M&C Döner in Helmstedt

The delivery came quickly and the meal was still warm, truly a joy! The delivery person was polite and the food was well packaged. It was a successful delivery! I would rate it 4 out of 5 stars! ⭐️

When I asked over the phone how much 10 chicken nuggets cost, they said €5. But on the invoice upon delivery it suddenly came to €7.50.

My husband and I went there for dinner today as we have always been very satisfied in the past. Today there was a small "problem" (I'm deliberately not writing what it's about because I don't want it to be viewed as a disadvantage) with my food, which I pointed out to an employee. He immediately apologized and wanted to bring the food again. However, that wasn't necessary for me! I ate my meal and as expected it was very tasty... baked schnitzel with mushrooms, fries and salad 🤤. My husband had Lahmacun and he also really enjoyed it. When it came time to pay, they apologized to me again for the inconvenience and I reiterated that it had not been a problem at all and that we were still very satisfied. Nevertheless, the Lord didn't want me to pay for my food 😳. I said again that there was no reason for this and of course I would be happy to pay for what I had eaten. No, he didn't let anyone talk to him, he didn't want to accept my money! I would like to thank you again for the polite and courteous service 💕👍. This is not a given! We would be happy to come back any time we are in Helmstedt again.

If someone really wants to eat well, then go there, I've been a regular customer there for a long time, and I love this shop, as do the people there, everyone is super nice and friendly. Delivery is always quick and the delivery person is always super friendly... So I can only recommend it to everyone.

Was there recently. Had a small salami pizza, which according to the menu costs 6 euros. Add a can of cola. Paid 9 euros in the end. Pretty steep for a small cola 3 euros. The pizza 🍕 attached was rather below average. Sorry

It's totally fine, price performance is absolutely top. Free parking spaces from 4 p.m.

I ordered a few days ago and the food should arrive in 10-15 minutes. I waited over 1 1/2 hours for the food and when it arrived it was cold. Never again.

We often grab a quick dinner from M&c Döner when we don't feel like cooking. The guys and the lady are really very friendly and today they even took cucumbers and tomatoes out of the salad mix at my request. The food is reasonably priced and the drinks are very steep. I think 2.50 for a 0.33L can is a bit crazy, but it's almost 4 for the 1L bottles. It's a shame, but people have to be able to keep the store somehow. Will definitely not keep us away from further visits :)! Are happy the way it is. Update: After 3 incidents of "billing", 2 stars for the service are now being deducted. I noticed this once with a customer, now tried it twice with us, regular customers. Happened for the second time today, overlooked it the first time. Now it's been brought up and it's been portrayed by the person who miscalculated it as if they didn't know the prices? After more than 1 year, you should know the prices. We can let other people make fun of us. Always accidentally. Mistakes happen, yes, but not that often, especially since the map is huge and visible to everyone. Well, it's a shame. We won't come back again.

Was really speechless. When I ordered, I spoke to a nice lady who wrote everything down as requested. Should probably be delivered after 45 minutes. After over 1.5 hours the food was delivered. Even though I said it clearly when ordering and even repeated it, half of the order still arrived faulty. Well, you can hardly go wrong with the fries 🤷🏽‍♀️ the meat was supposed to be crispier, but it came out just as limp. Only meat was added to the kebab... although the desire for less meat and more salad was not taken into account here either. Pizzas weren't good at all and had the wrong toppings. I called straight after I opened the pizzas and said that please be more careful next time. But for once it's ok. The nice lady asked to send me a new one, but we didn't want to wait any longer. After the phone call, I wanted to eat my kebab and realized that there was only meat in it. So I called again. The lady again, this time with a man in the background. “Yes, but I always write it like that” obviously a discussion between the two. I tried to say something for a few minutes, but by then it was all over me. She asked me again for a new delivery. We didn't want anything more there either. When I just expressed my criticism to her and emphasized that I don't order there anymore - the only answer she got was “hm, ok”. I don't come to Helmstedt often and when I've ordered, it's only there... but after trying several times, I probably won't from now on. I mean ok. It can happen that something goes wrong. But such unprofessionalism on the phone towards the customer is just terrible. You want to hear a quick solution or at least a sorry and not an argument between employees who obviously can't manage to deliver on time and correctly. In another city this would happen once or twice and the store would be closed. HE is lucky that there aren't many stores. Conclusion: long delivery times, faulty and inedible dishes

Ordered food yesterday Cold kebab, wrong type of meat, the herb sauce was just natural yoghurt with 3.5%, really disgusting all together and for something like that, especially something so small, 9 euros is a lot. It's been going on for months, there's always something

We actually like ordering kebab from M&C but today was really subpar. My friend ordered on the spot and repeatedly said that we wanted cheese crusts on the pizzas. After he noticed that there were no cheese crusts on the pizzas, he pointed it out. The colleague took the pizzas back and brought them back after 5 minutes with more cheese on top instead of on the edge. At home we discovered that there were mushrooms on the pizza, even though it was said without... Because there was so much cheese on it, we didn't notice until we were eating it. If I were allergic, it could have had serious consequences. Big disappointment today.

