As soon as you enter, you can feel the pleasant, familiar atmosphere that immediately welcomes you. The furnishings are stylish, but not overloaded - simple and with great attention to detail. You immediately feel comfortable. The ice cream? Simply heavenly. Each variety is a little work of art in itself - creamy, tasty and with a quality that you can taste. I would particularly like to highlight the pistachio ice cream: not too sweet, wonderfully nutty and with a real pistachio taste - you can immediately tell that no artificial flavors are used here. Even classics like vanilla, chocolate or strawberry are on a level that is rarely found. For those who like to experiment, there are regularly changing varieties that surprise with a lot of creativity. The portions are absolutely fair and the prices are more than justified given the quality. The staff is friendly, attentive and always ready for a smile. The focus here is on the customer – and you can tell that at every moment. The location is also particularly beautiful: in the middle of Baden-Baden, ideal for a short break while strolling through the city. In summer you can sit outside and watch the hustle and bustle while enjoying your ice cream. All in all, Martinelli is much more than just an ice cream parlor - it is a place to feel good, enjoy and relax. I will definitely come back – and bring friends and family with me. Absolute recommendation!

For me the best ice cream in the area. Portions are also very large. At some ice cream parlors, one scoop of ice cream is two. The owner is also very nice. I like to come here when I'm in Baden Baden.

Great little ice cream parlor, in the middle of Baden Baden! With new management and a breath of fresh air in the ice cream parlor! A lot is made with Amore, and you can taste it too!! You feel like you're in Italy, you can also drink an espresso, cappuccino, latte and go for a nice walk. Big praise 💪

Martinelli is definitely a place that I will not forget. When I went to Germany, I went by chance to try their ice creams and they are a 10/10, the people are super friendly and the atmosphere is quite nice. Without a doubt I recommend.

I treated myself to some chocolate ice cream – and wow, it was simply exceptionally good! The perfect blend of creamy consistency and intense chocolate flavor. Every spoonful is pure indulgence, not too sweet, but still wonderfully chocolatey. Definitely one of the best chocolate ice creams I've ever tasted. Absolutely recommended for all chocolate fans!

This store is completely unreliable. The employees deliberately close early, are very unfriendly, and the ice cream tastes terrible.

Total fraud, bad service. I thought German stores were all honest and friendly, but I am very disappointed with the extremely rude attitude and casual management of this store. If you can't operate with integrity, you shouldn't be in business. Please be cautious when choosing this store.

The best ice cream I've had in a long time. I had pistachio and siciliana, it was simply heavenly delicious, very creamy and you could taste the high-quality ingredients. I can only recommend the ice cream there, the taste reminded you of holidays in Italy.

Small but nice. On warm days there can be a lot going on, but with a smile and communication with hand and foot (if you don't speak German, French (and possibly Russian) you can manage everything. The ice cream is big and delicious! You can't complain about that. The waffle is ok, I've had better ones but also worse ones and it stays tight, that's the main thing. Would recommend it!

The ice cream man, thinking we didn't understand, insulted us in Italian because we didn't understand what he was saying. If he wants to work with tourists he should learn English instead of insulting foreigners who don't understand German. And the ice cream wasn't even that good. Not recommended.

El helado estaba bien, nada especial, fue muy decepcionante que pedí el de Nutella porque me llamo la atención que tenia una capa muy grande y cuando me lo sirvió no tomo nada de Nutella, el trato fue indiferente tampoco parecen muy interesados en vender a mi parecer

Elegí unas bolas de helado de lima / albahaca y fresa / mango / lemon grass mientras que mi compañero tenía sabores más tradicionales de caramelo salado y straciatella. Las cucharadas eran de un tamaño razonable para el precio. Ambos estábamos muy satisfechos con nuestras elecciones. La lima / albahaca estaba bien equilibrada y la hierba de fresa / mango / limón era maravillosa pero un poco fuerte en la fresa. Mi compañero se alegró de su elección.

Un gelato dal gusto tutto Italiano, il caffè in particolar modo veramente ottimo,ma la nocciola ha superato tutti gli altri gusti ,cosa dire, piccolo locale ma pieno di sorprese

Abbiamo trascorso una serata fantastica a degustare gelato affogato al caffè. Non contenti, abbiamo preso un cono enorme e lo abbiamo gustato passeggiando tra le numerosissime vetrine.
