McDonald's in Neuwied

Even though it was very busy yesterday, we had our mac menu at the table quickly

It was disgusting this morning because the food was cold, nothing warm and the tables were dirty and clean. Nobody wanted to clean it except mice 🐁 that was the last time I was there. Nobody needs something like that

Very dirty and at 8 a.m. in the morning. When I asked to wipe the obviously very dirty table, the very rude employee replied that we should just sit somewhere else. Unbelievable. Mc Donalds Neuwied, NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

Delivery was a disaster, I ordered several times, sometimes an hour late. It happened twice that the doorbell didn't ring and I had to refund the money. Very frustrating...

Service leaves a lot to be desired. Was left with my online order to be picked up because they couldn't find it. Money gone, no food. Extremely annoying.

Been there again for a long time, very disappointing Bigmac no longer has anything to do with the picture from the advertising, far too little meat with the cola, there is no straw anymore!

I can't use this machine to place orders. I still prefer personal contact.

The fries and chicken nuggets were cold. There was chopped stuff in my ice cream. Complained but no apology. The service here has grown a lot. It used to be cleaner. It's a shame actually

Unfortunately citizens with very little sauce and rotten lettuce and nothing is improving in the shop and the one in the picture is supposed to be a big mack where is that big ridiculous

The thing with the terminals that you can order yourself is a nice thing. It's just stupid that the things are constantly broken or hang up, or whatever, in any case at least one terminal doesn't work.

Computer broken, no voucher name possible, but you could have said that at the car counter. Furthermore, the person was also unfriendly and wanted to force me to buy the version that was twice as expensive. It was the last time I ordered something there.

Even if we eat 80% of the time in a healthy and balanced diet, we still have to eat McDonalds once or twice a month! Outside in the summer, when it gets colder, inside. The quality is consistently good! We use the self-service terminals with card payment and table service. The employees are friendly and helpful - even at peak times (e.g. if the terminal doesn't accept the voucher code). Therefore: always happy!

Food tastes like any McDonalds. But it takes forever for the menus you ordered to arrive. The employees are friendly, but unfortunately everything is very slow...

This branch is definitely one of the worst in Germany. Carelessly thrown together, dried out, cold burgers simply disgusting. In life things aren't fresh and the dead fried patties are scraped off, reheated and thrown back on. Every food inspector will really enjoy this. Simply disgusting and inedible! What a disgrace with the prices and the 3mm patties! Make the things yourself (buy good meat, frozen is also possible if it's good quality, good buns, it's so easy!) and you'll definitely never want to eat there again!

As always, it's loud and it's not cheap, I only eat here every now and then...I'm not a regular McDonald's customer

Very, very unfriendly employees, that's not possible. People just asked a question and the lady immediately freaked out. If you don't feel like doing your job, then quit

The employees are friendly and the store is mostly very clean. Burgers and fries were OK.

What can I say, McDonald's. Fast food and expensive. The burgers 🍔 are too expensive. A filet o fish for almost four euros and which looks like a starved, run-over cheeseburger is outrageous. Service and ambience leave a lot to be desired.

You feel comfortable here... everyone can get something to eat quickly and cheaply!! Whether breakfast or dinner... here you eat delicious food and are well served!!

Since my colleagues were hungry and I was the driver, I was forced to stop there. I haven't been going there for years as the quality and size of the burgers have deteriorated significantly.

As far as everything was fine, we ordered at MC Donals, via the terminal, with the codes via the app, quite easily and more economically. After ordering, the food arrived quickly, but I found it a shame that not everything ordered was brought to the table , unfortunately we had to order missing food, but this was done without any problems. Overall we felt comfortable there.

Solid 4 stars is just a fast food shop. Sometimes you have to wait a little longer but otherwise you have your food within 5 minutes. And above all, it's not cold like some other branches. Top.

The employees are unfriendly to the point of being unfriendly. You talk to them and you spell correctly and they still don't understand anything at the drive-in counter, and then there's the cheeky thing: they tell us we should learn to spell. I've really never seen anything like it anywhere. Really sad I liked eating at McDonald's :(

It's just McDonald's. You just have to be careful, they tend to forget a few burgers, check the house to make sure everything is there.

No vegan burger is offered. There was once one in the program, but it was replaced by a vegetarian version. Very, very unfortunate and disappointing. Luckily, Burger King has vegan burgers

Food was good though. Only in a pack of 9 chicken nuggets there were only 5 in it. The worst thing about it was that you could see from the drive-in that the employees had already helped themselves to the pack of nuggets. Impudence!!

