The employees are very nice, even when it's full it's fresh every time I've been there the food has been warm like in every Mc you have to check your order but if something is missing you can always talk to the people there and you'll get it The toilets are ok, could be better but the market often has a big rush of 3 times it's full 2 ​​times waiting time but never more than 20-30 minutes if not even less

Sorry, but one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to... Ordering from the McDrive almost never works... Example, you order a normal Coke and get a Zero... Incompetent staff, but they're quite friendly... But There are always mistakes in the order... You somehow never get along with coupon codes.... You say Cesar dressing 3 times and there's balsamic vinegar inside... Mcrib is always either too soggy or there's hardly any sauce on it... So much for McDonald's has his strict rules.... You're always annoyed when you go there... I'll leave it alone and avoid this McDonald's in the future

Were in transit. We first unpacked our food at home and discovered that a Big Rösti Spicy was missing. I really find it a mess. The staff wasn't exactly friendly either.

Ordered via the drive-in using the app. Unfortunately, we discovered at home that two chicken burgers were missing, the cheeseburgers were confused with hamburgers and the sauces didn't find their way to the bag. After contacting us via the app, the operator contacted us after a few days and apologized for the inconvenience. It was a friendly email contact with the gentleman, so I would like to increase my service rating to 4 stars.

Godawful MacDonalds. Extremely dirty bathrooms, stinky, insects crawling all over the place, no way to dry your hands. My burger came assembled like crap, bun and meat all around the box. Better avoid this one.

Everything was ok...except the fries.cold and wobbly..I complained straight away and got new ones..but they were just as cold. I saw you making mountains in portion bags even though there was nothing going on... that would be my only suggestion. Lovely fresh and hot

Basically, all the employees I have met there have been very friendly and approachable, which is why I give the service itself 5 stars. Overall, I am very dissatisfied because something is often forgotten when picking up the McDrive: be it sauces, individualized requests that are not taken into account (no ice cubes in the drink) or even the entire set of fries. It's human and can happen and true to the motto trust is good, control is better even a minor problem, the frequency still makes you think. Above all, I find the quality of the food to be very poor. Very often I have received really cold food and when I complain about it I am told that it can be because you can leave the food out for up to 20 minutes (I think I was told 20 minutes) and then I just seem to often do that would be unlucky.

Unfortunately, every order must be checked for completeness. Don't rely on the staff, as they unfortunately can't fully serve your orders. If you point this out to the staff, they will at least complete the order quickly.

This branch of McDonald's is not what I know or have experienced from McDonald's. Cleanliness of the tables or food leftovers that are under the tables or packaging that is also under the tables, who is not cleared away. After a conversation with the shift manager where I asked him whether that would be his claim, he wants you the answer. Of course not, but he wouldn't have the time and wouldn't have enough staff. However, my observation of where I ate there said otherwise. Four employees stood around and made small talk. MC D in Fürstenwalde won't see me again anytime soon. The most unattractive McDonald's I've seen so far. Desolate, employees don't feel like working at all, every citizen's meat was burned, ingredients were literally thrown at the citizens. The tables underneath were totally dirty and sticky. All in all it was very unpleasant and we definitely won't be going to this shop again.

Today I was at MC Donalds in Fürstenwalde. A Muslim woman took my order (1× strawberry milkshake), it would probably only be medium or large. I took remedies. There were 4 Muslim colleagues standing around with nothing to do. But I didn't get my milkshake. Only when the Muslim woman had entered another order did she go to the ice cream machine to discuss the matter.

Today we visited the bobsleigh run around the corner after the excursion. I pre-ordered via the app for 5 people, so a little more. Order was processed and ready very quickly. The service staff even helped carry the tablets. We haven't been to such a great, friendly and clean McDonald's restaurant for a long time. The point is deducted because the food is system gastro and therefore tastes the same everywhere, or rather should taste the same. Definitely 5 stars plus for the branch employees.

A branch of the chain that pleasantly surprised me! Very short time from order to service. And the burgers weren't dry/old. The tables were cleaned after each guest. The negative aspects were the full return stations and the condition of the toilet rooms (sinks and towel bins). But I attribute the second negative point to the guests!

I've never received my order so quickly, the staff is on point. Unfortunately the nuggets were missing, but they were sent straight away upon request.

It's a classic McDonald's. There are no culinary surprises here. The branch is medium in size, clean and tidy. You can sit relaxed and eat your food or enjoy a McCafe. The DriveIn also works quite well. A gas station and a hardware store are very close.

My girlfriend and I went to this McDonalds to eat some burgers. When my friend started eating the chicken burger, she noticed a strange taste. She then turned the burger over and clearly saw that the bread was moldy. She complained about this and was told not to be so petty. An absolute disgrace!!! In the end she got the money back, but that didn't help her feeling uncomfortable! We will never eat there again and are considering contacting the health department! I advise everyone not to eat there anymore unless you want to risk the possible food poisoning!

