Worst food i ever had, no straws with drink, tastless burger, and hard fries. Never comming again!

It's bad when you're in Germany and the counter staff doesn't understand you. Well the kids were happy, I think that's the only thing that matters at McDonalds

Positively shocked:) better than many chic cafés in Munich, very clean (it is constantly being cleaned and tidied up), doors that open automatically, sockets everywhere, outdoor area, McCafe, coffee ☕️ is served in a normal porcelain cup to drink here. Equipment available to order. Toilets also very clean. So wow and thank you to the whole team, please keep it up! 🌞💐

Unusually classy McDonald's. Red carpet, real plants indoors and power outlets in many places. The new M Burger was great (a matter of taste). Unfortunately I forgot the mayonnaise with the fries.

Hui on the outside, yuck on the inside (in relation to the staff and food) very unfriendly. Hardly speak German. Lattice fries like chewing gum, cold fries, there were no children's toys at all. Despite advertising from Smurfs. Child very disappointed... Alternatively you can get a donation book... There was no Happy Meal Box either. The stuff was simply written into the paper bag. You're not used to that from heinritzi!!!

If you park for longer than 2 hours, including eating at the Kistewirt, you will get a 40 euro fine 😁 you actually have to pay for the grump! Thanks to the heinspritzi, unfortunately no negative stars can be awarded

Review for Austrians and/or people in transit between Salzburg and Innsbruck: In Germany there are no Austrian offers (small Coca-Cola and €1 Hamburger).

Extremely modern and very clean. We enjoyed spending our break here. The staff was also very (child) friendly.

Beautiful, new McDonalds restaurant just before the border in Kiefersfelden. The restaurant is very clean and the employees work hard to keep it that way. The well-known fast food dishes are really very good and freshly prepared. Anyway, everything is fine.

...that borders on intentional fraud...ordered today July 12th, 2024 at the drive, 2 McRib menu with cola, 20 nuggets with 3xBQ sauce and a Big Tasty Bacon...waiting time at the counter 25 minutes!! Shouldn't it be difficult to pack this??? Tasty bacon and 3 xBQ sauce "forgotten"... that's the second time now... can't they read? I'll now contact the head office... when I read the reviews here, that seems to be the method.

Slow service, problems with the coffee/caramel dispenser, not the best service. Coffee not good. Food okay.

Food was ok but it came 46 minutes late after we spent 10 minutes in terror in front of the checkout. Everyone had the same problem. Wrong orders were constantly taken and wrong food was given out. The waitresses don't care at all and if you want to cancel after more than 40 minutes you are told in an annoyed manner that you can then stand there for 20 minutes and wait

I've been there several times, mostly drive in. It's a 50:50 chance that you get what you ordered and paid for. At lunchtime something went wrong on the computer, so we all had to go in and place the order again. All of this cost me my entire lunch break. No explanation let alone a short apology. Today I went to this McDonald's again specifically for my favorite burger...but it's my own fault that after all these experiences I still haven't learned to control everything right away. :D He wasn't in there again. So that's it for me with this McDonald's once and for all.

Very clean McDonald's, automated doors in the restaurant and in the toilets. Polite staff at the counter. However, some points in the order were mixed up. Cons: There is no option to choose a gluten-free bun for the burger. In the Czech Republic there is such an opportunity, and in the neighboring point in Austria too. Only French fries are available for gluten intolerant people.

Was skeptical due to previous reviews, but tip top clean! Absolutely decent clean MC… Staff normally friendly…

Very snappy lady at the speaker seemed very pissed and slammed the window at us. Coffee was forgotten and we were left in the car waiting for 5 minutes ( not a huge issue ) also opened the chicken nuggets that were raw.

Orders are often not complete, like just now. It's better to check when taking away whether the order is completely packed before you have to look into the disappointed children's eyes when you get home.

Four of us were there today to get something to eat. First of all, it was difficult to find a clean place. The food was brought to the table after a short time. My bacon in the burger was cold. After eating we ordered ice cream for which we waited almost 15 minutes. For the hour we were in the restaurant, no employee was able to clean the dirty tables that still had chips or leftover food from the last guests. It was 9 p.m. and there were maybe 20 people there. So there is no excuse that no one had time. This great table for the children with a touch display where everyone smears with their greasy fingers probably hasn't been cleaned once all day!! I'll think twice about going there again. Nice outside, but ugly inside!!!

Something is always missing from orders.

Ok so far, but the employee who took our order deserved the title of “unfriendly and stuffy employee of the month”.

The Burgers are tasteless and cips are soggy almost unbelievable :(( such a shame as the place it self is nice and the view is amazing

McDonald's. Positively, on the one hand, everything is very, very clean (compliments for that!) and the staff is very nice and attentive. The sauces I ordered were missing from the take-away, but that can happen. For me one of the best Mc restaurants I've ever seen.

Everything is TOP...food is served warm to hot...it feels like 300 meters as the crow flies in Kufstein you can throw everything in the bin! Same operator, but for me there's only if MC...then Kiefersfelden!

