McDonald's in Landau a.d.Isar

Es wird bei größeren Bestellungen immer etwas vergessen einzupacken, heute war es die Sauce süss sauer, das Ketchup und die Servietten. Mal ist es ein Cheeseburger..

Schmutzige Tische, Service der essenslieferung war ok. Wäre aber nicht schlecht wenn auch mal gesäubert wird.

Bewertung (1 Stern):Inakzeptabler Service und mangelnde Hygiene. Der Innenbereich des Restaurants war komplett leer, trotzdem waren die Sitzplätze voller Krümel – niemand hat sauber gemacht. Auf der Terrasse waren gerade einmal 4 Tische besetzt und am McDrive stand nur ein einziges Auto. Das Personal hatte also kaum etwas zu tun.Da die Auswahl des Frühstücksmenüs nicht ausgehängt war, habe ich höflich um Hilfe gebeten. Die Art und Weise der Mitarbeiterinnen an der Theke war jedoch unterirdisch – herablassend, arrogant und aggressiv. Es handelt sich um zwei ukrainisch/russisch sprechende Damen – ich weiß das, weil sie über die eintreffenden Gäste gelästert haben. Da ich 7 Sprachen spreche, verstehe ich auch diesen Dialekt genau.Beiden Frauen steht die „Freundlichkeit“ und der „Charme“ ins Gesicht geschrieben – ein echtes Paradebeispiel für kundenorientiertes Verhalten, natürlich im umgekehrten Sinne. In Wahrheit strahlen sie pure Verbitterung und Böswilligkeit aus. Die Geschäftsleitung kann sie anhand der Schicht leicht identifizieren:Eine schlanke Dame mit kurzen, hellen Haaren (Jungenhaarschnitt), ca. 60 Jahre alt.Eine kleine, etwas kräftigere Dame mit leichtem Hinken, ca. 35 Jahre alt, mit einem rötlich-blonden Zopf.Gastfreundschaft und Sauberkeit sehen anders aus. Ich kann diesen Laden absolut nicht empfehlen.

Falsches Eis bekommen, echt zum kotzen langsam. Entweder es fehlen Saucen oder man bekommt einen falschen Shake oder Eis.

Das soll ein BigMac sein. Na ja da ist nicht mal die Schachtel Big.

Als Unternehmer achte ich besonders auf Kundenorientierung und effiziente Prozesse – was in dieser Filiale abgeliefert wird, ist jedoch das absolute Gegenteil von Professionalität. Obwohl ich den Drive-In nutze, um Zeit zu sparen, musste ich auf zwei einfache Cheeseburger eine für Drive-In-Verhältnisse völlig unangemessene Wartezeit in Kauf nehmen. Dass man für solche Standardprodukte so lange aufgehalten wird, zeigt deutlich, dass die Abläufe hier nicht funktionieren. Bei der Ausgabe wurde ich weder begrüßt noch angesehen; stattdessen wurde mir die Tüte wortlos mit ausgestrecktem Arm und abgewandtem Blick gereicht. Spricht man die Verzögerung sachlich an, erhält man lediglich patzige Antworten statt einer professionellen Entschuldigung. Zudem lässt die Qualität der Ware massiv zu wünschen übrig – von „frischer Ware“, wie man sie erwarten darf, kann hier keine Rede sein. Dass Sprachbarrieren vorhanden sind, mag sein, darf aber niemals als Ausrede für grundlegende Unhöflichkeit und fehlenden Respekt gegenüber dem Kunden dienen. Interessanterweise zeigt die Filiale nur 5 km weiter, dass es auch anders geht: Dort sind Freundlichkeit, Schnelligkeit und Qualität Standard. Hier hingegen scheint das Management die Kontrolle über die Abläufe komplett verloren zu haben. **Fazit:** Absolut nicht empfehlenswert. Ich werde diese Filiale künftig meiden und lieber den kurzen Umweg zum nächsten Standort in Kauf nehmen.

Sonnenschein und Schaukeln, aber der Kuchen hinterließ einen faden Beigeschmack. McDonald’s in Landau an der Isar hat etwas, das den Start einfach perfekt macht. Das Wetter war herrlich, der Spielplatz ein echter Hit (ein Kind konnte sich danach richtig austoben), und der Kaffee war wie immer gut – heiß, frisch und genau das Richtige an einem sonnigen Nachmittag. Der McSundae mit Karamell? Cremig, süß und ein perfekter Kontrast zum knusprigen Topping. Daran gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Okay, vielleicht, dass etwas davon auf den Boden des Bechers gelaufen ist, aber das könnte einfach nur geschmolzenes Eis gewesen sein. Trotzdem lecker. Doch dann kam der Kuchen. Und da nahm der Nachmittag eine etwas ernüchternde Wendung. Wir probierten zwei Kuchen vom Vortag – und man konnte die altbackene Konsistenz deutlich schmecken. Der Kirschkuchen war trocken und krümelig, eher wie ein Überbleibsel vom gestrigen Nachmittagsansturm als eine Leckerei von heute. Und der tropische Mangokuchen? Wunderschön anzusehen, aber die oberste Schicht klebte hartnäckig wie geschmolzenes Plastik an der Gabel und wollte sich einfach nicht mit dem Rest des Eises lösen. Man zog die Gabel weg, und die Schicht blieb einfach hängen. Unangenehm und unbefriedigend. Ein seltsamer Kontrast: Auf der einen Seite toller Kaffee, ein anständiger Eisbecher und ein toller Spielplatz – auf der anderen Seite Desserts, die wirken, als hätten sie schon zu lange gestanden. Wenn Sie die Filiale in Landau an der Isar besuchen, bleiben Sie bei Eis und Kaffee. Und bringen Sie vielleicht einen eigenen Kuchen für das Picknick auf dem Spielplatz mit. Oder essen Sie einfach morgens ein Stück Kuchen. Vorteile: Hervorragender Service, schöne Lage, sauber und gepflegt. Nachteile: Nun ja, das, worüber ich mich beschwert habe.

