Sauberste und modernster McDonalds jemals und hatten das Nachtblaue Glas

Super Service, bei warmen Wetter wurde unser Hund rein gebeten und bekam sofort eine Schale mit Wasser. Sehr nett die Mitarbeiter und auch alles sehr sauber.

Super nette Mitarbeiter essen war total schnell fertig und als wir am Tisch saßen kamen 2 Mitarbeiter noch mit Rosen als Geschenk zum Muttertag

Ein schönes Lokal, wie immer bei McDonald's. Das Besondere ist, dass sie jetzt das ganze Restaurant im Grimace-Stil dekoriert haben! Sogar die Taschentücher sind mit Grimace verziert! Was für eine Mühe!

Bestellungen werden im System als „abholbereit“ markiert, obwohl sie tatsächlich noch mehrere Minuten dauern. Wirkt so, als würden hier bewusst die Zeiten geschönt, um bessere Statistiken zu bekommen. Essen war nicht warm.

Ich hatte nach dem Besuch 3 Tage Magen/Darm Beschwerden. Bin nicht der erste aus meinem Freundeskreis dem es nach dem Besuch dieses Lokales so ging!

Alles modern und relativ neu. Das Essen wie immer, nur die Seifenspender auf der Toilette wollten keine Seife hergeben 🙈

Dieser McDonald's war im Vergleich zu anderen, die ich in Deutschland und anderswo besucht habe, recht sauber. Die Toiletten waren sauber und mit einer Blume und einer Kerze dekoriert. Die Bedienung war schnell, und es gab sowohl drinnen als auch draußen viele Sitzplätze.

Unmögliches Personal. Man wartet am Mc Drive 10 Minuten , dann fährt man zum 1. Schalter nach vorne und dann fährt man nocheinmal die ganz runde weil man nicht bedient wird. Und das um 9.15 uhr morgens. Das Lokal ist leer und dann bedient man die Gäste vom mc Drive einfach auch nicht... Unmöglich!!!

Haben vier Doppel Cheeseburger bestellt die kamen alle ohne Zwiebeln und Gurken. Habe versucht, das dem Mitarbeiter mitzuteilen. Der spricht allerdings kein Deutsch und kaum Englisch. Nach einigem Hin und her hieß es ich bekomme neue Burger. Mein angebissener Burger wurde mitgenommen und dann hab ich 10 Minuten gewartet und es kam nichts. nachdem ich mich nach 10 Minuten dann noch mal beschwert hab, hat man mir einen Burger neu gebracht und der war völlig versalzen. Wahrscheinlich um es mir rein zu drücken, unglaublich in 40 Jahren McDonald’s, sowas noch nicht erlebt.

Haben insgesamt 4x was zum Mitnehmen geholt. Jedes mal hat etwas im Happy Meal gefehlt. Heute dann der Hohn: Getränk, Apfeltüte und das ausgewählte Buch haben gefehlt. Von 5 Artikeln nur 2 einzupacken, das darf nicht sein!! Zusätzlich fehlte eine Mayonnaise und 1 Burger war kalt, dieser stand wohl länger rum. Bisher war unsere Einstellung, wir probieren es nochmal. Aber jetzt ist der Ofen aus. Der McDonald's in Kiefersfelden wird uns nicht mehr zu sehen bekommen.

100% Empfehlung - Am 13.02.2026 um 13:32 Uhr dort gewesen. Bestellung ging ruckzuck , auch die vorbeigebrachte Bestellung. In 30 Minuten wurden 3 x die leeren Tische abgeräumt + gewischt; der Fußboden 2x gefegt. Frische Blumen auf nicht allen Tischen, aber eben frische. Kerzen ! / Nachdem wir gegessen hatten, alle Speisen waren warm, fiel uns auf, dass das Rückgeld nicht ganz stimmte, es wurde sofort nachgezahlt, ohne Diskussion. Die Toiletten ein Traum an Sauberkeit. Könnte so eine FilialLeitung bitte in Hamburg sein ?!!!!?

Dort kann man keinen Cappuccino zubereiten!

Musste 20-30 min im Mcdrive warten bis meine Bestellung aufgenommen wurde. Dabei war ich schon an der Säule. Es war einfach kein Personal da

Essen war eigentlich gut, aber meine Chicken Nuggets haben einfach gefehlt. Bezahlt, aber nicht bekommen — ziemlich schwach. Schade, so etwas sollte nicht passieren

Ich habe 30 minuten auf mein kipnuggets gewacht

Ein Mann bereitet Kaffee für 99 Personen zu. Der Rest des Personals ist völlig überfordert, sobald mehr als vier Bestellungen anstehen. Es lohnt sich nicht.

Obwohl per App vorbestellt, wurden wir im Drive nach 3 Minuten schweigen darum gebeten, bitte hinein zu kommen, man würde es nicht schaffen zu bearbeiten. Drinnen dann eine Masse von Menschen, von denen welche bereits über 20 Minuten warteten. Wir hatten eigentlich nur 2 Kaffee vorbestellt weil wir schnell wieder weiter wollten. Das ein MacDonalds so etwas an einem Samstag Morgen (8Uhr, ja ok, es war Urlaubsverkehr, aber das weiß man doch vorher) nicht hinbekommt, verwundert etwas. Aber gut, wie waren auch schon öfter am Nachmittag schnell im Drive für 2 Cheeseburger für die Fahrt und selbst dafür braucht man dort gefühlt ewig.

nettes Personal, meistens nicht so stark besucht dadurch sehr geringe Wartezeiten.

