Staff just don't drag each other over the counter. We also had to wait 45 minutes for our burgers.

Were here for breakfast. Took forever to get it and expected something better for the price. Never have breakfast at McDonald’s again

The fries were inedible due to old fat and didn't smell good and tasted even worse. What about the quality standards?

Waited 25 minutes for 1 happy meal and 6 cheeseburgers. Then all the burgers were completely cold...were then swapped after another 10 minutes, the replacement was then warm, but after a total of 35 minutes!!! the disappointment remains. Staff is completely overwhelmed, worst McDonald's experience ever! 🤬🙈

Good location right on the highway, the table and toilet were freshly cleaned. The meal was ready quickly and complete.

There are a lot of things missing... e.g. Only one order is missing sauce, orange juice, apple turnover... Pretty annoying when you pay for it and don't get it.

If the output display doesn't work, you should at least be able to call out the numbers loudly and clearly

After waiting for 1 hour, there was still no food at the table. We were told several times that we were waiting to see where the food was. We continued to be put off. Many people after us had already gotten their food to take away. The manager promised we would get the food and the money back if we waited a long time, that was a lie, the money was returned but we didn't get the food, so 1 hour of the long journey that still lay ahead of us was lost, plus an empty stomach, especially ours 2 children. What a shop. I have never experienced more incompetent, unmotivated and snotty service staff. You'll even get insulted if you put the tray back incorrectly. The restaurant area is also dingy. Never again!

I didn't feel welcome here. I ordered a coffee to be consumed on site and it was served in a paper cup. That doesn't work. When asked clearly, the unfriendly lady had to make a new coffee on the machine in the McCafé. I told her straight away that the paper cup would not be refilled. She let me know how annoyed she was.

Normal Mac on the way back from vacation. Without a discount, it remains an expensive affair.

Always check McDrive. This means distributing both bags with 3 menus in the car to check everything. And as always, the mayonnaise and napkins are missing. The Big Mäc is now stuck between the gears and the seat, once Mc Drive Fulda, never again! Besides, the employees lie, don't understand German, and can't enter cell phone vouchers!

So running a McDonald’s really isn’t difficult. But everything is bad here! No table service, strange employees and no one can speak German properly and no attention is paid to cleanliness here. Update ~June 2024: staff changed? Something changed. When I wrote the original comment (below) it was the best McD easily. It’s not good anymore. Staff not as kind as before anymore. Get those nice Asian ladies back. They actually cared about doing a good job. Now you have to check everything if it’s correct. Good not as hot as before... Oh man…. Not fun anymore. Original post: Just a McDonalds. As good as it can be. We prefer this one compared to other low-budget fast-food chains because in this restaurant the people are kind, helpful, friendly and in a good mood. Very rare mistakes, I'd say more than 95% of orders are correct. No info on toilets.

The very last store! The boss is full of rage and the colleagues go to the basement to laugh! The fries weren't salted and the rest that wasn't complete was disgusting!! They'll never see me or my friends again. A service like this needs to be replaced immediately!! Just bad!!

Ordered food to eat here, everything was packed to take away and sauce from my MC flurry was simply at the bottom of the cup instead of on top of the ice cream 😮‍💨

With the Big Mac, the special requests were ignored and the burgers were prepared with little love. I've been to better McD's. It was okay for the transit, but in hindsight I would have preferred to eat somewhere else.

McDonald's is just the same over all Hello, I was there today to get something to eat. The first problem was that I forgot the coupons at home. OK, so cell phone and off we go, but after a long back and forth there was nothing suitable. So the applet was ordered and the order was delivered to the table OK. I only had the round fries for almost €4, my wife had the normal ones, only they were almost cold, the Big and the TS went. When I went out I said they were offering me new freshness, which I politely declined. I've eaten and don't want ice cream either. I just want what I ordered to be warm. They should do their job properly.

Burger burnt and dry and while the guest is eating the feather duster is waved over the furniture and shoes are placed on the seats, just disgusting and no go!!!!

Cold fries. I didn't get a few things

The food was great and met expectations from McDonald's. However, I have often not been enthusiastic about the staff. The behavior towards customers often leaves a lot to be desired. Although this doesn't affect all employees but rather one person, you would like to see more friendliness overall, not people turning around and being choked or something else.

Yesterday I was given a drink with a bloody cup and straw. Unfortunately I didn't see it right away and I had already drunk from the straw and the spot with the blood was next to my mouth. I developed a rash and blisters formed around my mouth. I find it disgusting to place an order like that.

Fries were eaten cold, it was wrong, not the first time, but every time I go back and use up the gas. It's a shame, I like to eat there, but you can't eat something that cold. You also order warm food, fries really cold and hard

I'm very sorry but it was dirty, especially the toilets, the air in the restaurant was stuffy and warm so we couldn't wait to get out, the parking lot and the flower beds were dripping with dirt. All that draws you here is the cheap gas station close to the highway.

The fries weren't full, it was supposed to be a large frie but there was a lot less in it. Then I ordered table service via the app. Unfortunately, I still had to pick it up at the counter after the lady had called out many times, but of course I didn't listen because it was supposed to come to the table. It's getting more and more expensive and you get less. I'll go to McDonald's less in the future.

Very unfriendly employee at the checkout. I was standing at a broken checkout and was therefore skipped over or simply not spoken to. The employee is bald, slim, has gray hair and is in his early/mid 40s. This man is incompetent.

