For fast food, it's still much better than the one with the bun, the company logo is still old, I didn't mention a name here, the food is just mass-produced here, the service is ok, mostly only partially friendly, it could be much better here. Ordering here is even possible at the counter, but unfortunately this is no longer a given today. When you're hungry, you get full, it's all a matter of taste.

On average, one in ten orders from us here is not complete. So McDrive becomes an unwanted gamble. It's really annoying that you regularly have to go back a second time to get everything you paid for. This can be done better elsewhere. So it's better to eat inside, then you can complain straight away.

Unfortunately the toilet wasn't clean as usual

Lost a lot!!! I ate there three evenings in a row, Ordered the menu with extra chicken nuggets and the burger patties were cold on all three occasions!!! 😡😡😡

The food was great but I had to wait an hour for a milkshake while everyone around me had juicy meals.

McDonald's is getting worse. Cold, you pay a lot of money and then at least 2 burgers are missing. Had a complaint. Not even compensation. Never go to Burger King again

Everything was always great, when I ordered three ice creams, one cup was only half full, I pointed out that one cup was only so little full, and the answer was: "It's already too much ice cream." Explain that children that there was already too much ice cream in the half-filled one 🫣 sad.

Something is always missing, incomplete menus every second order.

Unmotivated people as well as the food

Friendly employees can be found every now and then. Like in any other McDonald's...cardboard food. Cleanliness in the restaurant and toilet are good

Usual branch with drive-in. A bit overcrowded at rush hour, so a waiting time of around 15 minutes was ok.

Unfortunately I can't give 0 stars. Absolute impudence!! FOOD COLD, FORGOT HALF FILLED AND THEN PAID €35. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS STORE AGAIN. It's better to go to ARAL opposite...the food at the counter tastes better there.

Just picked up menus and very disappointed. Burgers were cold and fries were almost raw. Unfortunately it doesn't work at all

You don't get the food you ordered, things are missing and when you complain it's said that it's not true, e.g. You should get 2 glasses and 1 is only there. When asked, they simply say no, that's not right, ordered 2 reusable cups and only got disposable cups.

Things that you ordered are always missing, or things are done incorrectly, and when you ask you get a no, totally unfriendly to criticism, I will never eat here again, I hope something changes otherwise they should do it here, because. That's not possible in my opinion, please don't go there, you'll just be taken for a ride.

I've been here many times and have only had an incorrect order once, but sometimes the intercom makes a lot of noise and it's difficult to understand and be understood.

Not a bad place, we eat here at least 3 times a week, the service is a little long, but tolerable! But the presentation of the burgers itself is not always conscientious; in most cases, these are haphazardly assembled burgers! The photo will be below!

It has little to do with fast food if you have to wait 15 minutes for your food (whether drive in or in the store makes no difference). And when the food is finally ready, it is cold, unseasoned and, with a bit of luck, half of it is missing. This is not an isolated case. I've been through all of this often enough. I can recommend this "restaurant" to anyone who doesn't know what to do with their time, has no problem with tasteless food and also likes to throw money out the window.

The burgers aren't hot, the weighing machine is always full and the table license plates aren't clean either. The McDonald's used to be better

Coupons didn't work despite the app and validity, very unfriendly employee at the mc drive. I would say I chose the wrong job!

McDonald's is McDonald's But things are hot and the fries are salty. You can order there and the food is brought to your table. I don't like it when the burger is lukewarm. It hasn't happened to me here yet.

Kaltes naja lauwarmes Essen ,lange Wartezeiten war schon mal besser

Nicht zum ersten mal waren die Pommes labberig. Auch das Fleisch von den Burger ist zu 90% kalt. Ich bin es leid immer wieder zum Mitarbeiter zu gehen und mich mit zu teilen, was nicht stimmt. Wir haben ca. 24 Euro bezahlt! Ich fahre schon sehr selten zu MC Donalds. Aber Beckum wird mich noch seltener sehen. Die Toiletten müssen auch auch renoviert werden, da es sehr eng ist und nicht mehr zeitgemäß

Für McDonalds ein eher ungewöhnliches Erlebnis: Fritteuse kaputt, dir Auswahl somit sehr eingeschränkt. Service war ok, der Boden schmierig-rutschig. Es war leider zugig und kalt im Restaurant, zugegeben an einem sehr kalten Tag.

Das Essen war nicht komplett und der Service war mit der Bestellung überfordert.

Haben mehrere Sachen bestellt, darunter einen Cookie. Diesen haben wir mit einem „No“ nicht bekommen und auf Nachfrage, dass dafür gezahlt wurde kam keine Reaktion und man wurde ignoriert. Nach mehreren Nachfragen wurden wir von einem anderen Mitarbeiter bedient, der uns nicht das Geld wieder gab, dafür jedoch ein kleines Eis. Sehr unfreundliche Bedienung. Essen sonst in Ordnung.

Der MC Drive ist eine Kastatrophe. Wartezeiten jenseits von gut und böse. 3 Autos vor einem 30 min warten Bestellung unvollständig aufgenommen und dabei wird man noch unfreundlich empfangen.... Und es war nicht das erst Mal so! Herzlichen Dank für NICHTS!!!

