Food tastes stale, reheated and the sauce like the Ceasar Sauce tastes like it's gone bad, good enough when you're starving after a long drive but not recommended

My child wanted the advertised McSpicy. Unfortunately, it wasn't available. Card payments weren't accepted at one of the terminals. The tables were sticky. Table service wasn't available. The only positive was that the food was prepared quickly.

100 customers but only 2-3 employees. We waited about 45 minutes for our food, along with many others. The food tasted different than usual, and the floor and tables were dirty.

Very expensive products compared to other stores, waiting time very long and unfriendly staff

Unfortunately, my visit to McDonald's was a complete disappointment. The burgers had completely fallen apart when I unwrapped them, were stuck to the bag, and even tore – something that shouldn't happen at a major fast-food chain. Instead of the vanilla shake I ordered, I received a strawberry shake. This, too, shows a lack of care. What annoyed me most was the breakfast offering: advertised everywhere, croissants and Franzbrötchen were even visible at the checkout – but you couldn't order anything, even though it was only 9:30 a.m. This seems misleading and is unfriendly to customers. Such a chaotic and disappointing process is completely unacceptable for McDonald's.

This branch is by far one of the worst McDonald's I've been to. You MUST order at the terminal. Unfortunately, there are only two of them, and the line is accordingly long. I had to wait 10 minutes to place my order. It also took 10 minutes to prepare. The food was good, the fries arrived hot. Another negative point was the annoyance of the employees. The outside area was clean and there were plenty of seats. Besides vegan nuggets, there are no vegetarian options (vegan TS, etc.).

I chose two large sets for the road, but on the way it turned out that they forgot to add milk to the coffee (the coffee itself was the worst I've ever had in my life, I don't know, in Poland McDonald's makes much better coffee). The burger was ok, but at these prices you can eat the whole set here, so we have no reason to complain about the prices because in Germany everything is twice as expensive and not tasty.

Espresso is the most expensive in the building - the other three vendors are cheaper. There are no prices posted - when asked, they're "posted outside the door" 😉

It was essentially a regular McDonald's, but there were no plant-based burgers at all. The system didn't even indicate that they were currently unavailable.

McDonald's probably had the worst coffee I've ever had in my life.

We were there on June 12, 2026, at 6:00 PM. One thing is certain. The chicken wings had been in the heat salamander for far too long; they were extremely dry and hard. The bones were already showing. The cheeseburger was cold and mushy, with white deposits. The onions on the patty were no longer clearly visible, as they had already taken on the color of the meat. The cheese was hard. I won't even get into the quality of the Royal TS; the cold and soggy fries were dressed up with lots and lots of salt. In short: by far the worst McDonald's I've ever experienced. It's a shame the Serway restaurant is gone. Because this fast food was still reasonably good. Vogtland will no longer be an option for a stopover.

Not a friendly place. We were refused service and told to order from a vending machine. Not only us. So you can forget about paying cash. We waited quite a long time. The order was on the spot, but they still packed it for takeaway. The sandwiches were put together very sloppily. The fries were rubbery. The food, like in McDonald's, is getting worse and worse. The sandwiches are getting smaller and smaller, the taste is more and more chemical. In addition, there are flies flying around the entire place. I do not recommend!

McDonald's like you'd expect on the highway. Here, with good seating. A playground and free crayons for kids. That's good!

Classic McDonald's, but the truly wonderful thing was that the employee asked me if I liked the food. I've never experienced so much love and friendliness in any other branch. I'll be happy to come back here, no matter which side of the A72. :)

One star is still too many. You have to pay extra for the toilets despite ordering food (currently €1 per person) and you can only redeem one €1 coupon per order. Only when nothing was happening at the two ordering terminals and the queue was getting longer and longer were you asked to go to the normal checkout. But the glaring thing is simply the service station surcharges. So we only ordered a small vanilla milkshake, which costs €4.49 here (normally €2). The surcharge of €2.49 is simply higher than the normal price of the shake.

Ordered chicken wrap, it was cold, not folded tortilla, not even tried to preheat it, cold old nuggets inside, cheese cut in squares and not melted (as nuggets cold), lots of sause. I ate wrap in other countries in MC and it was delicious, but here... disguisting taste and smell and costs are so high. Shame for McDonalds for such a low quality

The hamburger was piled up like it was intended for the dogs. The ice cream was mixed with the sauce and served like that. It was disgusting, I've never seen anything like it. We will never eat here again. An hour after opening, all the chairs were on the table and the floor had just been mopped. We had to dismantle the chairs ourselves.

The ordering screens freeze and the toilet costs €1 (gates). On a good note, you can pay for the toilet by card.

