We went to Masons spontaneously on a Saturday evening (with a last-minute reservation! Otherwise we probably wouldn't have gotten a table) and everything was wonderful. We were given a warm welcome and although it was very busy, the service staff were relaxed and friendly. The food was consistently delicious and always brought to the table quickly, as were the drinks. We'll be happy to come back!

It was nice and funny, a great experience!

An unthinkable mess. Some of the food we ordered didn't come at all. Food was served in complete disarray. Everything somehow tasted the same. The meat is the same in almost every dish. No trace of comfort. Rather stressful. Very loud and bustling. Service was friendly and helpful. For us it was an attempt but it remains that way

Very cool idea, but unfortunately I was cold for 2 hours even though I was sitting next to the heater. The staff were nice but we didn't understand anything when they served food. The toilet was a disaster... I had to go by the kitchen and you could see how disgusting everything in there was and how it looked.

Cool concept. The food was all very tasty. Something for every taste. Despite the weekend and many guests, we hardly had to wait. Not cheap but worth the money.

I don't give the 3 points because of bad food, it was definitely great. Only the prices are high! I find drinks and the prices for the food/per person overpriced and this spoils the entire experience! 200€ for 4 people is already worth it.

The idea and vision of Masons are promising, but unfortunately the concept of vegan food doesn't seem to have been fully thought through. With many dishes you notice that the vegan version has been adapted rather carelessly and often has little to do with the original dish on the menu. What was particularly disappointing for me was that there wasn't a single vegan dessert - especially in this day and age, a no go for me with a concept like this! I also missed a plant-based milk alternative for coffee drinks. That would have made my visit, especially on my birthday, much more pleasant.

The food was presented very nicely, service was very friendly, but some courses were delivered quite late. Very cozy atmosphere and although the room is very large you could have a good conversation. Exciting concept to take a look at food from other nationalities, most of which tasted really good. Definitely worth it.

We had a wonderful girls' night at this restaurant! The service was extremely friendly and attentive, and the food was simply delicious. We were particularly impressed by the fact that there was hardly any waiting time between the individual courses of the country menu - everything was perfectly coordinated. The dishes tasted excellent and were lovingly prepared. We will definitely be back and can highly recommend this restaurant!

Mayonnaise, sauce, mayonnaise and sauce, those are the only flavors that linger in your mouth. Mayonnaise and sauce are used in abundance. Fast food delivered in an expensive way in super mini portions that are pimped with lots of mayonnaise and sauce. Very noisy restaurant. For €40 you can eat as much as you want for 2 hours. This of course also attracts a specific clientele who mainly want to eat a lot and cheaply. A tourist trap for me.

I celebrated my birthday in this restaurant and it was a wonderful evening. The service was impeccable: the service staff were caring and made sure to regularly check that everything was OK. The atmosphere was warm and every detail helped make this evening special. A big thank you to the team for their professionalism and friendliness! I would highly recommend this place for any special occasion.

The food was tasty and the ordering system with the tablet is practical, but unfortunately the negative aspects outweigh the negative aspects. The store was very crowded and warm, which made the ambience uncomfortable. The service was chaotic: Some orders never arrived, were reordered several times and suddenly the old order showed up - sometimes twice. If you waited longer to keep track of things, you ended up wasting time unnecessarily. For what was offered, the price-performance ratio is simply too bad.

We were there for our anniversary. The table was decorated for the occasion, we were given Prosecco on the house and we were warmly welcomed. The staff left the impression that they were concerned about the well-being of the guests. The food was incredibly delicious. Clear recommendation!

A nice, cozy restaurant with lots of delicious specialties. They only opened a few months ago, so the adjustment screws can still be tightened a little in this regard. Definitely recommended!!

I ate here last weekend and was overall satisfied. The menu offers lots of small portions from world cuisine. Ordering via a tablet was very convenient and we were able to choose a new dish every few minutes, which made the experience entertaining. Most of the food was very tasty though For some I would have expected a little more. The fixed price system offers the opportunity to try many different flavors. The service was quick and the staff was very attentive

It was again very good, both the food and the service. In my opinion, this has even improved. It's a bit of a shame that it has become significantly more expensive, but that affects the entire restaurant industry.

Wir fanden das Konzept des Restaurant mit vielen kleinen Häppchen aus aller Welt sehr ansprechend. Leider wurden wir bei der Umsetzung dieser schönen Idee ziemlich enttäuscht. Die Qualität der Zutaten ließ deutlich zu wünschen übrig. Egal aus welchem Land, ob Raclette, Schinken oder Chorizo, alles bewegte sich auf dem Niveau von mittelmäßigem Convenience Food und auch die Zubereitung war weder raffiniert noch wirklich abwechslungsreich. Außer vielleicht bei den asiatischen Speisen schmeckte alles ähnlich und war entweder zu fettig, zu salzig oder bei den Desserts zu süß. Für fast 40 Euro pro Person kann man in Saarbrücken wirklich deutlich besser essen. Zwei Punkte gibt es von uns nur wegen des freundlichen Services und auch das sonstige Ambiente, wenn man mal von den wirklich grusligen Toiletten absieht.

Spent New Year's Eve at Masons. Service was top. Food was delivered quickly after ordering. Atmosphere sitting in the basement wasn't that great, there are nicer seats in the restaurant. We paid €211 for 4 people. But you can recommend the restaurant

Great concept, very friendly service. Drink prices slightly increased. And the toilet a nightmare. No way to dry my hands the day I was there. The hand dryers were turned off. Overall, I thought it was good and was now in Kaiserlautern.

