McDonald's in Unterhaching

We ordered 1 hamburger menu and 1 cheeseburger menu. There are 2 cheeseburger menus on the bill. We got 3 cheeseburgers and 1 hamburger. Fries 🍟 were some of the best we've ever had.

Unfortunately completely overwhelmed, long waiting times, the drive-in is open but not served...

Unfortunately, the branch was already going downhill. But since the renovation it has been catastrophic. You don't want to sit and linger here anymore. Apparently the renovation work was supposed to lead to this. It's anything but inviting. Plus, it's never been so dirty here. Very unfortunate...

There is very fast food here, but there is a lot missing. There was a small drop of caramel sauce in the MC Flurry, the apple turnover that was ordered was completely missing and if MC Donald's has a special offer, the employees should make sure that the stickers are on it too. This branch is not a flagship store for McDonald's.

Really a big step backwards after the renovation. On the first floor it echoes like in the gym, cheap seats and very unpleasant, uncomfortable light.

You can really forget the drive-in here. Unfortunately, the lady at the order counter barely understands German and somehow puts the order together based on her feelings. In the end, the drinks were also missing from this strange surprise menu. I'm definitely not wasting time, money and nerves here again.

Nice outside area, small inside area. Despite the low number of visitors, the service is rather inattentive. My order was mixed up. Unfortunately, I only discovered this on the way.

Was there for breakfast today. So far everything was fine, except that the boss was constantly shouting at the employees there and reprimanding them. As always, the food was good, except that instead of getting coffee cream twice, I only got coffee cream once and in return I got 5 sugar 😂 but despite all that, it's really one of the neatest McDonald's I've ever seen

Re-opening after renovation ✅ well done! Modern and chic. 2 floors and an outdoor area. The commercial area is perfect after shopping or as a rest break (since it's close to the motorway). Bon appetit 🤩🚀

Since the renovation, it hasn't worked as usual at McDonald's. Sometimes waiting times for food were over 25 minutes. Guests who arrived later receive their food earlier.

My old comment no longer applies! McDonald had everything redone and completely renovated. It no longer smells like fat and you can eat there in a relaxed manner The upper floor is now particularly large with plenty of space. No ventilation! It just smells like grease in there. Staff is ok too But the owner should take care of the ventilation and air conditioning, it's just terrible

The renovation was definitely an improvement for McDonald's. There is also better space at the top. There are now significantly more self-service columns. I like McDonald's better this way 👍

With all the love, 4.14 euros for water is pretty steep.

How is the rating determined? The "boss" Milena, Mikela or whatever, snaps and shouts at the employees, without a break! You just have to look her in the face and then the employees' faces and you'll know what's going on! Very horrible!! The employees are in a bad mood, of course I would be too during the treatment. If nothing is remedied, we won't come back! Very bad atmosphere, not possible!!!

Why do you work at the MC Drive switch if you don't speak German? 5x times without bacon 3 times expressly stated WITHOUT BACON. I arrive home and behold 5x WITH BACON. Bacon in her German course…. War Knax

Food cold, long waiting time and the ambience is similar to Munich main station from the 70s. What about the good old MC D from the 90s where children were still welcome!

Even 1 star is still too much. Bigmac Sauce on the Big Tasty. If I had an allergy, there would be a lawsuit! Food cold and employees were happy that I had the wrong sauce on the burger. Just godless. Never again!

Oh hurrah open... Update 5/27/24 Closed for weeks and the container is also gone. Should open on May 16th, 2024 but still under construction. No information on McApp or Google Maps that the branch is closed. I understand that Google sometimes takes time, but you should know directly from McDonald's whether a branch is closed. Franchise or not. Rating 2019 We often go there for lunch. Friendly staff and fresh food. Sometimes a little crowded. Unfortunately, the staff can't keep up with putting the tablets away, but the delivery service works great. Actually 4 1/2 stars because the waiting time is usually 3-5 minutes, but there were also inexplicable outliers of 10 to 15 minutes. As a group this is very annoying.

Was in emergency operation due to construction work, yes I am one of the few people who saw that a McDonald's was closed. I drove there for an extra 45 minutes because the McDonalds app said it was open and it had the Coca Cola glasses that glow at night. They had a container outside where they sold and the employees didn't have Coca Cola glasses. The app and McDonald's lied to me and drove me 45 minutes and another 45 minutes back for free :/ :(. In the app you can see which branches still had glasses.

When I get there I'm first greeted by a cleaning lady. Then order and the food is ungodly. The cheese isn't melted, the meat tastes like wood and the fries aren't cooked through. I've never seen such dirt. Such unfriendly staff man man man

Normal McDonald's without ups and downs

Absolutely horrible! The employee initially rolled her eyes when we wanted to order coffee at the MC Cafe. Then she did it, reluctantly. Instead of a muffin there was a cookie, instead of the large caramel cappuccino there was a small one without caramel and the cheesecake with Oreo sauce, there was also just the cake without sauce. I definitely won't go there again! The personnel situation should definitely be changed. If he doesn't feel like it, he should just leave. Please. Thanks.

