McDonald's in Landsberg

We ordered at the terminal at 11:47 AM and didn't receive our food until 12:25 PM. Others had the same experience. This is not what I consider fast food.

There's a lot of dirt; someone walks by and does nothing.

Service staff wipe the tables, return containers, and toilets with a cloth.

For the third time, our order was incorrect. We arrived at the drive-thru at 6:25 PM and waited almost 10 minutes before we could order, and then another 13 minutes for our order to be processed. We ordered a Big Rösti with Käsespätzle (cheese spaetzle) but received a Hüttengaudi (mountain hut party) for €8.49, which went straight in the bin. This has now happened three times in a row with an incorrect order, and we've wasted almost 25 minutes at the drive-thru.

I ordered three cheeseburgers and only received one, how can that happen??

Unfortunately, this branch isn't very attentive. Something is missing from every drive-thru order. One might start to think it's intentional.

Part of the order is regularly forgotten, and regardless of how busy it is, you still have to wait at least 10 minutes.

I stood at the front the whole time because I wanted to ask a question, and no one came to me, no one even bothered to say anything. The food was cold when I got it, the order was completely wrong, and they couldn't even speak a single line of proper German. What kind of a dump is that?

Basically standard McDonald's fare. Unfortunately, instead of the ordered plant-based nuggets, we were served meat nuggets in plant-based packaging. There weren't any vegetarian burgers on the menu either. All very annoying. Vegans/vegetarians beware.

For the third time in a row, something was missing from the order; please train your staff properly. This time it was a meat patty that isn't immediately obvious when ordering takeout. The other times it was a whole burger, and one burger was missing half a bun.

The staff were unmotivated and unfriendly. The fries were cold. The restaurant and restrooms weren't clean, even though it wasn't busy. After we asked the staff member to wipe the table, she asked if there wasn't a clean one available and told us to use it. Outrageous! The water in the restroom was freezing cold! Unhygienic...

All the free tables were dirty. When I asked if someone could please wipe them down, there was no response. I asked someone else. The woman was annoyed, looked away, and walked on. Then I got a snarky reply that I'd probably find a clean table there... No, unfortunately not :( In the meantime, the food arrived, and we still didn't have a table. The fries were cold, and we had to go back to the counter to complain. A terrible place with awful staff and bad food.

Unfortunately, our shopping experience on November 15th, 2025, around 7:00 PM had nothing to do with fast food. A 25-minute wait… 😕

After the renovation, it looks much tidier. It was pleasant.

It took a while, but it was very fresh. The roll was very soft and delicious. The staff, well, were okay. They were quite busy, so you can't smile all the time. It hurts after a while.

I had to wait 50 minutes for my food. Despite speaking to an employee, nothing happened. I went straight to the counter and apparently a new employee threw away the slips. (I thought they worked digitally.) Then the food finally arrived. The fries were apparently already ready when I started ordering. They were cold and fluffy. The burger was still fresh, but the bun was already soggy. There were no napkins. I complained on the McDonald's website, but the only response I got was: It's a franchisee.

You go there and only find out when you pay that the milkshake machine isn't working. The prices are on the high side, and the double beef burger, for example, isn't worth the money. Do you have to shred the lettuce so small that 80% of it falls off the burger and ends up in the box? The sauce in the entire burger wasn't even a teaspoonful. The proximity to the highway probably plays a significant role in the pricing. Disappointing 😔

The prices are reasonable. The restaurant is well-maintained and clean, and the food is delicious. Service is very slow.

We didn't feel welcome here...we wanted to pay in cash, but we were ignored. It took some time before we were finally able to pay. The staff was very disorganized...the fries tasted stale...the only thing fresh were the nuggets. It's a shame...the restrooms were filthy. I refrained from using the restroom there.

