All the tables and the floor were absolutely dirty, smeared, crumbled. Luckily I had a cleaning bottle and a cloth at hand, so I could at least clean our table and chairs. There wasn't much going on at the time, but the staff preferred to chat rather than wipe the tables or sweep the floor. The toilets were also dirty. It smelled of urine, the floor was dirty and there were flies everywhere. You just didn't want to come into contact with ANYTHING. Under the circumstances you don't want to know what the kitchen has to offer... Unfortunately the fries were unsalted and the order was put together incorrectly. Otherwise the food was ok. Overall impression: Dirty, sticky, poor service, inattentive staff.

Very unusual..... Fries were really hot and so was the burger. Unfortunately, respect is rarely experienced. Thanks, there's really nothing to complain about. Keep it up ....

A junk McDonald's from the gentleman in which only cognitive dead ends work, the extra ones are not taken into account even if you have allergies. Instead of leaving it out, the unwanted stuff is simply packed under the meat and the burger was cold straight away as if the meat had been lying there for a long time, simply unforgettably bad the experience I had today I don't expect much from Mc Donalds but today it was underground never again McDonalds eutin is definitely one of the worst I've ever been in so turn around and look for something else I'm waiting for my diarrhea in the meantime 😂

I don't like McDonald's, but this location seemed pretty neat and organized.

It's a McDonalds like everywhere else. The products there should be known and you don't need to say much about the taste. The employees there are friendly, the service is good and the only thing that needs to be worked on is emptying the tray return. These are often hopelessly overcrowded, especially when there is a lot going on. Otherwise everything is fine!

What should you say about a fast food restaurant? It's clear that it's not exactly star-rated cuisine. The restaurant's dining room is quite clean, the food is usually warm and the service is friendly. However, you should always make sure that what was ordered goes into the bag when selling away from home. Often enough something is missing. We'll check right away on the AGM table. It can also happen that there is only half a slice of cheese on the burger or it is missing entirely. It can also happen that not all nuggets are in the box.

We don't recommend this, I ordered something to go, everything I ordered wasn't included, I didn't have a receipt with me then I would be left hanging👎

The fries were bland, the only thing that tasted good about the cheeseburger was the cucumber. Service station no drinking straws, no napkins. The tray trolley was full and we would have difficulty disposing of our things properly. The employees were a bit disinterested and seemed completely listless. .It wasn't full, with nothing to excuse everything. Just not what I'm used to from McDonald's.

The food was ordered quickly and brought to the table, unfortunately more warm than hot, considering that only 3 tables were full. The floor in the sales room was covered with a film of dirt, and the edges under the tables were also not appetizing. The women's toilets were a feast for all bacteria and viruses. There was also spider weaving on the door frames, really rustic if you like it. I don't know if the health department doesn't see this, but if you walk into the hygiene area with your work shoes on, it's really pushing the limits.

Took a very, very long time in McDrive. A burger was wrong but was then exchanged without any problems. Still a bit annoying when you're in the drive and not sitting in the restaurant.

I'll start with the positive things: Quick preparation, didn't have to wait long. The branch itself was reasonably clean, there was nothing on the floor, so far okay. Nuggets and milkshake were delicious. The negative things: Unfortunately the curly fries weren't really edible. They were extremely greasy, tasted different than usual and also had several black spots. Maybe they were a little older, swam in fat for too long or were kept warm for too long, I don't know. There wasn't much going on, but unfortunately there didn't seem to be any time for a smile or a friendly manner. I will probably prefer another branch in the future.

I really liked the mini truck stop on the street where I hit pause and was close to Macdonald's. Eating eggs in poppy seeds is sometimes better, sometimes worse. two toilets and not one euro each. 😀😀 there was no shower.

That was better. Fries are rather cold or better yet barely cooked through. Curlie fries, on the other hand, are well fried. Burgers are of the usual quality. The trolleys for the tablets were packed, but only 3 tables were occupied.

I was at McDonald's in Eutin. The pug is allowed into the restaurant. The service is great. We liked it very much.

I've already sent a complaint directly to the restaurant and no one has responded to it. I was there for the last time today and I simply recommend that everyone invest their money better. I stand behind the MC Drive in the layby for 1.5 minutes to check my order. There is no one behind me when suddenly a very loud employee stands up storms my vehicle and shouts without justification "time is running out" and I should park somewhere else. So as a paying customer I don't have to let anyone treat me!

es könnten gern zwischendurch mal die Tische abgeräumt und gewischt werden. Viel Personal, wenig Gäste. Die Zeit war da. Ansonsten würde ein Lächeln hinterm Tresen helfen.