Ich war schon in über 20 verschiedenen Ländern in vielen McDonald's-Filialen, und diese hier war eine der schönsten! Blitzsauber, wunderschön dekorierte Tische (echte Kerzen und Blumen – richtig schick!), das Essen war frisch und heiß, einfach insgesamt ein wirklich toller Ort. Es war so ein schönes Erlebnis, dass ich mich genötigt fühlte, hier eine Bewertung über diesen zufälligen McDonald's zu schreiben, an dem wir auf unserer Fahrt durch Deutschland angehalten haben, haha.

Achtung bei diesem Abzocker Laden. Dieser McDonald's hat wie viele andere seine Parkplätze einem Unternehmen namens parkdepot abgegeben. Wer die Park Dauer von 2 Std überzieht bezahlt 40€ Geldstrafe. Ich war mit einer Freundin am 08.01.26 in diesem McDonald's wir haben auch Umsatz gemacht und zwar die ganzen 4 Std und trotzdem hab ich eine Strafe vom Parkplatz betreiber bekommen. Sowas nennt man abzocke. Zudem haben die Mitarbeiter an diesem Tag alle Leute die in dem McDonald's rein kamen sau dumm angeredet weil jeder sich die Schuhe am Teppich mit dem schnee abgeklopft haben. In dem Laden arbeiten nur Rumänen die übelst unfreundlich sind. Und als ich am 30.12.25 in diesem Laden war hab ich über 25 min auf meine 20ziger nuggets gewartet.... Als in einem meidet diesen McDonald's aufjedenfall......

Finger Weg von diesem Mac!! Waren Gestern-Abend gegen 21:00 dort. Habe für meinen Sohn ein Happy Meal, für mich ein McRib-Menu und einen Matcha Latte und für meine Frau ein Muffin bestellt. Gleich zu Beginn gab es eine Schreierei in der Küche und als ich reinguckte, stand irgendein Mitarbeiter neben dem Grill-Mitarbeiter und trank dort seinen Espresso. Bei meiner Bestellung gefehlt haben: Orangensaft und Fruchttüte (Happy Meal), Wasser (McRib Menu) und 2 bestellte extra Ketchup!! Zudem wurde erst ein Erdbeer Muffin aufs Tablet gelegt, obwohl ein Marmor-Muffin bestellt wurde. Nachdem ich darauf aufmerksam machte, wurde dies mürrisch korrigiert. Nachdem ich eine Mitarbeiterin an meinem Sitzplatz dann (vermutlich Schichtleiterin) auf die fehlenden Artikel aufmerksam machte, wurde zwar höflich gesagt, dass sie dies gleich bringe. Gekommen ist auch nach 10 Minuten nichts. Nachdem ich darauf aufmerksam machte, kamen jedoch auch gleich viele neue Kunden und so haben wir das Lokal dann ohne unsere bezahlten Artikel verlassen. Ich habe selbst 3,5 Jahre in einem Schweizer Mac gearbeitet. Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt. P.s. Pommes hatten mindestens 15 Minuten Standzeit. Waren weich und kalt. Leute, so geht das nicht! Und allzu günstig ist McDonalds in Deutschland auch nicht mehr. Da kann man wenigstens ein Minimum an Service und Sorgfalt erwarten! Hab für eine lange Zeit kein Bock mehr auf Mac. Nachdem ich nun auch weitere Rezensionen gelesen habe, habe ich mich noch schriftlich bei McDonalds Deutschland beschwert. Da es sich bei diesem Resraurant um einen Franchise-Nehmer handelt, fühlt sich McDonalds nicht verpflichtet.

Schlimmster McDonalds weit und breit. Bestellungen dauern ewig, dreckige Tische und Toiletten. Zudem kann sich das Personal kaum verständigen, auch nicht auf Englisch, ist super unfreundlich und schreit die Kunden an. Für uns ein No-go, da fahren wir lieber nach Österreich rüber.

Great McDonald's and one of the best. The staff are very friendly and always in a good mood. We go there often, and it's always impressive how clean this McDonald's is. It's especially nice during the Christmas season. The entire McDonald's is brightly lit. Highly recommended for all fast-food lovers.

Some of the staff are nice, some are not so nice. And I usually get cold food, which isn't great. Or the wrong food, since many don't understand German, which isn't really a big deal.

You wait 15 minutes UNATTENDED at the McCafe, and when you ask if you can order something, you're rudely told, "I have other orders, it's just taking a while." Is that supposed to be customer-friendly? Politeness and friendliness are apparently completely ignored. It's all in the tone of voice! Absolutely audacious!

