We arrived half an hour before closing time and just wanted a portion of fries to go, but we couldn't get them because the kitchen was already being cleaned. That's completely unacceptable. The customer is always right!

Subterranean, neglected, rooms completely filthy, haven't been thoroughly cleaned in ages. Some of the furniture is like junk. The rooms are in a catastrophic, disgusting condition. Some tradesmen probably live here? Totally uncomfortable. No one would want to stay here, I'm sure! It's a case for the health department. We declined to stay after arriving due to the terrible conditions!
