New ambience after renovation but worse service. Ordered today via the app and 4 things were missing. 1x Cola, 2x toys, 1x sauce. Yes, I didn't check whether everything was there, but that doesn't work. After all, you pay

The worst McDonald's restaurant ever... 70% incomplete orders, too many staff who hardly speak or want to speak German, cold food, portions of fries that are far less than what you paid for, carelessly thrown together burgers that are more reminiscent of a shaken salad, etc etc etc. This shop is unbelievable and by far the worst shop I have ever come across.

A very stupid idea on Saturday evening, extremely full, we voluntarily took the drive-in. From here you can clearly see how “lovingly” (not) the food is prepared. Otherwise it is cleaner there than in other branches.

Bought a small snack there for lunch, the food was lukewarm, the service was ok, friendly, but not really recommended, especially the toilet, cleanliness...

It's just a McDonald's. Cleaning condition could be improved but the staff was still busy. There were probably just too many customers on the relationship with the staff

I'm really disappointed that the food was missing from the order several times... Otherwise it was just small things but now it's the main dishes that are missing (big rösti, 20 nuggets...) I don't live right around the corner and maybe, no, not maybe, but definitely you have to check the food to make sure everything is there... There was a real failure in the organization... In itself a Mecces like any other. Average hygiene, tables have to be wiped down before use. Nothing was missing when ordering, the service was friendly and nice. Unfortunately my burger was cold, but otherwise it tasted as usual.

Ordered from McDrive on a Wednesday evening and then a BigMac was simply forgotten. Of course it was only discovered at home and therefore 7eur gone. Oh and by the way there wasn't a receipt in there either. Of course you can look into the bag on site but who does that? Everyone take a look in the bag afterwards, it's worth it...

It wasn't very crowded today, so I've seen worse. Nevertheless, the Curly Fries were missing from our order and then we had a Big Rösti spicy instead of a normal one. Luckily I'm not allergic to anything like that.😅 There was a replacement, but it was quick. The drinks were even forgotten at the next table. Apparently it was recently rebuilt, but so new that while it's in operation, people are busy drilling and interviews are being held at the normal dinner table. There was also a mix-up with food/drinks on the last visit. Back then I got a coffee instead of a chai latte.

Nicely remodeled, but the service and food were the last. The staff had no idea what they were supposed to be doing and forgot to pack fries, sauces etc. The drinks were not drinkable at all (Sprite was water with a squeeze of lemon and Coke Zero was also more water than anything else). The plant based burgers (two in number) were cold, not a little cool or lukewarm, but ice cold. Who knows how long they've been lying around there, same thing with the plant based nuggets. So far it's always been good and it's always possible that something gets forgotten when you're stressed, but how the hell did you come up with the brilliant idea of ​​training new, non-German-speaking staff on a Sunday at peak times? Doesn't occur to me. We have definitely learned from it and will not go there again.

Once again today, when ordering from McDrive, I didn't receive everything I ordered. Since we had a larger order, we unfortunately only noticed when we got home that two burgers (1xDer M and 1x Hamburger Royal cheese) were missing. Value 17 € paid too much! We were very upset again! Especially since only the drive was open due to renovations, perhaps the processes should be reconsidered.

In addition, the outside area remained unnoticed by the same employee. The tablets were then simply placed on the counter at the front and ignored. We then notified customers outside so they could pick up their cooled orders themselves. Oh yes, on the third attempt by the lazy employee, I had the pleasure of pointing out to her that table service does not mean that customers come to her and that the establishment still has an outdoor area that you should also take into account. Well, as expected, criticism wasn't well received. I thought it was good that the team leader tried to support her colleagues, but the way she acted didn't set a role model for her team and left a negative impression on customers. Please make improvements (handle stressful situations more professionally) or do not offer table service if it overwhelms the employees. LG

If I could give zero stars I would do so. Tables were not clean. Ordered at midnight and waited over 40 minutes for our food. Our order still arrived at the table incorrectly, apart from drinks and fries. Shortly after 1:00 a.m. we were told to leave the restaurant because they were now closing. I was stunned. I sit there and wait 45 minutes for our food and then we only have 10 minutes to eat it? At the next table, the citizen wasn't even cooked through. Absolute chaos in there and if you say something you get rude comments from the staff. That was definitely the last visit!

You have to watch your hands because they can put a cheese burger instead of a chicken burger...

Sorry but this is by far the worst McDonald's in Halle. My apple turnover tasted like everything but not like apple. It tasted very rancid and like old fat. I also had to throw up that evening.

Everything is very well structured there with the option to order straight away when you enter the restaurant. Short waiting time for the food, friendly staff. Everything is clean there.

All in all a normal McDonald's in Germany. Nobody understands you because the language barrier is too high, half of the food isn't mine, so you walk back and forth three times and still don't have everything in the end. Hygiene Technically, this McDonald's is better than others but not the cleanest either.

I recently went to McDonald's and ordered the shaker fries twice. Unfortunately, instead I was served lattice potatoes and regular fries. This was pretty disappointing as I was looking forward to the shaker fries. It's a pity that the order was not carried out correctly.

We had already waited 15 minutes at the McDrive and could tell from the car in front of us that some of this family's order was also missing and when this problem was slowly solved, they wanted to give us the wrong order, namely the large order Behind it, which if this mistake is repeated several times can be quite damaging to the business economically. Example: A week before I ordered an ice cream and almost received a large bag with handles containing several bags full of food, which of course I informed the staff that this was not my order. The next point is that none of the packaging of any of the burgers were properly sealed, either because they were soggy or because staff had already bent the seals, causing 2 of the 3 burgers to almost fall apart despite careful handling have fallen to the ground. If you want to go to McDonalds in Halle (Saale), you should think twice about whether you want to go to the McDonalds on Rosenfelder Straße or not.

This Sunday morning I went to this McDonald's and it was just torture. I was allowed to go to the toilet, the coffee was good too, but the Franzbrötchen was rubbish. The Franzbrötchen is twice as expensive as at Kaufland and only tastes half as good. I felt like a tooth would fall out of my mouth with every bite because the sugar was so caramelized. It was so sweet that it still burns my throat. It's a good start to a good Franzbrötchen. Unfortunately, we are still at the very beginning. I wish you a nice day and visit. Still, this McDonald’s, nice toilets!

I don't like this chain. A double MC chicken for 4 euros that was just as high as half of my index finger is a rip-off. The same MC in the USA... You'll get your fill.