Long wait times, staff who barely open their mouths, and a cold and uninspiring atmosphere. McDonald's isn't what it used to be. Family-oriented, fast service, a child-friendly atmosphere, and good prices. People certainly don't expect particularly high standards from the company and its employees anymore. If you had to wait a little longer for your order in the past, you'd get a free ice cream. The staff always had a smile on their faces, and every now and then, there was even some small talk. They haven't done themselves any favors with the ordering kiosks either. They just create additional anonymity, nothing more.

We wait longer for coffee than for food. The staff is completely incompetent, and you need to speak German and Arabic. The food is obviously greasy, but here you have to eat the fat right down to the bucket. Overall, I don't recommend it. If it weren't for the Aral gas station and the candy bars on the shelves, I'd leave hungry.

Unfortunately, the prices these days for fast food of this quality are an absolute disgrace. Lukewarm, mediocre burgers with far too much lettuce in relation to the rest. Fries far too light, cold, and not crispy at all...the salt is missing anyway. I recently ate at McDonald's in Thailand (only once, and that was as a test) and it was worlds better. The burgers looked like the pictures and were hot. McDonald's lacks everything; you can just get by with cheap work, you really need people who love their job and stand behind what they do. But nothing will change anyway...except that more and more people will eat their burgers somewhere else.

The Big Mac was dry, the sauce wasn't balanced, the patty had no flavor, and the fries were soggy.

Instead of the usual, they packed these disgusting plant nuggets. The McRib was completely without sauce. Ever since the Cherry Blossom Sprite came out, it's been heavily advertised, but it's never been available in this lousy store. Why can't you give negative stars? There was finally a great black pepper & soy sauce, and of course it's sold out. Why can't you manage to keep something good in stock? 🤬

The McDonald's Drive-Thru is packed in the evenings and at lunchtime! The food usually tastes better than at other McDonald's locations. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately, there are constant problems with the technology and so on. I'm finally fed up with McDonald's and will avoid it from now on.

The restrooms were terrible. The trash cans were overflowing. Unfortunately, no employee could understand me, and the burger was completely disintegrating. The fries were very good.

We wanted to have breakfast at McDonald's again. I usually really enjoy doing that. But today I was really disappointed. The croissants were dry and tasted like they were two days old. Then I thought: Okay, let's order two donuts. They're usually always delicious. No way! Ice-cold and bone-dry. That's just not right!!! Sorry, Team Halle, but that's not right!

We were there in the evening. The food came very quickly, but it wasn't busy. Unfortunately, many of the tables hadn't been wiped down at all.

Unfortunately, since the renovation, nothing is the same as it used to be. Waiting times have gotten significantly longer. It's always funny, in quotation marks, to see four or five staff members always waiting. At the small snack counter where the products come from the kitchen. Every now and then, someone is still tidying things up and folding boxes. It's also amusing when the (I think) Indian staff calls out the payment instead of sending it to the display. That's a good thing, though, but the quality is very high there, so other branches could learn a thing or two. And parking spaces are usually in short supply, and now two strange pickup parking spaces aren't a good decision.

Why order plant-based nuggets? You get regular nuggets anyway! It's unacceptable that if you order plant-based nuggets, half of them are regular. To me, that clearly means this was done intentionally, not just a simple mix-up!!!

Received the wrong product (chicken nuggets instead of plant-based nuggets). After complaining, I received the wrong product again (garlic pepper nuggets). Unfortunately, I only noticed this on the way. Wasted money for nothing. The staff were very rude, didn't say a word, and never responded.

We went in the evening, it was still relatively busy, and our order actually took a bit longer to prepare. The burgers didn't look that great, and the fries were a bit overcooked. The empty trays were stacked up, and the employees generally seemed a bit stressed. Despite all of this, the staff were friendly.

I had left my wallet in the restaurant and had driven away. It had lots of cash and all my identifications. The staff was kind enough to keep it safe and return it to me, with all included. Thanks 🙏

Surprisingly good for a McDonald's. The food arrived quickly, and the burger didn't look completely torn. One downside: the salad didn't have a waiting time listed. That shouldn't be the case. Otherwise, the restrooms were pretty clean, and the staff were friendly. Two tables needed wiping! But the others were all clean.

