McDonald's in Werdohl

Unfortunately, the employee at the Happy Meal didn't let the children choose their toys. He gave them both the same toy. At other McDonald's, it was perfectly fine for the children to choose their own toys. The restroom wasn't very clean, and neither was the table. I would actually drive a little longer and visit a different McDonald's.

Like any other McDonald's. Unfortunately, the floors and tables were very dirty at the time.

Very good establishment, really excellent food.

It's just so expensive, and the quality and quantity are poor. Even with a voucher, it's still too expensive. Recently, we wanted to go to McDonald's again, but we decided not to. It costs at least €25 for two people. So we went to the nearest discount store and got something from the bakery. It was definitely cheaper.

Too long of a wait for a cheeseburger

Ordered to take away today. A whole burger was missing, just 8 euros for the butt, thanks guys. Unfortunately not the first time. Really sickening, what's that supposed to mean?

Toilets dirty, seats dirty, waited 20 minutes for 3 burgers, 2 fries and an ice cream

Went to McDonalds today around 8:30 p.m. Didn't find a parking space and parked on the main street. McDonalds was totally overwhelmed and the food was accordingly. After 40 minutes we were called and the order was finally ready. The fries were cold, the burgers were lukewarm and the drinks were no longer carbonated and tasted stale and stale. If we hadn't paid beforehand, we would have left again. My recommendation: If the parking spaces are all full, it's best to continue driving and stop somewhere else.

I think it was a disaster, everything is dirty, e.g. tables weren't clean and floor too. The iced tea tastes more like water than iced tea, the service is also shit and it's unstructured. The food was pretty good. But still not recommended.

I am very satisfied with the service. The employees were extremely nice and understanding. They patiently answered all my questions and provided me with the help I needed. I sincerely recommend this place to everyone.

After waiting over 30 minutes for our order and inquiry, we only received a curt answer. Is at work. So it was supposedly ready, 3 cheeseburgers, 1 x fries, various sauces and the Happy Meal were missing. 🙄 The women were visibly overwhelmed and uncoordinated in their work. As we waited, numbers were called out quietly and if the people at the seat didn't hear it, they didn't call again. There were also 2 girls there who had table service and their food was 15! Minutes at the front of the counter until a lady noticed that it was table service. The trays with rubbish were not emptied and all the rubbish was piled up and some of it was lying on the floor. Unfortunately, this McDonald's is not recommended.

Absolute disaster! I have rarely experienced something so unhygienic. The entire store was dirty, the tables and floor were sticky, and the staff seemed completely overwhelmed. Our order took over 50 minutes - and when the food finally came, it was ice cold. An imposition! When you see how things are going here, you really lose your appetite. Definitely my last visit!

After 22 minutes of waiting, I carefully asked where my order was and as compensation they brought my tray full of cola (so that the burgers wouldn't be dry). No napkin No lid, sugar or milk for the coffee. You are scum and I hope the store closes soon Without words!!!!

The service is nice, but when you order something from McDrive you usually get something wrong or something is missing. It's annoying when you have to get up from the table at home and drive back to McDonald's to correct your order and then when you forget something again you just get a crisis. Should you be upset that you pay so much money and have to drive back and forth or that your food will get cold by then?

It's definitely better than in Olpe and Meinerzhagen. If it wasn't so far I would just go there to eat. Staff friendly, reasonable portion of sauce from the burger and cleanliness was better. So everything was done correctly. I was there on January 2nd, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. One star plus. So 6.

Every time I walk into one of these houses I'm amazed at how bad the condition of the floors is. The people of Hamburg have now lost a lot of their energy and seem completely out of touch. It always surprises me that so many people come here despite these quality issues. Standards have dropped significantly and it is a shame to see the quality continue to decline.

Unfortunately our visit wasn't that great. My girlfriend orders two happy meals and a burger with fries for herself and her children. I ordered a spicy burger with spicy nuggets and it felt like your food was ready 15 minutes earlier, even though we ordered at the same time. The scoreboard is not being used, my food had been on the counter for 10 minutes and it wasn't on the scoreboard, there was no number on the tablet and no one called it. Given the now overpriced prices, a not so great visit to McDonald's.

About the McDrive: In about 66% of cases something is missing - unacceptable!

Eating is normal. Store is very dirty. Tables not cleaned and floor is dirty.

Half of it is always forgotten, unfriendly, unprofessional and more that I don't want to write here. Been there 4 times, always disappointed children and I myself am stunned at how things are going here. I regret it every time and even if I am invited I won't go to this branch.

