Sehr gutes essen. Super kunden orientiert, unsere bitte die musik leiser zu machen wurde ohne probleme sofort umgesetzt.

Ich habe den Catering-Service für eine Überraschungsparty genutzt und bin sehr zufrieden. Einzig der Erstkontakt über das Anfrageformular war schwierig, da meine Mail im Spam landete. Auf eine "normale" Mail wurde allerdings umgehend reagiert und es erfolgte eine sehr angenehme Beratung. Geeinigt wurde sich auf die Matus-Burrito-Bar. Auch mein Sonderwunsch, die Taco-Shells als weiche Tortilla zu liefern wurde verständnisvoll erfüllt. Die Lieferung erfolgte pünktlich und der Mitarbeiter nahm sich auch genügend Zeit, um die Zutaten zu erklären bzw. in meine persönlichen Warmhaltebehälter umzufüllen. Das Essen wurde von allen Gästen (vornehmlich Mexikaner) gelobt. Preis / Leistung empfinde ich als sehr fair. (andere Caterer hatten ähnliche Preise, aber eine unterirdische Beratung).

Wir haben uns hier heute zum ersten Mal etwas zum Mitnehmen bestellt und fanden es sehr, sehr gut. Nur die Quesadilla mit veganem Käse waren uns zu krass, da dort - für unseren Geschmack - zu viel Käse drauf war. Objektiv betrachtet haben wir aber keinen Grund zur Beschwerde und schauen gerne vorbei, wenn wir mal wieder in der Gegend sind.

Superleckerer Burrito (Spicy Beef), gute Größe, nette Bedienung. Stark.

Als jemand, der Chipotle (der Laden aus US) Als Maßstab sieht kann sagen, dass Matus da ohne Probleme mithalten kann. Einmal die Woche minimum ist ein Muss!

Burritos sind unfassbar lecker & es gibt gratis Sticker. Service sehr freundlich und schnell! So einen Laden wünschen wir uns auch in Bergisch Gladbach *bitte*. Ne glatte 10/10.

Ein wirklich toller Laden. Wer mal wirklich gute Burritos essen möchte ist hier gut aufgehoben. Super frisch, super lecker und immer super freundliche Mitarbeiter. Alles Andere kann man hier ebenso bedenkenlos bestellen. Vielen Dank an das Matus Team.

Das Essen war sehr gut, preislich auch. Man hat verschiedene Gerichte zur Auswahl, die man sowohl als Burrito oder als Bowl bestellen kann. Parken kann man in der Nähe. Neben dem Bestellraum gibt es Sitzmöglichkeiten zum Essen, das war auch wirklich nett eingerichtet. Man kann auch mit Karte zahlen

Ich war alleine unterwegs nach einer Autofahrt und bin zufällig an denn Laden vorbeigelaufen. Kurz überlegt und habe mir dann was gekauft. Der Beef Burrito war so lecker das Ich meine Gruppe angeschrieben habe und nach paar Wochen haben wir uns dann bei Burritos und Tacos im großen und Ganzen einen Schönen Abend gemacht. Es gibt ein Kunden WC, Cash bezahlen sowie auch mit Karte bezahlen. Im Notfall ging auch Paypal in unserem Fall. Der Laden ist sehr Bequem in einer Ruhigen ecke gute anbindung mit Zug oder Bus und Kostenfreie Parkplätze um die Ecke gibt es auch.

Sehr empfehlenswertes Essen. Der Beef Chees Burrito oder auch die Bowl sowie die Tacos sind sehr zu empfehlen.

Ist halt Geschmackssache, aber wir fanden das Essen echt langweilig. Nichts dabei, was einen etwas überrascht oder sich geschmacklich hervorgehoben hätte.

Kann man essen wenn man richtig hunger hat , sonst gar nicht zu empfehlen , war leider nicht so appetitlich. Sour Cream Dip ist nur ein Standard Joghurt gewesen

Sehr lecker, alles frisch zubereitet, die besten Burritos weit und breit

Wir haben Catering für 60 Personen bestellt und was soll ich sagen, es war der Hammer! Es war das Tex mex BBQ, alles wurde frisch vor Ort gegrillt mit super Auswahl, auch nach Wunsch vegetarische und vegane Varianten dabei. Die beiden Mitarbeiter vor Ort waren sehr lieb und nett. Ich hatte Matus vorher gar nicht auf dem Schirm, aber kann ich nur weiter empfehlen!

