M&C Döner & Pizza in Lübeck

I'm not thrilled about eating the kebab this time Quality has deteriorated a lot

The store has become an absolute disaster! You wait HALF AN HOUR on site until the food is ready and then you get it wrong! I ordered a homemade pizza with hollandaise sauce, jalapenos, broccoli and mozzarella. This order was reconciled 4 times on site and EVEN DURING HANDOVER the ingredients were discussed again. At home I discovered, unbelievably, that the pizza was also topped with tomatoes, EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS NO TALK ABOUT THIS THE WHOLE TIME!!! I wasn't aware that I would have to check the pizza again after discussing it several times. How incompetent and stupid do you have to be to not be able to implement such simple things? I'm aware that no intelligentsia with degrees work there, but that's just pure impudence and ruined my evening. They even forgot the side salad, which we noticed outside and ran back in to note it and pick it up. I was offered to have a new pizza made, which of course would require me to drive away again, but I didn't do that and made it clear that I wanted my money back and would bring the pizza back untouched the following day. They really screwed everything up. From forgetting a salad, to taking an unreasonably long time to order, to completely missing pizza toppings. I will never set foot there again and cannot recommend this kebab shop to anyone.

I can't remember the last time I ate such a tasteless kebab. The prices are OK, but completely tasteless. The hot sauce wasn't spicy at all, the meat was tasteless. This is my second visit to this place. I didn't like it the first time, and after the second visit I decided it wasn't worth it. I don't recommend it, sorry.

If you come home from work and are super hungry and would like to stand in a shop for 45 minutes where there are only 2 people being served in front of you but 6 people behind the counter, treat yourself to the 1 star kebab Then I got falafel from Rewe (see picture) for €2.50 (9 pieces) fried for 6 minutes on each side with sheep's cheese from Rewe that doesn't taste like it's been lying in the sun on your counter for 3 days At the beginning you were great, now you only get gastrointestinal and vegetarian meat if you are served

Very bad I ordered chicken nuggets with fries for my son. The fries were probably from last week.

Simply speechless!!! Ordered food and even extra again Called to go over everything! Unfortunately, the food was still wrong. Thereupon no understanding, no suggestion for a solution and even been cheeky. Never again!!!!

Great kebab with very tasty sauces and always fresh vegetables. On kebab day for a good 5 euros! Now 5.50 euros on Monday. Quality has deteriorated somewhat.

I always buy kebab from there when I'm in Lübeck. The guys are very nice and respond to the customers' wishes. Keep it up guys, you're great ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Unfortunately, the normal kebab costs €8.50. Unfortunately the quality has declined over the years. Therefore price performance is not convincing. Pide are very little documented. Just tastes like bread.

My order wasn't delivered because the driver doesn't speak German. Explained how to get there several times to the shop owner but he didn't want to understand it. First you should drive to a meeting point then back home then again to the meeting point. The shop owner and his drivers are completely incompetent and unable to read simple instructions, signs, etc. In the end the order was canceled due to their incompetence. While I was waiting I got a Sigara Börek to try out. The employees were really friendly and my kebab was very tasty. Perfectly filled so that nothing fell out while eating. Plus an ayran and baklava for €10, totally fair. I'll be back!

True, it used to be a good shop years ago, but unfortunately things can go wrong now, kebabs are getting smaller and smaller despite the higher price, fries have a strange aftertaste and the wrong things are being delivered. Attached is a photo of the mayonnaise we ordered

Well, after many months, I actually dared to eat there again, after the last time the meat wasn't even completely cooked through. But that has now changed. The meat and the sauces are really tasty + the spiciness is also in the balance between “pleasant” and “I feel it”. The only point of criticism, like last time, is that I'm used to being asked which meat I want. The older gentleman, with a grim look, asked about the sauces, I told him, turned around straight away and I couldn't even open my mouth because he had already put the other meat on it for me, I wanted chicken, which I didn't get. At least he asked about the salad again. However, you have to say that he gave me a lot of money for the fact that it was the wrong meat. But there are only 4 stars instead of 5 because I like to decide what I put on my food. The missing napkins, which were always included, also contribute to the lack of a full rating. So 2 points of criticism that cost one star, otherwise completely satisfied, lots of meat, that always makes me feel better!

10 euros for this portion of meat and 1.50 euros for the portion of tzatziki. But it tasted good.

They just misunderstand you and don't prepare things the way you want them. Rude manner, and every worker is overwhelmed if there are more than 5 guests in line. The main thing is to process all customers quickly so that there is peace and quiet -> the colleagues convey the feeling.

For me the best kebab shop in Lübeck.

