McDonald's in Haltern am See

A nice McDonald's!! Always very well attended in the evening!! Staff works quickly and conscientiously!! I haven't had any problems with my orders, some of which are large!! The cleanliness here is really exemplary!! Highly recommend this McDonald's!!🤗🤗

I don't know how many times I've picked something up here. However, I know how many times the order was delivered without errors, namely 0 times. Today alone all (6!) sauces were missing and one burger was also the wrong one. So, either check the contents of the giant hats carefully (impossible) or be surprised at home to see what's missing.

Something clearly needs to be improved here. It's Sunday, the weather is beautiful, so we know that the residents of Haltern and others will not stay at home but go out for fresh air. One place they will go to is McDonald's, among others. Why??? Because they can get there quickly, without leaving the car. But McDonald's in Haltern sucks in this respect. Every time I go to McDrive I have to pull over and wait for my food for up to 10 minutes. And other customers follow me. Do something about it!

I was there with my daughter on September 8th, 2024 at around quarter past twelve. We were just hungry from the long day. We each ordered a menu and discovered that there were no soft drinks left. There was nothing else but water. That was quite strange. I think everyone has already cleaned things up, after all they close at one o'clock. You can understand if a drink is no longer there, but all of them? Customer-friendly looks different. My Currly Frings were also only lukewarm. And while we were eating, the chairs around us were already being put up. That too is an absurdity.

I ordered my order at MC Drive, the employee who took my order on August 29th in the evening around 6:30 p.m. was super unfriendly and also used a bad tone when I wanted to park on the left instead of right. So I'm not a complainer, but that's just not possible. The MC Chiken was prepared with old lettuce leaves. I will avoid this McDonald's in the future.

Something is always forgotten, such as the patty on the burger, drinks or almost the entire menu. When asked what was missing, we always reacted with annoyance, as if it was our fault that we didn't receive an 8 euro burger or only received half of it. Food varies depending on the day and whether the boss is there or not.

The food was delicious, there was nothing wrong with that. Unfortunately, the employees on today's late shift were very unfriendly and also spoke about the customers in their local language. We were chased away from outside on the grounds that it was no longer allowed to eat outside at 10 p.m. because of the neighbors. We had 9:50 p.m. Was the last visit to this restaurant

Very beautiful, very tasty, very nice. Yes, it's "just" a McDonalds. But we like to ride our bikes along the canal here. Because it is very nice and large, and the employees have always been very friendly. And so far we always like it very much.

We went to this restaurant today after a long drive. Since our older son has celiac disease, we asked if it was possible for him to have a second portion of fries instead of the nuggets with his Happy Meal. This was affirmed as naturally and warmly as one rarely experiences. When my son opened the box there were two larger portions of fries in it to compensate for the disadvantage that he wasn't allowed to eat nuggets or burgers. Thanks for that! Great friendly team, keep it up!

Ordered food via app. Code given at the drive in. Everything was okay. No bad experiences. The taste… just like McDonald’s tastes. It's all ok.

Takeaway food, curry sauce, ketchup, mayo were missing. With 2 large menus and 20 nuggets there was 1 x curry sauce. Mc Rib (4 pieces with voucher in the menu), were totally dry, see photo, hardly any sauce. Cola stale, all in all not worth the price

Unfortunately, I didn't like all the fries when I ordered them

It used to be the best McDonald's in all of North Rhine-Westphalia. Today my burger was missing the lettuce and both slices of cheese, only a little sauce and a few onions were on the €5 burger. Unfortunately I only checked it at home, it won't happen to me a second time.

The restaurant has always been very dirty for some time now, whether the tables, benches or the floor, unfortunately these are often very dirty. The tray stations are also often completely overcrowded. It's a shame, we always really enjoyed traveling from Marl to Haltern am See, but not anymore.

It used to be one of the best McDonald's stores in North Rhine-Westphalia (if not the best). But since the operator changed a few years ago, things have gotten worse and worse. The coronation was this evening.. Ordered was.. Double pack menu with 2 Hamburger Royal TS Cheese, 2 Royal TS through the app. Double back menu with MC Chicken and 1 ROYal Ts. And a Bug Mac What was in the bag? 2 X fries Both soggy and cold.... Mc Chicken was missing.. Royal TS was missing and 2 of the 4 ROYal Cheese.. They can be lucky that the three of us only found out when we got home and didn't take a receipt with us. .........