Horrible, fries are always lukewarm or cold. It is prepared and placed on a shelf, where it lies for 15-20 minutes, and then given to the client. It's horrible. We ate here several times (4 people 40-50€), since we were nearby. Potatoes are always terrible. I don't recommend it.

The food was not too fresh and the coffee was ice cold and tasted more like water with milk in. Will never go there again. The staff is also very unfriendly.

A terrible visit to McDonald's! I'm usually a loyal customer but this time was an absolute disaster. The order was completely messed up when it was finally my turn. The employees seemed completely overwhelmed and uninterested. When I finally got my food, it was cold and inedible. Absolutely disappointing! I definitely won't come back and can't recommend it to anyone.

Sometimes it's good and sometimes less good. You know what you can expect and you get what you pay for. The children love it and then it may be worth giving up some things. Going to the toilet is a bit like playing roulette, sometimes they are clean and fresh but unfortunately often not cleaned at all.

Long waiting times and something is always forgotten. That's annoying and there are much better branches out there!!

sorry that was nothing today.. ordered via the app, no order number, luckily a table number was entered, after 10 minutes the food is still not at the table, I go downstairs, the food is incomplete on the counter and is getting cold, after another 10 minutes it arrives Table service and carries other food away, I talk to her and she says she has to clean up the tablets from upstairs first. After a total of 30 minutes, I even help her bring the food to the table. Conclusion: waited too long and cold food, the main thing is that the children have their toys.. YAY

My last review was a year ago. She was good then. Unfortunately, I have noticed a decline in quality in the restaurant over the past few months. Unfortunately, something usually went wrong with my orders. Often an item was missing. Once they didn't bring food to my table. Even though I stated it. After waiting for some time, I went to the counter. The tray was there, which I took myself after making sure it was mine. In the men's toilets, the suspended ceiling was opened and some of the lighting was removed. It's been a bit dark there since then. Update February 15, 2024: Today I picked up the food at the counter. The order was complete. I have seen new staff who, in my opinion, process the orders in the restaurant better now. The toilets are currently being remodeled. The disabled toilet can still be used by all visitors.

Never order. I ordered via Lieferando and the delivery person arrived after 90 minutes. But he didn't have the order with him. So he's off again. Another 40 minutes later he came with cold food :) You get your money back but you just have to contact McDonald’s.

Let's ignore the usual McDonald's problems and just evaluate the special features: The men's toilet is broken, you can't enter the women's toilet without stepping on at least 5 paper towels, and here it comes: in the disabled toilet (serves loudly Notice to replace the broken men's toilet), there is a turd in the middle of the space between the sink and the toilet. The smell is accordingly. The one point with the service comes from the long waiting time and the fact that four employees had to try together to take back reusable cups because no one knew how to do it. There was no communication with the customers, only with each other.

Essen 3 mal infolge nicht frisch bekommen einfach ätzend der laden kalte Cheeseburger und labrige pommes nicht zu empfehlen…

Essen wurde am Tisch nach einer relativ lang empfundenen Zubereitung zuvorkommend in der üblichen Qualität serviert!

Mein bester McDonald’s in München! Ich esse seit Jahren ca 1mal pro Monat dort und ca 1mal pro Monat anderswo in München bei einem Mc (wo ich grad bin). Was die Freundlichkeit der Angestellten angeht, ist dieser hier nach meinen Erfahrungen der beste; auch am Essen gab es nie etwas auszusetzen! Die Bildschirme fürs selbstständige Bestellen und Bezahlen funktionieren fast immer alle; es gibt Plätze im Raum mit den Theken und im Freien; im ersten Stock ist immer viel Platz und es ist dort meist sehr ruhig. Genügend Parkplätze; falls doch selten alle belegt, jedenfalls Parkplätze beim Supermarkt in direkter Nähe.

Ehrlich, ich kann die ganzen hater nicht verstehen. Das ist ein wirklich wunderschöner McDonalds mit qualitativen Fastfood. Das ist mit abstand mein lieblings McDonalds.

Der MC Drive in Unterhaching ist eine absolute Katastrophe!!! Bei der vorletzten Bestellung waren bei den Happy Meals statt den Plant Nuggets richtige Nuggets drin und die 9er Nuggets haben gänzlich gefehlt. Nachdem ich angerufen hatte kam das tut mir leid, ich hab kein Fahrer da kommen sie vorbei. Klar ich fahr nochmals los um ihren Fehler zu korrigieren... Dann hieß es ich bekomm das nächste Mal die Bestellung kostenlos, als ob sich jemand daran erinnern würde. Und bei der letzten Bestellung, man glaubt es kaum waren im Happy Meal wieder Chicken Nuggets nicht die Plant based. Naja dann werde ich künftig lieber eine Pizza holen.