In our order of 4 ordered coffees, 2 were not served at all, two were black instead of with milk, and the sandwich, despite ordering without tomato, was served with tomato. Staff not very helpful in explaining the situation.

Was surprised that the restaurant only has 3.9 stars. It was perfect during our stay. Cleanliness in the restaurant and in the toilets was good. Food was fresh, table service was good. I could recommend it, especially since the gas station next to it was 47 cents cheaper per liter than the gas station on the highway

You have to go there, everything is always fresh and good service.

Went there several times, the staff was friendly, but the last few take-away orders were always missing toys from the HappyMeals. Unfortunately, it was always only noticed at home. The disappointment was correspondingly great. We didn't check the orders after we received them because we didn't want to go through the entire bag.

Leider muss ich einen Stern vergeben. Lieber wäre mir keiner. Wenn ich mein Essen O H N E Zwiebeln bestelle, dann mache ich das nicht aus Jux und Tollerei. Dieser Saftladen sieht mich nie wieder. Wer lesen kann hat einen klaren Vorteil.

Eines der Saubersten McDonald’s in den ich je war. Das essen ist schnell zubereitet und Frisch wie es sein sollte und die Mitarbeiter sind auch sehr freundlich.

Kein WLAN, kein Personal, App funktioniert hier nicht

Schönster McDonald‘s, in dem wir europaweit waren. Liebevolle Einrichtung, frische Blumen, blitzsaubere Toiletten, Sauberkeit generell sehr gut, sehr neues Erscheinungsbild, zuvorkommendes und freundliches Personal. Die Speisen waren schnell und frisch zubereitet. Optisch wirklich klasse. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht. Natürlich nach wie vor ein McDonald‘s, aber dieser hier macht wirklich Vieles richtig. Sehr schön!

Also solch einen McDonald’s habe ich noch nie gesehen. Super Sauber. Mega Schnell. Alles sehr heiß. Innen so wie außen Einrichtung hat nichts mit einem McDonald’s zutun (positiv!). Was ich auch sehr gut finde sind die Automatischen Türen und alles was dazu gehört. Sehr hygienisch. Wenn es nur mehr von solchen Läden geben würde. TipTop weiter so!

Essen wie gewohnt, die Räumlichkeiten waren sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Auch die Toiletten waren sehr sauber und ordentlich. Wir waren positiv überrascht.

Einer der schönsten und saubersten McDonald's, die ich bisher gesehen habe. Essen mit gewohnter mittelmäßiger Qualität. Nicht zu überlaufen.

Super Laden und sauber. Einzige Manko war das ich mit meinem Gespann (Pkw und Wohnwagen ) auf der Straße parken mußte weil die Parkflächen bei MC nicht für Gespanne ausgelegt sind.

I didn't think I'd ever write a review about a McDonalds. My wife likes them... also the boy. However, I have to say this was the cleanest, most pleasant fast food experience I've had in a long time. The menu is much better than what we have in Ireland, and the service and hospitality was excellent. In fact, we are going to make a point of dropping by on our way to Italy from Germany this year again! Worth a visit if you're in the away en route somewhere.

Wir sind auf der Durchreise nach Österreich hier raus gefahren. Was soll ich sagen! So ein schönes, sauberes, gepflegtes McD hab ich noch nirgends gesehen. Die gesammte Außenanlage war sehr aufgeräumt und gepflegt. Von außen sieht es klasse aus und innen kommt man sich vor wie in einem schönen, stylischem Café. Es gibt (künstliche aber hübsche) Blumen auf den Tischen, Kerzenhalter mit echten Teelichtern und draußen auf der Terrasse sogar beheizte Sonnenschirme. Man wird mit leiser, entspannter, dezenter Musik berieselt und kann somit richtig schön runterfahren nach einer anstrengenden Fahrt auf der Autobahn. Die Tische werden ständig gereinigt, kaum stehen die Gäste auf, kommt schon ein Mitarbeiter. Wir haben am Terminal bestellt und uns das Essen an den Tisch bringen lassen. Der Mitarbeiter war sehr freundlich und gepflegt. Die Toiletten waren die saubersten und gut gelüftetesten die mir auf Reisen je begegnet sind. Die einzelnen Kabinen waren vom Boden bis zur Decke fest gemauert, damit man auf dem stillen Örtchen auch wirklich seine Privatsphäre hat. Auf dem Waschtisch standen sogar noch schöne Blümchen. Es gibt außerdem einen extra Raum für gehbehinderte Menschen der auch als Wickelraum genutzt werden kann. Erwähnenswert finde ich noch, dass die Türen zu den WCs öffnen automatisch. Der McD hat auch noch klassisch ein McCafé mit eigenem Counter, daher auch echt schön für eine Kaffeepause. Fazit: Wenn ihr gerne zu McD geht und in der Nähe seid, schaut hier gerne vorbei. Mit einer Rast hier kann man nichts falsch machen.