Absolutely not a recommendation! Yes, it's a "fast-food restaurant," but even with five people ordering two different things, the place is completely overwhelmed. The Latte Macchiato is warm milk with a shot of coffee...very thin. The Grande Caffè is also very thin. And the wrap is first delivered cold to the table, and on the second attempt, contrary to the order, it comes with tomato. And they claimed that the wrap is never warmed up. I don't know that, but it might be different in Saxony-Anhalt.

After the renovation, it looks much more modern. Restrooms are still not particularly clean. You always have to double-check orders! Just today, at breakfast, I got an egg instead of Big Morning Chicken. Unfortunately, I only noticed it when I got home. And it was barely busy, so you can't say it was due to stress. They only had 5 items. Update: Today, they had 4 breakfast items again—all 4 were prepared incorrectly! The manager still made a lot of effort to ensure people got their orders. Wait times are getting longer and longer.

Really good by McDonald's standards. The manager was very friendly and accommodating, even though I made a mistake and it wasn't his fault. The chicken nuggets weren't as dry and greasy as they often are at McDonald's! The rest was as always at McDonald's. I'll be back anytime.

The restrooms should be inspected by the health department due to extreme dirtiness, stench, and hygiene deficiencies. Visiting these restrooms poses a health risk.

Unfortunately, McDonald's can only be given one star. The food tastes disgusting. It's filthy and sticky.

We came in just before closing time and received friendly service. Cleanliness wasn't as good towards the end, but that's also the fault of the guests. There's plenty of parking.

Standard food. It was relatively quick that day, as there were few customers. It was very sunny, so unfortunately, only one umbrella was working. The restrooms were very dirty.

The food was a bit cold and it took a long time even though there were only about 3 other people in the room. However, they seemed to be two people, so maybe that wasn't so strange.

We ordered our food at the terminal at 8:30 p.m. Fifty minutes later, after still not hearing anything about our order, we inquired. We were told they'd forgotten about it and it was cold. They would then redo the entire order, which was "ready" fifteen minutes later. In fact, we initially received someone else's order. When we received our order and understandably checked it to make sure it was complete, we noticed that a drink and a sauce were missing. Upon request, we received both and an extra sauce; as compensation ;) No other compensation. In the end, it took more than an hour from ordering to food. Overall, poor organization and unfriendly customer service.

Received the wrong burger. Deliberately ordered WITHOUT sesame seeds!!! THANKS for the allergic reaction. The Smart Menu was also incorrectly packaged. Fries were thrown into the bag; there were no more in the package. And that after a 20-minute wait, ridiculous. What a waste of money.

When you order at MC Café and eat inside, you expect to get proper cups, not paper ones. The staff was absolutely unfriendly. I ordered a Franz roll, which was bone-hard, and the staff said an exchange wasn't possible.

I had 2 cheeseburgers, 1 McDonald's, 1 small fries, and 1 Coke. The cheeseburgers were assembled at an angle from left to right; they'd completely forgotten the fries, and the Coke tasted absolutely awful. If I'd had the time, I would have gone back and paid almost €8 for that crap. The McDonald's was very well assembled and hot.

The waitress probably didn't feel like working, as she repeatedly said you could order at the terminal. When we asked for milk and sugar for our coffee, she rolled her eyes, and when we then asked for a stirrer, it was too late. The fries were cold and soggy, and the toilets were clean and tidy, looking for them under the toilet paper on the floor was a complete waste.