Food in the drive-thru always seems like B-goods. But what's much worse: If you have to pay EUR 4.98, you should get your change without being asked and not look at a puzzled face as if you were being petty. This is really outrageous, even though McDonald's is now expensive enough and advertises good service.

Simply good, it's simply good at McDonalds... You could basically think that McDonald’s is McDonald’s. But far from it. At McDonald’s there are two very important, essential factors. Yesterday I met unfriendliness personified here in this Werdohl branch. Operation in McDrive. At first I stood at the window for a while before I was told in a rather unfriendly manner that I should please drive up and wait there. But then came the cracker. At some point the lady came to my car and handed me the bag in a very unfriendly manner and without comment. I didn't receive any further response to my thank you either, I'm not aware of having ever done anything to this lady, so I have to be honest and say that I don't need that. So please train the staff a bit when it comes to friendliness. 😌

Finally a McDonald's where everything really worked out wonderfully. Super friendly staff, good service, quick to implement and really fresh and hot when you receive the food. The paramedic facilities are also clean.

The fries could have stayed in the fryer a little longer. Service is nice, the tables/benches in the outside area are probably only for children because they are together and you can't move the benches, so as an adult you have to squeeze in between them ☺️

Food sometimes good, sometimes bad. But often rather negative. Cold or unsalted fries. Often both. That was the most common negative. Sometimes forgetting something can happen. Really unbelievable. A PET bottle of apple spritzer for 4.24 EUR. This is really the height of impudence.

Sooooo.. 4x sweet and sour forgot, fries with almost no salt, burger squashed in the bag, cucumber flying around in the burger and then the biggest shame: after the whole thing happened, I don't even have a nugget left. Check your food to make sure it is really complete! Otherwise the food tastes okay, but not as good as in Hamburg.

The prices are abnormal and the burgers look like the staff sat on them. I left straight away without buying anything. There is no acceptable return for what you are supposed to pay.

Order 2x Mc Crispy Bacon Ts I get both without bacon but with the tomatoes on them like bacon, cold, but the packaging still says that it should be the version with bacon -.- I complained about it straight away and got 2 new ones again without bacon but with tomatoes like the version with bacon (actually) is supposed to be.. A very big cheek! What's so difficult about it and Dan can't even get a fresh one!! First and last time!!!

Two orders, two wrong. You first have to create a MacRib without the bottom bun. Different order wrong drink. There were four other guests whose orders were also wrong. An apple turnover, 20 minutes and then it's cold and you have to throw a new one into the hairdresser's eyelet. They're so lost here. Orders are removed from the system before they are ready.

Very bad impression. The parking lot is littered. No clean, empty table to be found. Unfriendly staff. The pick-up display board was broken. (?) You were then allowed to guess when your food would be ready. Food "Standard" McDonald's No toilet paper in the toilets. Finally the exit door was locked!? It is questionable why and how this works with an emergency exit concept.

Habe Heute seid Jahren mal wieder bei MCDONALDS gegessen. Ein Mc plant ms. Der Burger schmeckt überhaupt nicht. Das sind 2 Brötchen mit Salat und Fleischersatz der nach Pappe schmeckt. Fritten waren auch lau warm. Also das war es wieder MCDONALDS ihr seht mich nie wieder

Essen war supi nur das Personal war etwas überfordert oder erst neu eingestellt. Jeder fängt mal an weshalb es für mich also kein traumatisches Problem ist. Komme gern wieder. Vielleicht gibt es ja beim nächsten Besuch 5 Sterne.

Wie man es von MC Donalds kennt. Service war gut und die Bedienung war freundlich. Alles war sauber auch die Toiletten.

Leider waren alle Sitzplätze im Außenbereich nicht gereinigt worden, überall lag Papier oder Pappe der gegessen Menüs und die Tische und Stühle waren voll mit Majonaise etc. Es gibt viele MC Donalds und Frittenhöhlen, ich werde beim nächsten Mal überlegen, ob ich dort nochmal was esse.

Man ist bemüht alles sauber zu halten. Motiviertes Arbeiten, sollte nachgedacht werden.

Voll das Durcheinander mit den Bestellungen. Nicht kinderfreundlich geh ich nicht mehr hin. Großes minus alles hat sich verkleinert vom Essen her.

Wenn es voll ist, wartet man auf eine Kleinbestellung ewig. Bei Beschwerde wird man barsch aufgefordert, ruhig zu bleiben
