McDonald's in Lippetal

It's nice and quiet there at night... I think it's a not so crowded MC anyway...

Food is as normal, but the radio was much too loud and was set to a station with poor reception, so only loud noise could be heard.

There was a lot of confusion and chaos. The food was served incorrectly and cold.

I ordered fries without salt because I like to add salt myself.. I got it without salt, normally good. I wanted a bag of salt so I could salt it myself and the employee refused one!!! Give a bag of salt!! Unbelievable, I've never experienced anything like this!! It's ridiculous what's going on here.. It's too expensive or I don't understand, should I pay another 2 cents?? No idea 😅

McDonald's. But...most of the employees are very friendly, understand you, etc. If something is forgotten, it is taken care of immediately. Restaurant is not that clean. But it's because of people who throw everything around, leave it lying around, etc. Do they do that at home too? But employees try to keep up.

We were there for breakfast. Never seen such a quiet and empty McDonald's. I can only recommend it at breakfast time, for example before you drive on the motorway.

For a fast food chain you had to wait too long. The chocolate shake doesn't taste much better at Burger King. But we actually only drove there to stretch our feet and our cats' paws and go to the toilet. We then decided to eat something since we still had over 4 hours of driving ahead of us. Cats were also hungry so we got them 2 fish burgers, removed the breading and just gave them the fish. The cats liked it, our MC rib wasn't like that and the shake was nasty. Better go to Burger King.

It was very dirty everywhere. On and under the tables.

Typically McD, the cleanliness of the restaurant and the toilets need to be worked on. Unfortunately the table service was a bit slow.

Waited a long time even though there were enough staff. Extra ingredients were charged but not put on the burger. Half of the food was cold. One of the worst McDonald's in the area. I've been there several times and always the same thing

The store was normally busy, but the team was under a lot of stress. The floor in the kitchen was full of fries and nuggets. The order is shown as ready for pickup, after another 10 minutes my order was processed by the lady in the white shirt... I had to ask for the free can, non-carbonated drinks and no straws, and then discovered in the parking lot that there were 2 chili cheeseburgers instead of 2 chicken burgers ... was repaired without any problems, but I won't be coming back!!!!

If you like McDonald's, it's a nice opportunity to stop for junk food. The burgers are OK, I really like the logistics of ordering via the app and delivering them to the right table, the ambience meets the expectations of this chain.

Displayed for collection but only ready after 10 minutes

Ordered three menus and there was a full 10 minutes between menus 1 and 3. Why do you have pickup numbers if they are no longer displayed? Staff was poorly organized on Friday at 7 p.m. in a chain where the processes are automated and always the same.

Fast food. Fits, everything as expected.

The store is totally overcrowded (I know the employees can't help it). The food tasted like it was left over from another McDonald's the day before. Was half cold and the burgers were very squished when we got them. Also, my chicken burger consisted more of lettuce than anything else (could have topped 3 burgers with it). Service on site was very friendly despite the stress and we received one more mayonnaise than we ordered without anything being said. All in all, it's a good solution for an emergency when you're on the go, otherwise I'd rather drive a few kilometers to the nearest branch.

The staff is nice. My friends enjoyed it. The ice cream is delicious. The toilets were not clean, which is unfortunately caused by the users.

The burger was missing from our menu. With the prices that are now being quoted, this shouldn't happen. Thanks for nothing!

Actually quite ok, there are worse branches. Personally, I think it's cheeky that you don't get straws anymore if you ask. They say they are no longer allowed, only with milkshakes. It's just strange that you can still get some all over Germany if you ask.

Nowadays they can only get their food through discount vouchers, McDonald's is really gone. The last stall, it's best to only go there if you're about to starve. Toilets were also totally free, and the men had a lake of piss.

The little one wanted to go to big M again

Absolutely bad McDonald's. Burger cold, employees slow. Milk shake that was ordered and paid for was not on the tray. When I asked, someone else came and said the machine was broken. Aha and then the tray goes out without it and nothing is said at first? This stuff costs €4, what about you? Just wait until the customer notices or what? Unbelievable... I got my money back, but it was still impossible there. Never come back

We ordered using vouchers from the ordering machine. Our food came within a few minutes. We can't complain.

The food, service and staff were okay, but I've never experienced such a bad toilet at McDonald's. I'll avoid that place for now, sorry.

