Filthy restaurant and toilets. Service is not good, order was incorrect and that was the case with the majority of customers. The staff reacts laconically to this.

Unfortunately the food was cold even though there was very little going on. 80% of the tables were not cleaned Table service displays cannot be obtained even after asking the staff. It's a shame, there's still a lot to be done!

Was here with my children three days ago. The whole restaurant was so disgusting on the floor, a disaster under all the tables, so dirty, dirty and even drinking everywhere on the floor. Nobody who has picked up the broom for a moment. I had to say twice that she should please wipe over our table because they looked so disgustingly drunk, even my children thought all the tables and the floor everywhere were terrible. The young lady then wiped our table so arrogantly and didn't even look at us. In general, I have never seen a situation like this anywhere.

They forgot coffee in ice coffee. McRib was swimming in sauce and bread was all wet due to this. Toilets are extremely small and dirty.

Apparently people here don't feel like serving the McCafè. We stood there for 5 minutes and were observed by the staff (it was empty, no other customers). Then we ordered at the food counter. Cookie and coffee were regular, other milk drinks were unfortunately “sold out”. We then got the coffee from the machine next to the Coke machine. Nothing there portafilter. Toilets dirty. Staff grds “not in a hurry”

No! Disgustingly dirty! The floor was sticky, food was flying around on the floor. All the tables were dirty, not to mention the toilets

I cannot recommend this branch. Whether on the floor or on the furniture, you have the feeling that it is covered with a film of grease. Inside, the seat cushions are defective, and outside, both on the tables and benches, there are old and new residues of sauces and drinks that have soaked into the surface. Everything seems worn and should have been renovated or replaced some time ago. No guest received napkins with the food served. Napkins were only available upon request. There are no outdoor play areas for children. This is actually common in highway locations.

Typical McDonald's. We went there for a coffee, ordered it in advance via the app and had it brought to the table. Everything worked out great

DISASTER! Dirty everywhere, toilets smelled terrible, other customers were also upset about it. Order machines did not accept QR codes or numeric codes for ordering or could scan from mobile phones. Staff didn't know what to do either. A visit to break the habit is unfortunately burned into the brain. There were dirty trays with empty packaging everywhere, damp dirty yellow rags lying around. Shocking everything!

Absolutely bad, staff absolutely unfriendly, there was a lot going on, but still got cold soft fries, a hair in the mountain! Toilets make you gag 🤢🤮 stinks so much of piss that your burger woeder comes up!!! Absolutely not recommended

Not at all. I've been standing here for 30 minutes and I had to wait 15 minutes alone until I could pay because 3 people were busy packing the tablets, one of which was just standing next to it. But nobody conceded!

Our visit to this branch was a complete disappointment. Right from the start it was noticeable that the soft drink dispenser was defective. Instead, Cola was poured from plastic bottles, which not only looked unprofessional, but also didn't taste the same. Communication was a disaster - apparently no one speaks German here. Not only did this lead to confusion when ordering, but also problems when we were served the wrong cookie. When we raised the issue, no one could explain what was going on or offer a solution because the language barrier was simply insurmountable.

The food came quickly, but that was the only good thing here. The shop and especially the women's toilet were very dirty and unclean! We paid in cash, but I have to recommend paying by card as they were clearly overwhelmed. Also not suitable for children as there are no play facilities.

We waited a long time for the food, the lady poured the fries into packages that were losing their temperature (a disaster!) she started preparing the meals and everything cooled down, nothing was hot, Sprite is a very watered-down syrup, I practically drank water

A very relaxed Meggi in the early hours of dawn. The first thing I did was go to the toilet, which was very modern but the floor was sticky. Otherwise all I can say is that I love Minecraft and will invest all my money in the plastic figures 🗿😉 Somehow there are quite a few rats in the parking lot 😕 but they're nice play companies, so for a hamburger they'll do anything for real talk

The service staff is very very rude. The McCrispy is too spicy in a not comfortable way. Do NOT come here.

For anyone reading this review - it's better to drive a few kilometers and stop in a small town along the route. There the food will be better and the health risks will be minimal. Extremely rude!!! After using the toilet, we actually wanted to get something in McDrive for the journey, but an employee shouted after us as we were going out: “The main thing is to use the toilet”. As a result, we no longer wanted to get food there during such an event. Doesn't work at all...

Well, if you know roughly when the hell is going to break loose, you should assign enough people to serve you more friendly. The cleanliness was okay. The food was brought to the table, but unfortunately, half of the first order was missing. The food was good. The fries were a bit too soggy, and the oil wasn't the best. It should be changed.

I ordered coffee from Mc Cafe and a fully automatic coffee was served to me in front of my eyes. When I tried to speak to the employee I was ignored. Definitely the wrong way to deal with customers!

One of the cleanest Mc's I've ever visited...!!! Food was also good and freshly made, not like other restaurants where you get "sloppy" nuggets or cold fries and burgers. It was really TOP...👍🏼 Oh yes, the windows were just completely cleaned inside and out and that too an hour before closing time or closing time...!!! That says it all...!!!

Mc Drive doesn't work, the app is an imposition, as are the pseudo-modern order terminals. Everything is not intuitive, far from service and really fast fast food

do NOT eat here. Service and cleanness here is terrible. I paid for charging my car, i paid for my food and services here and ADDITIONALLY got fined 50€ extra by the parking company for spending too much time inside, because my car battery was dead... terrible experience, do NOT go here!