We spontaneously stopped to grab a bite to eat, McDonalds is very popular with children. Place your order, choose a table and wait. When the weather is nice you can also sit outside. There is a climbing tower with a slide for the little ones, unfortunately it was occupied by very loud 12-14 year olds, which scared small children and they couldn't use the facility. Perhaps an age restriction would be helpful at this point. It's not the employees fault, they are unreasonable adults who don't want to be disturbed and don't supervise their children.

Actually my favorite McDonalds... Unfortunately, only cheeseburgers and chicken burgers are always so mushy... Children look forward to them and therefore don't want to eat them. It's a shame. Please improve if possible. I find meat smells strange, for example at BigMac, as if your hands haven't been washed or it's not fresh. The meat. Can't understand the advertising with good German meat. Unfortunately I had it often.

Be careful with the MC Drive switch and immediately check the goods for completeness. We ordered from the drive counter. Large order so we had to wait on the hard shoulder. The order came, we pulled into the McDonald's parking lot and wanted to eat there. It turned out that some complete menus were missing, even though they were on the bill and we paid for them! We complained about this, but were rejected because it can no longer be determined. We realize that we drove onto this strip of beach at the employee's request. This looks like a method to us and we can only advise against a visit. Addendum: After we complained to management, we subsequently received the missing products.

Good parking, drive in, typical McDonalds offers but unusual opening times in Haltern, early in the morning but nice inside. 🍔 Burgers are always prepared "fresh", good taste. Service right up to the table. Now with electronic ordering and Mc App great.

Unfortunately, the fries were already pretty hard when they found their way to us. The chicken burger looked like it had been hit with a foot before, something I've never seen before. No more Coke glass as ordered. Then I asked nicely, the lady somehow didn't say anything at first and then just whispered. After I told her about the chicken burger, she just whispered, ohh, I'm sorry. Well, it was the first time here and I'm afraid it's the last time too. A lot needs to happen here.

Long waiting time after ordering at the drive in. It was full on the afternoon of April 30th. not.

I waited 20 minutes for my mcsmart menu. About 10 other guests came later but left sooner. A customer before me had the same problem. He got a free burger. Not me :( When I gave the employee constructive feedback, his colleague said, "Keep going." I think that was the supervisor. Things can't get better like this.

Burgers tiny, friendliness nil. When ToGo there is generally 1 product missing from the bag.🙈 Since the remaining reviews are almost all exactly the same, it's probably no coincidence.

Unfortunately, things are getting worse and worse here in Haltern.... Things that are ordered at McDrive are regularly forgotten to pack and today to top it off I had a super long hair in my burger....simply unbelievable and disgusting.

Clean restaurant, attention and professional staff. Even the dog is taken into consideration and offered water.

Was there one morning... Staffing was sparse... The ice cream ordered was made straight away and then stood on the counter for 8 minutes until all the food was served... It wasn't ice anymore 😞 Burgers all over the place in the box... the only positive thing about this McDonald's was the outside area. Plenty of parking and clean. If I don't have to, I won't get anything there again

These annoying terminals for ordering are really a nuisance. However, the ambience for McDonald's is surprisingly cozy and inviting. The customer clientele also appears to be of higher quality than in other branches. This is where the social environment in the city becomes noticeable.

0 out of 5 stars, unfortunately not available. Waited 30 minutes after completing the order. I then asked politely if they had forgotten the order. The management then took the receipt and said it might take a while. After another 15 minutes still no food. When I started to get upset that 10 other orders had yet to be finished. We were just bullied by the staff. “How do you talk to us?” When I then asked that I would like my money back, the employee in question laughed and made no move to give the money back. Waited 50 minutes at the end of the song and no food.

Ordered Double Hamburger Royal TS, received Single Hamburger Royal TS. I exchanged the burger and 10 minutes later got my old burger with an additional patty. Of course, fresh is different, apart from the waiting.

A McDonald's, so far so good. Although I'm not a fan of this fast food chain, I have to say that not only is everything freshly prepared here, but it can also be ordered at automated terminals. The store is above average clean and the toilets are also great. Kudos to the team.

Unfortunately, you've slacked off quite a lot. 4 cheeseburgers, all of which looked like they had been overrun and were fart dry. The chicken burger was pretty okay according to my friend & the fries were even better. If we had known beforehand, we would have checked the order again at the counter and probably returned it. Instead of driving it home.