Even though I asked when packing my order whether I really got plant-based nuggets, I still got chicken nuggets. And there were only 19 in it, so only 1 star

McPlant cannot be complied with. We had pure plant menus and 2 out of 6 plant nuggets were made from meat. Everything was also very dry, including the plant burger patty. We've had much better experiences in other branches. But mixing meat and plant is not possible!!!

Good McDonald's. Fast processing. Very clean also in the toilets. Nice staff. The restaurant has a spacious seating area and you can also sit outside.

For the first time in years I got a McRib that tasted like it used to. The sauce was strong, thick and very tasty. Here at MC Donalds Neuenroth you only get adulterated, weak and tasteless sauce.

I don't understand how you can put such outrageously unfriendly employees at the drive-in counter... The woman shouldn't be let loose on customers...

Spacious restaurant at the Golden Seagull

Extremely unfriendly employees and a totally dirty store.

When slowness needs to be redefined We were at McDonald's on July 29, 2024 and had to wait well over 30 minutes for our order. The store was completely full with waiting customers. There were obviously enough employees, but they felt like they left extra slowly. When we asked them about it, they only gave stupid answers or didn't understand German at all. What was also completely inappropriate: The employees complained loudly that they wanted more money. Or as the nice gentleman at McDrive put it: “If they don’t pay their best people properly, it’s their own fault…” Sorry, nothing against decent pay, but customers can't do anything about it! That being said, they work at McDonald’s – what do they expect? Such behavior is absolutely unprofessional! By the way, the food I got at the end was cold. No wonder, it had been waiting for 20 minutes but they refused to hand it to me. Never this store again!

Absolutely terrible!!!!! Little black flies crawled out of my burger!!!! My father immediately threw his away! So disgusting. Waiting times underground. If I hadn't had my grandchildren with me, I would have complained immediately. We will not visit this McDonalds again!!°

The meal took 30 minutes (small order) and the milshake had already been in the heat for 15 minutes so that it was as liquid as water. I wanted a new one but it was just turned into another paper cup. After asking me that I would like a new one, the employee laughed and walked away. The cheese was missing from the fish rolls. The toilet smelled of urine. Actually 1 star is too much. The worst McDonald's ever.

Probably the worst visit to McDonald's in my life. From ordering to handing over the food, 23 minutes for 2 burgers and that with dogs in the car. Both burgers were cold and almost inedible! The staff is so bad and unprofessional that I would have to be insulting to elaborate...Service - 5 stars! Old gastro wisdom: Don't take more orders than the kitchen can handle. Very disappointing but a few meters further to the left is a decent kebab.

Quality of the burgers as you would expect, but freshly prepared and served hot. Ambience and cleanliness are good, staff is friendly.

Food OK, but otherwise unkempt and dirty (floor sticky, benches dirty), addition to the Happy Meal was probably already used once (with ketchup stains and cracks). Next time we'll be back at the truck stop opposite! :)

Super bad. From the food to the service. Forgot half of it and then complain about “telling the waiter something”. Toilets smelled.

I wanted to have breakfast there this morning, but was told that it hasn't been available for years. The app says something different. The service was quite nice and still offered me something different. But I was more than disappointed with that. A REGULAR roll with meat, tomatoes and cheese and cabbage. The only thing that was fresh were the tomatoes. The ice cream parlor was pure disappointment. €4.50 for cold coffee with some milk. It was definitely not a nice experience. I won't go there again.

I liked this autohof. Why? After all, there is a shower here (where you don't need to constantly press the faucet with your back), a washing machine, delicious food in a restaurant, a McDonald's nearby, a sex shop 100 steps from the parking lot. Also here you can find a place (one or two trucks) to park for free, i.e. without going into the paid parking area. In short, I recommend it. And I will also visit here myself.

New at Mc Donalds now free allegations and accusations with every order. Where the customer has nothing to wish for... How it calls into the forest doesn't matter here. Friendly and nice requests, which would of course have been paid for, are cheekily and bossily rejected. Whether it works or not doesn't matter - the main thing is that the employee gets her way and can gain a little bit of power.

Unfortunately, unfriendly and not at all customer-oriented service. Luckily there are plenty of other fast food restaurants.

McDonalds as always, but absolutely unmotivated and untrained staff... Please teach your employees how to use the pick-up display (as a hearing aid wearer, this is a real help if used well) and what cat and clear pronunciation means (if the display doesn't can be operated). It doesn't work that way...

McPlant was tasty and the coal-fired power plant improves the ambience.

