McDonald's in Nagold

Honestly, this McDonald's should be shut down! The food's cold! The staff are so incompetent it's unbelievable! (I mean, it can't be that hard to pack the ordered food properly in bags). I've been there several times now, and I get annoyed every single time. As soon as you order at the drive-thru, the employees are completely overwhelmed and constantly forget things. Seriously, not a single order has been complete so far. I wouldn't care if the prices were still like they used to be; then I could overlook it. But when I'm spending €30-40 on food every time I go there, I expect at least that everything I paid for is complete!!! McDonald's Calw gets number 1; they could learn a lot from them.

Something's always wrong or missing. Whalla, every time. Ordered a cheeseburger and got a donut. Ordered a milkshake and got a large cup of ice that even Arnold Schwarzenegger couldn't sip through a straw. Forgot the sauce or whole burgers. Six-pack nuggets only have five in them. Fries are rancid and not salted. I don't know if the people aren't interested or if the application criteria simply consist of having two left hands and only being able to count to five. In the future, I'll drive 20 km further to another MC.

I was at the Mc Drive-in and ordered two MCS smart menus with chicken burgers. They put cheese burgers in there and didn't even apologize.

For the money that is now demanded, fewer and fewer people come

Every time I go to the drive-thru, part of my order is missing. Since I've already had over €30 worth of missing items, I'll never come back. I've been here for years, and it can't be a coincidence, given how often it's been happening lately.

The McDonald's restaurant seems a bit dated, and a certain tension is palpable among the staff; as a guest, you sense a certain hostility, even if you don't understand the language of the staff.

Very nice but sometimes it takes a long time

I don't recommend it. Every time I order, I have to compare what I ordered with what I received. The tables are dirty, and so is the children's play area.

The store only gets one goddamn star because they once again failed to pack a box of 20 nuggets. I only noticed it at home because, like a do-gooder, I assumed it couldn't happen twice in a row. I'll only go to Burger King from now on.

I've been going to McDonald's in Nagold for almost 20 years, mostly to the drive-thru. Unfortunately, they often don't pack what you order. With a large order, you can't control everything; they always tell you that you'll get something free at some point, and your name is written down. The worst thing was when I was charged twice for one order. After a long back-and-forth with McDonald's customer service, I didn't get my money back. So I paid twice, but only received the order once. Thank you, McDonald's :)

A fifteen-minute wait at the drive-thru is abysmal. Fast food should be faster, otherwise they'd have to rebrand it. The order wasn't particularly large either, just a couple of burgers, at least three-quarters of which were freshly made, and the rest was almost cold! Of course, there was no milkshake!

There's usually something missing, the staff isn't really skilled, the food is sometimes good and sometimes not so good. This should be improved. Please !!!

Very disappointed!! I just got back from McDonald’s and it was just bad. The fries were way too salty, you could hardly eat them, really disgusting. In addition, they weren't cooked properly and a lot was missing from my order. The chip holder was also missing, even though I wanted it extra! When I wanted to say something, the employees were just extremely unfriendly. No apology, nothing! Service like that doesn't work at all. I'm not going there anymore for now. Really a shame!

Impossible. Every now and then something is missing... which can happen and is quickly solved. But today we probably ran out of fries. But we only found out about this after waiting half an hour for the food and after paying. There was no information about it in the kiosk, at the entrance or anywhere else. Instead there were chips... we didn't want them, complained about them and were only met with a shrug of the shoulders. No offer to take something alternative or a voucher or anything similar, which would be annoying but okay. Not delivering what you ordered and not offering a refund is actually illegal, fyi, if the owner is reading this... 20€ for 2 small burgers, drinks, 6 nuggets and worse than discount chips is simply cheeky…

One burger was missing and one was wrong, always with larger orders

It seems to be the default that something is missing every time. Today we even had a completely different burger than what we ordered. A little tip: It's best to order the sauces you don't want, because you basically get everything except what you ordered if it's not missing. When things like this happen once, no one says anything, but now it happens every time we visit. Well, you know.

Really great place for a break. Especially in the morning. Everything is particularly likeable. Special greetings for Filipinos! 😁

Tables were dirty, food wasn't brought to the table at first and was completely cold the first time

Food was ordered at the table but the employee was too lazy to deliver the food and always just called out the table.

