We just got coffee, that took a while. But it was super clean. A great changing room. No smell and good hygiene. Well heated. With warm running water that does not run out when washing your hands. We liked it.

The food and the location were very good, but unfortunately there is no cell phone reception in McDonalds

It's the same thing over and over again. Nevertheless, we unfortunately keep coming back in the hope that things will get better. You normally order 2 x 20 spicy nuggets and of course the employees only pack 1 x spicy nugget. Just by the way, this is now happening twice in a row. And no, we're not there every day. It's just really stressful when you pay for your food and only get half of it. If you have to queue again and wait so long, you won't feel like it. So you drive home half hungry. It's a shame, it's been like this for a long time. There are endless other examples, but not all of them need to be mentioned. This is enough.

As much of a McDonalds that you could expect in Germany. It's located a bit farther away from the highway, with smaller signs guiding you to the location. It is right next to a gas station, so it's easy to fill up as well while you're there.

Very nice employees. The "Asian" branch manager in particular is extremely polite, always smiles, is very courteous and helps immediately with problems. In my opinion the man more than deserves a raise! Unfortunately, that's not always the case at McDonald's. The food is just as usual at the Golden M.

A McDonald's right on the highway, great to take a break on long journeys. The McDonald's is like every McDonald's, simply delicious. The little ones can let off steam and we big ones can strengthen ourselves for the rest of the trip. Of course, this McDonald's is as good as all McDonald's.

Drive used twice. What is defective or was (at least at the time of my visit) was that there was no display on the intercom stand for ordering that shows the order list. So while my order is being announced, I have no overview of what I have already ordered and how much it will cost. Not so crazy for a single order, but if you're traveling with a larger family, a display like this would be very helpful against cost scares, double or under-orders. What made things even more difficult was that the employee at the intercom had a very strong accent, the intercom and ambient volume then also reduced intelligibility, so that the order really became a "guess with Rosenthal": the dear colleague at the other end of the intercom understood what I ordered? It may or may not be because I didn't understand what he just confirmed to me. Other branches have an order display like this, why not this one? The branch parking lot was packed both times and the store, as was visible from the outside, was overcrowded with guests. The employees at the drive were friendly and quick and packed the products carefully and completely. Therefore, apart from the strenuous ordering process, everything was great!

Brought breakfast, including a LACTOSE-FREE latte macchiato. If I hadn't already been 35 km away, I would ask if the service person could read. It was definitely not lactose free. I'm dealing with stomach pain and diarrhea. I go to MC because they have lactose-free products. That doesn't work at all. In addition, the mini pancakes were cold and hard.

No toilet paper in the toilet, if you ask you won't be helped. Only after 5 other customers have also asked is the roll given to the customer...

McDonald's, we were just passing through. Employees unmotivated, food brought to the table without a word. First 1 tray then the 2, we waited to see if another one would come because something was still missing. No, so even afterwards... cold fries, wrong sauce, Cola or Cola zero not marked which is which So this branch will definitely not see us again.

Definitely my first and last visit to the store! Citizens old and cold! Cappuccino without expresso shot!!! A contractual agreement on freshness is not taken so seriously here

Always friendly staff. The toilets are clean. There is sufficient parking space. You usually get your food quickly. It can only take a while during peak times. It's actually exactly what I expect from a McDonald's.

Were there today in transit. Awesome, what a run of people. Despite that the food was fresh and hot. Tables were wiped clean and the toilet area was also clean and tidy. Definitely a recommendation.

First of all, if the employees and especially the manager don't feel like it or are motivated, they should just stay at home. Unfriendly to the power of 3 is an understatement, we waited 45 minutes for 6 cheeseburgers and nothing came. Then we just drove back, this store was the last time we saw us. Shame on you! Oh, you actually deserve points!!!!!!

Staff are very friendly and helpful and the food was as expected. Unfortunately, when we visited, almost all of the tables were dirty and the soap dispensers at the toilet sinks were empty. In addition, unfortunately there was only this germ spinner for drying your hands. I find paper towels much more hygienic. There were enough parking spaces.

So for the money you can still get enough here!!!

My family and I were at McDrive last month, even though there were a lot of customers, we received our order quite quickly. The food was well packaged and delicious. The Asian girl was very nice and ran to bring us our orders😂😅. We will definitely come back again

Nice and clean branch close to Autobahn 31. Parking lot was big enough and despite lunchtime and good occupancy, the food came to the table quickly. Toilets were clean so there was nothing to complain about on this visit.

Benches outside were wet and I wasn't allowed to reverse through MC Drive. Such unfriendly staff. What a disgrace. The table outside is falling apart and my colleague didn't get any caramel sauce even though he ordered it.

Great location and snack bar for quick food. Easily accessible from both sides of the motorway. And there is an Aral gas station next door where you can also charge your electric car‼️ Food is ordered via the oversized “touch panels”, where more sensitive operation would be desirable. My average rating is due to the food quality and packaging. Instead of wheat products, you should increasingly rely on whole grain products and the packaging in general should be further reduced ‼️ You can often find packaging with the big M on it on the side of the road 2-3 km away 😩😩😩

At the beginning it was a nice branch, but since the Chinese took over the store there has been nothing going on here. 99% of orders are wrong, trash cans overflow in unfriendly conditions and tables are rarely wiped down. Actually, one star is already too much.

