McDonald's in Murr

Something is repeatedly missing. This can happen sometimes, but not with every order. I can expect that things will be packed thoroughly here. Things have gotten worse here over the years

I don't really like it there. I prefer BK over BK.

Very dirty, employees should clean it up!!

Modern furnishings, food like in all McDonald's for what feels like 100 years, the same citizens - it should generally be revised. Service is also becoming increasingly poor due to the confusing ordering terminals. Have revised the rating because the toilets and the floor are always sticky, no one cleans up the return shelves are overcrowded. Service getting worse.

Lots of dirt, eating on the walls and floor, eating half warm, very cold. Luckily it was just a stop off the highway, never again

Since it's been in Turkish hands, things haven't been going well. Wrong burgers, long waiting time, small patties.

The floor should be wiped again, no matter where you are it sticks. The tables and seats also haven't been cleaned properly for a long time, we couldn't find a place where there wasn't sauce on the tables or crumbs on the seats.

It's unbelievable what it looks like here. The floor sticks. Tables and chairs were completely messed up. After I asked an employee where I could sit down. He kindly cleaned a table for me. And at prices like those in a star restaurant!

Nice, clean McDonalds. Small room for children with a basketball hoop, 2 balls.

We ordered drive-thru several times. Either something is missing or we are given the wrong food. The last time I ordered sweet-chili wrap, I got Cesar wrap. The ketchup I ordered was also swapped for sweet-sour dip.

Despite a large order and numerous special requests, everything was brought to the table quickly and without any mix-ups. Usual McDonald’s quality. The cleanliness of the sanitary facilities was okay. What we particularly liked (and that's why we got the five stars) is the play area, which is really great: basketball hoops and balls in a separate room. The children were able to let off steam before continuing their journey after their holiday. If we happen to be passing through the area again, we will definitely eat here again.

Really dirty. Ketchup on the walls, on the tables and on the floor. Dust and dead insects on the windowsill. Things get even worse in the toilet, but luckily you can wash your hands with cold water, no soap and no paper towels. Food was still okay.

Biggest juice shop I know!!! EVERY TIME!!!! Something is missing from the order or something is wrong!! How can you offer such poor service?????? We're not coming anymore!!!

Does Mc Donalds also have staff who can speak German? Was there today 5 minutes they needed what I want!! Then I stopped at the counter!! If you can look into the kitchen, they threw the food around and were happy about it

Clean, considerate staff and great service. The food was freshly prepared, warm and good. I was sent there by a friend with the words "one of the best McDonald's" and I have to say, it's not an exaggeration.

Unfortunately a bit cold, but otherwise as always...

Employees will converse the entire time in the local language. Not a word of German is spoken here unless you are called out for your pick-up number. Unfortunately you don't feel comfortable here. You don't feel like you're welcome here as a guest! I'm sorry. Food was as usual expected.

If you know one, you know them all. As usual, expensive and nothing special. But if you have kids, what should you do...

Here you are not only stuck on the toilet floor but everything in the restaurant is dirty and sticky and unhygienic. Information to the staff was in vain, they just said: look what's going on here! A case for control.

The last few take-away orders were always missing something. Today the drink was stale. In general it is dirty on and under the tables in the restaurant. It seems that this place is not cleaned frequently.

BigTastyBacon Menü Ilsfeld - 9,99€ BigTatsyBacon Menü Murr - 12,49€ Leider musste ich meine Bewertung von früher 5 Sternen auf 2 Sterne senken, da mir das Gesamtangebot in den letzten Monaten leider nicht mehr positiv zusagt. Ich hoffe jedoch auf eine Verbesserung.

Echt schlimmer Mc Donalds,fast kalte Big Macs,lauwarme Pommes und unfreundliche sowie unmotivierte Mitarbeiter an der Kasse.Das war jetzt das dritte Mal hintereinander so!Schade

Typischer McDonalds, Mitarbeiter sind freundlicher als an anderen Standorten.

Wie können zwei aufeinanderfolgende McFlurys so unterschiedlich befüllt werden. Und unabhängig davon ist die vordere Portion unverschämt klein. Vor allem wegen der direkten Nachbarschaft zu verschiedenen Konkurrenten überlege ich mir nächstes Mal wohl zwei mal, wo ich hin geh...

Die vergeigeigen öfter mal was! . Neulich haben die rumgehändelt wegen dem Getränkedeckel bei einem anderen Gast....hab gedacht ich hör net recht.

Leider fehlt oft was in der Bestellung und man muß wieder zurück um es zu reklamieren. Oft ist es richtig kalt im Restaurant und dreckig ist es leider auch meistens.

Nur wenn nichts mehr geht. Das Essen wird nicht besser und der Service ist stets bemüht.

Burger war okay aber die Pommes haben von Fett getrieft. Die Tische waren teilweise dreckig.

Pommes kalt, überall steht Verpackungsmüll auf den Tischen. WC Total verschmutzt

Meine Tochter und ich fanden das Essen echt super lecker hate es garnicht so toll in Erinnerung bloß schade das die Mitarbeiter sehr lust los sind und es auch zeigen.

Gewohnt enge Parkplätze und liebloses Interieur. Es war voll aber nur 10 Minuten auf das Essen gewartet. Alles bekommen was bestellt ist. Kann nicht jede Filiale in Ludwigsburg.

Vor 2 Wochen essen zum mitnehmen bestellt. Essen war total falsch obwohl angeblich frisch zubereitet oder unvollständig. Die App ist sowieso eine Katastrophe...öffnet nicht mal. Dazu angerufen bei dem Schichtleiter und gesagt wegen Essen...wollte mich zurückrufen....kam natürlich nichts So nicht

Das Essen wird ganz schnell vorbereitet es sieht schön aus von innen draußen gibt es sitz plätze.

Ich fand es dort sehr angenehm und sauber. Mir hat das für die Kinder am allerbesten gefallen. Basketball 🏀 und ein anderes Ballspiel. Echt super.

Schade das man nicht das bekommt was auch bestellt wurde. Statt Oreo bekommt man die Schokolinsen auf sein McFlurry. Klar, nur eine Kleinigkeit aber für 4€ kann man einen gewissen Anspruch haben. Auch bei einem Fastfood Restaurant. Scheinbar hier ein regelmäßiges Problem. Schade

An die 2 Mitarbeiter die um Mitternacht vom 26. auf den 27 Juli 2023 gearbeitet haben sind die größten Ehrenmänner die es gibt !!!
