McDonald's in Feuchtwangen

There were 4 errors in one order. Unfortunately, we only noticed it on the highway and it wasn't worth turning around. They just hung up on the phone in an annoyed manner and didn't respond to the customer. The food tasted like any McDonald's. -Double cheeseburger instead of double chicken burger -Croissant instead of Franzbrötchen -Drink 1 on the menu was simply not packed in the bag -Drink 2 in the menu was simply not put in the bag I thought there was something about hanging up on the phone.

Oh well. The chicken burgers were delicious. Whatever was in there. But I was hungry and in a hurry

Ordered in the app today and wanted to pick up our order from Mcdrive. We waited there for a relatively long time and then discovered - unfortunately when we had already left - that two drinks were missing, a double cheeseburger instead of a double chicken burger and a croissant instead of a French roll - so FOUR mistakes in one order!! When we tried to reach the branch by phone, we couldn't get through several times and were simply pushed away twice after 30 seconds on the phone. Unfortunately very disappointing experience - but BK again in the future...

It's never been this bad!!!!! Staff was completely overwhelmed. With our order we had a Latte Machiato, which sat at the counter for 15 minutes before the rest of our order was completed. Sanitary facilities are completely filthy. The restaurant too. On our next trip we will look for another MC.

I wish I had read the review beforehand. What a dirty shop. Wow. Table dirty. Floor dirty. Toilet soaked in urine. I puke. Food was okay. Coffee caffeine not available. Employees prefer to chat instead of sprucing up the store. What a poorly managed branch. The hygiene department should actually pay a visit here. Incredible.

If you also don't believe negative reviews because they seem exaggerated, believe them. Every product here is not good they seem to use different ingredients or it is old. Dirty place already in the morning with few people. Believe the reviews and drive more and go to the next Mc which is better, here you will ruin your meal.

Okay so far, of course not really healthy but still super tasty, every now and then something in an order doesn't fit or the staff is overwhelmed and you have to wait a while, but still suitable for a snack in between. Ample parking spaces. Unfortunately the store is not clean and tidy... What a shame!

Absolute disgusting store. Changing table in such a narrow space that you can't even turn around. The floor is sticky, the changing table hasn't been cleaned in a long time. In the toilets, the hand dryers in the anteroom stink more than the urinals, although 2 of the 4 were broken. It looks really bad in the hand dryers, it's definitely an in-house challenge to grow a few cultures here. The service staff never heard of a hello, please, thank you and goodbye. A 4.50 euro coffee shake is almost half filled with massive ice cubes, something I've never had before. The employee claims that's exactly how it should be, but it wasn't like that in any McDonald's. I don't know who runs the store here, but to me that's by far the red bottom of the chain. Should be visited by the health department. The need for a stopover at this point can never be so great that we would stop here again.

Food is the way it is in a Mc. But otherwise it looks like a pigsty. There is dirt everywhere, from leftover food to general garbage. I could see the manager opening a pack of cups and putting a lot of plastic on the bottom. An hour later, the plastic wrap is still lying on the ground in the same place, trampled on. It just makes you feel uncomfortable when you eat.

The coffee machine is a battlefield, unhygienic, overflowing pots and machine parts are lying around. The employee presses the cup lids onto the cups with all five fingers - if you don't have a gastrointestinal problem by this point, you will have it now at the latest. Big catastrophe, MC Donald's should take urgent action here.

We got stranded here on the way back from vacation because unfortunately there was nothing left to eat in the neighboring truck stop. I have rarely seen such a dirty shop. There was leftover toilet paper everywhere in the toilets, the sink was covered in wet paper and the seating area in the restaurant didn't look much better. We just managed to find a reasonably clean table - the wheelchairs with the rubbish were completely outside, the one in the dining room was pushed into the compartment the wrong way round, the staff were grumpy and not exactly friendly. The burgers were disgusting, the Chrispy Chicken (I don't know how to spell it, I don't usually go to McDonald's) was just as hard as a board and had no taste, just like the nuggets and the fries were okay. Another family took their food with them and ate it in the parking lot - a good decision in hindsight.
