Very good food, very good shop, I have nothing to complain about

Waited forever for the food, many guests who arrived later left much earlier. The staff was extremely unfriendly. The store seems dirty, people let their children sit on tables and spread their trash everywhere. MA just watch. You can now really save yourself this chain. Terrible!

I've picked up food there several times now and maybe 1 or 2 times out of 10 nothing was missing. Today I got 4 cheeseburgers instead of 4 chicken burgers. Sauces were missing. Let's be honest, you don't need a diploma to work in MCS, but if you're not even able to put an order together correctly, then that shows a lack of motivation and a non-shit attitude towards the guest. In response to a complaint, you should come back and pick up the right food. No fuel payment or other compensation. Simply tree nurseries catering.

I have to commend the employee at the drive-thru! (Usually there at the checkout/intercom) Very friendly every time! Food is standard, would only order takeaway there. Otherwise really unpleasant customers, very loud, unfriendly and in the evening the “leasing” gang gathers there.

Food was standard. However, some menu items were missing side dishes. It wasn't full. While the food was being prepared, the employees were busy chewing gum, and the shift manager took it quite calmly. I will avoid this branch in the future

Fryer set incorrectly or incompetent employees. Fish mac and fries dried out every time compared to other branches.

Rude, arrogant staff. You can see the dissatisfaction of the employees on their faces. If you don't like your job, you should do something else. There are enough alternatives for the price!

Slow, not clean I can only recommend this McDonald's restaurant to a limited extent. The term “fast food restaurant” was certainly not coined here. Sometimes, after ordering and paying, you end up waiting at the terminal for over 20 minutes, even if you "only" order standard items and don't have any special requests. It is still always dirty (sticky tables, dirty seats). The technology doesn't work at all: the display that is supposed to show the orders appears to show random numbers whose status appears to change completely at random - if at all. You just stand there and wait, sometimes you're lucky and it only takes 10 minutes, sometimes after 20 minutes irritated employees ask you what you're waiting for... Paying attention to your number on the display makes no sense, as it either remains unchanged " in preparation" or simply does not appear at all, while suddenly some numbers are called (!!!) that are not on the display. You should ALWAYS check whether everything has been packed; sauces, fries or smaller burgers are often missing.

You wait and wait and wait... if the guests ask politely, they keep saying: don't argue - it takes time. We now wait a good 40 minutes. And the treatment is really outrageous. To make matters worse, Lieferando orders are then given priority.

Standard branch that is always busy. Mostly nice employees. Fairly clean for a busy store on a Saturday evening. Unfortunately it's a bit stuffy. Food just like in any McDonald’s. The waiting time was a bit long considering we had ordered beforehand (but it was also full). Overall satisfied!

McDonald's is one of the best I know. Unfortunately it often takes a long time and things are forgotten but otherwise it is freshly made - especially the fries

Unfortunately I have to take back my review from a year ago. Unfortunately, things have gotten worse this year. It's always been clear to us that it's like gambling at Mcces, you either get good old mcces or just really bad fast food. Sometimes the fries have to go back in the oven because they are very soggy, just like the citizens because they are mostly cold?! Only today it borders on absolute impudence. It's clear to me that Mcces are stingy with the mesh potatoes, but only 5 measly things and half were filled with normal fries, bordering on absolute cheek and a rip-off 😅 5 measly mesh potatoes for just under €4

Sad as always. The burgers were completely mixed up and 3 of the 4 fries we ordered were missing. Always check your bag before taking your food with you. Absolutely not recommended

I wanted to return one of the fries because they were unsalted and simply not ready and then the employee said that was cheeky of me! Is it still okay? The fries didn't taste good and were taken out far too early. I just wanted a new one for the money and then saying something like that is impossible! It was also said that the fat was new! No reason for unfinished, unseasoned fries

After placing the order, it took forever. There were only two hamburgers and two cheeseburgers, each with fries. Then I went to ask. Everything was cold and incorrectly topped. Quality very bad. Man at the grill shook hands with someone who came to him from outside and then just carried on. Hygiene is non-existent. This is by far the uncleanest and most impossible McDonald's I have ever visited. We definitely won't go here again. If I could give zero stars I would.

Always lukewarm food. Just the other day I waited 10 minutes for a TS and fries and then it was only lukewarm again! Shame about the money. And I'm not the only one reporting this. It's better to go out to eat in Dellbrück if you can. At least it always tastes good.

Ordered large fries for €3.99, but it was still a mini portion. Well then I won't be coming back. Honestly, how much do fries cost to buy? Given the price, I expect a large portion too!

Last time I received a cola (I hate cola) instead of the Fanta I ordered. I just received a Mc Rib (inedible for me) instead of the Mc Cristpy I ordered. Unfortunately I only noticed it now, at home.... Thanks for limp fries, mayo ketchup for €9.99 and hunger It can't be that hard to get a simple menu with just 3 components right.

