On our trip to Austria it became our standard McDonald's and one of the cleanest

‼️ The food doesn't taste freshly prepared. Old fries without salt & cold plan nuggets. The Franzbrötchen was squashed and dry. The worst thing, my €4.29 ice coffee was without ice cubes and lukewarm! Never here again!

The chicken nuggets were inedible and I had to throw them away, and the fries were also long past their time. The restaurant here is a waste of food and resources.

Completely understaffed. Waited forever for the order and then received the wrong thing or too little 3 times...really a shame. More staff please in the future.

20 minute wait for an order of 4 cheeseburgers and a milkshake placed at the terminal. And then two guests, who definitely ordered after me, receive their huge bags of orders beforehand.

I recently went to McDonald's and ordered the shaker fries twice. Unfortunately, instead I was served lattice potatoes and regular fries. This was pretty disappointing as I was looking forward to the shaker fries. It's a pity that the order was not carried out correctly.

The waiting time at Mc Drive was okay and the staff was friendly. But then getting a half-melted Mc Flurry isn't possible. 🙄

It tastes good and you feel really full

A McDonald's like many others. It's better to avoid it at peak times, as it can take a while. The staff is friendly, the branch is clean and modern.

Incredibly long waiting times, sometimes 30 minutes for takeaway food! At home I discovered that part of the happy meal was missing! Because no one speaks German and communication is not possible!

The waitress didn't understand and was completely overwhelmed. We didn't get what we ordered. Explaining it was just annoying and complicated 😞

As with any McDonald's, ordering is a challenge. We then had breakfast outside in the sunshine. The food was delicious.

Only in emergencies, some of the employees are very friendly but often rude. Since the change with the patties, the freshness of the products has decreased dramatically. A freshly prepared BigMac used to be really tasty.

A lot of things are forgotten for which you pay a lot of money. Some of the food is cold and not fresh. Fast service

It's just typical McDonald's. The parking lot in front of the door was clean, the employee at the drive in was quick, nice and I have nothing to complain about.

Was there for breakfast. Wanted a bacon wrap but was sold out. Asked why there was the bacon muffin. Answer: “There are rusty onions on the wrap” Then just leave them out. 😂 But there is a cheese wrap with an extra charge for bacon. What's wrong with you? Waiting time btw was underground. Stood in the drive in for 14 minutes.

Toilets are unclean and you can't sit down anywhere because the path is blocked.

Ordered food at midnight, still received nothing at 12:40 a.m. All emergency exits were closed so that no new customers could come in from outside. Definitely the last time.

Even though it was busy, we received the order quickly. Tip: If the ordering machines are full, you can also order at the Lasse. ;)

Incredible disaster. Waited almost 40 minutes, "boss" threw the order slips together after MA had sorted them according to the order order, one of our slips with the order had disappeared, the digital display was broken/off... The food we ordered was also wrong or things were missing, Cheeseburger was cold.

The toilet had not been cleaned and there was no soap in the men's toilet

Unfortunately only earned 2 points. Orders were placed at the table using the app. A wrong burger was delivered 🍔. Instead of where Double big Mac came a simple one. When the complaint was made at the counter, the package was accepted with a grim expression and they tried to put 2 extra slices on the burger, so that it fell apart. The tables in general could be cleaner and washed more often. An apology for the wrong burger didn't get angry looks. Unfortunately, this only earned a total of 2 points... the doors (handles) to the toilet and the toilet itself could also be cleaned better.