Das Essen war leider nicht richtig warm!

Ich war das erste Mal in dem McDonalds und hab mit Verwunderung feststellen müssen das auf dem big Rösti eine senfsoße drauf ist ich mit dem burger hingegangen und dem Mitarbeiter drauf hingewiesen das auf den burger eine käse soße gehört so wie es im Rezept auch steht der zweite burger war wieder mit der senfsoße wären wir nicht schon unterwegs wieder gewesen hätte ich gerne mein Geld wieder bekommen für so viel Inkompetenz

Über ne halbe Stunde aufs essen gewartet erst nach Nachfrage und dann nur die Hälfte bekommen. Schlechteren Service noch nie bei anderen Filialen gehabt. Der eine Stern ist noch zu viel. Keine Handtücher auf Klo. Tische dreckig und verschmiert. Hygiene wird da nicht groß geschrieben.

Deutschsprachige Mitarbeiter wären nicht schlecht. Hab dem Typen an der Kasse 5 min lang versucht zu erklären, dass die EC-Rolle am zweiten Automaten leer war. Hab’s dann einfach aufgegeben, habe mir das Essen genommen und bin weg. Qualität vom Essen so wie bei jedem Mecces. Nichts besonderes aber auch nicht schlecht.

Wenn man hier essen kauft, bezahlt man immer irgendwas, was man Ende nicht bekommt.

Sehr schlecht, die machen eine Stunde vor Feierabend schon den Laden zu!

Ich datiere dortzu das es sei ; Das fettreiche Ernährung nicht Variable sei für das Gemüte dennoch ein Salat wie ein Milchshake oder Pommes bei ,,Amenrecht' sei gut getan hinundwieder! Somit bin ich doch ein Wanderer wie ein Johannes Paul der Ahtlehtgottes genannt und somit ergebe es ,,Engelswurz' für die Waisen im Kräutergarten beim Hause des Herren; nach Hildegard von Bingen. Ja hat es sich mittlerweile gibt es keine Veggetarische Bürger mehr dort .

Essen kalt,Burger fehlt die Hälfte darauf... Ne- bei den Preisen nicht mehr. Toilette sieht aus als wenn mit dem dreckigen Schrubbtuch drüber gegangen worden wäre. Fette Spinnenweben.... ekelhaft

Leider war das Restaurant sehr schmutzig, die Toiletten auch. Der Service liess auch zu wünschen übrig. War sonst viel besser. Schade🙈

Am McDrive für eine Bestellung mehr als 20 Minuten gewartet. Die Mitarbeiter haben sich lieber unterhalten als ihre Arbeit zu erledigen - das hat mit Service und Fast Food sehr wenig zu tun.

Normales Essen wie bei McDonalds erwartet. Aber an den Extras wird gespart. Keine Eiswürfel im Getränk und auf den Toiletten gibt es morgens Toilettenpapier und Hände abtrocknen war auch nicht möglich. Der AirBlade zum trocknen der Hände war auf Eiskalt gestellt, so dass er kaum trocken macht, aber dafür die nächste Erkältung fördert. Schade, dann an sowas gespart wird...

War wie immer zufrieden.Der Service war wie immer gut und die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und hatten ein lächeln im Gesicht.Das Essen war frisch ,warm und lecker so wie ich es von dem Restaurant in Eutin kenne. Ich werde natürlich wie die Male zuvor wieder da essen gehen ! Kann das ganze negative nicht verstehen.

Alles zufriedenstellend. Nette Bedienung, Essen wurde schnell zubereitet und war frisch. Ich kann nicht wirklich was negatives sagen.

Es war ein ein netter Besuch mit freundlichem Personal.