Wir waren hier an einem Samstag und haben das Auto aufgeladen. Leider war der McDonald's noch zu und öffnet erst um 10, dass war schade denn für ein Café war dann dort keine Zeit für uns.🤗

Ein Mac donald , kennste einen kennste alle!

Gestern zwei Big Mac bestellt, auf die Autobahn gefahren und bemerkt, dass sie mit Big Tasty Sauce belegt waren. Die Kombi war ungenießbar, auch wenn der Big Tasty eigentlich sehr lecker ist. 🤨

Bestellen, bezahlen, setzen und essen. Das machen wir ab und zu am Sonntagnachmittag nach dem Spaziergang. Fastfood ist halt Fastfood und kein Sternerestaurant, basta. Aber der Service ist sehr gut und das Ambiente, speziell mit dem Aussenbereich ist gerade für Familien mit Kindern ansprechend. Das macht es aus. 😉 👍

Im MC Drive: 2 MC Flurry 1x mit Linsen 1x mit Kit Kat. Auf der Bestellung statt 2x Kit Kat. Am Schalter angekommen kurz die Dame nett angesprochen das die Eis falsch sind, ihre schlecht gelaunte schnippische arrogante Antwort: "Ihre Bestellung bearbeitet die Kollegin, damit hab ich nichts zu tun!" Unsympathischer geht's nicht, denkste.. dreht die Dame sich um und geht. Die Nuggets waren heiß, die Bürger ganz okay. Das Eis falsch und der Kaffe ohne Caramel. Dienstleistung verfehlt.

Essen wie immer gut! Jetzt aber zum dritten Mal ohne Saucen und Majo in den Bestellungstüten. Da wir erst zu Hause ausgepackt haben, leider zu spät zum Reklamieren.

Hier sind alle Hamburger 🍔 heiß, in Marl lauwarm. Fahre ich lieber nach Haltern !

Netter McDonalds, alles ok, schön eingerichtet. Allerdings dauerte der Bestellvorgang vor Ort am Tisch sehr lang. Ob das an der WLAN - Verbindung, an der App oder am Server lag, weiß ich natürlich nicht. Das Essen kam schnell und war heiß.

Das ist das schönste McDonalds das wir gesehen haben, alles ist sauber essen kam sehr schnell und war heiß:)

Restaurant und so an sich ganz schön, allerdings muss man da im Schnitt 10minuten, wenn nicht mehr, auf seine Burger warten.

Die reinste Katastrophe, wir haben 2 Big Mac ohne Käse bestellt, einer war ohne, einer mit, allerdings wurde das meiste anscheinend wieder abgekratz. Unsere 3 Majo's, Currysoße und süßsauer Soße fehlten. Auf dem Hamburger im Happy meal war Käse!!!?!? , noch nie erlebt sowas.

Naja, Mc Donalds ist nicht mehr so mein Fall das essen ist selbst für Fast Food einfsch ungenießbar nach 5-10min. Und das meiste ist am Mittag schon aus dem Sortiment oder die Eismaschine ist im sommer immer kaputt.

Wie immer. Geht so, kaltes Essen und unfreundliches Personal.

Zum ersten Mal heißes Essen auf dem Tisch zum Verzehr bei MC Donald und ein netter, schneller, zuvorkommender Service direkt zu uns an den Tisch. Klasse... Weiter so :)

Vorsicht ist hier geboten!!!!! Vorsicht in diesem Lokal wird man betrogen! Ich habe heute über meine McDonald’s App dort Ware bestellt. Bei der Ausgabe war man allerdings zu dumm mir anhand des vorgelegten Codes die Ware auszuhändigen. Ich habe dann ohne Ware den Drive in wieder verlassen. Nun muss ich feststellen, dass mir aber die Kosten abgebucht wurden obwohl ich keine Ware erhalten habe. Bei der Bestellannahme arbeiten Analphabeten die nicht mächtig sind ein normalen Code zu verstehen! Nach 28 Minuten warten und Diskussion habe ich den Drive aIn Schalter ohne Ware verlassen. Allerdings mein Geld wurde meiner Kreditkarte belastet! Auch lässt sich hier nachlesen das ständig unvollständig die Ware herausgegeben wird, ich vermute dahinter ein System!
