The basic idea of ​​the store is actually promising, but the implementation is just catastrophic. The food was served cold, the quality was poor and seemed cheap. The prices are completely exorbitant and the food wasn't tasty. The service was friendly, but the guest toilet resembles a train station toilet. It's a shame, with better quality and more care it could be a good concept. Unfortunately not recommended!

For 40 Eur per person (before drinks of course) the food quality is appalling. Just soggy, salty slop with very similar taste profiles between most dishes. Looked much worse than both menu photos and photos here in reviews. Service was very good though, waiters are nice.

The concept is great: you snack your way around the world in several laps and can enjoy specialties from different countries and flavors. There is enough time for discussions and inspiration for the next round of orders. On our last visit the service was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The two of them always smiled at us, answered all our special requests and questions about allergies with patient calm and created a nice feel-good atmosphere. We are already looking forward to next time!

I'm very picky when it comes to food, but I still got full and was able to try an incredible amount. It was very tasty, the waitresses were very friendly and it was a great change. Always my pleasure! It is definitely recommended to order a table in advance and be at the restaurant about 10 minutes before making your reservation.

The food was very tasty and the staff was friendly and attentive. My chair was pretty close to a chair at the next table but once you've sat down it's no longer a problem.

After we had already tested Masons in Trier, it was now Saarbrücken's turn. Here too it was a wonderful experience and a great culinary journey. Since it was fully booked, it was crowded and bustling. Next up is Kaiserslautern.

It was my first time at Masons. I like the concept, ordering is easy and you can have a good conversation between meals. However, it is quite loud and the service also makes it unsteady. I liked the dishes, but unfortunately this pulled pork is found almost everywhere. Authenticity suffers as a result. Everything is quite greasy, which is heavy on the stomach. The food is often lukewarm. And I'm missing something fresh on my plate. The desserts were delicious. The toilets in the basement could be spruced up and I found it less successful that you pass the kitchen and run into the service. All in all: maybe once a year if the offerings change, but I couldn't imagine being a regular.

Very nice experience, various delicacies and great service. The desserts are very sweet except for pavlova, but with a coffee it goes well ;) Calling the ravioli dish ravioli is almost an insult. My top 3 are the choripan, buttermilk chicken and the Monaco ravioli

We had a really nice evening at Masons SB, with a perfect table by the window. The food, the drinks, everything was super delicious... and we tried a lot 😉😋. A big compliment goes especially to the employees. Despite the stress, you always tried to ensure that you were well looked after. No waiting times, no food was forgotten, always a smile on your face and a kind, kind word on your lips. It couldn't be better! We would love to come back 🫶☘️.

We were there on Saturday. Everything was documented and a little nervousness was noticeable. The food was good but not a highlight. It could have been a little warmer. The basic food was somehow always the same. The same meat can always be found somewhere. In terms of taste, it was something different. I don't know yet whether I need it more often than once a year. Didn't quite meet my expectations. Service was great and the location was nice to look at.

Everything tastes almost the same. Just prepared differently. You don't really get the feeling that you're eating something from different countries. For the price, clearly far too expensive.

Unfortunately I have to say that my broccoli was already cooked brown and inedible, and the Asian offering didn't really convince me. However, the culinary offering was quite extensive and the individual dishes were beautifully presented and very tasty My order recommendation would definitely be Choripan from Argentina. The service was very good and the food arrived quite quickly. There is also a very extensive range of drinks, my recommendation would be grapefruit squash. If you like a chic and special meal, this restaurant is the right place for you

Regardless of a very unique experience of being able to taste different cuisines, I wann give a very special thanks to Omer, one of a staff who was readily available to make our night more special. He is a very nice person who cares about people and what he is doing. At the end he also asked, if something was wrong or if you needed anything else just let me know since I really wanna have you here again and this doesn’t be your last visit. So, I would like to enjoy my night one more time in this friendly atmosphere.

Although there are options, preparing with the same kitchen utensils limits the choice. To be on the safe side, you should ask the staff about vegan dishes. In terms of price, Masons is in the higher segment, but this is justified by the quality and the unique ambience. Conclusion: Masons is a place for enjoyment and conviviality. Anyone who takes the time to enjoy the concept will be rewarded with an unforgettable evening.

Delicious food, lots of choice when ordering via tablet. A bit negative that the order is not delivered at the same time, then one person sits around and watches the other eat... The ambience is more like a train station hall and mass processing, but actually too expensive for that on a Sunday evening

We spontaneously went to Masons on a Saturday evening (with a last-minute reservation! Otherwise we probably wouldn't have gotten a table) and everything was wonderful. We received a warm welcome and although it was very busy, the service staff were relaxed and friendly. The food was consistently delicious and always served quickly, as were the drinks. We'd love to come back!

Very cool idea, but unfortunately I was cold for 2 hours even though I was sitting next to the heater. The staff were nice but we didn't understand anything when they served food. The toilet was a disaster... I had to go by the kitchen and you could see how disgusting everything in there was and how it looked.

The idea and vision of Masons are promising, but unfortunately the concept of vegan food doesn't seem to have been fully thought through. With many dishes you notice that the vegan version has been adapted rather carelessly and often has little to do with the original dish on the menu. What was particularly disappointing for me was that there wasn't a single vegan dessert - especially in this day and age, a no go for me with a concept like this! I also missed a plant-based milk alternative for coffee drinks. That would have made my visit, especially on my birthday, much more pleasant.