We stood at the checkout for ages until we could pay, then the pickup number display probably didn't work, our number never showed up, and we waited forever for our order too! In the end we're talking about McDonald's... Ambiance isn't the focus here but it was really clean (7pm on a Sunday) The food was as expected. Fries, burgers, nuggets - everything warm. From ordering in the store at the terminal with coupons to picking it up to take away at the counter, it was absolutely quick! That was “fast food”

Once again something was forgotten when I ordered, last week instead of 3 cheeseburgers there were only two, today the fries were forgotten, only complete idiots work there.

We were really shocked when we ate in the restaurant and an employee kept shouting (!) numbers into the shop. At a volume that you had to cover your ears even from 15 meters away. That's not possible. The display with the numbers to pick up the food probably didn't work, but it doesn't have to be done in such a way that the whole store is shouting. The food was okay so far.

Tolle Atmosphäre und viel Platz zum Sitzen und das Personal ist freundlich

Am Terminal wird Kaffee in Tassen mit der Aufschrift „McCafe“ angezeigt. Wie kann ich da nur annehmen, dass man eine Tasse Kaffee von McCafe erhält? Es gibt einen ordinären Pappbecher mit einem lauwarmen Kaffeegetränk vom allgemeinen Schalter. „selbsterklärend“ und intuitiv hatte ich mir anders vorgestellt.

Die Bestellung wurde schnell an den Tisch geliefert und mit einem netten Lächeln serviert. Es war frisch und heiß. Das Restaurant war auch sauber. Das Ambiente ist eher wie in einer großen Halle.

5 Artikel bestellt, 2 falsch, bzw. fehlten. Immerhin 60% richtig. Bei einem MC Drive echt ärgerlich.

The service at the machine is better and the machine communicates better than the employee I had to give my deposit to. The deposit system is already complicated anyway. But the fact that the employee doesn't say a word (not even hello, goodbye or thank you) is really bad. It's good that there are kind machines.

Für einen schnellen Imbiss und Cafe pause ist diese Filiale zu empfehlen. Trotz Autobahn ist es doch recht angenehm ruhig. Bedienungen sind freundlich. Der Laden ist aufgeräumt uns sauber (zu mindest bei unserem besuch) gerne wieder .

Billig Menü (2 chicken Burger) war nicht zu essen! Auf dem Foto sahen die ganz anders aus!!

Wenn man nicht gerade zu Ferienbeginn bzw. -ende hin geht, erwartet einen ein nettes Team, das auch wirklich rasch arbeitet. Auf Sauberkeit wird auch sehr geachtet, man sieht immer mal eine Dame oder einen Herren Vom Team, die die Tische abwischt und durch kehrt/wischt. Man hat kaum Wartezeit, dafür das man sich an einem Autobahnzubringer befindet. Für die Kinder gibt es einen kleinen Outdoorbereich mit einer Rutsche, was vernünftig ausschaut. Auch kann man sich hier draußen hin setzen. Die Parkplätze sind ziemlich eng gehalten, aber selbst ein Van findet noch Platz.

Eines der schöneren Mc's in der Umgebung. Service meist in Ordnung, man hat wenig Interaktionen aufgrund der Panels an denen man bestellt diese sind aber auch wesentlich sinnvoller.

Schnelle Tischbedienung. Gastraum könnte sauberer sein. Bei unserem Aufenthalt waren Tische und Stühle wegen Essenkrümel dreckig.

Es ist ein guter Ort, wenn man von der Autobahn kommt oder auf diese möchte. Die Bedienung ist ganz nett aber manche davon ein wenig unfreundlich. Essen immer warm und das Ambiente ist auch sehr schön.

Essen schmeckt soweit, wenn alles vollständig ist, Heute haben zu den Nuggets die Soßen gefehlt. Nicht das erste mal😡 Auch das Personal könnte freundlicher sein.

Kurze Wartezeit, trotzdem alles frisch gemacht, tolle Burger, selbst der Fisch war nicht trocken. Die Toiletten groß und sauber. So sollte es überall sein !

Bisher hatten wir immer gute Erfahrungen mit McDonald`s gemacht, aber hier werden wir sicher nicht mehr einkehren. Tische, Stühle und Bänke verdreckt. Auf Nachfrage, eine Serviette zum selber Reinigen zu bekommen, wurde sehr unfreundlich beantwortet, ich solle die Putzfrau suchen. Mehrere Gäste standen lange am McCafe an, sind genervt gegangen, da kein Personal kam. Das Essen kam teilweise kalt, zB. die Pommes.

Im Prinzip schönes Restaurant Essen war auch vollkommen ok die Toiletten waren sauber und die Tische einigermaßen auch. Nur was mich sehr aufregt eine junge Kundin vor mir wollte ein Gutscheincode an der Kasse benützen. Die Mitarbeiter waren äußerst genervt und zeigten das auch. Ich weiß nicht wie die ganze Geschichte war jedoch find ich das sich die Mitarbeiter daneben benommen haben (Augen verdrehen, böser Blick zu werfen). Arbeitet an dieser Filiale bitte an eurem Personal und bringt ihnen wenn möglich Freundlichkeit bei, zumindest so das junge unschuldige Leute sich auch ein zweites mal trauen dort zu bestellen.

Manchmal braucht man Fastfood und da ist McDonalds nun mal die richtige Anlaufstelle. Schöner Laden hier, alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und es geht sehr schnell von der Bestellung bis zur Zubereitung. Alles schön sauber, auch die Toiletten, es ist dort ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Schön dort zu sitzen, ob drinnen oder draußen, alles sehr bequem. Sehr zu empfehlen dort zu essen.
