that they were peas and wheat shit. Imagine if I had an allergy to one of these products

Overfilled clearing carts. Ordered as table service, including two "M". After 15 minutes there was still nothing. Found out that the food has been served for 10 minutes and the citizens are already cold.

Make sure to check if you got what you paid for.

No matter where we wanted to sit down, the tables were dirty and had to be cleaned. There was no stress for the employees and the store was moderately busy. When we asked if the kids could choose the gift for the Happy Meal, some people in the terminal weren't friendly either. Our order was fixed, but we had a hair in the chicken nugget, which we complained about immediately and received a new one. The rest was cold. The atmosphere was very restless and tense. The guests at the next table did not receive a citizen because an appliance was broken and they simply threw something of inferior quality onto the table that was not of the same price as what he had ordered. And then the voices rose at the counter and a customer had to point out that if their equipment was broken, the employees should inform the customers beforehand and switch off the terminals because they all simply received different citizens than what they ordered without asking. When we left we were still allowed to take 2 balloons which were full of fluff and hair which was really disgusting. Service 2 stars because it was meant to be nice but not professional and not hygienic. We're avoiding McDonald's for now

We stayed here on our return trip from Berlin. We were 87 people. I called in advance to let them know we were coming. They had already done the preliminary work. Everyone had eaten within half an hour. Very nice!

Never been served so slowly. That the team behind the checkout doesn't fall asleep is everything. The way they work, I would like to take a vacation

At the time I was there, on two days in a row in the afternoon, it was extremely dirty inside, the tables, the floor and the toilet facilities. It was neat outside, no trick, no one was there. I then preferred the drive in, the service there was friendly and my food was hot and tasty

I was there because I was really in the mood for a nice, hot, delicious cheeseburger. I really noticed the parking lot where there was some trash, maybe from yesterday? No idea. In any case, I drove into the drive, everything was free, I thought it would be perfect today and it would be quick today, I was allowed to order straight away, "I would like a fresh cheeseburger" I guess they didn't really understand me at first, so I repeated my order, after asking if that was it, I answered with "Yes, thank you, but as I said, please have a fresh one" I was then more or less called forward, paid and was handed a burger straight away without a bag without anything, I noticed immediately that it was definitely not fresh because it was was just lukewarm. When I unpacked it, I was met with a ton of ketchup, the cheese didn't even melt and the burger generally tasted like ass. Thanks for nothing

If you like McDonald's, it's a nice opportunity to stop for junk food. The burgers are ok, I really like the logistics of ordering via the app and delivering them to the right table. The ambience is what you would expect from this chain.

Good place to take a break when traveling on the highway. Usual MCD quality but more pleasant than other service station restaurants.

Imagine a romantic evening for two that you would like to end with pleasure in a fast food outlet. A wonderful audio book plays from the speakers while you wait for your order. This was a long time coming. The McRösti without cheese that I ordered came with double cheese. The two cheeseburgers were missing. All in all a successful evening.

Nice staff, warm food which is not common at all branches. The ambience is modern but unfortunately not well maintained so that it looks partly run down. Regular cleaning of the tables, seating and the floor wouldn't hurt either (especially when it's not full!) Still good overall

I had to wait half an hour for a McDonald's menu, so it wasn't really fast food. I was a bit surprised because everyone else who came after me had a lovely meal. The employees seemed a bit overwhelmed, when I came to the counter and asked where the food was, they said it was almost ready. 10 minutes later I asked again where the food was, I didn't get an answer anymore and out of nowhere the friendly boss(?) showed up and kindly told me that she would get it ready for me now. The food actually came and she brought me a coffee, which doesn't make the rating so bad :) The tables here could be wiped down more often, I don't expect everything to be sparkling clean, but mine looked covered in dried sauce as if it hadn't seen a cloth in a long time. I wasn't familiar with the somewhat coarsely chopped onions on the burgers either, but that was perhaps due to the stress, although it was rather empty when I visited...

Excellent food and top service with added plus of parking!

Food was warm and arrived quickly. There was a delay, but an apology was apologized for. Unfortunately the shop was very dirty and all the tray trolleys (4 pieces) were completely overcrowded. After speaking to the presumed shift leader in a friendly manner, they just shrugged their shoulders and said "yes, just put it on top". Another operator then continued playing with the smartphone. It's a shame as the store is usually clean and the staff is polite.

We are now there for the second time according to the motto everyone deserves a second chance. During our first visit, the employee was overwhelmed with the coupons from the app, so they were not taken into account and part of the order was forgotten. But charged for that. Now on the second visit, the citizens were cold and simply put into the packaging without any love so that they had to be put back together again. The fries don't taste that great either It's clean here and it's been freshly mopped.

The food is carelessly slapped onto the tray. The burgers are also topped with "stale" salad. But for the price, it's okay, if you turn a blind eye. The service is very rude and unmotivated, approaching the customer without a hello or "bon appetit," serving the food and leaving without comment. In my opinion, a greeting should be included.

A regular McDonald. Structurally speaking, much too small. That's why we always just drive through the small drive-in and eat everything in the car. Food is ok.

Update 12/8/14 Order incomplete again. Sauce is missing. And a large fries. Therefore another star deducted. Again I paid money for something I didn't get and waited more than 10 minutes. Now just 1 star. Too bad New at Mc Donalds now free allegations and accusations with every order. In addition to the fact that something is often forgotten (that's already standard practice), I'm now also being complained about because I ordered online?!? I would have on I should especially mention that I ordered curly fries. What kind of nonsense is this? They see the order in the system, and I like to wait a short time for fresh things. No problem.
