When I was in this branch the last few days, the order terminal had problems with my order. Despite QR codes, it didn't want to adopt a menu from the coupons. I then turned to the young woman at the checkout. Unfortunately she only spoke very, very bad German. After a while we finally managed to place the order. Unfortunately the food didn't come and I had to ask at the counter. There was part of our order there, probably for some time, which was then completed when I asked. By now we were so hungry that we didn't even care that the burgers were only lukewarm. There was very little going on in the branch, so that couldn't be excused with a high volume of customers. Dear McDonald's franchisers, it's commendable that you also employ employees who don't speak German, but that might not be ideal at the checkout. And eating lukewarm is not what you imagine. Unfortunately 0 stars are not possible. The order terminals have been broken for weeks, taking minutes to even load, printer paper not being refilled, and card errors constantly. And not just at a machine. It took 15 minutes to order 1 Happymeal. In addition, individual items are constantly missing, everything takes forever.

The branch is not exactly overcrowded, which may be due to its location in the commercial area. Fast service, food okay.

We bought three McFlurry ice creams 2 days ago, one with caramel and got all three with caramel, which we didn't want, we wanted one with caramel and two normal 3.99 for a McFlurry ice cream with nothing in it, so that's a rip off in our ice cream sundaes They weren't full, there was almost nothing on the ice cream inside

Lately the tables have been dirty and sticky. It's a shame it used to be really great

Many workers work without gloves. I saw with my own eyes a man mopping the floor with a mop and then preparing food. And without gloves. He also didn't wash his hands. A woman baked rolls without gloves. Paper jars with water are covered with lids without gloves. They didn't give a tube to drink. DEAR, DO YOU WORK IN THE FOOD SECTOR? !!!! Too crowded and too long a queue

On that day of the visit, with an empty stomach, I discovered that I had been pelted with a disastrous meal, figuratively speaking. The house specialty called McNuggets could be peeled like an old plum and were hardly edible. The food here is always as ordered and fresh. Only the cleaning of the guest room including the tables and unfortunately also the toilets really leaves a lot to be desired.

We stayed here on the way back from England today. A Wednesday at 1 p.m.! There was little going on, but the employees still seemed stressed and unfocused. Something was missing from the food we had been waiting for forever and in the car we discovered that the fries had been packed lying flat! So they were completely distributed in the paper bag. Everything ok so far but nothing special

Very tasty, only there were a lot of orders and one person was involved in payment, assembly and delivery. The girl accepted the order of one customer, collected it, handed it out, and only then accepted the next payment. There were 4 people in line and it was very long. Well done girl, but why there aren’t enough employees in such a corporation is unclear to me.

Unfriendly staff. We drove through McDrive and weren't asked what sauce we wanted or what drink we wanted with the Happy Meal. The employee at the McDrive counter was very unfriendly. Totally aloof and arrogant. A pity !

Something is going terribly wrong here. Had to cancel my entire order. The manager's reaction underlines the situation in this branch. I've never experienced anything like that before.

We ordered a small menu and ice cream and waited 40 minutes but our number wasn't shown on the display yet! Fries were warm but without salt and the burger was cold like the rest! Ice cream was half melted Everything is full here. A McDonald's for people with a lot of time and no high expectations for good service and food!

Waiting over an hour for two double cheese burgers, fries and a Coke. First and last time I was in this branch.

It is small, confusing and the hygiene leaves something to be desired - almost all of the tables were not clean and I received my order at the table in this lake of water (at least I hope so). Simply order 2 citizens so that it goes quickly. Waiting time 15 minutes. Ordered Royal cheese, got Royal TS with old beef. Something should change in the future, otherwise you won't be able to go to the pizzeria again in the future at this price. It doesn't take any longer and isn't more expensive.

Friday evening: It wasn't particularly crowded. Food was ready quickly and hot. Unfortunately tables were dirty. The toilet is relatively clean, but it smells very disgusting and there is no hand paper on the sink.

Burgers are always good, the coffee depends on who makes it, some make it very good and others so-so, you have to check your order when you order takeaway because sometimes they forget to give you something and every other takeaway order is without paper tissues

Stopped here with my brother and sister in law to grab a quick breakfast. We all had the Bacon egg Mcmuffin, mh brother had a milk coffee, my sister in law gad a hot chocolate and I had a regular coffee. It was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There are a few parking spaces available. Easy to find, just off the Kempener Ring

The toilets are absolutely unpleasantly unhygienic. The legacy of our predecessors is everywhere, even on the toilet door handles. Regular checks are urgently required here.

Standing in the queue for 40 minutes without a clear reason, no answer when asked, not tip top... then the burger is still cold and half of it is missing from the happy meal. Sorry, not the first time it's happened like this, but today was the last time it happened to me there.

