McDonald's in Werdohl

Food in the drive-thru always seems like B-goods. But what's much worse: If you have to pay EUR 4.98, you should get your change without being asked and not look at a puzzled face as if you were being petty. This is really outrageous, even though McDonald's is now expensive enough and advertises good service.

Simply good, it's simply good at McDonalds... You could basically think that McDonald’s is McDonald’s. But far from it. At McDonald’s there are two very important, essential factors. One of these factors, namely cleanliness, is very dependent on the second factor, the staff. But that brings us to the reason for my review. The staff. Yesterday I met unfriendliness personified here in this Werdohl branch. Operation in McDrive. At first I stood at the window for a while before I was told in a rather unfriendly manner that I should please drive up and wait there. But then came the cracker. At some point the lady came to my car and handed me the bag in a very unfriendly manner and without comment. I didn't receive any further response to my thank you either, I'm not aware of having ever done anything to this lady, so I have to be honest and say that I don't need that. So please train the staff a bit when it comes to friendliness. 😌

Finally a McDonald's where everything really worked out wonderfully. Super friendly staff, good service, quick to implement and really fresh and hot when you receive the food. The paramedic facilities are also clean.

The fries could have stayed in the fryer a little longer. Service is nice, the tables/benches in the outside area are probably only for children because they are together and you can't move the benches, so as an adult you have to squeeze in between them ☺️

Food sometimes good, sometimes bad. But often rather negative. Cold or unsalted fries. Often both. That was the most common negative. Sometimes forgetting something can happen. Complaints are actually always made without complaint. Staff was always nice. Another negative point: today it's 30 degrees. Unfortunately there is no air conditioning. Horrible for the staff and not pleasant for the customer either

Classic McDonald's, food as expected. Very nice outdoor area, but there is a star deduction because the climbing frame is in my opinion. is not optimally planned for the children.

Anyone who likes to warm up their burger again in the microwave at home because the cheese isn't even remotely melted on the burger would like to have a staff in front of them who, when they order, take 20 minutes for a burger that looks like they said, As if it was never warm, I should definitely go there more often. Over the last few years I've been there several times where my mother had a rotten salad on her burger, the food was rarely really warm or the fries were far too soggy. All I can say about the ambience is trashy and greasy.

Finally a McDonalds where the burgers are really freshly prepared and haven't been sitting in the warming counter for ages. Service, friendliness and ambience are also good, the store is brand new... So: clear recommendation, if you want a BigMac, then here!

McDrive almost always forgets something.

Mc drive was empty, but I still had to wait 15 minutes.

Really unbelievable. A PET bottle of apple spritzer for 4.24 EUR. This is really the height of impudence.

Sooooo.. 4x sweet and sour forgot, fries with almost no salt, burger squashed in the bag, cucumber flying around in the burger and then the biggest shame: after the whole thing happened, I don't even have a nugget left. Check your food to make sure it is really complete! Otherwise the food tastes okay, but not as good as in Hamburg.

The prices are abnormal and the burgers look like the staff sat on them. I left straight away without buying anything. There is no acceptable return for what you are supposed to pay.

I hiked several kilometers from Küntrop at 12:30 at night so that they would close earlier. Google said they close at 2 a.m. and I showed up at 1:25 a.m. very disappointed. Order 2x Mc Crispy Bacon Ts I get both without bacon but with the tomatoes on them like bacon, cold, but the packaging still says that it should be the version with bacon -.- I complained about it straight away and got 2 new ones again without bacon but with tomatoes like the version with bacon (actually) is supposed to be.. Tell me straight away she takes it back Dan after 10 seconds it was ready bacon Dan was put on it it was then said, I drive around the corner, park, look and see 1 small piece of bacon on both burgers!! A very big cheek! What's so difficult about it and Dan can't even get a fresh one!! First and last time!!!

This McDonald's in Werdohl has relatively little to do with fast food, as you can wait up to 10 minutes for a simple order (hamburger, fries, cola) at the drive-in counter... The food and ambience are specified by McDonald's Germany

Sorry, but if you can't work at the cash register you should leave it alone. I wasn't given all of my money, she kept 5.10 euros herself, that's not possible

Two orders, two wrong. You first have to create a MacRib without the bottom bun. Different order wrong drink. There were four other guests whose orders were also wrong. An apple turnover, 20 minutes and then it's cold and you have to throw a new one into the hairdresser's eyelet. They're so lost here. Orders are removed from the system before they are ready.

Unfortunately, I have to change my original opinion because today is the third time in 8 months that something was forgotten about the take-away order... the first time it was a burger that my husband ordered, the second time all the sauces were included Ketchup and mayo were forgotten and today it was a chicken burger for over €5!!! I'm extremely disappointed

Very bad impression. The parking lot is littered. No clean, empty table to be found. Unfriendly staff. The pick-up display board was broken. (?) You were then allowed to guess when your food would be ready. Food "Standard" McDonald's No toilet paper in the toilets. Finally the exit door was locked!? It is questionable why and how this works with an emergency exit concept.