Mega gute Tacos, super nettes Personal. Das erste, aber sicher nicht das letzte Mal das wir hier gegessen haben!

Well!!! I called and made a big Order, for me to pick it up. They Trusted me (what's weird to see nowadays with huge orders, when no payment was required upfront) and when we arrived 10 minutes later, the order was ready. Absolutely everything was delicious and the attention was even better. We are so happy and glad we came to this place. It just made our evening amazing! We're definitely coming more often! Keep it up! It's a great food place! Looking forward to visiting you again 🙂

Nice little place. Our burritos were delicious, and we received super friendly service. My girlfriend only briefly mentioned that she wasn't sure if the sauce was too spicy for her, and then she had something to try. Great! We'll definitely be back before the next theater visit.

What the hell was that?! I didn't get a burrito, I got a culinary kick in the gut—and I paid for it! The thing was cold, soggy, completely overseasoned in all the wrong places, and at the same time so bland that even a piece of cardboard would have had more character. The meat? Tough as rubber. The rice? Undercooked. The sauce? Either forgotten or so sparingly applied that I had to search for it with a magnifying glass. And the service? As if I'd passive-aggressively asked someone to slap a grumpy food item on me. I'm not just disappointed—I'm angry. How can someone ruin something so simple like that? There's nothing right here. Absolutely nothing. I would have been better off eating at a gas station—at least the coffee would have been hot there.

I've ordered there several times, and so far everything has been fine, even though it's very expensive. Today for €50!!! I ordered 2 large burritos and 4 tacos. But only 2 small burritos and 4 measly tacos arrived, which wouldn't even feed a 6-year-old. The last orders were almost twice as much. I've rarely experienced anything so outrageous. Just stay well away from this place, it's a pure rip-off!!! They just fob you off on the phone with, "Yes, each worker makes their own portions," etc.

Pure rip-off! Don't be fooled by the good reviews here. Better read the bad reviews. I've ordered here several times, and each time I get different portions, even though I pay the same price. You order large burritos for an extra charge, of course, but they only get small ones, very small ones, and for €14? They just fob me off on the phone with, "Yes, everyone makes their own portions here." Real shitty place. Save your money and get something worth your hard-earned money.

A total disaster! I ate here with my family and immediately regretted it. After entering the restaurant, we had to wait 20 minutes before we were even served. The waitress came to the table in a bad mood. This and the poor hygiene could have been overlooked, but two of the four burritos had toppings. Unfortunately, my son's had corn on them, even though he has a severe allergy. Our evening ended with a hospital stay and great concern for our child. Please stay away from this dubious restaurant.

Below average burritos. Video showed them grilling meat…not true…meat comes out of plastic bags. Wrap was a bit soggy.

These days, I'm just plain disappointed when I order takeout. It's best to check what you got in the bag: - Wrong burrito size (ordered large, got small) - Extras missing from the burrito - Burrito missing entirely - Ordered vegan, got meat, called, but the woman wasn't accommodating, except that you could pick up nachos the next day for free... This reflects our experience, but they're probably trying to get this review deleted again.

The bowl and burrito 🌯 are really good! Just stay away from desserts like the brownie; a complete disappointment, every piece of Milka chocolate is bigger.

Very nice team, they gave us great advice, everything went quickly and was very tasty. I think the atmosphere is great. You can choose or deselect a few things about the food and the prices are okay too. We'll be back :) I think it's particularly good that everything is also available as vegetarian or vegan. The meat substitute products are very good.

The quality has been consistently high for years, but I feel like the large burritos have gotten smaller. I once thought it was a mistake and thought I'd accidentally put a small burrito in the bag. But when I ordered a large one the last two times (as always), the burritos were unfortunately just as big, or rather "small." The selection is great! Especially recommended for vegans and vegetarians, as the veggie products are really good compared to many other restaurants or snack bars. All the employees I've met there over the past few years have always been really nice. If the store were open on Mondays, I would eat there much more regularly. Unfortunately, it doesn't fit perfectly with my work situation.

Matus Burritos is a real insider tip! The burritos are incredibly tasty and freshly prepared. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere in the store is cozy and inviting. The selection of different burrito variations, quesadillas and tacos is impressive. I think it's particularly great that you can put everything together individually. The prices are absolutely fair for the quality and portion sizes. An all-round successful concept - I'll definitely be back!

