McDonald's in Haren (Ems)

We didn't eat anything, we just went to the bathroom because we were in a hurry and on our way home from vacation. But I've rarely seen the toilet so clean.

Restaurant zur goldenen Möwe - everything is perfect here! Therefore a quick snack that deserves the name ☝️😌 ... of course we don't need to discuss "healthy food" here 🤷‍♂️ ... That was the worst DoubleCheese TS/burger I've ever had. Absolutely no taste. A shoe sole after a 100m sprint might taste better. The sanitary facilities are not exactly clean. There is paper everywhere in the dining room. The parking lot is very full, but there are hardly any guests there.

This was by far the worst McDonald’s visit I have ever experienced. Annoyed, bored and completely overwhelmed employees, we waited half an hour, most of the food was cold. When I asked (several times), the only answer I got was “it’s currently being done”. Sorry, no one goes to McDonald’s for the culinary experience, it should be quick. If you don't provide that, you don't need ambient lighting in the toilet, that doesn't make it any better.

The staff cannot complete an order. Every time sauces or nuggets are missing...

Unfortunately, it wasn't a good experience. We had to wait about 20 minutes for our coffee and ice cream. During that time, the shift manager or store manager approached us and asked for a Google review – pointing out that we'd get a free ice cream or drink, but only if we gave a 5-star review. This shouldn't be dependent on the rating. Furthermore, the restrooms were in a very dirty condition, which definitely doesn't warrant a five-star rating.

To be honest, our Mc'D in Leer is actually a lot better. At least I don't really feel comfortable there. The latte cup was lukewarm for the second time and flooded with syrup, the burgers were always mushy, even though there was always little going on. I don't like paying around 5€ for the drink and I'm not used to that in Leer... 👌 Curious with the same owner 😛😉

This store has potential, but there is a lack of staff. Two employees in the entire store is tough. Without exaggerating, orders easily take half an hour, if not longer. Eckstein really has to think about something.

Typical McDonalds, only after 10km I notice that the fries were charged for but not packed... deduction! Diesel times everything is wonderful.

At McDonald’s it always tastes the same. It's quite pleasant here, clean and simply but nicely furnished. We were served very friendly and everything went well. Unpleasant: The smell in the toilet (quite musty), although it was very clean. The birds chirping is nice😉

The restaurant manager was very nice and delivered the food to our place. You can just sit down and order via the app. The employees are always very helpful and friendly. It is even recommended to take advantage of offers if, for example, a menu is cheaper instead of ordering everything individually. Keep it up!

If your car needs to be charged, you can have something to eat and drink, which is nicer than waiting in the car.

We just got coffee, that took a while. But it was super clean. A great changing room. No smell and good hygiene. Well heated. With warm running water that does not run out when washing your hands. We liked it.

The fate of system catering is its standards. What this guarantees is fast and perfect service does not allow for individualization of the ambience and food depending on the region.

It's the same thing over and over again. Nevertheless, we unfortunately keep coming back in the hope that things will get better. You normally order 2 x 20 spicy nuggets and of course the employees only pack 1 x spicy nugget. Just by the way, this is now happening twice in a row. And no, we're not there every day. It's just really stressful when you pay for your food and only get half of it. If you have to queue again and wait so long, you won't feel like it. So you drive home half hungry. It's a shame, it's been like this for a long time. There are endless other examples, but not all of them need to be mentioned. This is enough.

As much of a McDonalds that you could expect in Germany. It's located a bit farther away from the highway, with smaller signs guiding you to the location. It is right next to a gas station, so it's easy to fill up as well while you're there.

A McDonald's right on the highway, great to take a break on long journeys. The McDonald's is like every McDonald's, simply delicious. The little ones can let off steam and we big ones can strengthen ourselves for the rest of the trip. Of course, this McDonald's is as good as all McDonald's.

Drive used twice. What is defective or was (at least at the time of my visit) was that there was no display on the intercom stand for ordering that shows the order list. So while my order is being announced, I have no overview of what I have already ordered and how much it will cost. Not so crazy for a single order, but if you're traveling with a larger family, a display like this would be very helpful against cost scares, double or under-orders. What made things even more difficult was that the employee at the intercom had a very strong accent, the intercom and ambient volume then also reduced intelligibility, so that the order really became a "guess with Rosenthal": the dear colleague at the other end of the intercom understood what I ordered? It may or may not be because I didn't understand what he just confirmed to me. Other branches have an order display like this, why not this one? The branch parking lot was packed both times and the store, as was visible from the outside, was overcrowded with guests. The employees at the drive were friendly and quick and packed the products carefully and completely. Therefore, apart from the strenuous ordering process, everything was great!

Brought breakfast, including a LACTOSE-FREE latte macchiato. If I hadn't already been 35 km away, I would ask if the service person could read. It was definitely not lactose free. I'm dealing with stomach pain and diarrhea. I go to MC because they have lactose-free products. That doesn't work at all. In addition, the mini pancakes were cold and hard.

No toilet paper in the toilet, if you ask you won't be helped. Only after 5 other customers have also asked is the roll given to the customer...

McDonald's, we were just passing through. Employees unmotivated, food brought to the table without a word. First 1 tray then the 2, we waited to see if another one would come because something was still missing. No, so even afterwards... cold fries, wrong sauce, Cola or Cola zero not marked which is which So this branch will definitely not see us again.
