McDonald's in Calw

Horrible. I can't think of anything else. I waited 20 minutes for my food in a "fast food" restaurant. Other customers who came in after me left the store with their orders before me. An employee who didn't understand a word and who clearly had no desire to work, shuffling, with a hanging head and wearing pants that were way too big, was allowed to take and distribute orders. This store will never see me there again. One point is too much for service!!!! And to top it all off, the food was cold. Unfortunately, I was already on the way back in my car when I noticed this.

2nd visit to KH. 3 February 25.

One of the worse kind, ordered vegan, received with meat. They said they ran out of coke and two minutes later others got coke again. Table service at the machine is not possible if you pay in cash. Door squeaks

I have never had such good fries and chicken nuggets in a McDonalds. They are fried to perfection!

If you want to slow down after a stressful day, you've come to the right place. The MC Drive is absolutely the slowest I know at McDonald's. Even if there isn't much going on, you can easily plan on spending 20 minutes here. Note, today the meat patty was forgotten at the Big Tasty, delicious rolls with salad and sauce 👍 Update, drive-in throughput time has improved.

Stood in the drive-in for 20 minutes. And there are constant waiting times there. The management is overwhelmed and is unable to organize according to rules and service.

Newly remodeled in October 2024. Slightly small parking lot. Sometimes longer waiting times. Ordering possible via app. Inside there are also the usual machines for ordering. In the parking lot there are two HPC charging points for electric cars with CCS plugs.

Parking spaces are relatively tight. We ordered to the place via the app. 2 happy meals and 1 salad. The waiting time was over 20 minutes, too long for fast food. Food itself was the usual McDonald's standard.

Zu den Speisen muss ich ja nichts sagen. Standard eben. Tische, vor allem im Außenbereich könnten sauberer sein. Genau so wie die Rutsche. Update: Nach der Renovierung und Einführung der Bestellautomaten ist auch die Sauberkeit etwas besser geworden. Aber immer noch keinen 5 Sterne wert.

I was very disappointed, my friend ordered food and I also got mine after asking where my friend's food was. If it was forgotten, I would be rudely attacked. We then waited until the people next to us at the table got their food and they came much later, my friend said something and then they wanted to bring it and they noticed something was wrong and she wanted to place the order, no apology, nothing! Ordered takeaway food from the restaurant. Asked if the salad was in the bag. Answer yes among the nuggets. Of course the salad wasn't in the bag. Then I noticed it at home. Thanks for nothing.

The restaurant is newly renovated. Therefore quite nice and comfortable. The tables could also be wiped down from time to time. The staff is not that friendly.

This afternoon I visited the Mc Donalds in Calw! Order was placed and the employee was very friendly. We have a Happy Meal, 2 cheeseburgers and a Mc Chicken! There were 2 long hairs on the mc chicken which is really disgusting! If you're already working in the kitchen, you should put on a hat (a must!!)!!! In terms of quality, things are getting worse and worse in Calw!!!

Food almost cold, fries as such no longer taste recognizable. A cleaning rag for all tables, no matter what is smeared, is distributed on the next table. All germs are distributed evenly! Thank you, better not in the future, for the sake of your health.

Unfortunately we waited forever even though there was almost nothing going on. I was there with my grandson. When the food came it was cold and the fries were wrinkled. Since the renovation, processing has taken far too long, waiting for 18 minutes in an almost empty store. The interior is totally cold since the renovation and doesn't look comfortable.

I have to say, and I mean this seriously, in my opinion this is the best McDonald’s in Baden-Württemberg that I have been to so far. I think the building is modern, the food feels “cleanly” prepared (if you know what I mean) and the staff is very nice too.

Despite the lack of activity, employees seem totally overwhelmed, drinks have recently been prepared and placed on an open shelf without a lid and instead of 2 cheeseburgers, 2 chicken burgers ended up in the bag, the children don't want to eat because of the spiciness.

The food was good as usual. But the new design after the renovation just looks cheap...

Absolute disaster since the renovation. There are endless waiting times and the food is cold. I'm going to Heimsheim now. It always tastes good! I don't come here anymore.

How can you confuse mayo with ketchup???? If you order 3 times mayo at the drive-thru, it will also be registered. In the end we see far too late that the incompetence is at such a high level and they simply slap ketchup in instead of mayo.

They would have rather demolished the store than rebuilt it! 90% of the staff cannot speak German. Every order is incorrect and vouchers no longer work since the renovation!

Despite the new renovation, unfortunately it was still a total disaster from ordering to delivery. Taking the order was catastrophic, employees speak poor German, and when you point out problems to them they become unfriendly and bully you! You can't even redeem the existing coupons here and for 5 days you have been assured that it will work again tomorrow... In addition, things were mixed up and forgotten. So unfortunately there is absolutely no improvement, other fast food providers have this much better under control

As far as McDonald's is concerned, I think the food is ok. Service is actually okay, although at the time of the review October 4th, 2024 it is being remodeled, but the app still accepts orders. This is cheese and leads to unnecessary driving. Ambience is typical McDonald's. So far it's clean, but I wouldn't move in with my wall unit. Let's see what it looks like after the renovation.

