Top McDonalds, very neat. Well-staffed branch.

Ordered via the app because it was busy, sent to the waiting parking lot to be picked up through the drive - so far so good. Unfortunately, a burger was still missing (Hamburger Royal Cheese). Of course, I only noticed this when I got home because I had to continue driving due to the high number of people. Paid almost €6 for nothing, that's annoying. Despite the stress, the staff are hard-working and friendly.

Disaster, like everywhere in Germany: dirty tables, dirty toilets!!!

There is no breakfast and there is no lunch because the lady at the checkout can neither speak German nor English. The manager scolds the male employee even though he just wanted to help. Unfortunately, no German either but helpful. The manager, tall, blonde, glasses, very aggressive, the store is empty but full of stress today 10:30

Unfortunately, there are often very long waiting times at the drive-in counter (even before Corona). No comparison to the branch in Sankt Augustin, which is also very busy. It's also worth checking here, things are often missing from the order.

We visited this McDonald's branch unannounced on Whit Monday with a coach with 60 young people. I have never had an MCD visit that went so smoothly, quickly and friendly. We all had our food within 5-10 minutes, regardless of whether it was ordered at the terminal, via the app or directly at the checkout. The staff was very experienced, friendly and helpful. I can highly recommend the Königswinter branch for travel groups. The only thing missing was a parking space for our bus. But here too we got a tip about where to park. We'd love to come back!

The restaurant is full of dirty trays. Employees are just yawning. Branch manager stands at the front and just makes phone calls. Burger lukewarm. The salad is everywhere but not on the burger

Best McDonald's, with a Big Mac menu you simply forget the Big Mac and with 2 cheeseburgers without cucumbers you just leave the cucumber on. At least they added 6 nuggets for free that weren't even ordered 😂

Selecting the food from the machine is difficult for me and was very slow at times, but my Mac Rib was available quickly and everything was delivered quickly.

Yesterday we were passing through -> McDrive. Had 2 maxi menus +2 happy meals: - no glasses included for the menus - one menu had Cola instead of Fanta Unfortunately, you've already been on the highway and you can't go back!

So I was treated very badly at the mc drive counter by the Indian or Pakistani employee, who is very rude and NAUGHTY, so I'll avoid this McDonald's soon, it's a shame

Difficult to understand staff, uncoordinated dispensing process and unclean toilets

The toilets leave a lot to be desired. Aside from the fact that customers don't leave the toilet clean, the thumb toilet definitely hasn't been cleaned properly in a long time.

Great praise! Unfortunately, the lady who kept everything in order in a very friendly and ambitious manner didn't have a name tag. Despite the hut being full, she was very friendly and accommodating! (A petite Asian employee) Everything was very clean despite being close to the motorway. Food came quickly even though it was overcrowded. Keep it up and make a salary adjustment for the relevant employee!

Despite now inflationary prices, there are new, tasty offerings. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful.

By far the best Mcdonalds breakfast i've ever had. Drinks were fantastic. Food was good. Fast service. Friendly staff. Good value. Plenty of parking.

Absolute Frechheit, die Burger wurden mehr zusammengewürfelt als belegt und man hat ein ganzes Menü vergessen. Natürlich habe ich zum mitnehmen bestellt und es ist erst zuhause aufgefallen. Danke an das Mecces Team, dass ich nicht satt wurde und umsonst Geld bei euch gelassen habe!

Would give 0 if it worked. I got 2 Mcflurry today. Order terminal did not accept the code. Display damaged. Then came my Flurry. Not even 1/3 full. The branch manager looks and says it's well-considered and claps it. This woman should DEFINITELY be kicked out! So rude!!!!

Unfortunately there was way too much sauce on the burger... Otherwise like any other McDonald's...

Why is that the menus are looking awesome on the pictures and when you getting the burgers large Suze fries, they are small, soggy, and sad looking ?

We invaded Cologne today with 100 people after the DM. The boss and his people managed it so well that everyone still had their food quickly. Even when the after-show party really started with loud music, Polonese and herring tins through the restaurant, everyone stayed relaxed, joined in and had fun! Class graduation on the way home to Monnem.

Supposedly open until 5:00 on Saturdays, but locks the door before 4:15…

It's a shame, 2.89 € of fries were forgotten but billed, even though we still had to wait after the checkout... at least the food is warm... CHECK EVERYTHING WHEN YOU GET THE FOOD.

Food was as expected, staff at McDrive was very nice.