Honestly, I ordered something to eat. It was supposed to arrive at 10:00 p.m. It arrived at 10:30 p.m. Then the pizzas are ultra greasy for me there are simply mushrooms on the pizza and strange hot peppers. I didn't order that. Honestly I just threw the pizza in the trash I don't care but honestly if you can't prepare food. Should you leave it alone? I'm ashamed to have even tipped two euros and all that for €68

The food is very tasty and fresh, especially the kebab. Unfortunately the exhaust system is a disaster! You smell like a roast as soon as you enter the store.

Dürüm ordered specially written in the comment without sauces very important. Still came sauce with dürüm. When they called, they said they hadn't received any comment, even though it said exactly that in the email. Not again.

Not recommendable! Two hours after eating, intestinal cramps and diarrhea and a fair amount of nausea. And it tasted similar too.

Unfortunately the order was a complete disappointment. I ordered through a delivery service and was told that the order would have taken over 1 hour. I then called and said that I would come and pick up the food myself. I still had to pay the delivery fees and the lady was absolutely rude to me. The pizza was OK even if the cheese was missing from the crust, but the chicken nuggets and croquettes came with tzatziki even though this wasn't ordered. So unfortunately I couldn't eat them! I won't order here again.

A kebab like any other in places like this, nothing crazy. Plus for a good roll. Fresh vegetables. The sauce is ok. The meat is juicy, a typical ball of power.

The quality has been declining for several weeks. 2 out of 3 orders are wrong and something is missing or too much. If you are not present during the preparation, you can be sure that something is wrong... Today there was a long black hair in the kebab plate... it has become an absolute disaster... I would be happy to change my rating if things improve.

Seit langem mal wieder ein richtig leckerer Döner! Fleisch in guter Qualität, Salat knackig frisch, Soße für mich etwas zu scharf, aber dennoch lecker.

Ein sehr guter döner laden Geschmack ist super lieferung ja mal sehr schnell also innerhalb von 15-20 min kann aber auch normal bis 45 min dauern freundliches Personal mein Haupt döner mann immer wieder gerne!

Was soll man sagen, wirklich tolles Buffet und einen sehr leckeren Döner. Wir waren bei der Rückgabe der Buffetschalen und Wärmer noch einen Döner essen und von unserer Gruppe hat sich jemand das Hawaii Schnitzel bestellt... Erst haben wir Sie für verrückt gehalten aber dann war Sie so begeistert, dass ich hier direkt eine Empfehlung aussprechen möchte. Esst auch gern einfach mal ein Hawaii Schnitzel! Verrückt und ich bleibe beim genialen Döner! Aber probiert es!

Wir kommen aus NRW und immer wenn wir in Helmstedt zu Besuch sind, is M&C Döner ein muss. Sehr lecker und sehr nette Mitarbeiter, da sollten sich einige mal aus NRW ein Beispiel nehmen.

Ich bin einfach nur beeindruckt! Eine Pommes, für 4€, wo ich erst dachte, wo ist die versteckte Kamera! Als ich dann nachfragte, ob man mir eine Pommes machen kann, die kleiner ist, wo ich dann aber weniger für bezahlen würde, hat man mich erstmal nach meinen Vorstellungen gefragt, wie viel ich denn zahlen wollen würde, da meinte ich 3€... 3,50€ ist auch okay, da hieß es können wir gerne machen, wir machen dir eine große Pommes für 3,50€. Es ist zwar keine Mayo und Ketchup drauf, aber danach habe ich auch nicht gebeten und ich habe dafür ja auch weniger bezahlt. Finde ich super nett von euch, ich komme gerne wieder zu euch.

Gutes leckeres Essen . Leider wird auf extra Wünsche kaum bis gar nicht eingegangen. Und schon 3 mal hab ich ne Falsche sosse bekommen .

Ich habe hier gerade eine dönerbox bestellt und auch verspeist da muss ich sagen das es wirklich schnell und lecker war, doch es waren Plastik Gabeln da muss ich sagen warum ihr doch nicht Pap-gabeln benutzt habt?

Gute Auswahl an schnellen Imbiss Gerichten Preis Leistung passt... zu vorgerückter Stunde... nicht mehr alles zu haben... beginnen leider zu früh mit dem Feierabend ... und der Tages - Reinigung...