I go to this McDonalds quite often, which means I can definitely say that unfortunately this business is getting worse from month to month. Today we ordered a double pack menu with 2 McRibs and side dishes and a *Double* BigMac Bacon TS menu via an app order and wanted to pick up this order at McDrive. Received, and only discovered later on the way home, we only have one of two McRibs and a normal Double BigMac. So we went back and went to the checkout in the store, where, like the McDrive, there were major problems with communication because unfortunately only 10-15 percent of the employees there speak German or English and they tend to be at the back in the kitchen or in the office sit. Of course, you can see it as being picky with the Double BigMac Bacon TS if it's just missing the bacon and is therefore the regular Double BigMac, but if you're already paying for the Double BigMac Bacon TS variant, you'll of course want to get it. In the end we got a normal BigMac Bacon TS and not the double version, which is quite a problem given the high price of the food and, above all, the long waiting time. We had already waited 15 minutes at the McDrive and could tell from the car in front of us that some of this family's order was also missing and when this problem was slowly solved, they wanted to give us the wrong order, namely the large order Behind it, which if this mistake is repeated several times can be quite damaging to the business economically. Example: A week before I ordered an ice cream and almost received a large bag with handles containing several bags full of food, which of course I informed the staff that this was not my order. The next point is that none of the packaging of any of the burgers were properly sealed, either because they were soggy or because staff had already bent the seals, causing 2 of the 3 burgers to almost fall apart despite careful handling have fallen to the ground. Unfortunately, you don't get what you pay for these days and most of the staff roll their eyes, shrug their shoulders or run away when you complain about something. If you want to go to McDonalds in Halle (Saale), you should think twice about whether you want to go to the McDonalds on Rosenfelder Straße or not.

Definitely one of the faster restaurants. (No longer true. It has nothing to do with the corporate philosophy of McDonald's.) The staff has language problems from time to time, but nothing that can't be solved with hands and feet. (Unfortunately, this no longer works either.) PS: Unfortunately, this branch continues to be downsized. When ordering twice, despite a comment, I received the wrong content. It was exchanged, but when we got home the wrong products were back in the bags. Of course not even close to the value of the goods that you paid for. 30 minutes from the order to the last departure, which still didn't correspond to the order. Really sad and can't be compared to McDonald's in the States. The burgers are put together in such a terrible way that even a regular McDonald's customer has difficulty identifying the product. During the training of the employees, the use of the packaging was obviously not used. The imaginative origami works of the service staff are not even suitable for holding the product together, let alone protecting the food. I am very excited to see the reaction to this review. It would be great if the franchisor controlled its franchisees more strictly.

Very nice and always helpful staff, even when the store is overcrowded. The phone I left behind was also kept safe and I was able to pick it up again a short time later. Thanks for that .

Typical McDonald's pinnacles. Not really different but not really bad either.

This Sunday morning I went to this McDonald's and it was just torture. I was allowed to go to the toilet, the coffee was good too, but the Franzbrötchen was rubbish. The Franzbrötchen is twice as expensive as at Kaufland and only tastes half as good. I felt like a tooth would fall out of my mouth with every bite because the sugar was so caramelized. It was so sweet that it still burns my throat. It's a good start to a good Franzbrötchen. Unfortunately, we are still at the very beginning. I wish you a nice day and visit. Still, this McDonald’s, nice toilets!

I don't like this chain. A double MC chicken for 4 euros that was just as high as half of my index finger is a rip-off. The same MC in the USA... You'll get your fill.

Hello, we were on the trip and were looking forward to breakfast. Unfortunately the order was cold and wrong, which can be forgiven, but not if you complain about rudeness. No stress visible, 5 more guests.

Today after a long day we stopped at our "regular McDonald's" and ordered 2 menus plus a Happy Meal to take away. (All 3 positions with voucher plus a box of 6 nuggets; order 211) When we got home, the disappointment could hardly have been greater. Mistakes happen and that's human, but when you realize that the nuggets are missing from the bag twice, it doesn't just make you hungry, it makes you sad and a little angry. A subsequent call to the branch was not answered, even though there were very few visitors. In short, a very big disappointment...

We spontaneously decided to stop on the way back from Halle Leipzig at McDonald's on the A 14 near Schkeuditz. At around 28°C we were able to find space outside in the shade with our two dogs, and water was quickly provided for the dogs. A short but nice relaxation after the city traffic in Halle and is also located directly on the A 14 direction Leipzig/Dresden.

I have never experienced anything so disorganized at McDonald's. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Definitely the worst McDonald's ever. There is rubbish everywhere (on the tables, counters,...) because no one clears out the return compartment, you wait forever for food and are skillfully ignored when asked.

The staff was friendly. Food tastes just like McDonald's. We didn't have to wait too long for the food, but we were there late at night. Cleanliness in the restaurant was okay and the toilets were not. Parking seemed fine (which you could tell in the dark)

April 28, 2024 at 12:15 a.m Hygiene looks different. The burgers are prepared with bare hands, no gloves or anything. The lettuce is pressed onto it nicely with the flat of your hand, including bacteria and possibly sweat or dirt. The employee also takes the meat with her bare hand. The only person wearing gloves is the employee who puts the nuggets into the packaging with a ladle. Finds the error. The place is dirty, there are chips everywhere and rubbish on the floor, even in the kitchen there is a mass of salad on the floor. Hygiene should definitely be taken care of here. The only positive thing was the lady at reception.