Sehr zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter , bei kleinen Fehlern , versucht das Personal es gleich zu beheben. Man fühlt sich dort wohl und willkommen. Im Großen und Ganzen kommen wir gerne wieder :)

Freundliches Personal, schnelle Bedienung. Essen wurde sehr schnell an den Tisch gebraucht. Es war warm, frisch und so wie wir es uns gewünscht haben zubereitet worden. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Vielen Dank

3 Mal schon fast abgezockt worden von der Bedienung. Erst heute wieder da gewesen aus Umständen die es uns nicht erlaubt haben wo anders seriös Essen zu besorgen. 2 Chicken Burger wurden vergessen, auf frecheste Art und Weise wollte der Manager uns weiß machen dass wir ja keine Bestellt hatten. Als ganz normaler Mensch wird man beim der Abfahrt dieses Parkplatzes zum Huli und zeigt Mittelfinger

Essen war Frisch. Wurde schnell bearbeitet. Gerne wieder 😊

Update 02.10.2023: Ok, war letztes mal doch nicht der erste und letzte Besuch. Die Tische draußen sind alle dreckig. Ich bin mit meinem Sohn hier. Habe dann eh immer feuchte Tücher dabei. Aber sowas darf nicht sein. Man muss doch mal herumgehen, kontrollieren und auf Sauberkeit achten! Die Raucher sollten hier im eingezäunten Kinderbereich nicht sein! Zwei Tische mit Rauchern und es war einfach nur eklig! Der Bereich am Parkplatz ist groß genug. Daher verstehe ich nicht, weshalb man das Rauchen im Kinderbereich zulässt. Update 2.1.2023: Der Cheeseburger, zuletzt deutlich unter 2 €, kostet nun 2,19 €. Alles wird teurer. Klar, auch die Beschaffungskosten usw... Aber für mich war es dieses Jahr der erste und letzte Restaurantbesuch. Zudem waren meine Burger bei ewiger Wartezeit auch noch kalt! In der Werbung/ im Angebot gerade wieder u.a. die 20er Nuggets. Von 5 auf 7 Euro. Für mich hat sich das erledigt. Jahr 2020: Lecker Frühstück, unverändert gut. Aber seit dem Umbau ist das, außerhalb der Frühstückszeit, kein Schnellrestaurant mehr! Man muss warten ohne Ende. Eine Qualitätssteigerung dadurch, das die Dinge nun "frisch" zubereitet werden, ist kaum bis gar nicht merklich. Dadurch, das die Wartezeiten nun länger sind - kann ich für mich persönlich sagen - sind die Besuche dort seltener. Und leider gibt es immer noch Verständigungsschwierigkeiten mit dem Personal. Auch das nervt. Und am Automaten bestellen, dauert aufgrund der nicht optimierten Vorgehensweise ebenfalls ewig! Kurz gesagt: Es ist schlechter als vorher.

Statt 1uhr nacht machen sie um 0uhr zu und ich wollte noch was essen so ein bums

Unfreundliche und inkompetente Mitarbeiter. Die Bedienung war fast noch ungepflegter als die Tische und Sitzbänke. Dieser Besuch war echt zum abgewöhnen.

Rigtig dejligt med en mad butik i centrum og med ude servering i hyggelig gade. Klart hele besøget værd, da det på trods af det indgroede udtryk hos McDonalds, fik ændret vores billede, ved at sidde på en gade midt i Lübeck.

Mit diesem McDonald´s war ich zufrieden. Okay, es war noch relativ früh am Tag. Der Service war total bemüht und super freundlich. Der Burger frisch, aber diese blöden Bestellsäulen im Eingangsbereich braucht es eigentlich nicht, ich rede lieber mit den Menschen!

Zuerst ist die App mehrfach abgestürzt. Bei der Abholung musste ich lange warten und andere Kunden wurden früher abgefertigt. Außerdem sind die Mc Donalds-Preise allgemein unterirdisch. 2 McChicken, 1 BigMac und 1 McRip für 21 €. Da kann man mit 3 Personen Mittagstisch essen und wird satt. Das einzig positive an diesem Besuch, das Personal war nett.

Die hygienischen Zustände lassen echt hier zu wünschen übrig. Trotz freundlicher Nachfrage, ob die Toiletten ev Papier und eine Reinigung bekommen könnten ( Sonntag 12 Uhr- 4 Kunden innen, 2 drive-inn), war nach mehr als 35 min leider nichts passiert. Hoffentlich waren die getrockneten bräunlichen Reste an Türen, Griffen und Wänden nur alter Ketchup...... Neu waren auch die Salatbetten mit ihren braunen Blättern, auf denen die Burger serviert wurden. Was ist denn hier los?

Wir haben unfassbare 48 Minuten auf unser Essen gewartet. Einfach unverschämt.