The employees at this McDonalds are not okay. I am very dissatisfied 😞😞😞 and annoyed with the order and the service.

Bad quality and bad service! There was no sign of browning on my burger patty and it was still ice cold on the inside. When I wanted to give it back and get my money back, I was told the most I could get was a replacement burger. Since I didn't want that, my money was gone and the ice-cold burger ended up in the trash. Just like the second burger that was brought to me against my will.

We were in Nagold MC earlier I ordered 2 × menu and 2 × Filet-O-Fish Ordered 1 Filet-O-Fish and 1×Ketchup and 1×Mayonnaise was not included. So I gave around €6 for free. I'm angry and won't go there again.

I felt like I was there 40 times in the drive and I always didn't get the things I ordered. Out of 10 times I went there, I didn't get what I ordered 6 times, so it must be very difficult for the employees to put sauces on hamburgers. Worst McDonald's who I know by far

It's not exactly the cleanest MC and the staff is.....just there and does their job.....food is MC standard and therefore okay

Regular McDonald's. The M tastes really delicious

After ordering, the food came quickly. The fries could still be used in the deep fryer for a while because they were still soft like a noodle after cooking, and the taste had a hint of spices. The chicken burgers were better, even though I found some gristle in 2/3 of them. The chicken nuggets tasted better, they were crispy and well fried. Nevertheless, I recommend changing the fat/oil in the deep fryer because the taste of it on the fries was terrible and old.

Unfortunately, I didn't write this review right away. But nevertheless. I have been to McDonald's in different countries, and for some reason Germany has the slowest service in establishments. In Nagold once, when I ordered only one cheeseburger to take away, the cashier laughed with a colleague about such a small order. But what impressed me the most - once an employee came out of the toilet with a wet plunger and walked with him through the kitchen, where all the dishes are prepared, even touching people's orders with his hands before handing them out. What is it anyway? Where is the hygiene, where is the logic, where is the respect for the client?

I was on the drive with my kids today and they were annoying me about balloons. So I asked at the food distribution if there were balloons. And then the employee looked very sad and said that I should have asked that at the first counter. And in the same breath she then said what I needed, i.e. what colors and asked me to pull over to the right. So I waited a moment and the great woman brought me three balloons and three holders. She even apologized for not having time to blow them up. Many thanks to this woman who brought great joy to my children and me!

Quick and fresh preparation, very little waiting time. Staff friendly and accommodating.

Not pleasant memories, almost a week on sick leave. She got poisoned - she ate potatoes, donuts, ice cream. I found a long female hair in the potato (no hygiene) I will never go again and do not recommend McDonald's to anyone!

**Negative review for McDonald's** I would like to express my disappointment about my last visit to your branch. At first I was disappointed that there were no straws available, which made drinking my drink inconvenient. Additionally, the lattice potatoes I ordered were cold and soggy. You don't expect something like this in a fast food restaurant, where fresh and hot food should be standard. I went to breakfast Mc Drive. There was nothing wrong with the food. Kudos to the receptionist. It's been a long time since I've had such nice and friendly service.

I've never experienced anything like this in any MC. The first impression is that the floor and all the tables are dirty. (I would rather not show any pictures here) The employees are just busy chatting to themselves. Instead of clearing up the trash left behind on the tables or even just wiping the tables with a damp cloth. The same was reflected in the food, which was neither really warm nor cooked through. It's better not to go to the toilet at the end, because that reflects the hell of this place and puts the crown on the whole thing. Conclusion: close this store or hire new employees who show a bit of commitment and know what service means. You can't recommend anyone to go here, it's all rubbish.

When you order ice cream with caramel sauce. If you get one with peach... it's not possible! Unfortunately, we only noticed it when we had driven away and were no longer able to complain.... Underground!

As always, McDonald's is spectacular. If I happen to get the wrong order, they make another one without any problems and I can keep both.

Unfriendly staff. Playing with customers' food.

You can generally say that out of 3 times you visited the DriveIn, something was forgotten twice. Yes, I know - you should check everything on site - but who does that when the whole bag is full. Either the system is not employee-friendly enough - or the employees are simply not able to pack in everything that is on the list. Yesterday, for example, 6 Chicken MC Nuggets were forgotten - but the sauce was in the bag. Damage 5.69 euros - as if all of this wasn't already relatively expensive

When ordering you have to repeat yourself 1000 times, people still don't understand it, and what is ordered sometimes doesn't end up in the bag. It's best to always check on site whether you have everything.