This was just the worst visit to one of your fast food restaurants we've ever had! We waited over 45 minutes for our order after asking several times. The store was normally full, with people coming and going after us with huge bags of food. That really doesn't work! We then canceled. You can give up the excuse of delivery services. We were local customers, if the delivery service customers who came to us are more important, we draw our conclusions from that. It's really sad.

We've been waiting for two junior bags for 30 minutes now, when I wanted to ask if the order had been lost somehow, I was NOT exactly politely rejected... (It's busy right now!!!) 👍 Thank you (customer is no longer king, yes not for a long time) I have to correct myself, it's now 40 minutes...

Total disappointment! I was really looking forward to the hyped pancakes and wanted to treat myself to them after I was done working. Unfortunately, these were rock hard and not at all fluffy as advertised in the media. After that I wanted to switch to my beloved moist chocolate muffin. But this time it was also totally dry, so unfortunately I left McDonalds hungry :( A pity!!!

A McDonald's like all of them. You can do this to yourself once a year. If it weren't for my grandchild, it would be every three years.

Clean and orderly. Friendly team. Table service.

I was there today with my family. When I came to the table I was really speechless. Half burgers, napkins and fries were lying everywhere under and on the tables :(. You had to be careful not to step on leftover food. When the staff finally came by our table, I asked for them to be wiped down. The young woman then came back and wiped them Leftover food from the table simply onto the floor :(. Another service worker saw a napkin lying on the floor and simply wiped it aside with his foot. The floor of the entire dining room was covered in leftover food. So I lost my appetite. That was the last time I was there.

It's just McDonald's. Typical atmosphere. Quality generally declines. My citizen was literally drowning in ketchup. Tables were sticky. Okay for a quick snack, but there are now better and cheaper options.

We have been there several times now to give this branch a second, third and even fourth chance. But it was really underground. On the first visit the kitchen floor was extremely dirty. Countless nuggets, chips and other leftover food lay on the floor. The tables were smeared and we had to ask for a cloth to wipe them off. Even though the store was almost empty. On the next visit, there was a milky iced tea that no one dared to drink. On the third visit we wanted to drink milkshakes. The chocolate shake was white and didn't taste like chocolate. When we complained about it, they exchanged it angrily and were told that they couldn't change the consistency because it was just so thin. I wanted chocolate!!! No vanilla!!! Well, he was thin too and ended up in the trash. Last but not least, we really dared to visit this branch again and were disappointed again. The cola was not filled to the intended level and had hardly any carbonation. The fries were cold, soggy, unsalted and only half filled. When asked why one coupon couldn't be used, the answer was that the boss didn't want it. And this despite the fact that all of the products from the coupon were in stock and could have been ordered individually at full price. Definitely never again!!!

Fast food as you know it from Mc D. Burgers could be warmer in some cases. If you order a normal Coca Cola and a Coke Zero, it would be an advantage not to order the same cups. Service ok. Tables could be wiped down more often, especially when there isn't much going on. The same goes for the toilets, trash was over full.

Very crowded. Not much to offer for children to play on, apart from a small climbing wall and an activity wall.

Somehow something passed me by. So we could only place our order at the machine. Then go to the checkout and then to the pick-up station. Sorry, you can't do it three times. Naja was soll ich sagen? Es ist halt ein McDonalds. War schon des öfteren hier und es gab nie irgendwelche Probleme. Sauberkeit in Ordnung. Die Toiletten benutze ich grundsätzlich nicht in solchen Restaurants. Ist ganz günstig gelegen und Parkplätze sind auch genug da. Kann man empfehlen.

Personal ist immer sehr freundlich

Zum wiederholten Mal fehlt etwas in der Bestellung, was wir aber erst später gemerkt haben. Außerdem waren statt 20 nur 18 Nuggets in der Packung. Sowas geht garnicht. Geld für Essen bezahlt was man nicht bekommen hat.😡😡😡