Every year when we go on vacation we have a short breakfast.

Very long waiting time at the drive in. We were there yesterday because of two small things and we had to park straight away and wait 30 minutes. Unfortunately, that is always the case. It's better to drive to Meppen and go to McDonald's there.

Ate here on the way back to the Netherlands, we wish we had driven on to the Netherlands What a filthy mess it is there. Even a fast food restaurant should be able to tackle the flies by keeping everything clean, good hygiene, staff walking on crocks. Fries were not cooked properly, hamburgers were larger than in the Netherlands but a lot thinner. They don't have the fries sauce that MacDonalds is known for and the mayonnaise is nasty. When we left we quickly counted... 15 flies on our leaf. The one star I give this restaurant is the tubs of barbecue sauce, because those sachets of sauce at McDonald's are the biggest mistake they could make. But actually they don't deserve a star because today I'm hanging above the toilet... Got sick from the food and the flies My advice: choose something else to eat

We have never been so disappointed by a McDonald's restaurant. Especially with the fish mc and long chicken, the meat/fish on the sides was bone hard. Completely dry and inedible. The fries were soggy and tasted like they hadn't even been read through and the apple pocket was in there for far too long. It's a shame about the money

The store has changed a lot since it opened, with long waiting times, cold/missing food and stressed employees. It always seems like there isn't enough staff.

Super long wait, 50 minutes. Food was cold. Ordered coffee and cocoa in a cup and received a to-go cup. Super unfriendly manager. How can someone like that manage a branch? Completely incompetent and super unfriendly. It's easy when you talk to this woman. She still gets money for that.

Redeeming app coupons at the terminal is a pain. There is no network in the store (apparently suppressed or jammers. Very annoying

You had to wait a long time for your order, one was even completely forgotten and no one even apologized. Even in the orders that finally arrived, there were some forgotten sauces etc. Very unfortunate.

It wasn't full-bodied and we waited half an hour for breakfast. It's better to drive one rest stop further in any direction you think of and be faster when you drive back.

The food - normal McDonald's food. When we were there, the restaurant was full except for the last seat inside and outside. Nevertheless, our order was ready surprisingly quickly, the staff was very friendly and everything was clean. We were particularly pleased with the cleanliness of the toilets! Despite the high number of guests, everything there was sparkling clean! First class - some other McDonald's could learn a lot from this!

Ich muss hier mal ein ganz großes Lob an die Mitarbeiter geben. Ich hatte direkt am Drive In eine Autopanne und kam weder vor noch zurück. Es dauerte nicht lange und es kamen 3 sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter zur Hilfe. Sie haben mir mit einer entspannten Art geholfen, bis mein Auto wieder lief. Also so viel Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft habe ich in noch keiner anderen Filiale erlebt. Ganz lieben Dank nochmal an dieser Stelle. Hier lohnt sich ein Besuch auf jeden Fall.

We ordered from McDonald's today and all of the fries/curry fries were undercooked and still half raw. There's no need to even talk about the waiting time. When I got home I wanted to eat my hot bag and then there was something red on it (blood) and you can't work with gloves there, pretty disgusting. The nuggets were simply grabbed by hand when they fell out.

Very dirty food. The fries were undercooked and tasted like frying fat. I guess that wasn't the right temperature? The chicken wrap with chili sauce was also nasty, way too much chili sauce. Like I drank a bottle of chili sauce. We threw everything away and moved on to the next stop.

This MC is well managed. Always clean and enough staff. The Klatterturm for the children is great. Keep it up!

We were in transit, ordered, then waited almost 45 minutes for the food. It arrived almost cold, complained again, waited, slapped together hamburgers... never again

Food was good but my curly fries had a normal fries in it, something like that is not possible and my coke was forgotten and the staff couldn't understand anyone because of their bad German. All in all it was really bad. We didn't get any napkins and the trays were wet so they were fries were completely soggy, I ordered my cola without ice, but there was still some in it, the chicken nuggets were almost cold and soggy, something unprofessional

I've never experienced anything like that... Once in the MC Drive line, two lanes (!) and after 40 minutes with half the food in the hold... Get out and walk back to claim the missing food... Incompetent! Never again!

Forever a long wait. Ordered breakfast at 10:10. At 10:45 I asked if it was still coming. (Other guests already got burgers & fries) Would be in progress. 15 minutes later another waitress came (very friendly) and was annoyed that we had been waiting so long. She took care of it. Otherwise we would still be waiting after 2 hours. Unfortunately not the first time like this.

One of the few clean McDonald's there is. Every time we go north we take a break here. Clean toilets, friendly staff. No trace of hecticness. You can also eat something there with a clear conscience. Also, no long waiting times.

So.Many.Flies! There were an incredible number of flies inside, you couldn't have peace from them for even 10 seconds. And that with outside temperatures of around 8-15 degrees which are rather cool for June. Aside from the many flies, everything you could see as a guest was spotlessly clean, including the toilets. Waiting time under 5 minutes for a breakfast menu.