The dirtiest branch I've ever seen.

I only had two cheeseburgers and a soda. The cheeseburgers were good enough and mostly fresh, though not as big or tasty as the two I had at BK in Koln. The service was very friendly and very fast. This McDonalds was large with a second floor and although the view out large windows is mostly blo ked by trees and buildings and toward the parking lot, it was very clean and nice inside. Comfortable cushioned seating on.benches, bright and a bit warm.

It tasted like Mäcces, what more could you want. 👍🏻

Biggest drawback at the BGL branch: 9 out of 10 orders are simply not complete. In addition, ordering via app with table service does not work here. So you have to pick it up yourself.

Just like any other Mäckes... standard products and the fries are still extremely expensive if you order them separately. Take a look at the app and look for offers - then it's worth it. But just ok for eating. Anything more - nope!

Everything cold. Okay with ice cream, but not with burgers, fries or “hot” pockets. Really disappointing and laughable for the franchise.

I would even rate this place a 0... firstly, they cook there without gloves and whenever I go there is always something missing - apple turnovers, sauces, citizens, nuggets and even fries from the happy meal.

I've been standing in here for a whopping 25 minutes now and I'm still waiting for 2 happy meals and 2 cheeseburgers. The waiting times are catastrophe! People who ordered after me and also had two Happy Meals got their turn before me. When I asked the lady with black glasses and reddish hair nicely, she ignored me and just walked away! Absolute impudence! The waiting times are underground, and the communication and organization of the staff can really be worked on.

The store is far too narrow if you have to wait for your food

The trouble begins when ordering. The blueberry muffins are on display but are not available when ordered electronically. The voucher menu with 2 Mc Ribs doesn't appear either. So go to the counter to order. We get muffins here but for the Mc Ribs I would need a code from my app. We get 2 table displays for 2 orders. Then we wait....wait....wait.... When you ask at the checkout, our menus have been there for a while and have different numbers (namely the ones on the invoice ;-)) Needless to say, the food was only lukewarm. Although we eat in the restaurant, we only get the drinks in paper cups. When we asked why there were no glasses (late macchiato) and a cup (coffee), we didn't get an answer, just a shrug of the shoulders.

Wartezeit ist schon echt hart. McMenü und HappyMeal ,haben knapp 20-30min gedauert. Während Kunden die nach uns kamen direkt bedient wurden.

Der lokale Mäces...seit dem Besitzer wechsel ist das Personal deutlich gechillter finde ich.... ansonsten alles wie bei jedem anderen McDonald's wie es ja auch sein soll

Gäbe es 0 Sterne hätte ich es benutzt, alles außer Das service war gut, wen ich bestellen wollte meinten die ich sollte auf Lieferando bestellen obwohl ich die ganze Zeit anrufe und Frage warum es nicht klappt, wenn ich bezahlen möchte sagt die App das es dass die Bestellung bearbeitet wird, dass ist nicht das Problem sondern, dass ich jetzt sogar über 5 Stunden am warten bin ich bin Grad sehr traurig drüber.

Ein Tag nach Weihnachten gegen 20:30 Uhr rund 40 Minuten gewartet: Fastfood geht anders!!! Und: das Essen ist kalt. Sorry: die Filiale wird immer schlechter - da hilft auch die Weihnachtsdeko und die Palme beim Ausgang nicht viel

Ein überraschend überdurchschnittlicher McDonald's, die chickenburger sind immer knusprig der Laden ist sauber, es wird normalerweise schnell serviert und ich habe üblicherweise keine Probleme Wenn der Chickenburger TS zurück kommt gibt es 5 Sterne ^^

Tja ...Service und Personal ist immer nett und freundlich aber das Essen ist nun mal Fastfood und leider lieblos zusammen gebastelt...bin wohl zu verwöhnt für dieses essen

Mitarbeiter vergessen oft Sachen. Ist sehr schade

Bedienung an der Kasse zum Bezahlen kam nur nach mehrfacher Aufforderung , um die Barzahlung entgegenzunehmen. War arbeitsunwillig und hantierte lieber am privaten Handy. Weiterhin viel zu lange Wartezeiten bis die Bestellung zum mitnehmen endlich fertig war, keine fertigen Burger und bis diese endlich fertig waren ,waren die Curlies kalt. Absolut unmöglich. Weiterhin rumfliegende offene Haare bei den Mitarbeitern und Hände nur schnell mit einer Serviette abgewischt. Von Händewaschen oder Hände desinfizieren keine Spur! ÜBERHAUPT NICHT EMPFEHLENSWERT!!!