We come here often. The McDonald's is very nice and easy to get to. Unfortunately, we've had a problem every time. When it was very busy, we had to wait longer (usually up to 30 minutes). When we didn't have to wait long, something was always missing from our order. (We had the same problem when picking up; we never received our entire order, so we always have to check before we go home.) Today, it reached its peak, as our order was completely forgotten. Only after we asked was our order taken. (And unfortunately, we weren't the only ones.) In my opinion, the employees are completely overwhelmed or too unmotivated. Don't get me wrong, we were always treated kindly, but judging by their performance, it's a disaster.

Up until now I was actually satisfied and thought this McDonald's was great. I can accept that they've only had one vegetarian or vegan burger for years because I don't go that often. Today I was here with a friend and unfortunately not a single burger was without meat. That's too few and no longer in keeping with the times. A regular and a spicy burger without meat would probably be appropriate and no problem to offer. It's a shame that you're so old-fashioned in this regard. It's really very unfortunate for all those who don't eat meat. Yes, I do feel for all the animals who have to live unnecessarily poor lives, in case you were wondering. And fries and vegan nuggets are no alternative when you go to the number one burger place.

A restaurant where real flowers and candles create a welcoming ambiance. Very clean, and the staff is courteous. One star deducted because the fries were pre-fried in too large quantities and were no longer hot when served. The breakfast is recommended, considering the prices at hotels.

I've rarely experienced such a great McDonald's. It was very busy, but the food arrived within a few minutes. Excellent! I don't need to say much about the food; the quality was very good. After three minutes, an employee came over and asked if everything was okay. We've never experienced anything like that before. Really great. An employee vacuumed the carpet. All the tables were cleared and cleaned quickly. Overall, very clean, and all the employees were very friendly! Thank you.

Worst drive-thru experience I've ever had at McDonald's. We live nearby and occasionally pick up orders for our family, and every time, the food we ordered and, more importantly, paid for is missing. The last order was missing nuggets, and today the second order was missing toys and fries. If you don't check everything thoroughly on-site, you'll end up with a rude awakening and sad children at home. Shame on you!

I don't really need to say anything about the taste of the food; you either like it or you don't. At the Mac in Kiefersfelden, I really liked the fact that there were real, fresh, beautiful flowers on all the tables, and the green plants on the shelves were also real and beautiful. The food was prepared and brought to the table very quickly. We were passing through on our way back home from the Adriatic Sea, and unlike the other Mac restaurants on the Autobahn, this one was really great.

Slow food. Understaffed, everything takes forever, even though the customer service isn't particularly high, and the friendliness leaves a lot to be desired. Many admire McDonald's for its beauty; there are hundreds of similar places, definitely nothing special.

McCafé: Too bad: the croissants aren't good, the cakes are small and expensive, but otherwise very nice (decor, location). Personally, I don't like the constantly blasting air conditioning, but it's getting summery now, so maybe it'll be okay then. The coffee is sometimes better at other McCafés!

That was the driest Big McNugget I've ever eaten. A real shame! The fries had practically no salt. I won't be back.

Modern with a beautiful panorama of McDonald's, friendly and quick service. There was food on the table for a while, someone was constantly walking and cleaning. I didn't know it was still possible in Germany. We will definitely come back, it was a nice break during the trip.

We were there earlier to grab something to eat and we also wanted to try the new wraps that are always being advertised. When we arrived home and opened the wraps, we noticed that both wraps were very lightly topped, i.e. prepared with little love. When we took the third bite, we realized, among other things, that we both had the same variety as the one we actually ordered on the screen. Not recommended at all for €5.99, it was worth €2.00 at most. We really missed the salad and the cucumbers. The only thing that always works are the Chicken MC Nuggets, which thank God we ordered with them.

Service is super fast, people who is working there is nice. They have even live flowers at cafe part and in the toilette. Food has classical Mc taste 😌

100% recommended. I have many "Golden Gulls" So I visited McDonald's and what I experienced here cannot be described in words. Cleanliness, friendly staff and an atmosphere that is second to none. Fresh roses in small vases on the toilet, where can you find that?? Fresh roses are also present on the tables in MC Caffee. Guests are presented with a red carpet as a warm welcome. No rubbish, neither on the tables nor on the floors, of course also in the room Outside area, everything clean. This branch should be a model for all McDonald's restaurants worldwide. Congratulations to the entire team.

Rarely have I visited such a great and clean McDonald's!

At the drive through counter this morning there was an extremely irritable and unfriendly man who said that you have no culture if you whistle in the car and then shouted that you should wait. I asked his colleague if he was new, but she said he had been working for 10 years. He then made us wait extra so that I had enough time to inspect the many insects on the McDonald’s building. A photo of it can be found here. In any case, there was no taste of beetles in my breakfast burger - but I wouldn't have been surprised. Customers are more of a nuisance here. Therefore only 1 star

Pretty Mäcces with very friendly staff and well-kept grounds. I have to particularly emphasize the surroundings. In the middle of mountains, not far from the Inn, this McDonalds is in a really beautiful location.

I just bought a vegetarian wrap and noticed on the second bite that it was made with chicken instead of mozzarella. I haven't eaten meat for many years and find such mistakes very difficult and, for me personally, bad. It would be very nice if you didn't always have to worry about something like this, but could just eat in peace on a long car journey.
