McDonald's in Delitzsch

We were there yesterday, and what can I say! The place was really dirty and slippery. The employee himself slipped and spilled cola all over my jacket! His only response was: "Come back on Monday, the manager will be there."

By far the best McDonald's I've ever been to. The service was incredibly nice and friendly, very attentive, and cheerful, and it was very clean. The atmosphere was inviting, and the food was really freshly prepared. I'll definitely be back, and I'm even willing to travel a bit to do so.

We've been here several times and I'm disappointed because something is always missing from our order. Whether it's busy or not, something is always missing, it's really annoying.

I'm passing through on vacation. There were three of us, and we were in the mood for breakfast. I ordered two TS muffin chicken and one Big Morning from a vending machine. With table service, so I could eat in. After about 10 minutes, I was called. I had to: 1. pick up my food myself, and 2. order it in a bag (to go). Instead of two fresh chicken, I received two Big Mornings and one fresh chicken. When my companion received her food on a tray, I got up, walked to the counter, and asked for a tray as well. Now, the main reason for writing this review: A blonde lady was standing in front of me, packing something, and didn't pay any attention to me. When I asked her about it, she continued packing and slammed a tray down on the counter without a word or a look. So, besides no service, such subsequent behavior is absolutely unacceptable! But the food was okay and the restaurant was clean.

Ladies and gentlemen, I have dined at the Golden Seagull restaurants several times. However, this restaurant has a very negative reputation, as the chefs contaminate guests' stomachs and the waiters don't hand over the order in its entirety. I am deeply shocked by the dramatic scenes that unfold every time I visit this establishment. In the future, I will bring my well-earned coin to the King of the Citizens.

Three employees made fun of my appearance, but in the best possible way, and then they intentionally forgot to bring me a burger. Instead of five, there were four. Just jealous, childish, and embarrassing, but it gave me so much validation. 😂 (They were all about ten years older than me)

This is one of the most disgusting McDonald's I've ever seen—always dirty and unkempt. Today was the worst: I stepped right in feces on the floor. The whole place stank, and all the tables were dirty. I only stayed because I had already ordered via the app. This was definitely my last visit to this filthy place!

I have to give a shout-out again, as I've had very bad experiences at several of the chain's restaurants during my travels over the past two years. The fries here are fresh and hot. Service is friendly right up to the table, and the restrooms are clean and smell great.

It's what it is, McDonald's. Of course, something gets forgotten, but you go in, say what you need, and you get it without batting an eyelid.

I'm currently sitting at home with ONE double cheeseburger. I don't feel like driving again. It was pretty expensive. I ordered TWO at the drive-thru and paid €7.98. I opened the bag at home. There was only one. It wouldn't be so bad if it only cost €2.69, like it did 1.5 years ago. (Of course, I don't have a receipt, just like there were zero napkins in the bag.)

Absolutely terrible store. They don't recognize their own card and have repeatedly given back small change. They haven't had chocolate ice cream for weeks, and when asked, the staff get rude. When you entered the restaurant, you immediately noticed the sticky floor and the crowd. It was possible to order quite quickly, but the preparation time took 20-30 minutes. Unfortunately, our fries and nuggets weren't cooked through and the burger with double cheese had no cheese on it at all. After complaining, the entire menu was re-prepared for us. However, the burger again had no cheese on it. The third time I waited (after about 40 minutes) I finally had a burger with double cheese. Unfortunately, the taste was different than usual. We will no longer visit this McDonald's branch. Even if the staff tried hard and kept a cool head.

After 27 minutes we got our ice cream. Unfortunately it wasn't ice cream but just cold milk. The service team simply lost track.

MC Donalds in Delitzsch, well, the whole ambience is not harmonious, the decor is rather cold. With other Mces it is more cuddly and tends to linger a little longer.

Always satisfied so far! The McDonald's is fast, clean and the staff is friendly. The burgers are fresh and the fries are crispy. The McFlurry variants especially taste great. I love coming here for a quick and tasty snack!

The service at the counter was rude, visit was on 11/9/24. At home we discovered that instead of a hamburger we got a cheeseburger in Hamburg packaging, unfortunately the child the citizen was looking for doesn't eat cheese. It's actually no longer necessary to rate a McDonald's restaurant these days. But what sets Delitzsch apart is that when I visit the Drive Inn, I always have to check to see if anything is missing. In 8/10 cases the employees forgot something. We order as a family, so of course a lot comes together, but it's strange that something is always missing. Maybe there is a system to this?🧐 The guys and girls are always nice, but the completeness of the order can definitely still be worked on.

Tidy and clean. The team is fast and friendly. The only point of criticism would be the preparation. The food was thrown together in the kitchen. Especially the burgers. It's no fun if your fingers are dirty when you take it out for the first time.
