M&C Döner Osnabrück in Osnabrück

Extremely unprofessional restaurant. They received my payment via Uber, but never delivered my order. I called several times and each time they promised the order was on its way – but it never arrived. In the end, they even turned off their phone. This is simply unacceptable.

Ordering from them is a complete waste of time… The delivery wasn't as requested, the driver was unfriendly and made me get the pizzas out of the box myself, and then he had the nerve to ask for a tip after I'd paid €38 for two pizzas. Never again.

I placed an order and it said it would take another 40 minutes for delivery. Unfortunately, I received an emergency call during that time and had to go to the hospital urgently. I called the hospital and was told to wait until the order arrived, which was obviously impossible. Afterwards, I received persistent phone calls (I couldn't answer them while in the emergency room), and my neighbors also reported that someone repeatedly came to my door, ringing the bell and shouting incessantly. Despite my call and text message, the harassment continued. I am furious. It was an emergency; I certainly wasn't going to wait for my food when I had to go to the hospital!

I ordered a 40 cm Bevali pizza from Pizzatono for €17.50, but the delivery was only 37 cm. That's about 14% less pizza and overpaid by over €2.50. It tasted like a cheap pre-baked pizza from Edeka for €2, and then I got a free stomachache. Next time I come by, I'd better bring my ruler—hopefully it will really be 40 cm.

The waiter (male) went to his colleague, told him what was wrong, and he put his fingers into the food, pulled out the tomato pieces, and tried to give it back to me... Four of us went and all had döner kebab. Three people had lamb döner, and one person had chicken döner. The fries were hot and good, and there was a salad on the side, and you could choose the sauce. It was delicious, especially when you're hungry. I recommend it. We paid the normal price. But it wasn't very expensive. The toilet was filthy, made me nauseous, and smelled bad. There was a sink across from the toilet, which is a major issue and needs to be fixed. Other than that, it was fine.

The place is nice but I can't say the same for the food. We ordered a mixed grill and it had turkey in it. We said we don't want turkey, we put more chicken instead. If you want a cheap kebab that still tastes solid, M&C is definitely the right place for you. What makes M&C one of my favorite places is the opening times and the ambience, which reminds me of kebab shops in Turkey. I really like it. And a big recommendation goes out to the homemade Ayran, you definitely have to try it!

All I can say about the falafel pocket and it tastes pretty good. The bread is very good. I just keep wishing for more sauce, a little bit. The first black tea is always free - that's the best thing about this shop.

The worst meal we have ever paid for. The tuna salad was inedible and the kebab should only be without tomatoes and not without taste. Chicken meat only with cabbage and tzatziki resulted in a kebab size that was not appropriate for the price. That's why I can only recommend everyone to make up their own minds and not believe the negative reviews. I really recommend the XXL hamburger with fries for just 9 euros. I'm happy to drive the extra 20 km to this restaurant! My reviews are honest and not exaggerated. Surely there will be someone who enjoys their favorite dish better somewhere else. After a long time I ordered something again and I was pleasantly surprised. It's still a minced kebab, but it's much better seasoned than it was a few years ago. Unfortunately, the portions have become significantly smaller and so the price is not really appropriate. I also ordered the burger just for fun and I have to say that it is quite usable. Standard frozen patty, but one of the better ones, and the rest was okay too. All in all it was delicious and I was full too. But the kebab alone wouldn't have filled me up.