“Warning: suspected rip-off” 😜 Today the family once again treated themselves to the regular monthly calorie sin. I was a bit surprised at the price for our standard menu (4 people) compared to previous months. Ultimately, the customer pays 7.5% more for our standard menu with the franchisee of the Calwer McDonalds branch compared to the franchisee of the Heimsheim, Leonberg and Böblingen branches. Only in Nagold do the same increased prices apply as in Calw, as the operator is the same. You can easily understand this using the McDonalds app. Since when has this been the case? I just noticed it today. Background: the franchisor (possibly McDonalds Germany) probably only gives an RRP for the products. The respective franchisee is allowed to set his own sales prices. On the way back from our summer vacation this year, we paid significantly more for our standard menu (Illertissen branch). Otherwise: the products we sell are mostly good. We find the staff to be very friendly, attentive and quick. The interior ambience is currently suffering somewhat due to an upcoming renovation...perhaps that is also the reason for the price increase? Pure speculation on my part 😬. Because of the convenient location for me, I still say “see you next time.” However, I reserve the right to adjust our visit frequency 😁.

We are more than disappointed with this store, I'm not the kind of person who doesn't give you a second chance, but we've already ordered something there to pick up a few times or ordered directly from MC Drive and always, really always something was missing. We usually did a check on site but unfortunately not always. Then you don't even get your money back but only a voucher so you are forced to go there again. Sorry but it's really not our store anymore.

I ordered some cheeseburgers and a McChicken menu here. The fries were freshly made and surprisingly tasty. Despite the store being full, the service was very quick, which is a positive thing. Unfortunately I have to deduct a few points from the ambience because it wasn't clean. It was also very noisy as there were lots of small children screaming which made the stay uncomfortable. I would recommend taking the food to go and eating somewhere else rather than staying at the eatery.

So this will be the last time I've been here. A complete waste of time. I wait 15-25 minutes for my food every time...even if it's only 2 cheeseburgers!

My second and last visit to this store. On my first visit I waited 35 minutes (for two drinks!) and the second time I waited around 15 minutes even though there wasn't much going on. The staff is totally listless and/or overwhelmed. In addition, the ladies at the counter obviously don't even speak German well. After asking twice about oat milk, I was too stupid and left. You could at least know the products you sell.

Went there today, ordered things to take away because everything was full. As soon as we got home, we unfortunately discovered that 1 Bic Mac was missing (order 216).

For the fourth time the order isn't correct. I thought I'd try it again after 2 months, but then I can't anymore, and it's not clear at first glance that it's not correct. I ordered the Big Mac Bacon TS and got a double. I doubt anyone is reading this, in case that was the last time I ate at this establishment.

Fully meets the requirement. Fast service and good food. Of course you have to check the order and contents, but you have to do that in every McDonald's or fast restaurant.

I waited forever on Mc Drive. No Answer. Then I drove forward. They couldn't take my order there either. Then I ordered from the restaurant. They then forgot my fries there. Bad performance.

The food was very good and fresh...the staff was too hectic and only focused on this due to an upcoming event. In the MCDrive you have to look at your order carefully, there are often some things missing. When you eat in a restaurant, something went wrong, you paid for extra meat and didn't get it. We wanted to speak to the boss, but he made no effort to speak to us. No interest in customer feedback or anything like that.

For me, McDonald's is a reliable place when it comes to quick and tasty food. The atmosphere is typical of a fast food chain, but the friendly staff and clean facilities make the visit pleasant. What I particularly appreciate is the consistency in the quality of the food. The burgers are always freshly prepared and the fries are nice and crispy. My personal favorite is the Big Mac, which always tastes good. Prices are fair for what you get and service is usually quick. Overall, McDonald's offers a solid experience for a quick meal. Five stars from me!

You wait forever in the drive-in and somehow we always had problems with our stomachs last time...this place has become so bad...we definitely won't be coming back. It's always easy to drive in 20 minutes. The record was already over 1 Hour...that has nothing to do with fast food anymore...

Something seems to be going wrong in the processing of orders for 2 months. This was the third order in a row that was handed over to me incomplete at the drive-thru. Once an MC Crispy was missing, then 6 pieces of chicken nuggets and yesterday both 6 pieces of chicken nuggets, ketchup, mayonnaise and sweet and sour sauce were missing. A total goods value of approx. €15. Nobody is perfect and mistakes can happen. But not 3 times in a row. It is disappointing and extremely annoying to arrive home with an incomplete order. After all, it was paid for. The missing items have been listed and calculated on the invoice and the order summary. Either there is a technical problem or it is poorly controlled. I therefore recommend checking the order for completeness on site. Then it's not too late to claim the missing things.

Just like you know from McDonalds. With McCafe. I like coming here. In summer you can sit outside. However, there is a lot of traffic around. If you don't mind the noise, you can look at the cars driving by. The access to the drive-in was quite good considering the narrow conditions. However, there may be obstructions in the parking area if the number of visitors is too high.

As always, arrived home and half of it was missing...that's so annoying that you weren't able to give out a complete order once. Everyone should avoid eating.

Zum Essen muss man bei McDonald's wohl kaum was sagen. Wirklich gesund wird wirklich schwierig. Bin durch den McDrive. Sehr freundlicher Mitarbeiter, kurze Wartezeit. Mit dem Handy (Visa) zahlen wie immer kein Problem. Da könnten sich andere Läden teilweise noch etwas abgucken.

Obwohl sonntags wirklich gut besucht, gab es einen rasend schnellen Service für unsere Menüs. Perfekt war, dass die Apfeltaschen dauerten und perfekt als Dessert geliefert wurden. Auch hier vermisse ich immer die britische Variante, Apfeltasche mit Vanilleeis/Softeis...

Essen wie gewohnt bei McDonalds. Service ist gut. Mitarbeiter sind überwiegend nett. Leider ist die Einrichtung durch Vandalismus zum Teil beschädigt. Finde es sehr schade, dass es Leute gibt, die anderer Leute Sachen kaputt machen. Muss das sein?