Ordered to the seat at the terminal for food. Caesar salad with extra patty. Amount of meat unclear. Not enough for 2 patties. You see a lot of people coming and going while you wait to be served at the table. Have the 🍔 become smaller? The fries also somehow seem less. For a system catering establishment with only moderate customers, this is slow despite the use of a poorly usable ordering system on site and in the app. The chain's prices and services are diverging more and more. I will take bread and drinks from home with me again like before

Like everyone else, bad food for good money

So the service and the staff are super friendly and respond immediately, but I ordered a Mc Smart menu from the mc drive, the service was really top, I waited until I got home to eat and then when I got my chicken burger out of the package When I took it, it wasn't packaged properly, the salad was absolutely dark and stuck firmly to the paper, the cheese burger had mold visible on the burger, the burger was stuck to size, the rest of what we ordered was tasty too Very funny and spat it out, I made videos on my cell phone where everything could be seen, I'm not asking for the burgers back, but something like that should NOT happen under any circumstances!!

Very busy fast food restaurant as it is close to the motorway. The food was prepared and brought to the table very quickly. An employee was constantly on the move to keep all the tables clean.

On this visit the McDonalds standard was not met. Relatively long waiting times, both for us and for other tables, parts of the order and some of the ingredients were missing. Maybe a bad day, but unfortunately it didn't live up to expectations

Only a break in the morning for a cup of coffee. Excellent cappuccino with a large cookie. Fine and peaceful in the sitting area by the window. Parking right in front of the door for free

After a nice trip to the Rhine and Drachenfels Castle, the kids deserve a nice lunch at MC. Clean and friendly staff. Food at a decent level!

The manager is a legend, we were there to pick up our car which whas broken down, couldend open te lock cuz it whas frozen, yet he still helped us till the point where we were able to take it with us home, much appreciated and thanks again!!!

Der Mäcces in Ittenbach war mal der schnellste weit und breit. Nun scheint es leider an Personal zu mangeln. Die arme Frau am zweiten Fenster muss die Bestellungen aufnehmen, abkassieren und auch noch bringen. Sie muss jedes Mal durch die Kälte, bis ganz an die Spitze der wartefläche laufen. Zum einen begünstigt das bei ihr Krankheiten und zum anderen sind die, wie man deutlich sieht, frisch gemachten Double Cheeseburger nur noch lau warm... Übrigens waren die Burger klasse gemacht 👍🏼 Fast wie aus dem Bilderbuch 🙂 Der service ist nicht wegen der Mitarbeiter schlechter bewertet. Sondern weil McDonald's es leider nicht schafft den Kassen Schalter zu besetzen, sie Kunden schon abkassiert werden können und vor dem Ausgabe Fenster ihr Essen bekommen und die Dame nicht in die Kälte muss und das Essen warm bleibt. ✌🏼

Die Einfahrt zum Restaurant ist ein wenig umständlich, die Parkplatz Anordnung gut geregelt. Gut geregelt ist der Ablauf der Bestellung bis zum Erhalt des Essens, der für einen zügigen Ablauf sorgt. Zur Qualität der Speisen???? Alles soweit zufriedenstellend, man muss eben das Warenangebot dieser Fast Food Kette mögen ! Ich hingegen bevorzuge sonst den anderen Fast Food Mitstreiter ! Geschmackssache. Alles in allem soweit okay.

Heute war die Bediehnung ok aber die Pommes nicht mehr ganz frisch.

Kalte Pommes, Toilette und Tische nicht sauber, Service nett und schnell

Kennst du einen, kennst du alle. Allerdings war der Service hier eher unfreundlich und leicht genervt.

Ich war vor einigen Tagen Beruflich in der Region unterwegs und habe hier im Restaurant einen Zwischenstopp gemacht. Bestellt habe ich über eines der Terminals in der Filiale. In meinem Fall hatte ich keine lange Wartezeit. Geschmacklich war das Essen wie von einem MC Donalds zu erwarten ist. Deshalb gehe ich hier nicht näher darauf ein. Innen war sah es soweit ordentlich aus. Die Toiletten waren sauber. Das einzige kleine Manko was mir aufgefallen ist, ist die Einfahrt auf den Parkplatz des Restaurants. Problem ist hier dass die Einfahrt sich die straße mit dem Drive in teilt. Somit kann es einem bei viel Betrieb passieren, dass man in der Schlange steht obwohl man drinnen essen möchte. Bei meinem Besuch habe ich meine Jacke vor Ort vergessen. Ein netter Mensch vor Ort war so freundlich mir diese nach Hause zu senden. Dafür vielen Dank :)

Total faule Mitarbeiter! Tischservice gibt’s hier nicht sind zu faul zu laufen. Einfach *****

Leider alles viel zu teuer mittlerweile. Aber essen ist immer schnell da und gut zubereitet.

Frühstück zum Abgewöhnen. Portionsgröße ist mittlerweile eine Frechheit. Rühreier kalt und nicht wirklich fertig. Kaffee war durchsichtig. So nicht mehr sorry.