I would say it's like any other McDonald's but it was better. The food was hot and actually looked like the pictures on the menu. The only negative is that I ordered curly fries and got normal fries. Also, as a non German speaking customer, no one could understand what I was saying lol Yes I know I should learn German lol

Preislich teurer als die umliegenden Filialen.

Beim to go essen ging es drunter und drüber. Warteschlange.....eine Mitarbeiterin hatte große Schwierigkeiten beim lesen der Bestellungen. Jemand anderes half ihr dauernd, dieser kam natürlich nicht mit den anderen Bestellungen hinterher. Die Burger sind sehr klein geworden, geschmacklich auch nicht mehr das was es mal war. Beim Salat der zum Menü gereicht wird, einfach nur lächerlich!! Ich würde mich schämen so etwas rauszugeben. 4 mal rein pieken mit der gabel, box leer ... Und wenn man zusieht wie die Burger gebaut werden, vergeht einem der Appetit. Natürlich müssen sie mit den Händen gebaut werden, dann aber bitte mit Handschuhen. Fazit, ich fahre lieber 1 Ort weiter, dort gibt es einen anderen mitbestreiter, wo alles in allem wesentlich besser ist

Sind alle ziemlich gleich mittlerweile, muss man nicht mehr viel zu erlaeutern.

Große McDonald’s Filiale in Beckum, an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße. Es gibt einen McDrive, ein integriertes McCafe und einen großen Bereich für Kinder bzw. Kindergeburtstage. Innenbereich ist groß, modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Außenbereich mit vielen Sitzplätzen, eher unbequem, und einem Kinderspielplatz. An und Abfahrt etwas verwirrend gelöst. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Schönes McDonalds Restaurant mit moderner Einrichtung. Sehr schnelle Bedienung, frisches Essen, großer Parkplatz

Essen war kalt, die Hälfte hat gefehlt und das nicht zum ersten Mal. Das eis ist auch einfach nur noch die hälfte von dem was es mal war. Schwache Leistung

Teilweise dreckige tische es kommt nicht immer das was man bestellt und eis ist viel zu teuer

McDonalds halt.einfach was für den schnellen Hunger....und schmeckt immer gleich...ist ja auch nicht schlecht.

Mitarbeiter sind eigentlich nett. Haben zwei Chicken und zwei Cheeseburger bestellt. Haben diese umsonst bekommen, weil das Kartenlesegerät nicht ging 😃. Jedoch, haben wir leider falsche Burger bekommen!!😡 hatte mich so auf meine zwei Cheeseburger gefreut, stattdessen nur einen und drei Chickenburger!!! Einfach enttäuscht!!

Haben den besten und korrektesten Mitarbeiter getroffen. Er hat uns eine Musikbox gegeben und uns sehr gut bedient. Und am Ende unsere Tablets weggebracht.

Immer Drive in und bei jeder Bestellung hat was gefehlt 😂Wie schafft man das ? Von dem Essen bekommt man Magenschmerzen und man fragt sich ob Wallraff dort mal einkehren sollte 🙈 Wenn Mekkes ,dann Lippetal ...

Ein Moder McDonald's mit abgetrenntem Kinderbereich. Lokal ist gut gelegen. Das Personal ist freundlich und nett.

Wir waren heute da und mussten leider verstellen , dass das Eis (Mc sunday) ist um die Hälfte kleiner geworden ist. Man muss sich nach Vorschriften richten auf Nachfrage und man hat mich an die Geschäftsleitung verwiesen, die am Tisch saß. Es durfte nachgefüllt werden. Und das war auch nur ein Klecks. Eigentlich hätte man das trotzdem reklamieren müssen. Eis werden wir definitiv nicht mehr essen. Eigentlich bin ich am überlegen, ob man Mc Donalds überhaupt noch besuchen sollte...

Ich war einmal mit meiner Familie dort und uns hat es eigentlich ganz gut gefallen. Mitarbeiter sind auch ganz okay. Zudem sieht das Restaurant von innen ganz anders aus als das McDonald's was man eigentlich immer vor Augen hat. Klein aber fein. Das Essen kam auch sehr schnell und frisch, was uns natürlich sehr überzeugt hat. Somit erkennt man, dass die Mitarbeiter ihre Arbeit auch Ernst nehmen.

Der besuch in Beckumer mc Donalds war einfach unmöglich 20 arbeiter bewegen sich wie eingeschlafen zum bezahlen eine halbe Stunde gewartet da es leider mit karte mal nicht ging nach mehreren Anfragen kam es endlich dazu und dann nach noch einer halben stunde verschwand unsere Bestellung vom Monitor und wurde nicht gemacht leute die nach uns kamen gingen und wir mussten auf 3 eis warten. Zum Schluß der Becher war einfach wiederlich süß einviertel soße einviertel eis, Becher halb voll wo wir für die Aktion ein Vernünftiges Eis doch wohl erwarten können.. TRAURIG!!!