I don't give the 3 points because of bad food, it was definitely great. Only the prices are high! I find drinks and the prices for the food/per person overpriced and this spoils the entire experience! 200€ for 4 people is already worth it.

Mayonnaise, sauce, mayonnaise and sauce, those are the only flavors that linger in your mouth. Mayonnaise and sauce are used in abundance. Fast food delivered in an expensive way in super mini portions that are pimped with lots of mayonnaise and sauce. Very noisy restaurant. For €40 you can eat as much as you want for 2 hours. This of course also attracts a specific clientele who mainly want to eat a lot and cheaply. A tourist trap for me.

I celebrated my birthday in this restaurant and it was a wonderful evening. The service was impeccable: the service staff were caring and made sure to regularly check that everything was OK. The atmosphere was warm and every detail helped make this evening special. A big thank you to the team for their professionalism and friendliness! The food was tasty and the ordering system with the tablet is practical, but unfortunately the negative aspects outweigh the negative aspects. The store was very crowded and warm, which made the ambience uncomfortable. The service was chaotic: Some orders never arrived, were reordered several times and suddenly the old order showed up - sometimes twice. If you waited longer to keep track of things, you ended up wasting time unnecessarily. For what was offered, the price-performance ratio is simply too bad.

We were there for our anniversary. The table was decorated for the occasion, we were given Prosecco on the house and we were warmly welcomed. The staff left the impression that they were concerned about the well-being of the guests. The food was incredibly delicious. Clear recommendation!

I ate here last weekend and was overall satisfied. The menu offers lots of small portions from world cuisine. Ordering via a tablet was very convenient and we were able to choose a new dish every few minutes, which made the experience entertaining. Most of the food was very tasty though For some I would have expected a little more. The fixed price system offers the opportunity to try many different flavors. The service was quick and the staff was very attentive

Wir fanden das Konzept des Restaurant mit vielen kleinen Häppchen aus aller Welt sehr ansprechend. Leider wurden wir bei der Umsetzung dieser schönen Idee ziemlich enttäuscht. Die Qualität der Zutaten ließ deutlich zu wünschen übrig. Egal aus welchem Land, ob Raclette, Schinken oder Chorizo, alles bewegte sich auf dem Niveau von mittelmäßigem Convenience Food und auch die Zubereitung war weder raffiniert noch wirklich abwechslungsreich. Außer vielleicht bei den asiatischen Speisen schmeckte alles ähnlich und war entweder zu fettig, zu salzig oder bei den Desserts zu süß. Für fast 40 Euro pro Person kann man in Saarbrücken wirklich deutlich besser essen. Zwei Punkte gibt es von uns nur wegen des freundlichen Services und auch das sonstige Ambiente, wenn man mal von den wirklich grusligen Toiletten absieht.

Spent New Year's Eve at Masons. Service was top. Food was delivered quickly after ordering. Atmosphere sitting in the basement wasn't that great, there are nicer seats in the restaurant. We paid €211 for 4 people. But you can recommend the restaurant

Great concept, very friendly service. Drink prices slightly increased. And the toilet a nightmare. No way to dry my hands the day I was there. The hand dryers were turned off. Overall, I thought it was good and was now in Kaiserlautern.

A great concept with delicious food. I found it a bit of a shame that the menu doesn't explain what the vegetarian/vegan versions of the various dishes consist of. We could still tweak it a bit here.

…unfortunately I had to discover this today: A lack of management and controlling meant that we received cold dishes. Complained dishes were not exchanged and 4-5 orders were delivered together after a long break! The cleanliness and access of the toilets do not do the restaurant justice! A further recommendation is therefore excluded. It's a shame ☹️

I'm a long-time, really regular Masons guest, but I no longer find the price absolutely justified. I won't come as often in the future. In addition, during our last stay we were asked to order the last round after just 1.5 hours. I thought that was really excessive considering the price you pay. After pointing this out to the waiter, we were able to stay for the entire 2 hours, but I still found it disappointing. Food and service really top - but for me not at this price

Der Abend war gut, lockeres Ambiente, sehr, sehr nette Bedienung. Speisen teilweise wenn warm erwartet kalt, wenn asiatisch vegetarisch bestellt in Mayonnaise ertrunken. Vegan: nicht zu empfehlen. Wenn warm erwartet und so in Speisekarte beschrieben, kalt und roh. Nachspeise ebenfalls kalt, wo warm erwartet. Sensorisches Erlebnis Schokoladenkuchen super, wenn auch Grossmarkt Feeling. Alle anderen in 5er Gruppe probierten Süßspeisen nicht landestypisch. Sensorische Enttäuschung Karamelleis auf Cookie, Cookie kalt, nicht fluffy wie versprochen, ungebacken, nicht gegessen. All in all: Betreuung superst, Speisen minderwertig für den Preis.

Had a reservation at Mason's on December 21st before our musical. We were assigned a place at a small, round table that was simply too small and which in turn worsened the ambience... After we got the tablets from the really friendly and funny waiter, we started... a very long wait for the drinks and the food because the other waiters were rather overwhelmed! The food and drinks themselves were very tasty. Conclusion: If you have a follow-up appointment, Mason is not a good choice because of the long waiting times. The far too high prices for two people are rather off-putting... Hopefully the dishes change every few years, otherwise it will get boring at some point. Your Danielos

Was there for the third time yesterday, but the service was very poor. A drink was simply taken away that still had contents in it. I wanted to know the name of the cocktail that was served at the next table, but received no answer, even though the waiter wanted to ask. Unfortunately, this time the food was very greasy and not as good as usual.