I was there before 10.30 a.m., unfortunately I had to order an MC Toast Bacon, I've never eaten anything so bad anywhere in the world, never again, the person who created it was fired. I won't even start with the price underground.

I gave myself two chicken burgers instead of two cheeseburgers, when I asked them about it they said that was it and it wasn't true that I said that even though it was even written on the screen. They didn't give my sister the cola at mc smart menu.

Sorry, but if you can't even carry out your order correctly and keep forgetting to put something in, you should really think about getting something to eat there.

McDonald's doesn't have much to say

Very unfriendly staff! I wanted a straw for my cola and was told by a woman of Russian origin that it was only available for the milkshake. I would have paid for that straw too! Unfortunately the nuggets didn't go through either. All in all it was a lesson to me, I won't go here anymore!

The fries are a complete disaster!!! Whoever makes your fries, they are never cooked, you would think I was eating raw fries. No matter how many times you criticize the fries here, nothing will change. How can it be so hard to throw fries in the deep fryer? Unfortunately it's not just the fries but e.g. also the nuggets You always have a stomach ache after eating there.

Orders are submitted incompletely and you often have to tell them until you see the error yourself. Food ok, but packaged incorrectly so that the sauce leaks out or half the bread is full of it.

Apparently fries at McDonald's are getting worse and worse. Fries from all four menu items we ordered were really subpar. Cheese white, partly raw and totally mushy. Just plain unappetizing. More than half is now in the trash! Very annoying. It wasn't possible to exchange it because it was bought in MC Drive and only saw it at home. Experienced exactly the same thing with the fries in Gülstein. Golden brown is really something different.

We thought it was delicious, except for the fries. The goods weren't crispy. Nuggets and chilli cheese were good.

There is no need to make demands when it comes to food. It's just fast food - but you never know that before you go. Sanitary area: no soap and the hot air dryer doesn't work.

I was just getting an ice cream with my little daughter and my wife in Mc Drive, then last time, whenever that was supposed to be, I was accused of not paying for my Big Mc with EC card. And that without any evidence. I just ran away. Absolute impudence and ridiculous!!! They are just stupid and cheeky. It was probably the last time I went there.

The food is good for fast food you have a good selection and it's good! the restaurant is mostly clean. A special feature here is that most of the employees are very friendly.

Bad service. I dropped a drink and instead of helping me they just stood there and watched. After everything was gone, someone came over and cleaned up a few drops. Plus, you're being watched the whole time you're eating.

It's not worth it...it's gotten really expensive and after 2 hours you're hungry again...

Ordered 1x fries and 1x curly fries. I thought you couldn't go wrong. Fries cold and soggy, curly fries tasted like they had already been warmed up three times. Actually, I'm almost glad I didn't order a burger.

Prepared very quickly even though there is a lot going on

I ordered chicken nuggets and at the end there were these rolling fries in the package and we called you 10 times but you couldn't be reached.

Very fast and nice table service. Ordering at the terminal is quick and easy.

Die Sauberkeit lässt nur zu wünschen übrig. Von kaputte Sitzbänken bis Müll auf den Boden bis hin zu Essen Krümeln auf den Tische. Möchte mir da gar nicht vorstellen wie es in der ,,Küche,, ausschaut. Das lustige dabei ist, das jede Menge Arbeiter da sind, die jedoch nur rumstehen und gegenseitig plaudern. Service lässt dementsprechend mehr als zu wünschen übrig. Mitarbeiter auch sehr unfreundlich und sollte wenigstens einigermaßen die Sprache verstehen, das bestellen wird äußerst erschwert. Essen ist naja, wenns halt schnell gehen muss kann man es hin und wiedermal aufsuchen aber tendenziell würde ich darauf verzichten. Positiv zu vermerken ist das die Eingangs- und Ausgangstür funktioniert.