Entgegen anderer Meinungen war ich Personal überrascht. Die Bestellung wurde schnell und freundlich entgegengenommen und alle bestellten Sachen wurden zügig an den Platz gebracht. Das habe ich schon viel schlechter gesehen. Man weiß ja was man bekommt und das war alles in Ordnung.

Man kann sich nie das Essen an den Tischbringen lassen, da die Aufsteller nie ausgelegt werden. Ansonsten McDonalds halt. Die Burger waren frisch und sehen nie aus wie auf den Fotos, schmeckten aber gut.

Pommes meistens kalt, Böden und Tische sehr dreckig.

Wir waren letzten Sonntagabend gegen 19:30 Uhr mit 2 Kindern vor Ort. Essen war die gewohnte Mc Donalds Qualität. Service war OK, Lieferung ging schnell, allerdings unvollständig. Von beiden Junior Tüten wurde das Bilderbuch vergessen, ebenso die Pommes von den beiden Sparmenüs. Wurde aber anstandslos nachgeliefert. Absolut schlimm war der Zustand der Toiletten. Der Herren WC war bekotzt, der Damen WC mit Toilettenpapier vollgestopft und demnach verstopft. Äußerst unschön, wenn der jüngste Sohn dringend auf Toilette muss! Die Waschbecken waren ebenfalls voller Papier und ringsherum mit Wasser und Seife beschmiert. Schade, da man eigentlich eine regelmäßige Toilettenreinigung in so einer renommierten Fastfood Kette für selbstverständlich halten sollte. Auf Fotos verzichte ich dieses Mal.

Trotz dass es voll war, ging es flott, es wurde nichts vergessen und stetig sauber gemacht! Gutes Team! Weiter so!

Für einen McDonalds recht sauber. Trotzdem trug niemand dort Handschuhe in der Küche

Pommes waren schon sehr abgekühlt. Burger war ok. Man sollte häufiger mal Tische abwaschen und nicht immer nur mit handbesen und kehrbox herumlaufen

Direkt an der Autobahnausfahrt gelegen bietet der MC Donalds das übliche Sortiment. Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und die Wartezeit ist eher geringer. Parkplatz und Toiletten sind sehr sauber.

Auf Durchreise befindent vernahmen wir des Nachts ein unnachgiebiges Gelüst nach schnell verfügbaren Speisen aus den ehemaligen Kolonialgebieten der britischen Krone. So begaben wir uns in das hiesige Etablissement. Das Etablissement erschien ausreichend reinlich und die Order wurde vollends zufriedenstellend ausgeführt. Lediglich der anzutreffende Pöbel trübte den Genuss fettiger Speisen. Jedoch ist anzumerken, dass besagter Pöbel zur fortgeschrittenen Tageszeit bereits in mütterlicher Obhut befindlich sein - und bessere Erziehung genießen sollte. Abschließend ist jedoch anzumerken, dass der generelle Aufenthalt von durchaus zufriendenstellender Güte war.

Mir gehts einfach tierisch auf den Keks, das es immer heisst: '... das geht nicht...' (obwohl es rein logisch möglich wäre) oder: 'das gibts nicht mehr/ist aus (obwohl es in der Werbung ist) das liegt natürlich nicht ausschliesslich an diesem Restaurant, aber hier hatte ich eben das schlechte Erlebnis das zu selteneren Besuchen führt. Essen und Service sonst OK.

Mc Donalds halt. Alles sauber und schnelle Bedienung. Einzig doof ist die enge Zufahrt. Stehen drei oder vier Autos am MC Drive, kommt man nicht mehr auf den Parkplatz.

Absolut unprofessionel geführt. Anscheinend überfordertes Personal. Wartezeit im Drive in über 30 Minuten obwohl 5 Autos lediglich vor uns waren. Essensausgabe hat gar nicht geklappt. Dazu noch unfreundlich. Geschenke für happy meal vergessen und auf Nachfrage patzig reagiert. Schlechtes Erlebnis jemals.

In Internet stand bis 2 Uhr!! Die Mitarbeiter haben wahrscheinlich keine Lust mehr zu arbeiten und machen schon um 1 zu. Keine Worte!!

We stopped here to eat something quick for diner when our trip back home went not so fast as hoped. Close to the autobahn, with McDrive and a nice terrace to eat at place. Because of Corona we were welcomed by a staffmember who made us feel relaxed right away though we had to fullfill several Corona procedures. Our diner was quickly ready. Some was missing, which was solved quickly by the same staff member. When we were finished, an other staff member was cleaning the entrance door. in short: a nice place to stop for a quick meal when you are travelling (with kids).