Everything ok so far. Fries 🍟 were cold.

On the way home I drove into the premises and saw customers coming out. It was 3:30 a.m. and had actually been closed since 3 p.m. Since they saw me, they waited with the door open to give me the coffee I needed for the more than 200km journey. Great service and thank you very much.

MacRip, cheeseburger and fries were lukewarm. MacRip and the cheeseburgers barely had any sauce.

Ordered drive and had plastic in the fries. Called and the employee's reaction was "yes, what should I do now?" Of course she didn't, but at least an "I'll take a look" or something similar would be appropriate. As far as the phone call goes, nothing will happen and since it was something that was broken off, more people will probably have something like that in their food.

One of the rare times where the food was good

So the visit this late afternoon was a real dig in the toilet. The service staff at the food counter show about as much motivation as a comatose patient in the hospital. Then the output document number was acknowledged on the display almost immediately, probably so that the statistics would look good, but later (when my output menu was ready) my number was not called out and so I waited pointlessly even though everything had been ready for a long time. And at home when I opened the bag there was the next surprise, here you can see in the picture what you imagine to be a large portion of fries.

It's a shame that nobody speaks German here. It took four people and 20 minutes for someone to understand that we simply need a cloth to wipe away water. It's a shame, customer service is different. Ps: maybe the equipment should be checked after 10 years.

Sellers categorically refuse to communicate with customers in English. There were no promotional cups, although promotional advertisements were played non-stop.

Good place to take a stop. The McDonald's is good. There is also a restaurant with a beer garden, but I haven't been to it yet. If you like, you can also gamble in the casino next door. Otherwise there is a gas station and toilet.

Absolute juice only incompetent employees charge only half of the bag and still the full price. Not recommendable!!

On the way to Cologne I stopped here to have a quick coffee. I then decided on an 'Iced Coffee Shake Caramel' and a 'Big Caesar Chicken Salad'. Both came relatively quickly. However, I would have wished that the caramel had been better mixed in the coffee shake. What wasn't on the cream , stuck under the ice on the bottom of the cup. So of course it didn't have its effect in the drink. It's a shame that there is still a need for training.

The employee was completely overwhelmed

10 a.m. and the soft drink machine is still on duty until 11 a.m., find the error! And you can't operate the air conditioning, the ventilation blows cold air and it's filled 15*C in the room :-(

We were on the way to Dortmund at the MC D. at the Hamm-Uentrop motorway exit. We've been coming here every now and then for years to drink a coffee or cappuccino and take a 15-minute break. This time we were very disappointed. The toilet was dirty and the cappuccino was served to us in a paper cup, even though we drank it in the restaurant - so much for sustainability. Things seem to be going downhill here!? A pity.

Good stopover on the highway. I have always received very friendly and service-oriented service. Restaurant is also well equipped with seating and self-service kiosks. Clean toilets.

Ordered food from the vending machine and received everything in bags. Found a burger missing in the car! So back and in, requested and received a further delivery. Excuse me? Probably not necessary! This must not happen!

Not nice service, especially the skinny lady, no Polish language in the menu on the display.

Everything as usual, okay. BUT: ordering at the counter, having the food delivered to you is good, but then seeing on the tray that the chicken is on offer for almost half price, on the exact day we were there, is not possible. When asked, the answer that it was a mistake and that the offer was valid for next month was cheeky.

Food was of the usual McDonalds quality. Ordered online for pickup and waited outside with the dog. Unfortunately the service doesn't seem to be able to handle the scoreboard. Our number wasn't even on the screen for preparation, but it had been on the counter for a while... Luckily I asked questions, otherwise we would have waited longer outside with a view of the screen.

The scrambled eggs from the tetra pack were horrible, I could have just eaten the packet. We don't even want to talk about the radio station, they're talking about bed bugs. A bucket was spilled on the toilet and it smelled extremely like feces. My donut tastes like yesterday and for €2.95, embarrassing. The coffee cream was the best part of the visit.

With the exception of one MA, everyone here is very nice and tries to make even the little ones happy ❤️ When our son was disappointed to find a figure in Happy Meal that he had already had twice, they even exchanged it for a new one ❤️ Child happy, we then had “peace” and were able to start our vacation from here in a good mood ❤️

Quality, as usual with MC Donads. Fries hot and enough salt. Service was quick and friendly, despite being busy. Ambience, as usual. A little restless.

Good McDonalds restaurant as you would expect. Nothing to complain about.