Essen eher unterdurchschnittlich. Burger und Pommes oft nicht mehr warm. Der Laden war bei meinem letzten Besuch sehr dreckig. Nahezu kein Tisch war sauber. Die Sitzbänke stehen teilweise schief und nicht mehr richtig am Platz. Auf dem Boden überall Sticker (Monopoly), Kassenzettel, etc. Personal ist im Übermaß vorhanden aber keiner kümmert sich drum. Personal plaudert lieber hinter dem Tresen und trinkt gemütlich aus einem McDonalds Becher. Speisen die mit Tischservice bestellt wurden, werden oft nicht gebracht und man muss sie selbst abholen obwohl man bei einer Bestellung mit Tischservice nicht die selbe Nummer hat wie im Restaurant. (Außerdem: McDrive etwas eng.)

В заведении уютно и сервис относительно не плохой, но почему-то еда отличается от других McDonald‘s. Чаще всего еда очень сухая, остывшая, не насыщенная вкусом. Ждать заказа долго не нужно, найти свободное место можно без трудностей. Но с едой беда :(

Feinster Burgerschuppen in der Umgebung. Stets freundliches Personal und exzellentes Essen. Beste Pommes landkreisweit. Sauber und ordentlich. Immer ein Besuch wert!

War seit längerem mal wieder dort. Kam mir vor wie in einem Südländischen Bazar,laute Türkische(?) aus der Küche, hinter dem Tresen.Kultur hin oder her,aber muss das sein und dann noch in dieser Lautstärke? Sitzen und Essen möchte ich da sicher nicht..

A very pleasant experience at this McDonald’s! Burger was fresh and tasty. Service was fast and very friendly. Very kids friendly with our little one being given a little extra toy without having a menu. Staff were warm and welcoming. Parking is free. Free WiFi is available. Lots of school kids come here, so after 12 pm it might get very busy. Really enjoyed my meal here. Keep up the good work!

Immer wenn wir was mitnehmen fehlt immer etwas das ist das einzige was mich stört und Salat wir immer weniger das hab ich gemerkt gehe nicht mehr so oft. Schmecken tut es gut

Es gibt bessere Filialen. Bei der letzten Bestellung zum mitnehmen waren die Pommes noch hell, lätschig und nicht durch. Zudem wurde ein Cheeseburger komplett vergessen. Also hier nochmals vor dem weggehen/wegfahren kontrollieren.

Ich war gestern bei McDonald’s Nagold und wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Restaurant ist sauber, modern und geräumig. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, schnell und hilfsbereit. Die Bestellung war einfach über die Touchscreens zu erledigen und das Essen kam frisch und heiß an unseren Tisch. Ich haben verschiedene Burger, Pommes, Nuggets und Salate probiert und alles hat gut geschmeckt

Oft nicht allzu frisch das Essen. Die Pommes waren bereits weich und nicht mehr warm. Ständig wechselndes Personal. Könnte sauberer sein.

Alles optimal gelaufen. Kurze Wartezeit und die Anlage ist sauber.

Tolles Mc , hat nichts mehr mit der kindheitserinerungen von damals. Alles sehr modern . Überall Steckdosen damit man sein Handy oder Kopfhörer aufladen kann es gibt noch internet für eine Stunde. Ein kinderdisplay das ständig kaputt ist gibt es auch. Das Personal wird schnell überfordert aber kein Wunder bei den Mengen an Bestellungen, dennoch sind sie sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Essen schmeckt gut. Parkplätze gibt es wenige. Da parkt man gerne bei den Nachbarn ein :)) Gibt mir einen Daumen hoch wenn es euch gefallen hat 😀

Wieder mal versuch, frisches ess kalt, schmeckt und tut nicht gut.... Da bekommt mal Lust MC in den Anfangszeiten, Brötchen getötet essen heiß und alle sosen überall, Preis Leistung stimmen einfach nicht, usw.

Mc Donalds Nagold. Calw ist schöner aber trotzdem lässt es sich aushalten. Das Ambiente ist ein wenig unausgereift. Es fühlt sich an als hätte man mehrere Projekte begonnen und nicht durchgezogen.

Das ist der letzte MC Donalds den ich je gesehen habe. Bestellt wurde ein RoyalTS - bekommen habe ich einen Burger ohne Fleisch Bullete! Was soll das?!! Ist man nichtmal in der Lage einen Burger korrekt zu belegen? Update am 16.02.23 Auf den Hinweis hin wurde mir ein komplett neues Menü kostenlos und vollständig überreicht. Das nenne ich doch ein gutes Entgegenkommen.
