Very nice atmosphere with great service from Nemanja. The food also arrived super quickly and tasted very good. 11/10 definitely. :)

Very pleasant atmosphere with really friendly staff. Went on October 17th. Four of us were there at 7 p.m. without a reservation and got a table without any problems. The view is also good in the winter garden above. It was also heated quite warm. There are many different cocktails (also a large selection of non-alcoholic ones). Garlic bread with the salad with chicken and mushrooms was delicious.

Nice place for some cocktails and snacks.

We were there in 2023 and both lay in bed for days with food poisoning (diagnosed by the doctor). We had a chicken and sweet potato dish. We started to feel bad just 30 minutes after eating it.

I was there a few days ago and have to say a lot of praise to Nemanja and Deniz. The two of them ran the place flawlessly and didn't leave out their friendliness for a second. Plus, they're both really funny. Always happy to come back.

Hi...there is great service and great drinks here at moderate prices for Stuttgart standards. We spontaneously decided to have a drink and, as two people who barely drink alcohol, ordered a second one because they were really good. The staff was friendly, quick and flirty (even with my girlfriend, which I can have as her partner when I'm there). The food was also good. We'll be back for a drink...or 2

Veeeeeerrryyy slooooowwa!! It's crazy we had to wait almost an hour to get food! I almost thought they forgot us! Also it's loud! Music is loud, I thought somewhere here is a little less noisy from the main street or something. Food was a solid 3.5/10 Iced tea was warm with only one piece of ice cube I swear... It slipped directly from the first sip and I finished the remaining warm.. Just unhappy and not exaggerating I came on a Thursday just fyi.

Prices increased - unfortunately the taste was very poor. Unfortunately, portions have also become smaller. Service/employees were all courteous and very nice. Terrace beautiful and very inviting.

Good place, friendliness, good food

We paid €16.50 for the Champi Salad and are a bit surprised at how the price is justified. Lots of cheap lettuce, also some champions, two small tomatoes, a slice of cucumber cut into strips and a bit of parmesan. As always, the dressing was very tasty and the pinsa bread that was always included was also good. The salad was filling but more because of the dressing. One star deducted due to poor price/performance ratio.

The atmosphere is very, very good, the waiters are very, very nice & friendly. The selection of food and drinks is also very good, there is something for everyone.

Delicious food and all the cocktails you could want. A nice atmosphere with outdoor and indoor seating ( including smoking and non smoking area). Always excellent service, thank you to our regular server Nemanja :) If you have a sweet tooth and want dessert after your meal I definitely recommend the cinnamon french toast. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Restaurant Mauritius. Particularly noteworthy were the cocktails, which not only tasted impressive but were also a real eye-catcher visually. Another highlight was the cheesecake, which tasted simply fantastic The service in Mauritius was also first class. Our waiter Nemanja was extremely courteous, charming and always attentive. He made sure that we felt completely comfortable and that we didn't have to worry about anything I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

My visit to Restaurant Mauritius was fantastic. The cocktails were not only delicious but also beautifully presented. The cheesecake was an absolute highlight – creamy and full of flavor. Mauritius is quite nice. You can sit outside despite the busy street next door. In the evening there were salsa dancers who danced on the square, which was quite charming. Service was friendly, if a bit slow. Personally, I wasn't particularly impressed with the food. The cheese spaetzle were quite tasteless. Otherwise a good location to meet up with friends.

The definition of mediocre if you're looking for good meat is wrong here

We were traveling in Stuttgart and wanted to have a little lunch while sitting down. The recessions brought us here. Very tasty lunch and the young waiter does a great job 👌🏻👌🏻we felt very comfortable. We'll definitely be back 😊

Nice experience! The service was very accommodating and polite, and also tried very hard to serve quickly and accurately (a young man served us). The food - in this case the cheeseburger and the cheese spaetzle - as well as the cocktails were very tasty! The portions were also large/appropriate, the one star deduction was only because of the prices. The atmosphere is surprisingly pleasant. The location on the main street makes it incredibly central and yet secluded and relatively quiet. Recommended! :)

Everything OK No significant difference to other branches

Unfortunately, the cottoning times are far too long for eating. And especially for dessert over 30 minutes. Waiting is really long. My family enjoyed the food. Unfortunately I had a different opinion. The calamari I got was completely dripping with oil.

The food was good. The service staff was top!!! The sticky tables and the sometimes very loud music were very unpleasant. Sometimes you had to shout at each other to get anything understood.

Stuttgart Mauritius Wir haben uns die Frechheit erlaubt, 2 Angestellte zu fragen, ob wir (4 Personen) etwas zur trinken bestellen dürfen. Leider haben wir die Uhrzeit nicht beachtet. Es war erst 11:56. Antwort von den 2 Angestellten: Wir öffnen erst um 12. Uns war leider nicht bewusst, dass wir die beiden Herren stören, da sie mit ihrem Handy beschäftigt waren (dafür möchten wir uns nochmals entschuldigen). Da dieses Restaurant kein Geld benötigt, sind wir dann auch gerne aufgestanden und haben uns gegenüber im Edeka an der Bäckerei-Theke bedient. Schon viel erlebt, aber diese Lokalität hat keinerlei Berechtigung, nur ansatzweise sich als Gastronomie zu betiteln. Beruf verfehlt. Ich wünsche Ihnen weiterhin viel Erfolg. Aber evtl sollte man sich Gedanken machen, ob man in einem Business arbeiten möchte, in dem man zwangsläufig mit Menschen zu tun hat. Liebe Grüße