Meat wasn't even half finished, everything was quick and quick... Do you even think about CHILDREN eating kebab!!! Half kebab only bread, hardly any sauce, not even 30% meat. Very disappointed. Not recommendable...

A must for people who like to eat kebab, very good and inexpensive. And other dishes also available at fair prices.

Super tasty, very accommodating, always friendly and definitely again and again :) Update 01/18/24: The taste has deteriorated extremely - cocktail sauce tastes completely different, as does hot sauce (it's hardly spicy anymore either). But the kebab is now stocked the same everywhere, meaning salad and meat everywhere, very good.

Gutes Essen 🌯, schnell serviert bekommen

Dönerfleisch war hat mir nicht gefallen. Und das tzaziki schmeckt nur nach remoulade.

Lecker essen,nicht nur Döner. Wir hatten Cheeseburger mit Pommes. Die Pommes auch nach 10 Minuten noch fest und heiß.

Bin seit 2011 dort Stammkunde Der Laden hat viel durchgemacht Mehrfache Ladenbesitzer Wechsel, Essen ist Gut Preise sind noch im Rahmen, ich Vergleiche sie 1x die Woche mit anderen döner Läden. Der Chef ist nett und ab und zu bekommt ich mal ne Kleinigkeit geschenkt. Bei kleine bagatellen drück ich ein Auge zu, den sowas kann jedem passieren das mal falsch Geld geben wird oder mal ne Kleinigkeit fehlt. Sowas sofort ansprechen.... Kein Problem dann... Alle sehr höflich was ich sehr schätze (auch in Rush hour) MEHR hygiene würde ich mir an den Tischen wünschen..

Immer nett und essen immer lecker

Haben heute dort bestellt. Lieferdauer ca. 60 Minuten. Essen war lauwarm und trotzdem verbrannt. Essbar aber auch nicht mehr.

Einmal geholt und einmal Bestellt. Können nichts negatives sagen war alles so wie es sein soll.

sehr freundliches Personal,dass das Essen sehr schnell und mit viel Arangement zubereitet,ich war heute zum ersten mal hier und bin sehr zufrieden,auch die Portion ist ordentlich groß, alle Sonderwünsche von mir wurden berücksichtigt.aus meiner Sicht sehr empfehlenswert

Wir essen hier schon länger , der Umbau und das Ambiente ist sehr schön geworden. Unser eben bestelltes essen : einfach nur lecker ! Tolle Pommes , frischer Salat und das dönerfleisch top !!! Mein Mann genießt gerade schweigend seinen Cheeseburger, immer ein gutes Zeichen ☺️👌hausgemachtes baklawa köstlich , wir bleiben dem Laden erhalten 😀

friendly and reliable staff, they've recently enlarged the dining area and now it's not as cramped as it used to be. the food is good, not really the greatest in Lübeck but nice enough for me to come back every time.

Nette Mitarbeiter, rasche Abwicklung der Bestellung und leckeres Essen.

Ich bin hier persönlich gar nicht gut beraten gewesen, bei meinem ersten Besuch wurde mir nicht ordentlich zugehört. Trotz mehrfacher Wiederholung bekam ich nicht das gewünschte essen. War aber erstmal nicht so tragisch, ich bin satt geworden und gut. Wenn sie Soßen beschriftet wären könnte man auch besser bestellen. Das ist aber nicht der Fall und ich hasse sowas. Beim zweiten Besuch allerdings hab ich mir nicht mal mehr was zu essen bestellt, denn das Fleisch auf dem Spieß war noch komplett weiß und halb roh und das wollte der mir so verkaufen. Das hat mich echt schockiert!

Das Essen ist gut aber das Döner Brot fällt auseinander.

Test bestanden: guter Döner 🥙 Scharfe Soße leider nicht scharf.

Bester döner in der Gegend, die Fleißigen Menschen sind sehr nett uns lassen auch probieren. Alles frisch und SELBSTGEMACHT das gibs selten. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Der Döner ist ganz ok , aber das Baklava ist eine Katastrophe und schmeckt nach Pommes und zwiebel Vielleicht sollte der Betreiber die Baklava woanders lagern und nicht im Koch und grill Bereich damit sie nicht nach Pommes und Zwiebeln schmecken, musste fast kotzen 😅 Aber sonst echt schöner dönerladen

Habe erste mal bestellt und bin nett überrascht,war wirklich lecker. Döner war nur leicht warm aber der weg zum meinen Haus ist bisschen weit . Lieferung hat 35 Minuten gedauert , Börek war knusprig und warm, Soße total lecker 👌

Hier bekommt man gute Pommdöner sogar mit Salat, wenn man möchte. Die Mitarbeiter sind nett und es ist immer wieder erstaunlich wie viel sie sich auf einmal merken können. Gehe gerne hier her
