im drive in bestellt und mitgenommen. bedienung hat trotz selbständiger nachfrage von 4 burgern zwei falsch. immer das selbe bei denen. noch nie ohne fehler dort weggefahren

Typical McDonald's, only the cleanliness could be improved. The floor is often dirty and sticky and the tables aren't much better.

Very nice staff. Nice atmosphere, indoor and outdoor play options available for children.

I don't want to have to miss some of the employees anymore. There are really lovely, sweet people and I'm really looking forward to standing at the drive🥰 But unfortunately also some where I would rather continue driving 😅

The waitress who brought the tablets to the tables was very friendly, the food was as usual and the ambience wasn't quite like home.

If you order the M, please pay attention to whether you have one or two pattis on it. We only had one of each.

System gastronomy as it shouldn't be. Apparently there is regional monitoring of how long vehicles are parked in the drive-in. This means that here (as in Kamp-Lintfort, for example) you initially get 2-10! You wait minutes at the drive until you can even place your order. This is absolutely annoying and inappropriate. In addition, there is something wrong with pretty much EVERY order. I actually always try to avoid the store until I forget how annoying and annoying this branch is in terms of preparation (extra requests that you PAY for) and waiting times. But after each visit my impression is confirmed again. It sucks, to put it bluntly. 2 stars because the food is mostly okay. But that's more due to McDonald's requirements than this branch.

Burger cold, fries cold, staff unfriendly, branch very unclean. That was our first visit in years and certainly the last.

We stood in line for almost half an hour and then left again. I thought it would be a quick restaurant, but at this speed the potatoes for the next order were already harvested

Actually I want to choose zero stars. No delivery possible on Saturday and Sunday. I also work on weekends and unfortunately I relied on this delivery. Bad mistake!

Friendly service even at the table early in the morning - just like that. It's nice that it works even when there's nothing going on. Sometimes the employees are so lazy: That's not the case here. The food comes quickly and is absolutely fine.

Very long waiting times occur unusually often (almost 10 minutes for a single product), especially in the drive-thru.

Honestly, I just had to break... Order by code (2 classics) and 1 Big Mac Bacon. In the classic TS there were 2 long dark hairs...that wasn't the first time and I have to say, I'm really pissed. This is so disgusting...maybe we should send Wallraff over.

FOOD is stuffy and expensive...Service is fake friendly. MC Donald is a franchise company, they are all the same, so you can't say much about the ambience.

Unfortunately the wrap was soggy and the chicken nuggets were cold.

I was just at the Drive Inn and have never experienced such an unfriendly employee at McDonald's. He didn't say a single word except the price of my order and looked at it as if we were bothering him. No company needs such employees.

Super Service! The fries were exceptionally leggy. Correct colleagues at the start 👍 Cola without ice always works. Burger was divine.

Geldern is the worst McDonald's ever, people always forget things, they are extremely unfriendly and nothing works there. Not recommendable

I drive long-distance trucks myself. Unfortunately, as is so often the case in almost every branch, the ice cream machine is broken. So that you are forced to switch to another drink

Regular McDonald's. No worse and no better than the bulk of Macs. There is a fenced-off “yard” - an area surrounded by a fence right next to Mack. There is a row of tables and a children's playground with a slide. It will be comfortable here with small children. Otherwise, everything is the same as everywhere else: a standard set of food and drinks, standard ordering schemes (touch terminals) and standard service.

A McDonald's branch located a little outside that doesn't look like much on the outside or is not necessarily up to date. In addition, the tables outside were unfortunately very dirty and sticky. Nevertheless, our larger order for 6 people was brought to the table very quickly and friendly. The burgers 🍔 were among the freshest I've ever had at the "Gasthof zum güldenen M". And that's what it's all about after all 😋

Solid McDonald's, food or other drinks are often swapped. The store is clean and there are play areas for children and a drive-in that delivers McDonald's or can also be reached by bus, the preferred stop for this is “Marktweg”. There are bike racks and parking spaces. McDonald’s also has WiFi and a toilet.

No more McDonald's money! Then it's better to put up with the kilometers and go to Goch. Long waiting time for 6 small burgers and then all cheeseburgers without cheese. Really annoying since you also pay for it. I don't even want to start talking about the non-existent sauce.

Yesterday we were visiting friends in Geldern and, for convenience, we ordered from McDonald's (via Lieferando) in the evening. It took around 75 minutes for the order to arrive; half of the burgers we ordered were missing and the fries were cold. Unfortunately, the poor Lieferando driver had to deal with our frustration, but she was back after fifteen minutes to deliver the remaining burgers. On top of that, a burger box opened during transport and the individual parts were scattered at the bottom of the bag... All in all, it was more of a disaster!

Store pretty clean. Very long waiting time. Food tastes like cardboard. The cola only tastes like water. The quality of MC.D was much better. But it has slowed down a lot. Never again!