Mein Sohn brachte mir einen Macrip mit.Leider fast nur mit Fleisch von gehakten Zwiebel so viel das ein Kindergarten Kind es zählen konnte .An der Zahl was eine Hand Finger hatt.Also da der Macrip nicht gerade billig ist und für mich als Rentner frag ich mich ob das Sparsamkeit ist oder nur Dummheit von den Mitarbeitern ist.Man sollte sich schon dafür Zeit nehmen und alle so herrichten wie es sein soll außer der Kunde wünscht es anders.

Ein McDonalds wie man ihn kennt, mit der mittlerweile sehr gängigen Praxis einer automatisierten Parkplatzüberwachung welche einem dann zu horrenden Preise ein entsprechendes Ticket verpasst. Mir scheint es ist nicht gewollt den McCafe oder das Restaurant auch für längere Gespräche oder gar Business Meetings zu nutzen. Alles in allem wie immer, bis aufs Parken

Das Personal ist unfreundlich, das Essen ist lauwarm und einfach zusammen geworfen, leider.

Leider war der Frühstückswrap mit Eiern und Speck kalt. Auf Nachfrage wurde erklärt, dass dieser früher heiß serviert wurde und inzwischen kalt serviert wird in diesem Lokal. Ich bekam einen neuen heißen Wrap mit warmen Eiern, der dann gut war.

Wir sind in den letzten zwei Wochen des öfteren in diesem McDonald in Landau gewesen. Jedes Mal war der Seifenspender im Herrenklo leer und der Wasserhahn tröpfelt nur, so konnte man sich nicht richtig die Hände waschen. Außerdem roch es sehr streng nach Urin. Also, die Sauberkeit in diesen Toiletten lässt stark zu wünschen übrig. Selbst nach dem Hinweis, bei den Damen an der Theke hat sich wie gesagt nach mehreren Tagen nichts geändert. Echt schade ☹️

Toll. Nur das Essen könnte gesünder sein.

Kann doch nicht sein das jedes mal bei zum Mitnehmen so viele sachen fehlen. Heute wieder was gefehlt. Extra wieder hingefahren weil das Wasser über 3 Euro gekostet hat und nicht mit dabei war. Vor 2 Wochen 2 Hamburger weniger. Und eine Woche davor 1 Classic und 3 Soßen. Wenn wir dort Essen fehlt nie was aber komisch nur das es bei Mitnehmen was fehlt

I would have understood the situation if the place had been really busy, but this... I was about to ask her if she didn't want to take my money. It wasn't until another customer had joined the queue that I was served. This McDonald's obviously can't afford to buy sauces anymore. The burgers here in Landau an der Isar have always had significantly less sauce than all the other branches I've been to and that's why I like to order the burgers here with extra sauce for an additional charge. In the photo you can see a mcrib with extra sauce. The lion's share of the liquid in the bun has been lost to the meat. Everyone can judge for themselves whether that is acceptable or not.

Tolle Erfahrung gemacht. Endlich mal wieder in einem MC gegessen und sich dabei richtig sicher fühlen. Angefangen vom Empfang über die tischzuweisung sowie Bestellung. Ein komplett durchdachtes Hygiene Konzept das ruhig Länger bleiben kann. Sehr sauber und freundlich. Top besser geht's nicht.

Standard McDonalds mit sehr freundlichen Personal. Der Parkplatz gleicht allerdings einen Freibad. Unterbodenwäsche ist also Inklusive ha ha ha War schon in vielen McDonalds Restaurants aber hier ist es echt gut und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich.

Dieser McDonalds ist eigentlich recht sauber. Mir fiel nur auf das ich beim bestellen an der Kasse etwas gerutscht bin. Der Boden war entweder vom putzen sehr glatt oder er war fettig. Man konnte wirklich etwas hin und her rutschen. Wie als würde man auf Eis stehen. Das Personal war freundlich und das Essen gut, wie es halt bei McDonalds ist. Tische sauber Über das Wc kann ich nichts sagen. War nicht in diesem Bereich.

Ein super Personal wir gehen sehr gerne hier hin. Feiern auch super gern die Kindergeburtstage hier. Vergessen oder vertauscht wird nur sehr selten bis gar net etwas und umgehend behoben. Meine Prinzessin ist sehr gern hier macht weiter so.

Mal ein anderes MC … sauber, gemütlich, sehr modern, schnelles und heisses Essen, außer die Pommes…. Ansonsten alles top 👌 Am tollsten finde ich das Desi Spray bei den Toiletten, wo man die Brille mit abwischen kann !!! Und gemütlich finde ich die Blumen auf den Tischen 👍
