So very nice branch. The food is always freshly prepared and fried or cooked to perfection. You can get it relatively quickly even when it's full. The tables are cleaned regularly even if it sometimes gets a bit chaotic. I can recommend the branch with full conviction. 👍👍👍👍

Great McDonald's! Everything is new and modern here. It feels like this branch just opened 2 days ago. The staff is super nice and the food is fresh and delicious.

Nice McDonald's, unfortunately that's it. Food is getting worse and more expensive. Chicken nuggets cold and stale, curly fries cold, cheeseburgers as if a truck had driven over them, big rösti with thin paddi and a rancid taste. I don't use the service because the employees don't understand German and I therefore order directly via the app. You could also replace it directly with robots. All in all for 15 euros the whole thing with a coupon - I get an excellent pizza with a drink and friendly service at the local Italian restaurant. Unfortunately, you fall into the McDonald's trap every 2-3 months.

Everything is fine. Just the saddest thing I've heard this year is that there are no more eggs for breakfast. That's why only 3 stars!

Very expensive, a few hundred kilometers further north I drank the same coffee at another McDonald's, one euro less, I don't understand what changes. Everything costs more

It's morning, it's freezing outside, the door is open, so it's very cold in MC. We waited 20 minutes for our food and the order came incomplete. Asian lady absolutely unwilling, unprofessional. When we politely asked her to correct it, she threatened to call the police on us. Cappuccino was cold.

Very clean, food good as always, toilets up to date, redeeming the coupons took a little longer but was still within limits. Staff friendly and table service very quick.

Absolutely unfriendly staff, if you only ordered 3 things they couldn't do it, everything was wrong. When I complained, it was explained to me that this could happen, unfortunately that was the 4th time. Oh yes, and to top it off, you apparently get banned from the house, and the lady from the preparation department follows me around, takes photos of our car and insults me in the parking lot, so much for being customer-friendly. Sorry, HR. Heinritzi is definitely the worst store in their chain. My family and I will no longer see you.

And that's why the social media star puts on the red velvet jacket and presents the ever-popular Monopoly competition on the order screens. December also brings the highlight for every Helvetia fan. The Big Rösti is back in town and a month earlier than in Austria. That's why the clever Alpine republican takes advantage of the fast food arbitrage and goes to the first branch in the Germanic region, not just because of the McRib, as usual, but because of the extremely popular bullet roll with potato pancakes.

The order was simply deleted even though it wasn't ready for pickup! Other orders placed later were prepared first and when you asked about it you were ignored.

In terms of friendliness, I could do a session of tutoring at the checkout, but as a driving instructor I couldn't be so cheeky with my students!!!! And they can't serve a hot Big Tasty Bacon either!!!!

Great McDonald's restaurant, good parking, everything was clean, staff nice and helpful. The electric sliding doors in the toilets are great because you don't have to touch the door handle after washing your hands.

I ordered food but it was the wrong thing. I wanted to give it back and she said it wasn't my bill! When I got upset I was banned from the house!

I had to wait 3 hours for my food and it was cold too 🤬🤬🤬 then for 10 euros I waited THREE HOURS and got a cold McCrispy menu. Overall it wasn't as great as other lunches.

Rarely have I had such unfriendly staff. You are ignored or looked at stupidly. Everyone does their tasks, not a good day, no communication. Too bad. You immediately notice that you are back in Germany.

It's shift change at the McDonald's. The team leader with the white shirt greets his employees with his fist and says “Hello” to everyone. It's busy, but everyone gives the impression of a great team that likes to work together and enjoys their work. Even if it's fast food, the customer can tell immediately whether you're a team. And the food was delicious, warm and complete. Keep it up!

I come here often because I live nearby. One star deducted because the tables are often dirty, even when there is little going on. Otherwise very pleasant: not much going on and the staff is mostly friendly.

Unfortunately my meal (milkshake) was delivered incorrectly. Even after asking, I didn't get a new one.

The Mc Drive is not recommended, it took a long time to redeem codes from the app. Then part of our order was missing.

Food typical McDonald's. You know whether it tastes good or not before you go in! Staff friendly. What is very negative about this McDonald's is the fact that it is not well maintained. Unfortunately, dirty tables and toilets are commonplace here.

Positively shocked:) better than many chic cafés in Munich, very clean (it is constantly being cleaned and tidied up), doors that open automatically, sockets everywhere, outdoor area, McCafe, coffee ☕️ is served in a normal porcelain cup to drink here. Equipment available to order. Toilets also very clean. So wow and thank you to the whole team, please keep it up! 🌞💐

Unusually classy McDonald's. Red carpet, real plants indoors and power outlets in many places. The new M Burger was great (a matter of taste). Unfortunately I forgot the mayonnaise with the fries.