Essen für den schnellen Hunger aber die Burger sind nichts besonderes

Es gab Probleme mit der Bestellung und der sehr nette Filialleiter hat alles an Essen aus Kulanz erstattet bzw neu machen lassen. Jederzeit wieder.

Mal zum Mc Donalds fahren ja aber nicht immer empfehlenswert,Preise sind zu teuer,der Geschmack des Fleisches hat sich geändert.Fritten sind versalzen,Cola schmeckt nach Wasser. Und vorallem zu viele Kalorien. Service lässt leider sehr zu wünschen übrig.....

Ernsthaft Leute??!! Langsam aber Sicher geht mir euer Lieferservice extrem auf den Zeiger!!! Jedesmal wenn man alle paar Wochen denkt, kommt lasst uns was bei MC Donalds bestellen, ist der Lieferservice nicht verfügbar. Der Spaß wird mittlerweile einfach nur noch unverschämt teuer (3Personen über 50€) und immer zur Abendbrotzeit sagt man sich halt einfach nööö…wir Liefern jetzt nicht. Erst wenn es uns wieder in den Kram passt. Solltet vielleicht mal über mehr Personal nachdenken, dann verkrauelt man auch nicht die Kunden. Diese Willkür ist einfach nur noch zum 🤮

Ne svidja mi se burger,nije kao pljeskavica

Wsr jetzt das zweite mal hintereinander im mcdrive gewesen und jedes mal wurde immer was vergessen. Letztens wurde bei unserem Happy Meal einen Cheeseburger vergessen. Heute wurde uns beim Happy Meal die Capri Sonne und die Frucht Quatsch nicht eingepackt auch in einem Hamburger Royal TS Menü wurde und die Cola nicht mit gegeben. Daher kontrolliere ich jedes mal nach und kann euch das auch nur empfehlen. McFlurry hatten sie auch nur in Joghurt und Schoko, leider keine Vanille mehr aber das fand ich jetzt nicht so tragisch. Das kann ja mal passieren. Service also nicht so gut.

Essen ist soweit gut, Öfters gehen mal ein paar Bestellungen durcheinander und man hat das Essen seines Vorgängers in der Tüte

Schrecklich klein Personal grauenhaft

Fritten in der Regel sehr schlecht, immer fehlt was beim Mc Drive. Was denkt sich der Chef und warum ist der in Delbrück um so vieles besser.

Ein typischer McDonalds halt. Es gibt Sitzgelegenheiten draußen, im Erdgeschoß und im Obergeschoss. Die Bestellung wird zügig bearbeitet. Die Lage an einer Ausfallstraße und der große Parkplatz sind auch recht üblich.

Im Prinzip ist alles in Ordnung nur kommt es wie auch bei anderen beschrieben öfters vor das mal irgendwas in der Bestellung vergessen wird oder man einfach extrem lange warten muss. Eine negative Erfahrung die ich machen musste war, das im Jahre 2022 (Winterzeit) öfters mal ein Obdachloser im McDonald’s war und dort während man am essen war sich am Müll bediente. Auch komisch war das es ihm erlaubt worden ist drinnen zu bleiben und seinen einzigartigen Geruch innerhalb des Mc‘s zu verbreiten und man deshalb einfach nicht sein Essen genießen konnte und teils gezwungen war sich wegzusetzen.

Ist leider der langsamste Mc Donalds weit und breit. Ansonsten wie jeder andere auch.

Ich gehe mittlerweile nur noch alle paar Monate mal dorthin. Das Essen ist zwar ganz okay aber dieser mcDonald's ist schon seit mindestens zwei Jahren unterbesetzt. Man sieht zwar immer wieder neue Gesichter aber das liegt einfach daran dass anscheinend nur Leute eingestellt werden die wenig Ahnung vom Fach haben. Das größte Problem ist jedoch das hauptsächlich Leute eingestellt werden die nicht mal richtig Deutsch sprechen können was besonders dann anstrengend ist wenn die Bestellungen ausgerufen werden die zum Abholen bereit sind. Selbst wenn es mal im Lokal leiser sein sollte, was wirklich selten passiert, dann versteht man teilweise nicht einen einzigen Mitarbeiter. Ich bin froh dass ich immer zum Mitnehmen bestelle und nicht dort esse, denn die Plätze werden wirklich selten gereinigt. Ist auch echt schade dass man mittlerweile seine Bestellung kontrollieren muss weil wirklich immer irgendwas fehlt oder falsch ist. Es ist mittlerweile auch echt lustig dass z.B eine neue McFlurry Sorte rauskommt und sie einfach am selben Tag schon ausverkauft ist ich meine Nachschub oder ausreichend bestellen ist den Mitarbeitern dort kein Begriff oder was? Ich verstehe nicht wie man teilweise die einfachsten Dinge nicht verstehen kann.