As usual from MCs, too expensive for what you get and now there are no more lids It's a shame MCs was never really good, but it used to be worlds better

Very busy in there, as if there was a lack of staff. Unfortunately I got a pretty cold burger and had the impression that the standards that such fast food chains have were not met at all. There was no empty space for empty tablets. You could also search in vain for straws. The tables were not clean.

Das Essen bei McDonald's ist ja bekannt , da weiss man auf was man sich einlässt . Das allerdings das WC so nach Urin stinken muss.....

Cheeseburger nur noch halb so groß aber doppelt so teuer. Hatte verschiedene Burger gehabt , alle Burger schmeckten gleich ekelhaft. War nach sechs Jahren wieder bei Mcwürg und wurde so richtig verarscht. So jetzt nie wieder.

Klassisches Big Mac Menü gegessen - nichts besonderes. War aber endlich mal gut belegt gewesen. Pommes waren auch ok. Ambiente im Restaurant selber war nicht so mein Ding - aber typisch McDonald's halt. Parkplatz kann schnell voll sein. Inkl. Drive In Schalter.

MC Donalds halt. Irgendwie sind doch alle Filialen ähnlich. Man kennt es, man meckert drüber und trotzdem geht man immer wieder hin, weil's schmeckt. Kulinarische Höhenflüge darf man nicht erwarten, aber bleiben wir fair: Mit was sollte man das auch vergleichen? Entweder man mag es oder nicht - und man bekommt neben dem ohrenbetäubenden Gepiepe aus der Küche auch nicht mehr oder weniger, als das was man erwartet, weil man es kennt. Der große Vorteil: Es ist fast zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit verfügbar.

Bestellung ist zu umständlich an dem Bestellportal, deswegen bestelle ich nur über Drive in, da kann man noch mit Worten bestellen und muss sich nicht durch irgendwelche Menüs scrollen .

Man ist halt selber schuld, wenn man zu faul zum kochen ist.

Zuerst falsche Burger bekommen...zwar neue bekommen,aber zu Hause angekommen fehlten 2 Portionen Pommes...ärgerlich

Wie jeder MC Donalds aber das Freundlichste Personal was ich in 40 Jahren erlebt habe. Das beste ist ,egal ob voll oder leer , das Essen ist immer Heiß!!!!!

Bestellautomaten bräuchten mal ein Update, oft funktioniert die Kartenzahlung nur an der richtigen Kasse. Essen ist soweit ok. Preis/Leistung grenzwertig, ziemlich teuer geworden.

Wie gefühlt jedes Mäcces, man kennt es. Man weiß was man bekommt und was nicht. Die Sauberkeit der Tisch lässt zu wünschen übrig.

Das beste McDonald's in der Gegend nur leider teilweise echt zu voll.

Leider wird mit einem Lieferdienst geworben, den es in der Realität dann aber doch nicht gibt. Dauerhaft nicht, soweit ich das bei Nachfrage verstanden habe. Verstörend. Und irreführenden Marketing.

Essen ist immer noch nicht mit der Werbung zu vergleichen. Mitarbeiter stehen unter Stress.

Bei meinem Besuch mittags war es gut besucht. Leider nicht sehr sauber. Tische und Boden waren klebrig.Essen OK aber nicht so wie ich es von anderen McDonalds kenne. Pommes nicht echt warm.Burger schon weich.

Für ein Fastfood Restaurant sehr schön sauber. Nette Leute und das Essen ist frisch. Schade das es zu wenig Personal gibt...aber das ist ja überall so in der Gastronomie.

Einer der besten McDonald's in denen ich je war. Sehr sauber, schnelle Zubereitung und freundliches Personal. Das Ambiente wirkt Modern und unterscheidet sich von anderen Standorten. Das Essen war nicht irgendwie lieblos zusammen gewürfelt wie bei anderen Standorten sondern mit Gefühl. Gerne wieder👍

War dort im Drive und der große blonde mit der Brille ist sehr sympathisch und lustig gewesen ging schnell und essen war gut wie bei jedem Mc Donalds immer wieder gerne

War am Drive in .Hat ewig gedauert .Irgendwer hat am Schalter bestellt und ist danach einfach durch gefahren .Der Kassierer war vollkommen überfordert mit der Situation und nachfolgende Besteller hatten dadurch das Nachsehen . Um solche Pannen zu vermeiden ,sollte MC D mal ein Bodenpöller System installieren .Nur wer Zahlt und die Bestellung entgegen nimmt kommt wieder raus . D.h.kann ich keine gute Bewertung abgeben .

Also Mcs ist Mcs, das muss ich keinem erklären. Doch gibt es echt beim Burger Unterschiede, Geldern zB. Kannst du immer hin und den Burger auch essen aber hier..... Junge, ich hab das Ding in Schichten gegessen da alles auseinander rutschte. Halbes Salatfeld in der Packung... Tube Soße drauf.... Ekelhaft. Da ist mir echt klar geworden, nie wieder.