The last time I was here was about a year ago when I was passing through. What I remember back then are the mega tasty and obviously freshly baked fries. Visited again today and had already feared that it was just luck, but again absolutely delicious fries, fresh hot burgers and extremely friendly staff. I can't understand your star rating. Especially the post about the supposedly bad cheeseburger. There are no tables in the gray color here.

The last snot shop! Incompetent employees, don't even get me started on the branch manager. Absolutely stupid. We ordered there online and already paid, but according to them no order was ever received. So we had to order again and ended up paying twice and not even getting the right food. Apparently they can't do anything, that's just how it is. I advise everyone not to support this store even remotely! There are plenty of others around here!

Food was okay, the lady at the drive in was friendly. However, I completely drove past it twice. There is zero signage and the branch is really in the most hidden corner of Neuwied. Who had the idea for this location?? It definitely needs to be better signposted.

With all due respect!! The fries are really the last thing 😒. For years, 90% of the time you've only gotten limp fries on the menu 🤔. 50% of these are also unsalted. For a few weeks now, when ordering, I've been saying that I would like crispy fries! None!!! They almost immediately go into the bin. If I order a cheeseburger without a pickle, they can do that too. What's the problem with making crispy fries when they're ordered like that??? And that with the prices 🤮. Then I'd rather get a pizza for €8 or €9, I have more of it. By the way, the fries at Burger King are always crispy 😉.

No lie, this McDonald's stands out in terms of quality and service. Saturday evening and you get your turn straight away, the order is fresh and complete. The staff is courteous and helps with carrying and taking the used tablets straight from your hand. Tables and floors are wiped quickly. Kudos to the team.

We just ordered and were very surprised that it happened so quickly... Luckily I'm one of those people who likes to eat cheeseburgers with mayo because otherwise I would have 🤢 it's sad that burgers are missing and after the first phone call they boldly ask if we want the missing burger now or with the next order 🤣 that's right, you order from McDonald's so often... Half of the order was wrong (e.g. Cola instead of sprite, sour cream instead of sweet and sour, regular fries instead of curly fries) The worst thing was that there was a long hair in the fries that didn't taste good.

We all know what to expect from McDonald's - and what not to expect. So we didn't go there expecting the new light cuisine... But this McDonald's is special: 1. You can't find him. I have no idea who thought, "Come on guys, we'll look for the very last corner of Neuwied and then we'll build a pointless access road to a branch in the outback. It'll be great!" - but someone thought it was a good idea. 2. It's ALWAYS incredibly loud there. Always. Screaming children are McDonald's standard, but here EVERYTHING screams! My highlight today: the guy who had to watch a video about how to properly use a circular saw at the next table. Of course without headphones. 3. The toilets are often dirty. That's just not nice, especially because the average consumer always stands confused between the black walls and wonders how he suddenly ended up in the basement club. Well, as I said - it's a McDonald's. But it can be done even better, as you can see from other branches.

Sunday, 6:00 p.m. Mega queue at the drive-in, a 30 minute wait to get to the first counter is not good advertising for a self-proclaimed “fast food restaurant”. At the (first) payment counter there was another 5 minutes extra waiting time because the staff first had to discuss an incorrect order. I can't say how long our order had been at the (second) pickup counter. But after almost 10 minutes of driving home after receiving the food, everything was cold, no trace of residual heat. With a bill > 25 EUR it was no longer fun. But the bad mood after this experience was free.

In my opinion, a “Macces” that is unfortunately a bit outdated. An update to the interior would absolutely spruce it up and make it much more inviting. The food is McDonald's quality, but unfortunately the service can't quite keep up. The McDrive is great and does what it promises!

The food is very tasty, unfortunately the normal fries are often mixed with the curly fries, but otherwise everything here is fantastic.

Сегодня, 9 декабря 2023 года, я разочаровался. А точнее, развернулся и ушёл. Сначала, стоял в ОГРОМНОЙ очереди на авто. Автомобили не продвигались ни на метр в течение минут 8-ми. Я решил припарковаться и зайти внутрь. Там была так же большая очередь. Несколько человек не дожидаясь покинули заведение. В итоге, после (примерно) 10-ти минутного ожидания подошла моя очередь. Мне надо было купить только Happy Meal. НО! Когда я услышал что и это придётся ждать от 10-ти до 15-ти минут, я просто развернулся и ушёл. В итоге, поехал в Бендорф и там приобрёл это в течение 3 минут. Теперь буду ездить только в Бендорф. Там и McDonald's больше и персонал вежливее и внимательнее. Парковка тоже на лучшем уровне. Так что, решайте сами. Я свой выбор сделал.

