MARDİA Lahmacun & Pide House in Berlin

No service, portions too small & no taste but way too expensive, 0.2l Ayran for 2.5€, Köfte was not tasty and too solid, Lahmacun had no taste and not enough toppings.

We ate lahmacun and pide there, so the lahmacun, the dough was crunchy but the rest was bad, hardly any minced meat on it. The pide was closed, not open as I know it, and the edges were nice and high and it didn't taste like anything. I don't know, but it wasn't real gouda cheese. Unhygienic, no toilet, small benches and tables to sit on. I don't know where the good reviews come from, so I can't recommend it

The pide is really fresh and fluffy. It tastes really good, but for the price it should be a little bigger. The staff is very friendly. We'll definitely be back.

Arrived from our flight very late as they were closing and were warmly welcomed. We asked what was best and had the potato and beef pita pizza and the folded beef and cheese pita! Both were incredible, the meat was top quality, staff were lovely and helpful! Highly recommend!

I'm visiting from Augsburg. I'm speechless. Wow, really really really good food. Among other things, one of the best pide I have ever eaten. I can really only recommend it and would go there again and again.

The Lahmacun has absolutely nothing to do with a Lahmacun. There was hardly any meat on it, apart from the fact that it wasn't even seasoned and there was zero tomato paste (salca in Turkish). Zero taste, really. The dough for Lahmacun (Turkish pizza) is probably taken from pide, so it is far too hard and absolutely not suitable. In addition to the dish for 3.50 euros, there are a few pickled vegetables, which I find puny. My companion ordered a lahmacun with salad and sauce, she wasn't even asked which sauce she wanted. I don't eat lahmacun here anymore

No bathroom. Lahmacun wasn't done correctly, the bread is crazy thick and hard when it's meant to be soft. They didn't put enough meat or enough seasonings, just extremely bland. They use the same base for pita and lahmacun and overall this is just below average and definitely not authentic turkish food.

The Köfte plate tasted very appealing and seemed freshly prepared. However, the price of €15 is too high for the portion size offered. The portion was too small to fill you up as the plate is not very big and only contained a small amount of meat. For the price I expected a much larger portion

Etli ekmek was awful. Lahmacun was ok. Portions are really small. They don’t accept card.

It’s our first time in Berlin and we saw the comment here and thought that it will be good experience but it was not . The food was not good and the meat was not delicious at all . We couldn’t eat it .

Small but nice! From the outside you get the impression of a smaller “kebab stand” like the ones there are in abundance. However, you enter a very friendly and warm atmosphere and are not deceived by your first impression! The food is really delicious and fresh! We were thrilled and won't be here for the last time!

If you're looking for a quick bite to eat near the Kudamm, it's hard to go wrong with Mardia. My wife and I stopped here after a long day tromping around East Berlin. We didn't want anything fancy or formal. Mardia more than filled the bill. We ate on the patio, enjoying a pleasant late summer evening. We both ordered pide (Kartoffel and Ispankli). The pide are served on long wooden trenchers, each cut into six slices along with a variety of spices / seasonings. More than enough to fill the void. Delicious! And fun to share. Be forewarned that the restaurant does not serve alcohol, but we found the homemade lemonade to be a good thirst quencher. The guys that run this place are so friendly and accommodating. And their English is excellent, so no worries about translation. Highly recommended. We would eagerly return.

A few months ago I was actually just looking for a little midnight snack, but I found something very special at "Mardia": delicious homemade pide, lahmacun and kofta - all until late into the night. The employees are warm, do their work with conviction and offer their guests a pleasant atmosphere. Since then I have been coming here regularly and enjoying the food.

Lamacun! Not recommended! Has nothing to do with Lamacun. So heavily seasoned that you can only taste the spice, too oily. Also without salad and tzatziki. I went out of the hotel today specifically to eat this and then I only get spices. Disappointing!

It's rare to get such good manti, since it's my favorite food, I'm super picky. But the store is definitely on my top 3 in all of Germany. A 10/10!!! Unfortunately we didn't take any photos because we were pretty hungry and the food was super delicious, but I can only recommend it to everyone. We had mantı as well as a pide with suçuk, egg and cheese - it was to die for! We have often tried Mantı in various places in Berlin, but this was the best! The pide was also super fresh and delicious. You can tell that a lot of emphasis is placed on good quality here. For everyone who likes Ayran, definitely try the homemade Ayran, outstanding! The service was also very nice and courteous, 1+*. I will definitely come back, thanks for the great evening :-)

Friends, You cannot eat the lahmacun you can eat here at your mother's house. If anyone here objects to this, rest assured they are trolling you. Mardia is the place I eat almost every day. And they do not serve anything to the customer that they do not eat themselves. 🌺