The food was very tasty, despite the fact that it was full it was served quite quickly. We ate on site... The only negative point... It could have been hotter.

Small and fine with changing special burritos or bowls, typical combinations with rice, beans, various sauces or avocado, vegetarian or with meat. Tacos always freshly prepared.

We definitely ate the tastiest burritos (and quesadillas) here! Everything could be put together or changed yourself. If you weren't sure, you were given very friendly advice (really top customer service at this point). The food was ready very quickly and tasted really great. No ingredients were spared and in the end we were absolutely full of the portion. Price-performance ratio is also great. We will definitely come back very often!

Matus Burritos is an absolute insider tip for burrito lovers! The selection of fresh ingredients is impressive, and you can immediately tell that a lot of emphasis is placed on quality here. The burritos are generously filled and perfectly seasoned - every bite is a pleasure! The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, and the team is always helpful and cheerful. No matter whether you eat on site or take away, you will be well served here. I can only recommend Matus Burritos to anyone who wants delicious, authentic burritos. I have been eating and ordering from Matus Burritos for years. I've enjoyed everything so far; the food can be customized, everything is fresh and tastes wonderful. There are also vegetarian and vegan alternatives. The dessert is also highly recommended 😊

The drink and guacamole were missing from the order. The UBER Driver can confirm this. Unfortunately, I couldn't reach anyone by phone and UBER won't refund me my money.

I am and was very disappointed, I had three different dishes, but they all tasted the same, unfortunately equally bad, and the meat was also too dry. A great quick-service restaurant for Mexican cuisine lovers! I've driven past here many times and each time I've noticed the high number of visitors. That's no wonder, because after trying it out myself, I have to say it's worth it. The burritios, tacos and quesadillas are awesome! In addition to meat lovers, vegetarians and vegans will always find something there. I noticed the reduction in plastic very positively, even the containers for the dips are made of paper, very commendable. I will definitely be a guest here very often!

In the mood for burritos? Off to Matus! I always enjoy being here, whether alone or with friends. The food is really great and ready quickly, the handles are perfect. There are very good choices. In addition to the types of rice (spicy / normal) or the beans (black / pinto), you can of course choose many additional ingredients such as guacamole, sour cream and also choose the meat / veggie burger variant according to your taste. You can choose whether it should be a 25cm / 30cm wheat tortilla or a bowl. The variations are immense and everyone should find their own taste here. The food is always fresh and very flavorful and harmonious. The quesadillas or, as a side dish, the nachos are also highly recommended! The team is always very friendly and, as is typical for the Ruhr region, hands-on. 😊 If your dog is peaceful, he can come in - but you can also sit outside without any worries.

Delicious! I give 5 stars for a snack. Eating on site is only recommended to a limited extent, as the outside seating is right next to the street with corresponding traffic noise.

I ordered burritos with my girlfriend. They weren't warm, there was hardly any sauce, the burrito had a strange taste of its own and unfortunately you couldn't taste any spices at all... it's a shame we were happy to break our fast there. Nevertheless, the employees were super friendly

Great food for years. One of the best takeaway restaurants ever in Oberhausen. Good service and good ingredients. It's also nice that new creations are offered every now and then. What I don't like is the prices of (some) sauces and upgrades. When it comes to Mexican cuisine, it's fun to try out a little bit and try out different sauces or toppings. When it comes to meat upgrades or guacamole, I can understand it. But pico de gallo, salsa verden, pickled onions or coriander for €1 each is just way too much. That should cost half as much at most. Still highly recommended

Totally delicious food and at a fair price

Straight facts: If anyone claims that there are better mission-style burritos anywhere beyond the San Francisco Bay Area than Matus, they are lying. Great burritos, great quesadillas and nachos, all homemade, fantastic team. If you ever open a branch in Gelsenkirchen, Gladbeck or Bottrop, I will happily become poor and in the near future you will only be able to move around on wheels.

We ate there yesterday, the burrito dough was very limp with its own taste (raw dough) we also ordered tacos which were graded a 4, the burrito was unfortunately a smooth 6 little meat packed full of rice and bean paste, the taste was in no way the same When comparing Mexican cuisine, you couldn't assign the individual components, the taste was almost exclusively bean paste, and you had an incredible stomach ache afterwards. Not worth a second visit.

One of our favorite places for Mexican food. Very friendly and super tasty! However, this is more of a snack bar. The price is quite high for that. Nevertheless I give it 5*