Bei Minusgraden draußen, drinnen dann noch die Klimaanlage einschalten das die Servietten vom Tisch fliegen, zeugt nicht von Weitsichtigkeit.

Your run of the mill McDonalds in the middle of commercial area of Neuwied. Getting there is a pain, access road is really narrow and the parking lot could be bigger. Ordered ahead using the McDonalds app, still waited around 20 minutes at the drive through. The new trend seems to be slow fast food. The food itself was your typical McDonalds, you get what you expect - no surprises here. Service was abysmal and unbelievably incompetent.

Obwohl sehr gut besucht,ging die Bestellung sehr zügig.

Lag auf der Heimreise vom Urlaub ( Fahrtrichtung nach Hause ) gut zu erreichen .

Die Bürgers schmecken immer gut, vor allem BBQ Bürger mit BBQ Sousse. Die Ambiente ist leider nicht so toll , die Putzfachkräfte haben absolut keine Lust sich dort zu befinden. Schade! Es macht während des essen kein freundlichen Eindruck.

Leider diesmal nur 2 Sterne. Die Bedienung war super nett, aber die Küche hats versemmelt. Der big Tasty bacon war lieblos zusammen geklatscht und musste erst zusammen gebaut werden. Von den 2 doppelcheese burgern zum mitnehmen war einer ein trockener Hamburger. Ärgerlich..... Aber wir gehen trotzdem wieder hin 😉 UPDATE: DIE BIGMÄC Sauce schmeckt anders, haben die das Rezept geändert????

Stark nachgelassen. Schmeckt nicht mehr, unsauber. Immer ist irgendwas Kaputt. Meistens das was man haben Möchte ist gerade in dem Augenblick nicht zu bekommen. Früher war alles Besser und es hat auch geschmeckt.

Bin vom ersten Tag an Kunde dort. Oftmals wird Essen vergessen mit ein zu packen. Außer ein paar Ausnahmen ist das Personal gestresst und teils unfreundlich. All das kann man irgendwie rechtfertigen, weil das Arbeitspensum schon hoch ist.Aber dass das Essen oftmals nur lauwarm ist, ist ärgerlich. Das geht wirklich schon ganz lange so, habe schon oft das lauwarme Fleisch vom Burger genommen und den Rest gegessen. Daran sollte sich mal was ändern.

Mitarbeiter unfreundlich zum Teil sogar gelangweilt bei der Arbeit So wie ein bisschen überfordert mit denn Bestellungen

Wahren etwas überfordert aber nett

Wir hatten einen Burger reklamiert, worauf etwas gefehlt hatte. Dieser frische Burger wurde dann in der Mülltonne entsorgt, wir haben denn einen neuen Burger bekommen. In den Zeiten, wo manche Menschen Hunger leiden müssen, ist eine solche Entscheidung für mich absolut nicht nachvollziehbar. Es ist eine Unverschämtheit, so mit Lebensmitteln umzugehen.

Vergessen immer irgendwas ein zu packen..

Kurze Wartezeit, sauberer Innen- und Außenbereich und die Burger sind ordentlicher zusammengebaut in manch anderem McD's - Mehr kann man von konventionellem Fastfood nicht erwarten.

Echt schwer zu finden... Sonst klebt McDonald's überall Schilder hin, hier reichen diese nichtmal wirklich.

20 Chicken McNuggets wie immer sehr lecker

Gewartet habe ich ewig. Die Pommes waren knautschig... ansonsten war die Bestellung Vollständig.

Den Eiskaffe war 2/3 leer, und 4,20 gekostet. Na sehr schlechte Verhältnisse Qualität und Preis.

Das Ambiente ist wie in jedem McDonald's! Der Service war Klasse, vor allen Dingen die Geschwindigkeit mit der das Essen am Tisch serviert wurde. Es ging super schnell, trotz der doch vielen Bestellungen, das Essen war heiß, frisch und lecker. Der beste McDonald's in dem ich bisher war!

Essen immer wieder schwer verdaulich. Zu wenig Ballaststoffe. Typisch für diese Kette. Das Schnellrestaurant ist günstig an einer Bundesstraße gelegen und doch irgendwie etwas abseits. Wenn es gerade wieder nicht viele Alternativen gibt würde ich wiederkehren.

Leckeres Essen aber alles gefühllos gemacht. Keine Servietten dabei. Man muss ja alles Selber holen(Servietten,Strohhalme usw

One of the most often destination that I am going to. I work next to it and its super easy to jump out and go get some BigMAC. About the staff its a bit hard to tell... It have workers that are kind and polite but there is also workers that are very angry and visible not happy with what they do, but ist fine... Overall my feedback is positive.