Was here with my girlfriend this evening and Mr. Dusan served us, he is a very motivated and friendly employee who took care of us. He asked if everything was OK and since I said that the fries were cold, I was immediately given a replacement, so 5 stars! We'll be happy to come back. Thank you

Super tasty, super fast and super nice service (we were served by Nemanja in the evening :-)). There were eight of us, unfortunately we didn't have a reservation and three minutes later we were already sitting at the table. Everything went very quickly and everyone got what they ordered. I also often use the lunch menu. So far everything I've eaten there has always tasted good. Everything is fresh, no withering lettuce leaves or anything like that. And the cocktails are great! I'm already looking forward to the next time.

Etwas außerhalb des Trubels kamen wir am späten Mittag zum Mittagessen. Einige junge Leute kümmerten sich um uns während unseres Aufenthaltes unter den Schirmen. Die Bestellungen waren schnell aufgenommen. Es kamen unsere leckeren, alkoholfreien Drinks und anschließend das kleine Mittagessen. Die Drinks waren lecker, das Mittagessen in Ordnung. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmte auch. Alle Bedienungen waren sehr aufmerksam!

It's a shame that I wasn't aware of the Mauritius franchise until now! I came across it in Stuttgart while looking for dinner and was very impressed. Delicious, refreshing drinks, very, very tasty cuisine and extremely attentive and friendly service. I would be happy to come back and recommend the restaurant without reservation.

One of the most beautiful restaurants in this Mauritius chain. Spaciously located on the beautiful Börsenplatz, great large terrace upstairs, lots of space especially outside. Food good, prices fair, staff friendly.

If you come to eat here, you should expect to spend a lot of time. We were there for the second time now and on both days, whether during the week or at the weekend, we waited over an hour for the food. The glasses are very dirty and out of date. Unfortunately the food is not fair to the price. The waiters really work hard here. Dear Mauritius Stuttgart, please adjust your standards. Unfortunately we won't be able to get back that quickly.

Substandard service, unreliable owner

The Mauritius in Stuttgart Mitte undoubtedly offers a charming Mediterranean atmosphere that invites you to linger. The efforts to make the ambiance authentic are commendable and add to the pleasant experience. However, I regret to say that the food cannot keep up with the same level of quality. Despite the appealing ambience, the dishes left a taste of convenience products, especially the Caribbean rice and the spaetzle. Unfortunately, this discrepancy between atmosphere and taste greatly marred my visit and marred the experience. One star still goes to the friendly service, which tried to make up for the disappointing culinary experience.

Disastrous service! I have been to various Mauritius branches for many years. So far it has always been great and my favorite dish there (the salads) has always been outstanding! However, what I experienced in Stuttgart is something I have never experienced before: The salad was soaked in salad dressing (although I didn't notice that until I ate the top half). The bottom half/third was completely in sauce. The two of us each had a salad and unfortunately it was the same for both of us. In the meantime, no one from the staff asked how we liked it. While clearing up (our plates still had about 1/3 of the salad left), I voiced our complaint. The waiter said he was sorry, but most customers want it that way. He then asked if he could bring us another coffee, cappuccino or espresso. I answered yes (assuming it was on the house as a gesture of goodwill). —> thought wrong: 1) we waited for it for a long time and then it was only lukewarm 2) it was fully included in the bill and when I asked, the waiter replied in astonishment: no, why should we take it “on the house”? In my opinion, this requires no further words. That was definitely my last visit to this Mauritius! Very unfortunate!!!

We went to Mauritius Stuttgart for brunch on Sunday. It was so great! The ambience, the food and drink, the service was super friendly and very accommodating!!! Likewise the atmosphere (great DJ) :-)) we will definitely come back!

We were in Stuttgart with my friends from Nuremberg and were in Mauritius in the city on a Saturday evening. We were served by Nemanja and we were really very happy with his service. The cocktails were delicious, the San Sebastian cheesecake was a dream. All in all it was a very successful evening, thank you very much.

Very beautiful and very tasty! Welcomed by friendly service and the first question is whether you have reserved or have to/want to wait. Unfortunately we waited over 30 minutes without a reservation. Tip for next time, reservations desired! The cocktails are really good and really recommended at €6.90! That's probably why there's a wait. It was a successful evening, would be happy again.

I am allergic to dairy and gluten and asked for the allergy menu. Only one plate of steak was safe for me and I checked with the waiter several times to which he replied that there was no problem. When he brought my meal, the steak had butter on it. I asked if the butter was made of milk, to which he replied yes. I said that it wasn't supposed to be there since the dish didn't have milk according to the allergy menu. He said he couldn't help me further and that if I didn't want to eat the butter, I could put it aside! Do you really know how allergies work? This while the butter melted on top of my steak. It's important to highlight that he always made an effort to speak to me in English until that moment, when he completely switched to German and didn't help me anymore. They do not take the allergy menu seriously and are not willing to solve the problem when it’s absolutely their mistake.