Hui on the outside, yuck on the inside (in relation to the staff and food) very unfriendly. Hardly speak German. Lattice fries like chewing gum, cold fries, there were no children's toys at all. Despite advertising from Smurfs. Child very disappointed... Alternatively you can get a donation book... There was no Happy Meal Box either. The stuff was simply written into the paper bag. You're not used to that from heinritzi!!!

If you park for longer than 2 hours, including eating at the Kistewirt, you will get a 40 euro fine 😁 you actually have to pay for the grump! Thanks to the heinspritzi, unfortunately no negative stars can be awarded

Review for Austrians and/or people in transit between Salzburg and Innsbruck: In Germany there are no Austrian offers (small Coca-Cola and €1 Hamburger).

Beautiful, new McDonalds restaurant just before the border in Kiefersfelden. The restaurant is very clean and the employees work hard to keep it that way. The well-known fast food dishes are really very good and freshly prepared. Anyway, everything is fine.

...that borders on intentional fraud...ordered today July 12th, 2024 at the drive, 2 McRib menu with cola, 20 nuggets with 3xBQ sauce and a Big Tasty Bacon...waiting time at the counter 25 minutes!! Shouldn't it be difficult to pack this??? Tasty bacon and 3 xBQ sauce "forgotten"... that's the second time now... can't they read? I'll now contact the head office... when I read the reviews here, that seems to be the method.

Very clean McDonald's, automated doors in the restaurant and in the toilets. Polite staff at the counter. However, some points in the order were mixed up. Cons: There is no option to choose a gluten-free bun for the burger. In the Czech Republic there is such an opportunity, and in the neighboring point in Austria too. Only French fries are available for gluten intolerant people.

Food was ok but it came 46 minutes late after we spent 10 minutes in terror in front of the checkout. Everyone had the same problem. Wrong orders were constantly taken and wrong food was given out. The waitresses don't care at all and if you want to cancel after more than 40 minutes you are told in an annoyed manner that you can then stand there for 20 minutes and wait

I've been there several times, mostly drive in. It's a 50:50 chance that you get what you ordered and paid for. At lunchtime something went wrong on the computer, so we all had to go in and place the order again. All of this cost me my entire lunch break. No explanation let alone a short apology. Today I went to this McDonald's again specifically for my favorite burger...but it's my own fault that after all these experiences I still haven't learned to control everything right away. :D He wasn't in there again. So that's it for me with this McDonald's once and for all.

The worst coffee we had ever had in our lives! Like from an oil refinery!

Very snappy lady at the speaker seemed very pissed and slammed the window at us. Coffee was forgotten and we were left in the car waiting for 5 minutes ( not a huge issue ) also opened the chicken nuggets that were raw.

Was skeptical due to previous reviews, but tip top clean! Absolutely decent clean MC… Staff normally friendly…

Orders are often not complete, like just now. It's better to check when taking away whether the order is completely packed before you have to look into the disappointed children's eyes when you get home.

Four of us were there today to get something to eat. First of all, it was difficult to find a clean place. The food was brought to the table after a short time. My bacon in the burger was cold. After eating we ordered ice cream for which we waited almost 15 minutes. For the hour we were in the restaurant, no employee was able to clean the dirty tables that still had chips or leftover food from the last guests. It was 9 p.m. and there were maybe 20 people there. So there is no excuse that no one had time. This great table for the children with a touch display where everyone smears with their greasy fingers probably hasn't been cleaned once all day!! I'll think twice about going there again. Nice outside, but ugly inside!!!

McDonald's. Positively, on the one hand, everything is very, very clean (compliments for that!) and the staff is very nice and attentive. The sauces I ordered were missing from the take-away, but that can happen. For me one of the best Mc restaurants I've ever seen.

Everything is TOP...food is served warm to hot...it feels like 300 meters as the crow flies in Kufstein you can throw everything in the bin! Same operator, but for me there's only if MC...then Kiefersfelden!

In our order of 4 ordered coffees, 2 were not served at all, two were black instead of with milk, and the sandwich, despite ordering without tomato, was served with tomato. Staff not very helpful in explaining the situation.

Was surprised that the restaurant only has 3.9 stars. It was perfect during our stay. Cleanliness in the restaurant and in the toilets was good. Food was fresh, table service was good. I could recommend it, especially since the gas station next to it was 47 cents cheaper per liter than the gas station on the highway

You have to go there, everything is always fresh and good service.

Went there several times, the staff was friendly, but the last few take-away orders were always missing toys from the HappyMeals. Unfortunately, it was always only noticed at home. The disappointment was correspondingly great. We didn't check the orders after we received them because we didn't want to go through the entire bag.