At least the McFlurries here are still full to the brim. 🤗

Eating is totally fine for “fast food”! The staff was always friendly and patient with me. Four stars only because the food is sometimes only lukewarm and the soap in the toilet is often empty.

We were there for lunch with our group of students (11, including 3 wheelchair users). Had already pre-ordered. The food for everyone (16 people) was at the table within 15 minutes. Dennis the employee was very friendly and provided great service. A big thank you! We will be back.

Angeblich dauerte online Zahlung zu lange, musste erneut bar bezahlen. Nach Zusendung von zahlungsbelegen wurde ich von der Franchise- Nehmerin gefragt, ob ich mir sicher sei ihr Restaurant und nicht eines in Hamburg besucht zu haben, musste dies auch nachweisen. Unfassbar

Absolute Frechheit, die Mitarbeiter absolut Frech hören nicht zu, haben zwei Chicken Burger bestellt haben dafür 2 Chilli Cheese bekommen, Nuggets ohne Soße obwohl welche dabei bestellt waren Würde noch nichtmal mehr 1 Stern geben ist maximal 0 Sterne wert

Ein Stern ist noch zuviel.Parkplatz katastrophal.Falsches essen, die Hamburger muss man suchen so klein sind sie,kaltes essen.Trotz Kupons viel zu teuer.Kasse stürzt nach 3 Kupons ab,so das zwischen durch bezahlt werden muss.Wir kommen nie wieder.

5 Sterne für den Manager, der ein Tag nach Silvester für uns extra den Ofen angemacht hat um uns Croissants zu backen da wir alle Bäckereien verpasst haben und noch ein Frühstück brauchten. Wir riefen kurz vorher an und mussten leider rausfinden das an dem Tag gar kein Frühstück serviert wird. Nach kurzer Absprache merkte ich schon die Kompetenz, auch vor Ort ging es weiter, er dirigierte die mitarbeiter aufmerksam und schnell -> Fast Food king.

Essen wie gewohnt. Sauber und gut organisiert. Auch bei größtem Andrang.

Sehr netter Mitarbeiter an der Kasse, hat Fragen schnell und gut beantwortet, dazu sehr freundlich. Essen war heiß und Lecker, der Shake hat auch na der gewählten Sorte geschmeckt, alles super.

Modernes Mcces mit SB Terminals

Wenn die Mc Donalds Arbeiter viel zu tun haben, passieren viele Fehler bei den Bestellungen. Wir haben Mc Plant Nuggets bestellt und normale bekommen, wodrauf wir zuerst nicht geachtet hatten weil wir dachten bei so großen Unterschieden wird kein Fehler unterlaufen... sowas geht gar nicht! Damit hat sich das Essen dann erledigt… Umtausch war dann schließlich auch nicht mehr möglich, wobei die Anfrage bei teils sehr unfreundlichen Personal eh sehr unangenehm gewesen wäre

Halt McDonald's. Habe den Eindruck dass es langsam rückwärts geht.

Alles gut, zur "high noon" muss man mit Wartezeiten rechnen. Ein grundsätzliches McDonald Problem sind die E-Ladesäulen. Da die meisten PKWs die Ladebuchse hinten haben, muss man sich recht umständlich gegen die Fahrtrichtung in die zugewiesene Parkfläche reinmogeln. Ausserdem sind die Ladepreise hoch. Nach 45 Min muss man noch extra pro Minute zahlen!

Alle Mitarbeiter sind nett. Ich spreche nicht gut Deutsch. Der Typ, der an der Kasse arbeitet, war sehr nett. Sie haben verstanden, was ich mit Schildern wollte 😁✨

Mcdonalds in Geldern ist richtig super. Das Essen ist richtig heiß und nicht nur angedeutet warm. Personal super nett.

Das Beste an MC Donald ist, daß man dort in Ruhe und kostenfrei aufs Klo kann.

Ich fühle mich hier als Gast gut aufgehoben, auch und besonders in Zeiten einer Pandemie. Das Team scheint sehr harmonisch zu agieren, was sich ebenfalls auf die Gäste auswirkt. Das Essen ist gut - wie in jedem anderen McDonald's in Deutschland oder irgendwo anders auf der Welt.

Ewige Wartezeit trotz geringem Besuch und dies eigentlich immer. Einen Döner bekomme ich da schneller..

Zaak ligt prima aan doorgaande weg met voldoende parkeermogelijkheden. Het geheel maakt geen al te schone indruk. Personeel is correct maar van echte service is er geen sprake. Gerechten niet echt warm. Maximaal middelmaat. Er zijn beslist betere mcDonald's!!

Verkehrsgünstig gelegen an einer vielbefahrenen Ortsausgangsstraße. Personal scheint eher genervt denn glücklich zu sein. Essen ist Standard -mit der Tendenz in Richtung "kalt"...

Das goldene M suggeriert einen einheitlichen Standard für Speisen und Service. Hm vielleicht haben wir einen schlechten Tag erwischt. Tisch klebte und der WC-Bereich war nicht so prickelnd. Bestell – Annahme zügig…
