My ice cream was melted by the time those who ordered finished it 😡

Had a hair in my food for the umpteenth time. Already complained about it by email over 3 weeks ago - there was no suggestion or apology. If you want to feel disgusted, you can “eat out” here. Ignoring the complaint is the icing on the cake :)

I got some food at MC Drive. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Food was good

including wet rooms, everything was clean and what we had never had before, we were asked by an employee while we were eating whether it tasted good and everything was ok. That was really great.

Ice machine not ready for use for 3 weeks

Was there at 00:36, waited 10 minutes and no one came. I just wanted my 20 chicken nuggets 😔😭

Unfortunately there were no chocolate muffins, so we were offered a chocolate cookie as a replacement. We were not paid the missing difference. Muffin €3.99 Chocolate cookie €1.99 so the customer pays on top. Furthermore, you could choose Mario Kart for the Happymeal, but this was simply ignored and Schleich simply put something else in without asking. When asked if one of the Mario Kart cars could be taken out of the display case, the only response was that they were out. Nothing has changed about your latte macchiato problem, it is still so strong that I can only advise against buying one in this branch. Furthermore, only 1 out of 2 cocoa cups had a competition sticker on them. There's really a lot going on here. In the Oldenburg branch, both the milk coffee and the cappuccino are no problem at all, a difference like hell and heaven.

I can absolutely understand the negative reviews here. The branch could be a little better maintained. The employees also seemed annoyed and dismissive. Unfortunately, I also discovered with my BigMac that the wrong sauce (unknown to me) had obviously been used. This shouldn't happen in standardized processes. Very annoying.

Always friendly and not a long wait for the food I had cheeseburgers to take away, which unfortunately I wasn't impressed with at all 😞 However, there are also other selections of food which I'll probably prefer next time. Good food, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. E.g. I order an MC Flurry with 3 chocolate buttons, but the employee who prepared it only put 1 chocolate button in the ice cream.

All the tables and the floor were absolutely dirty, smeared, crumbled. Luckily I had a cleaning bottle and a cloth at hand, so I could at least clean our table and chairs. There wasn't much going on at the time, but the staff preferred to chat rather than wipe the tables or sweep the floor. The toilets were also dirty. It smelled of urine, the floor was dirty and there were flies everywhere. You just didn't want to come into contact with ANYTHING. Under the circumstances you don't want to know what the kitchen has to offer... Unfortunately the fries were unsalted and the order was put together incorrectly. Otherwise the food was ok. Overall impression: Dirty, sticky, poor service, inattentive staff.

A junk McDonald's from the gentleman in which only cognitive dead ends work, the extra ones are not taken into account even if you have allergies. Instead of leaving it out, the unwanted stuff is simply packed under the meat and the burger was cold straight away as if the meat had been lying there for a long time, simply unforgettably bad the experience I had today I don't expect much from Mc Donalds but today it was underground never again McDonalds eutin is definitely one of the worst I've ever been in so turn around and look for something else I'm waiting for my diarrhea in the meantime 😂

I don't like McDonald's, but this location seemed pretty neat and organized.

It's a McDonalds like everywhere else. The products there should be known and you don't need to say much about the taste. The employees there are friendly, the service is good and the only thing that needs to be worked on is emptying the tray return. These are often hopelessly overcrowded, especially when there is a lot going on. Otherwise everything is fine!

What should you say about a fast food restaurant? It's clear that it's not exactly star-rated cuisine. The restaurant's dining room is quite clean, the food is usually warm and the service is friendly. However, you should always make sure that what was ordered goes into the bag when selling away from home. Often enough something is missing. We'll check right away on the AGM table. It can also happen that there is only half a slice of cheese on the burger or it is missing entirely. It can also happen that not all nuggets are in the box.

In the drive, we wait for far too long and pack things into the bag. We have to practice again.

We don't recommend this, I ordered something to go, everything I ordered wasn't included, I didn't have a receipt with me then I would be left hanging👎

The fries were bland, the only thing that tasted good about the cheeseburger was the cucumber. Service station no drinking straws, no napkins. The tray trolley was full and we would have difficulty disposing of our things properly. The food was ordered quickly and brought to the table, unfortunately more warm than hot, considering that only 3 tables were full. The floor in the sales room was covered with a film of dirt, and the edges under the tables were also not appetizing. The women's toilets were a feast for all bacteria and viruses.