My last visit to this McDonald's was extremely disappointing and far exceeded my expectations for the brand. It was by far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Here is a detailed description of the problems I noticed: Order boards out of order: When I arrived, I discovered that the digital order boards that normally facilitate the ordering process were not working. These boards are a preferred method for many customers to place orders quickly and easily. Not being operational resulted in longer wait times at the counter as many customers had to line up to order in person. Cold dishes: After placing my order, my food took an unusually long time to be ready. Unfortunately, when I finally received it, the food was cold. It was obvious that it had either been sitting on the counter too long or wasn't prepared properly. This significantly affected the quality of the food and made it unpleasant to consume. No delivery to the table: To my surprise, delivery to the table was not possible. This is now a standard service in many McDonald's branches, which significantly increases the comfort of guests. Not having this option here added to the overall poor experience and showed that this location fell short of expectations. Run-down facility: Another negative point was the condition of the facility. The restaurant seemed extremely run down. The furniture was worn, many of the seats had tears in the upholstery, and some tables were sticky and not clean. The entire interior gave the impression of being neglected and unkempt, which made the stay very unpleasant. Overwhelmed employees: Finally, the staff was clearly overwhelmed, especially when it came to accepting coupons from the McDonald’s app. The employees seemed unsure about how to use the digital coupons, which led to further delays. It seemed like the team was not adequately trained to serve customers efficiently, especially when it came to using modern technology. Conclusion: Overall, this visit was extremely disappointing. Standart? Tiefgekühlte Patties werden mit den bloßen Händen anstatt mit Zange in die Frittierkörbe gehängt! Schichtleitung drückt den Müll in den Mülleimer mit bloßen Händen!!! Ob die danach gewaschen wurden, bleibt offen. Fleischpatty hat alt gerochen. Mitarbeiterin an der Kasse sehr freundlich. Dennoch ist mir nach der Appetit vergangen, als ich gesehen habe wie hier mit Hygiene umgegangen wird. LEUTE BENUTZT DIE ZANGEN

I really like the Chicken and Cheese box

Essen war wie üblich bei McDonalds so weit in Ordnung. Man weiß was man bekommt ;) Die Filiale ist sehr klein und von den zwei Bestell Computern war leider einer defekt was eine recht lange Schlange zur Folge hatte. Man konnte dann zum Glück noch an der Kasse mit bestellen

Befindet sich in einer Autobahnraststätte. Ist eine Miniausführung. Ansonsten okay. Relativ sauber. 👍

Essen ist typisch McDoof eben. Die Preise sind hier jedoch absolute Frechheit uns abzocke. Ein Cheeseburger der sonst ca. 1,70€ kostet, kostet hier 2,99€. Den Rest weiß ich schon gar nicht mehr. Fahr hier regelmäßig beim besuch der Schwiegereltern vorbei, anhalten werde ich hier aber NIE wieder.

Sehr sauber und super freundliche Servicekräfte! Wir hatten Schwierigkeiten beim Bezahlen am Self-Terminal, da kam jemand direkt zu uns und hat gesagt, wir können auch ganz einfach an der Kasse zahlen. Das Essen war sehr schnell zubereitet und uns wurde auch ein schönes Wochenende gewünscht, was will man mehr? :-)

Kleinerer Mcdonalds an großer Autobahnraststätte. Preis viel höher als woanders. Nicht empfehlenswert. Mc chicken classic 7.99. Da kann man lieber lokal in ein Restaurant gehen. Nur 2 Bestellautomaten, daher lange Schlangen. Personal freundlich. Trotzdem nie wieder.

Неплохой Мак при заправке. Заказы готовят быстро, людей мало. Заказывала через аппарат в зале, Paypass нет, только на кассе. За 7.99 взяли Смарт-меню (большая картошка, 2 чизбургера, напиток) и мороженое-2.49. Еда вкусная, свежая. Но Спрайт был слишком кислый и мороженое немного водянистое. Атмосфера приятная, большие столы и удобные стулья, есть WiFi. Людей очень мало, так что нет толпы и можно спокойно покушать.

Etwas Rustikal, Automatenbestellung dauert ewig. Positiv ist es, dass es in einer Raststätte integriert ist.

Hier kann man wenigstens auf die Wucherpreise der Raststätte verzichten und zu standardisierten Preisen eine Zwischenmahlzeit einnehmen. Am Personal oder am Essen kann ich nichts aussetzten. Es gibt nicht übermäßig viele Sitzplätze. Die bekannten Toilettenbons können hier ebenfalls eingelöst werden.

Sauber. Kurze Wartezeit, war aber auch nicht viel los. Jedoch völlig überteuert. Hälfte der Automaten geht nicht... Rest langsam.