This used to be a good McDonald's, but now, unfortunately, it's just one with a lot of flaws. Critical points I've experienced there over the past two years: • 30-minute wait for two McFlurries • Employee doesn't understand my request and asks the manager, who was just walking past us, if she could help. She responded with a blunt "Huh, I'm not even here," because she was apparently on break, even though her help wouldn't have taken a minute. • I placed an order, even paid and confirmed it via PayPal, then waited 45 minutes, asked again, and suddenly they said the order hadn't been received. • Wrong food in the takeout bag. • I ordered a McFlurry from the McDrive, and they suddenly wanted to give me the customer's bulk order. Apparently, the management prefers to avoid constructive criticism by reporting reviews instead of actively addressing the issues mentioned, which is a shame, disrespectful, and unprofessional.

Disappointed again this time. Ordering via terminal is easy, as always. The wait time was quite long, despite the lack of activity inside, but the high volume of customers at the MC Drive-In. Unfortunately, the display indicating when each order was being processed was not active. My burger, however, wasn't even properly wrapped, and the ice cream was sitting on top of the "warm" apple turnover. Despite the short drive, the apple turnover was cold when we got home. We had taken the ice cream out of the bag.

I'm vegan. I ordered a plant-based burger. I bit into it, and what was it? Definitely beef. I felt sick. I mentioned it, and there was no apology, nothing.

**Good service despite the crowds - only the parking is a problem** We visited this McDonald's during a very busy time, as apparently there were a lot of football groups there and they wanted to eat there. **Positive:** Despite the enormous crowds, all employees were very attentive and did their best to accommodate all customers. It was clear that the team worked hard to maintain order and cope with the rush. That definitely deserves respect! **Area for improvement:** The biggest criticism is definitely the parking lot, which is far too small. Even though the large crowds during football season are certainly not an everyday occurrence, the parking situation was really difficult. This urgently needs to be improved, as it significantly impacts the customer experience. The overfilled tray carts were also an issue, but that's entirely understandable given the crowds, and the staff really tried hard to keep up. **Conclusion:** Dedicated team that does a good job even under pressure. If the parking lot were bigger, it would be perfect. Four stars for the service despite adverse conditions!

One of the better branches: clean inside, well-maintained outside, friendly and fast staff! Unfortunately, the price of coffee has increased from €1.50 to €1.99. But that's still a fair price for good coffee. 😎

After the renovation, the ambiance is completely different. The food is as good as ever, with good service.

I ate there yesterday, had a chicken burger and a filet o fish. Eight hours later, I got severe food poisoning. Don't go there!!!

I ordered the chicken burger twice. The patties were cold, squashed, and tasted floury. I sent them back and ordered new ones, which were served just as cold! I've never experienced that at any McDonald's! The employees clearly have a problem living up to the standards of this fast food chain.

Very long wait for the food to be ready. Food wasn't even lukewarm, tending toward cold. Incomplete orders. Cleanliness in the customer service area was minus 5, and in the staff area (fries) minus 6.

The food has always been great. Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience today, which makes me wonder if every customer who needs help is treated this way. I placed an order at the terminal. I really wanted to pay for my order in cash at the checkout. Unfortunately, no receipt came out of the terminal. When I explained this problem to the colleague at the cashier, she shrugged her shoulders and simply left me standing there. The principle of any restaurant with good service should be: The guest should feel comfortable and well looked after and not feel left alone. So if this is what customer service and friendliness mean, I will satisfy my hunger elsewhere in the future.

I've never experienced a McDonald's where I had to wait 30 minutes for my order. But here it seems to be normal. Two visits in two days. The store wasn't particularly busy, and yet, in a fast-food restaurant, the wait was 25 to 30 minutes each time. Pretty bad.

People know the food from McDonalds, I don't think I need to say much about it. However, for some time now the fries have tasted absolutely disgusting, just like deep fryer grease and are therefore inedible. In addition, the branch was remodeled and “spruced up,” but if you don’t keep the dining area clean, it’s a waste. Despite there being few customers, the restaurant is extremely dirty. The food is spread out on the floor, the tables are sticky and the staff doesn't feel it's their duty to do anything about it. Too bad...