McDonald's like everywhere else

My absolute favorite McDonald's in the area. Whether you're in the mood for a quick burger or a snack, the food tastes as expected and the service is quick. Incredibly nice staff, always smiling at you so friendly. I would always love to come back❤️ I could only recommend it

Dirty to no end and very cold in the guest room, max 15 degrees. It's no fun there.

McDonalds as always, even if the atmosphere is a bit boring and staid. There would be a deduction if you could judge the e-charging station: It's in the one-way driveway and you park at an angle, OK for vehicles whose plug is attached to the front of the hood. Most of them have it on the side at the back - which either leads to extreme and long parking maneuvers - or you simply drive against the direction of travel and then you can park easily.

Real rip off. I met with a business partner. We had breakfast and then drove on together to see a customer. I left my vehicle behind for the sake of the environment. Now I got a fine for over €50. This is a complete rip off! I will never set foot in this restaurant again.

Very bad McDonald's where dogs are not allowed and on the highway. Very shocking the condition of the very small toilets. It probably hasn't been cleaned in a very long time. Feces on the toilet lid, toilet seat urine residue everywhere, no soap. I've never seen anything like this before. A shop like this should be closed immediately, especially since it says outside that cleanliness is the top priority. I'm already thinking about reporting this restaurant to the authorities.

Takes a very long time, service and staff reorganized.

I hadn't ordered anything out of the ordinary and had to wait 20 minutes for 2 Big Macs, 1 Coke and 1 apple turnover (apple turnover was in stock). During this time around 15 table orders were placed.

More than half of the order machines didn't work and it was completely overcrowded. We had to wait more than an hour for our food.

I don't think there is a slower MC in the world... 10 minutes in the MC drive are almost standard...

This is where the terms shithouse and pigsty come from. Disgusting toilets and the property as a whole is totally filthy. Ergo, any desire to eat disappears in a matter of seconds! It's better to follow the A7 to Ellwangen, then you'll have the usual quality there again in the Mäc... Speaking of which: 1 star, because 0 stars isn't possible!

Lazy staff don't bring food to the tables. No numbers at the order counters. I reached for the numbers that were next to the register. The guy yelled at me not to take it because it was forbidden.

I was once on the site with a 40 ton truck. I got a menu and ate in the truck. Had to take a 45 minute break. It didn't take long until the police came and gave me a ticket of 50 euros for parking. That was the most expensive McDonald's visit. Never go there again.

I come to the restaurant often but have been quite disappointed the last 4 visits. Nuggets and curly fries and a menu were ice cold, inedible and thrown away. And honestly it's not cheap. Once the shift leader asked about it, he immediately turned around as if he didn't hear anything and ignored him. I will avoid the restaurant in the future!!!

Fiale was just a bad election! The toilet smelled like a train station toilet, 2 of 7 toilets were broken, everything was wet, you can guess what it was. Simply disgusting! Cleanliness, you can't even give it one star. There were food leftovers everywhere under the tables. The tables are not wiped down and you get the leftovers left behind by your predecessors. I wouldn't even say anything if the hut was full, but at the time we were there it was almost empty, and the employees were bored and playing with cell phones. Food was good, preparation was quick too.

There were 4 errors in one order. Unfortunately, we only noticed it on the highway and it wasn't worth turning around. They just hung up on the phone in an annoyed manner and didn't respond to the customer. The food tasted like any McDonald's. -Double cheeseburger instead of double chicken burger -Croissant instead of Franzbrötchen -Drink 1 on the menu was simply not packed in the bag -Drink 2 in the menu was simply not put in the bag I thought there was something about hanging up on the phone.

Ordered in the app today and wanted to pick up our order from Mcdrive. We waited there for a relatively long time and then discovered - unfortunately when we had already left - that two drinks were missing, a double cheeseburger instead of a double chicken burger and a croissant instead of a French roll - so FOUR mistakes in one order!! When we tried to reach the branch by phone, we couldn't get through several times and were simply pushed away twice after 30 seconds on the phone. Unfortunately very disappointing experience - but BK again in the future...

It's never been this bad!!!!! Staff was completely overwhelmed. With our order we had a Latte Machiato, which sat at the counter for 15 minutes before the rest of our order was completed. Sanitary facilities are completely filthy. The restaurant too. On our next trip we will look for another MC.

I wish I had read the review beforehand. What a dirty shop. Wow. Table dirty. Floor dirty. Toilet soaked in urine. I puke. Food was okay. Coffee caffeine not available. Employees prefer to chat instead of sprucing up the store. What a poorly managed branch. The hygiene department should actually pay a visit here. Incredible.

If you also don't believe negative reviews because they seem exaggerated, believe them. Every product here is not good they seem to use different ingredients or it is old. Dirty place already in the morning with few people. Believe the reviews and drive more and go to the next Mc which is better, here you will ruin your meal.

Okay so far, of course not really healthy but still super tasty, every now and then something in an order doesn't fit or the staff is overwhelmed and you have to wait a while, but still suitable for a snack in between. Ample parking spaces. Unfortunately the store is not clean and tidy... What a shame!

Friendly, fast Mac Drive and cost effective. Highly recommended
