The service at the front is understaffed and can't keep up with the orders, I had to wait 25 minutes even though the burgers were piling up in the heat zone at the back, an absolute disaster. How can you ruin a previously functioning system like that? Too bad

What an unfriendly Mac. Unknowledgeable staff. While you wait at the counter for your order, they will apparently deliver it to the restaurant. I order an ice Coffee but they don't know how to make it. So they just don't do it with the order. After complaining, I still get the ice Coffee. Well, I think I had ice cubes (half a cup) with vanilla milkshake, whipped cream and chocolate sauce. According to them this is normal. 🤷🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️This joke went on so long that my mediocre McRib was now cold. Cheeseburger is dry. Without tomato ketchup for which you have to pay extra. You can opt for a gift, but if you get it, they will give you something else. Because they actually don't have it. Then you don't have much of a choice. Then update your selection table. Staff speaks poor German. Waste is not cleaned up, only when I want to take a photo of the dirty situation does someone jump in. And cleans up quickly. The attached photo is when someone has just removed something. Toilet are dirty and smelly. And I could go on and on, but I don't have that much time, it's as bad as it is here.

Rarely have I seen such a bad MC Donald! Ordering at the terminal doesn't work, the foreign staff don't understand anything and pass the problems on to the customers. It's just annoying! Where are the days when German staff personally took the order at the counter?

The worst food experience ever. Employees were rude, food looked like it was put together by a toddler. I had to rearrange the ingredients of the burger myself for it to look like a burger and not as “Mc Bausatz” The tables were dirty and wet. For the love of all that is holy DO NOT EAT HERE !!! Eat anywhere else. Eat a Döner or at Burger King that is like one kilometer away.

The McDonalds is simply great. They are child-friendly and helpful if something doesn't work on the ordering devices. As soon as something is missing you get it with a sorry. Everyone is nice and friendly 😊.

Update ~September 2024: Ordered food was not correct, 1 Item was wrong. Person did not speak enough german to properly help. Also that one person had no interest in helping in any way and just ran away when talked to, telling he / she could not help. The other person that fixed my order had bad enough english that I could not understand what he / she wanted to tell me but at least the order is fixed now. Food was also not hot anymore and kinda dry. We took it home but usually the food is fine. there was not as much traffic as usual due to weather so we were home pretty fast. Update ~June 2024: staff changed? Something changed. When I wrote the original comment (below) it was the best McD easily. It’s not good anymore. Staff not as kind as before anymore. Get those nice Asian ladies back. They actually cared about doing a good job. Now you have to check everything if it’s correct. Good not as hot as before... Oh man…. Not fun anymore. Original post: Just a McDonalds. As good as it can be. We prefer this one compared to other low-budget fast-food chains because in this restaurant the people are kind, helpful, friendly and in a good mood. I'm currently sitting here and wanted to have breakfast, which can be done until 10:30 a.m. However, I couldn't buy the Morning Farmer at 9:50 a.m. because all the rolls were gone. And then they were rude and didn't respond to my complaint. Nevertheless, the employees were nice, but the fact is that there are no longer any specific things even though they are widely advertised.

I've really never experienced anything like that. Coffee machine broken, but there was warm milk foam with water, disgusting. The only reason given was that the machine was defective. Exchange, complaint not possible. The chicken burgers were without sauce, just a dry patty in the bun, not edible. Afterwards I wanted to wash my hands after visiting the dirty, urinated toilet, none of it, the tap was broken, the soap dispenser was empty, unbelievable condition.

Took the burger home and discovered that the bottom half of the bun had been forgotten. Complain about it from home. Thanks for a hungry evening.

What a shop. I have never experienced more incompetent, unmotivated and snotty service staff. You'll even get insulted if you put the tray back incorrectly. The restaurant area is also dingy. Never again!

McDonald's is just the same over all Hello, I was there today to get something to eat. The first problem was that I forgot the coupons at home.