Nettes Personal, sauberes Restaurant und eine entspannte Atmosphäre so wie es in einem Restaurant sein sollte. Auch das Essen hat eine gleichbleibende McDonald Qualität und ist immer frisch. Diesen McDonalds besuche ich persönlich sehr gerne mal.

Schon sehr ordentlich drinnen. Eher unfreundliche Mitarbeiter die hin wieder was von der eigenen Bestellung vergessen... Ansonsten wie ein normaler McDonald's halt.

Es geht alles sehr sehr langsam.

Unfreundlichste Bedienung an der Kasse ever, wäre sie meine Mitarbeiterin hätte ich sie direkt gekündigt, so geht man nicht mit Kunden um. Essen war OK, Ambiente auch aber es stand einiges an Müll Rum.

Gut wie immer! Leider wird das Essen auch hier immer teurer wie halt in allen Filialen! Trotzdem schmeckt es immer wieder gut!

Ich gehe immer gerne mit meinen Kindern zum McDonalds gute Bedingungen und es ist sauber natürlich kommt es auf die Tageszeit passt alles.

Ich bestelle mein Essen meistens gemütlich per App, gehe dann ins Restaurant und lasse mir das Essen an den Tisch liefern. Das Essen war heiß und mein Hinweis auf Falschlieferung wurde umgehend berichtigt.

Naja online Bestellt und 10min. gewartet.

Schnell und freundlich, wie überall auf der Welt.

Das Essen habe ich mit 5* bewertet, weil es natürlich wie immer geschmeckt hat. Über die "Kulinarik" braucht man da ja nicht diskutieren. Über Apo vorbestellt und leider hat ein Artikel gefehlt. Das haben wir aber erst zurück auf der Autobahn gemerkt. Sehr schade... Sehr auffallend waren aber die schmutzige und vermüllte Toilette. So kenne McDonald's nicht! Hier muss dringend nachgesteuert werden!

Мак как мак, но... на столиках стоят живые цветы. Это так уютно и необычно для мака.

War mal wieder ein super frischer Hamburger !!

Normaler McDonalds. Leider relativ schmutzig vor Ort. Personal wirkte planlos und wir haben ewig gewartet. Essen war aber wie erwartet.

Für Kinder immer noch ein Erlebnis.Für mich nach vielen Jahren wieder mal ein McRib.Gute Alternative für Vegetarier gibt es auch(meine Frau).Wir waren einmal mehr zufrieden.

Ein sehr guter McDonald's mit netten Personal. Ich finde er war sauber und das essen war für ein Meces ganz ok. Mann kann es essen und es war nicht so pappig wie in anderen.

Normalerweise kann man sich bei McDonald’s auf zwei Dinge verlassen: 1. Alles schmeckt so, wie man es gewohnt ist. 2. Die Toiletten sind relativ sauber. Punkt 1 trifft hier zu. Alles wie gewünscht und wie gewohnt. Nichts zu beanstanden. Punkt 2 hingegen ist ein großes Ärgernis. Eine derartig verschmutzte Toilette habe ich selten gesehen. Die Damen-Toilette war - wie man mir berichtet hat - aufgrund massiven Vandalismus überhaupt nicht zu benutzen. Der Außenbereich scheint bei diversen Vögeln sehr beliebt zu sein - viele Stühle sind mit Vogelkot bedeckt. Dazu passen die reichlich schmuddeligen Tische. Das ist man von McDonald’s normalerweise nicht gewohnt. Hier kümmert es wohl niemanden… Die unschöne Plexiglasabtrennung im Außenbereich führt zudem im Hochsommer zu einem leichten Saunagefühl, da jegliche Luftzufuhr zuverlässig abgehalten wird. Das Personal war freundlich und flott - das kann den negativen Eindruck allerdings nicht wettmachen.

Einer der schlechtesten McDonalds die ich kenne.

Schön, sauber und kinderfreundlich... Die Mitarbeiter sind auch freundlich und die Bestellung wird schnell vorbereitet. Samstags und Sonntags viele Besucher, aber man findet immer Platz

McDonalds ist gleich McDonalds - so war es bestimmt mal gedacht - ABER - leider ist es nicht so. Dieser McDonalds kann ganz vorne mithalten! Bestellt und bezahlt haben wir mit der McDonalds App - Kamen dann dort mit dem Auto am McDrive an - gaben den Bestellcode an - und wurden gleich zur Ausgabe weitergeschickt, an der wir dann auch unser bestelltes Essen bekommen haben. Wir waren und sind immer noch begeistert von dieser Filiale - schnell, unkompliziert und vollständig - genau so sollte es immer sein. Wir kommen wieder!
