Ketchup squirted onto a tray, uncontrollably piled mountains of calories that you can stuff in with or without your hands—it makes no visual difference—is standard for the chain. It's unnecessary for three guests' orders—ordered in order at the table—to be jumbled onto two trays. The incorrect drink order (Coke instead of Sprite) shouldn't happen in a careless assembly line process, especially since there are enough staff waiting to work. So: No, this visit didn't challenge my opinion about eating fast. A modern society should be too good for that, especially since price isn't really a consideration. It's not that cheap. At a pizzeria, you can even get a knife and fork for the same price.