Absolute disaster, everything takes forever, because of a fast food restaurant. Something should definitely be done about it!!! I have rarely experienced such a bad shop! There are definitely better stores!!!

Habe Heute seid Jahren mal wieder bei MCDONALDS gegessen. Ein Mc plant ms. Der Burger schmeckt überhaupt nicht. Das sind 2 Brötchen mit Salat und Fleischersatz der nach Pappe schmeckt. Fritten waren auch lau warm. Also das war es wieder MCDONALDS ihr seht mich nie wieder

Ich wurde einfach vergessen und erst als ich mich bemerkbar machte, kam das Essen und das Fleisch war kalt...Pommes auch...ich bin noch freundlich mit 3 Sternen

Bin viel Geld los geworden und habe einfach 0 Qualität bekommen, bin auch selber schuld..... warum fahre ich auch nach McDonalds 🙄

Mir fehlen andauernd irgendwelche Sachen für die ich bezahlt habe es kann nicht sein das die Mitarbeiter es nicht hin kriegen alles rein zu packen mir haben mehre Cheeseburger gefehlt so wie auch ein big mac und zu dem ist der Rest des Essen immer kalt

Essen war supi nur das Personal war etwas überfordert oder erst neu eingestellt. Jeder fängt mal an weshalb es für mich also kein traumatisches Problem ist. Komme gern wieder. Vielleicht gibt es ja beim nächsten Besuch 5 Sterne.

Wie man es von MC Donalds kennt. Service war gut und die Bedienung war freundlich. Alles war sauber auch die Toiletten.

Ist halt ein Mc Donald. Seh da nicht groß nen Unterschied zwischen den verschiedenen Stationen

Sehr dreckig. Und assozial, Ausländer rotzen neben dem Personal auf dem boden

Leider waren alle Sitzplätze im Außenbereich nicht gereinigt worden, überall lag Papier oder Pappe der gegessen Menüs und die Tische und Stühle waren voll mit Majonaise etc. Es gibt viele MC Donalds und Frittenhöhlen, ich werde beim nächsten Mal überlegen, ob ich dort nochmal was esse.

Man ist bemüht alles sauber zu halten. Motiviertes Arbeiten, sollte nachgedacht werden.

Macht leider immer einen dreckigen Eindruck. Tische nicht sauber, Müll fliegt rum

Standard quality. Unpersonal service. Dirty toilets but convenient opening hours in a place where everything else clpses at 22.00.

Voll das Durcheinander mit den Bestellungen. Nicht kinderfreundlich geh ich nicht mehr hin. Großes minus alles hat sich verkleinert vom Essen her.

Wenn es voll ist, wartet man auf eine Kleinbestellung ewig. Bei Beschwerde wird man barsch aufgefordert, ruhig zu bleiben

Im Drive steht man oft länger als eine halbe Stunde. Für ein "schnell"Restaurant ein Armutszeugnis. kein anderer Drive arbeitet so langsam.

Mit Abstand einer der besten Läden Sauber Ordentlich Keine Assis

Abends dahin auf keinen Fall,nur MC Drive. Rein oder raus setzen würde ich mich nicht,muss man Angst haben das was passiert.

Das Personal hat etwas nach gelassen. Essen war gut. Der Service war ok. Wirkte ein bissl unorganisiert. Der Boden war sehr schmutzig. Kennt man so eigentlich nicht

Дуже брудно в приміщенні, столи не витирають. Замовлення принесли швидко, проте забули положити кетчуп.

Super Mc Rib, heiss, frisch gemacht, mir viel Souce, Top. Aber voll gemüllte Tablettablage, obwohl sich 2 Mitarbeiter hinter dem Tresen langweilen zu der Uhrzeit.

Das ist kein fast Food Kette mehr sondern Slow Food

Einfach ein schnelles Essen mit 2 Kindern für mich nicht das tägliche Essen wir waren der ganzen tag unterwegs dan könnte man es mal schnell machen und schmecken tut es auch für ein schnell restaurant.

Sorry, aber das war Mal deutlich besser. Der Laden war besucht, aber nicht überfüllt, das Personal arbeitet ruhig und entspannt Bestellungen ab, jedoch scheint keiner mehr für die Reinigung der Tische und des Bodens zuständig zu sein. Verhältnismäßig lange Wartezeit und das zubereitete Essen leider auch nicht auf gewohntem MC Level. Schade.

Im Restaurant lange Wartezeit für einen Artikel gehabt gehabt. Drive In Schalter wesentlich schnellerer Ablauf.