A great concept with delicious food. I found it a bit of a shame that the menu doesn't explain what the vegetarian/vegan versions of the various dishes consist of. We could still tweak it a bit here.

Complained dishes were not exchanged and 4-5 orders were delivered together after a long break! The cleanliness and access of the toilets do not do the restaurant justice! I'm a long-time, really regular Masons guest, but I no longer find the price absolutely justified. I won't come as often in the future. In addition, during our last stay we were asked to order the last round after just 1.5 hours. I thought that was really excessive considering the price you pay. Was there for the third time yesterday, but the service was very poor. A drink was simply taken away that still had contents in it. I wanted to know the name of the cocktail that was served at the next table, but received no answer, even though the waiter wanted to ask. Unfortunately, this time the food was very greasy and not as good as usual.

Wenn warm erwartet und so in Speisekarte beschrieben, kalt und roh. Nachspeise ebenfalls kalt, wo warm erwartet. Sensorisches Erlebnis Schokoladenkuchen super, wenn auch Grossmarkt Feeling. Alle anderen in 5er Gruppe probierten Süßspeisen nicht landestypisch. Sensorische Enttäuschung Karamelleis auf Cookie, Cookie kalt, nicht fluffy wie versprochen, ungebacken, nicht gegessen. All in all: Betreuung superst, Speisen minderwertig für den Preis.

Had a reservation at Mason's on December 21st before our musical. We were assigned a place at a small, round table that was simply too small and which in turn worsened the ambience... After we got the tablets from the really friendly and funny waiter, we started... a very long wait for the drinks and the food because the other waiters were rather overwhelmed! The food and drinks themselves were very tasty. Conclusion: If you have a follow-up appointment, Mason is not a good choice because of the long waiting times. The far too high prices for two people are rather off-putting... Hopefully the dishes change every few years, otherwise it will get boring at some point. Your Danielos

We've been there many times for the All You Can Eat Dinner. It's always a great experience! The menu changes every six months, so there is always something new to try. The staff is super nice, service is great, you always get your food pretty quickly. The idea of ​​food from all over the world is really great and we've never seen it like this before. Always worth a visit!

You can only order one dish per round and then have to wait 6 minutes until the next round. This means you'll feel full quite quickly, especially since you naturally drink something in between. I would like it better if you could order several things at the same time (like in all other shops with a similar concept) and then you would have more of a tapas feeling with several people. The portions are also sometimes very small. I understand the idea behind it, but it didn't convince me. The service really goes above and beyond and carries very full trays through the store in unison. Ann-Kathrin in particular was very friendly and accommodating.

It was very crowded last night, even for the 8:15 p.m. reservation. Unfortunately, this meant that the drinks only came very late after the 3rd round of orders. Particularly suboptimal with the dishes, some of which are seasoned quite differently. Unfortunately, the same foods vary greatly, not only in their overall size on the plate, but also in their distribution, for example. Bread/meat/sauce among each other. This leads to some unbalanced food being served. Unfortunately, at least one bacon roll came to my table a little burnt. Given the number of preparers in the kitchen, these differences may be explained. But either they should be trained better or someone should take a look at it again before they are delivered to the tables. We always paid the same. Unfortunately, the price/performance ratio wasn't quite right for us yesterday.

We had a wonderful experience celebrating my husband’s birthday here! They decorated our table and offered a complimentary prosecco, which was a lovely touch. The service was friendly and attentive, with fluent English and an English menu available. It was all-you-can-eat, and the food quality was excellent – we went for 10 rounds, and the pavlova dessert was so good, we ordered it twice! The decor could be improved a bit, but overall, it was a fantastic night. Highly recommended!

We went to Masons for the first time today and unfortunately it was an absolutely disappointing experience. It started with the table All the guests were stacked in one area, you can't call it anything else, even though most of the seats in the restaurant were free. No privacy!!! Second came the service. We ordered a bottle of rosé worth €40 - it goes without saying that it comes to the table at the optimal temperature - unfortunately that wasn't the case. This one wasn't cold. Complete no go Furthermore, in such a restaurant, the waiter should also be able to open a bottle of wine without having to make two attempts and then bring the bottle back and pour out the cork in crushed pieces. To eat: The food was delicious, even if most of the courses were only lukewarm at the table. And the highlight came via email. We didn't use our table and were asked to please cancel it next time. How can something like that be?! When we arrived, our reservation was confirmed and we were shown to the table. Unfortunately it's no longer worth a visit for us.

So we were brought to a table that was free, which was fine, the whole evening went like it did for everyone else who doesn't have a birthday, all in all it was as I remembered it (it had been before). there), nothing special! As long as my wife thinks it's great, I'll go there again and again, I'm sure there will be one or two times! Tastes are different, and the concept is certainly great. I wish everyone who goes out to eat at Masons a nice evening, just like we had, except for the incompetence [I assume intentional] of the employee I spoke to on the phone. Everything was fine Order!

We were here today with a group of 8 people. The ambience was very nice - well-kept and inviting. The service was also very attentive and friendly. All in all the food was good. Although there were repetitions in terms of taste, one or two (mini) dishes stood out. Ultimately, this location is very suitable as an experience gastronomy with friends and acquaintances. On the other hand, if you want a classic and full-fledged menu with a quiet atmosphere, it would probably not be first choice.