Today our whole family ate at this branch of McDonald's. The kids ate Happy Meals, my husband and I ate hamburgers. Then my son also wanted to buy chocolate cookies from McCafe. And they sold him Cookies that had white mold on them!!!!!! When we saw this, we went to replace it and they turned us down!!!!!! They said that they cannot make a replacement because we have already touched these Cookies with our hands and they cannot take them back!!!!! I'm just shocked!!!!! I advise everyone to avoid this branch of McDonald's. We have never seen anything like this before.

Drive-in order: Unfortunately the quality has also deteriorated due to the staff. Hardly any German speaking employees. We received more than just our order and when we went back to report the error and wanted to return the food, we were treated dismissively by the employee. He snatched everything out of my hands and demanded the food back. Due to my lack of German knowledge and nationality, he treated me very disrespectfully and blamed me for his mistake. From a hygienic point of view, they shouldn't have taken the food back at all. Our order was even taken away and I was left standing. Only when I complained and wanted to speak to management did I get some of the food back. Unfortunately, the management didn't understand what it was about and my complaint was dismissed with just a few words. It's a shame that more attention is not paid to hiring qualified employees. Service to customers should become more important again in Germany.

Wir wurden leider wieder einmal maßlos enttäuscht! Zweimal den gleichen Burger bestellt aber beide komplett unterschiedlich belegt. Hatte weder Salat noch Tomaten auf meinem! Die Verpackung meiner heißen Tasche war bereits benutzt und wurde nochmal wieder verwendet, ekelhaft allein die Vorstellung dass die vielleicht schon auf dem Weg zum Müll war und man sich dachte, ach nee, die geht doch noch. Sogar der Aufkleber vom Monopoly war ab, weiß nichtmal ob die Aktion derzeit läuft. Man macht sich gar nicht die Mühe das zu vertuschen. Wir haben am Tablet bestellt und alles war bereits eingepackt daher haben wir die Sauereien erst daheim bemerkt. Das war definitiv das letzte mal dass es uns dorthin verschlagen hat!

This is still one of the worst McDonald‘s stores I‘ve ever visited. The burgers are mostly too dry and for a long while the owner advises the personnel to betray the franchise‘s software that should check for the duration of meal prep. (Display says meal is ready, but personnel asks you to wait another minute)… I wish this store would just close! God, give us a Burger King in Fürstenwalde instead :-( Deutsch: Die Betrugsmasche dieses Franchise-Nehmers wird immer dreister. Inzwischen werden die Bestellnummern nicht mehr nur viel zu früh sondern sofort als erledigt geloggt— und man sieht seine Bestellnummer gar nicht mehr. Dann folgt langes Warten bis zum mündlichen Aufruf durch das Personal. Frech wie hier die gemessene Leistung der Filiale regelmäßig frisiert wird.

Etwas unbeweglich wenn die Bestellung vom Standard abweicht. Menü nicht mit Kaffee kombinierbar? Als Geschäft in der Nähe der Autobahn.

Da wundert man sich warum dieses McD so schlecht bewertet ist...Nun ja, von 3 bestellten Dips, haben 3 gefehlt. Kann passieren, kann man nachordern. Aber wenn bei 2 verschiedenen Big Rösti Bacon KEIN Fleisch drauf ist, ist das schon sehr merkwürdig. Anstatt neue Burger zu machen, wurden die ursprünglichen Burger aufgemacht und Fleisch raufgepackt.... nicht schön!!!

Super nette und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Das ist man woanders gar nicht gewohnt. Hier haben alle gelächelt. Zudem war das Essen heiss und lecker und war schnell fertig. Sehr zu empfehlen 👍

Die Wartezeit hat sich wesentlich verkürzt. Das Personal war bisher freundlich. Innen ist es immer entsprechend der Anlässe oder Jahreszeit dekoriert. Was mich stört ist, dass die Burger oft nur lauwarm sind und die Tische teilweise nicht sauber. Hier müsste man mehr hinterter sein, die Tische zu reinigen oder Tücher bereit stellen. Das würde mir persönlich gut gefallen, denn wenn ich meinen Tisch selber abwasche, weiß ich, dass er sauber ist und kann entspannter essen.

Bin zufrieden, keine lange Wartezeiten auf das Essen, nettes und organisiertes Personal. Die Sauberkeit im Restaurant könnte besser sein sowie die Preise der verschiedenen Menüs sind zu teuer. Ansonsten gutes Restaurant und leckeres Essen.👍🏻

Auffallend schnell heute, Essen war lecker , werbe entsprechend.die junge Frau bei MC Cafe sollte vorher Hausaufgaben machen.bevor man ihr ihre Unsicherheit bzw Inkompetenz anmerkt

War früher mal viel besser. Unfähiges Personal mit großen Sprachproblemen. Zum wiederholten Male wurden die Beilagen vergessen einzupacken. Ab und an fehlt auch mal ein Burger. Ehrlich? Burger King ist besser. Haben wir hier leider nicht.
