People know the food from McDonalds, I don't think I need to say much about it. However, for some time now the fries have tasted absolutely disgusting, just like deep fryer grease and are therefore inedible. In addition, the branch was remodeled and “spruced up,” but if you don’t keep the dining area clean, it’s a waste. Despite there being few customers, the restaurant is extremely dirty. The food is spread out on the floor, the tables are sticky and the staff doesn't feel it's their duty to do anything about it. Too bad...

If you make an order of just under €50. When I get home the bag is unpacked and the main burger is missing... Paid €12 for nothing... I'll never leave there again without checking!

Absolutely disgusting shop, just like the place in Holleben. In addition to incomplete burgers or missing components of orders, the service is also unresponsive due to a lack of language skills. Some of the burgers have been there for so long that they form an overall construct of disgusting sludge with some packaging. But today was the culmination of the whole abomination: I got a half-eaten burger, unfortunately I was already at home when I saw it. The health department has already been informed.

After the renovation, I personally don't like it anymore. The shop now seems far too dreary, cool and dark. You sit even closer together with strangers than before. If you wait for your food because you don't want to eat there, then you're just standing in the way and that was better solved before. The parking lot is too small and too narrow. The quality of the food is just bad! Ate a Big Mac and a chicken burger and a little later just burped it and ended up getting it out of the top. There is no longer any of the current toys for the children in the Happy Meal. No recommendation!

A McDonald's like many others. You really only need this food to satisfy your hunger. If you really want to enjoy something, you have to eat somewhere else. But if things have to happen quickly, then it's acceptable every now and then...

I was here in the evening, apparently it was rush hour. The staff seemed slightly overwhelmed. I had a slightly damaged Chrispy Chicken Bruger for €6.95 that wasn't really worth the money. It reminded me a lot of the chilli chicken burger that was available years ago for €1.00. I actually thought it was better back then. Conclusion: Optically bad, taste: okay, price-performance: unsatisfactory.

After the renovation it now looks much more modern. But you always have to check orders! Just today again at breakfast I got one with egg instead of Big Morning Chicken. Unfortunately, I only noticed it when I got home. And there was hardly anything going on, so you can't say it was due to stress. Only had 5 products.

The atmosphere & the staff was friendly. However, the toilets, the Garden and the indoor area was untidy. The even the waste bins were full. Some tables were dirty. Sorry, not the service we are use to in czech & slovak republic.

If you want to get wrinkles from waiting too long when there are hardly any customers, this is the McDonald's for you!

Waited half an hour for nothing

After ordering (one Happy Meal and two McMenu's) at the terminal, it took 26 minutes for us to receive our food. It was crowded, but I still expected a much shorter wait for fast food. Some basics, like Coca-Cola Zero and Plant-Based Nuggets, were completely out of stock. Our order was complete. Unfortunately, it wasn't clean either; the return area was overflowing and littered with trash.

Incorrect orders or incomplete orders are commonplace. Either always check beforehand or don't order there at all.

The pricing policy at McDonald's is absurd. You used to pay 8.49 euros for a double pack menu with a voucher - this has now become 12.49 euros. Attractive offers? None. A visit to McDonald's is no longer worth it.

Ordered from McDrive on a Wednesday evening and then a BigMac was simply forgotten. Of course it was only discovered at home and therefore 7eur gone. Oh and by the way there wasn't a receipt in there either. Of course you can look into the bag on site but who does that? Everyone take a look in the bag afterwards, it's worth it...

It wasn't very crowded today, so I've seen worse. Nevertheless, the Curly Fries were missing from our order and then we had a Big Rösti spicy instead of a normal one. Luckily I'm not allergic to anything like that.😅 There was a replacement, but it was quick. The drinks were even forgotten at the next table. Apparently it was recently rebuilt, but so new that while it's in operation, people are busy drilling and interviews are being held at the normal dinner table. There was also a mix-up with food/drinks on the last visit. Back then I got a coffee instead of a chai latte.

The staff had no idea what they were supposed to be doing and forgot to pack fries, sauces etc. The drinks were not drinkable at all (Sprite was water with a squeeze of lemon and Coke Zero was also more water than anything else). The plant based burgers (two in number) were cold, not a little cool or lukewarm, but ice cold. Who knows how long they've been lying around there, same thing with the plant based nuggets. But when the team leader just stands in the room and tries to call out numbers (in quick succession for 2 different orders) for table service orders, which are lost in the babble of voices in a busy catering company and then turns around and says "well then not" that's it a very subterranean performance. In addition, the outside area remained unnoticed by the same employee. The tablets were then simply placed on the counter at the front and ignored. We then notified customers outside so they could pick up their cooled orders themselves. Oh yes, on the third attempt by the lazy employee, I had the pleasure of pointing out to her that table service does not mean that customers come to her and that the establishment still has an outdoor area that you should also take into account. Well, as expected, criticism wasn't well received. I thought it was good that the team leader tried to support her colleagues, but the way she acted didn't set a role model for her team and left a negative impression on customers. Please make improvements (handle stressful situations more professionally) or do not offer table service if it overwhelms the employees. LG

If I could give zero stars I would do so. Tables were not clean. Ordered at midnight and waited over 40 minutes for our food. Our order still arrived at the table incorrectly, apart from drinks and fries. Shortly after 1:00 a.m. we were told to leave the restaurant because they were now closing. I was stunned. I sit there and wait 45 minutes for our food and then we only have 10 minutes to eat it? At the next table, the citizen wasn't even cooked through. Absolute chaos in there and if you say something you get rude comments from the staff. That was definitely the last visit!
