I ordered a Dürüm there two days ago, and I've been feeling sick ever since. The meat smelled really bad, and the salad was completely soggy from the Rewe tortilla, not to mention the gravy. After a few hours, I started getting a stomach ache. From what I've read, I'm not the only one struggling with these problems. This whole chain has become nothing but garbage. This is definitely the last time I'll eat at a place like this.

Today I went to Mangaldöner in Bergisch Gladbach with my children and ordered two kebab bags and a kebab french fries. Of course, it's no surprise that prices are rising everywhere - that's understandable. But what is offered here is disproportionate to the price. A kebab here costs €7.90. I could live with that if the quality was right - but the meat was only mediocre and not particularly high quality. The only really positive thing was the homemade bread and the fresh salad. The sauces also tasted quite good. But what's not possible is that the French fries kebab costs a whopping €8.90! In the small box (see photo) there was only a mini portion of fries with a few grams of meat on top - definitely less than in a normal kebab, which is even cheaper. For me this is a complete rip-off and an absolute disgrace. The pricing policy is completely incomprehensible. It seems as if Lukas Podolski's big name is being exploited here in order to make maximum profit - at the expense of the customers. I had actually avoided the store for a long time because I had had rather negative experiences in the past. Unfortunately the kebab shop opposite was closed today - that's why I ended up here again as an exception. But that was really the last time. The friendly staff deserves praise and saves the rating from total collapse - hence 3 out of 5 stars. But definitely not a recommendation from me anymore.

It's really bad, here deposit bottles are taken deep out of the trash can and then the food is touched, cans put away, etc. without washing hands... after I mentioned it directly there wasn't even any understanding... Definitely the last time I ate there.

''Not normally, but let's do it'' Where is the problem? Even stranger: sometimes I just get the bowl, sometimes they suddenly charge 1 euro for it. They always have the bowls for the sauces, but apparently there is no clear rule, it just depends on the mood of the employees. This seems arbitrary and leaves a negative impression. The food is sometimes good, sometimes not so good, but little things like that don't really make you feel valued as a customer.

Bought food there twice, once kebab, once the PommDöner box. The kebab is okay, just the price is a bit too high. But the box was a disaster. The meat (beef) is not particularly high quality, the hot sauce is under the meat and therefore on the fries. This causes them to stick together and so I threw the box straight in the trash. For just under 10€ an absolute disgrace...

Mir hat es nicht geschmeckt. Das Brot war zu dunkel und zu süß. Dadurch hat der ganze Döner süß geschmeckt. Das Fleisch war auch nicht der Hit.

Ich habe schon oft vorgehabt, bei einem Besuch in Gladbach hier zu essen. Heute war es so weit. Obwohl das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis bei uns "am Dorf" besser ist, hat mir der Döner echt gut geschmeckt. Irgendwie anders, als ich es kenne. Das gibt dann 5 Sterne für "Essen".

Richtig enttäuscht, damals war das der No.1 Döner in Bergisch Gladbach, baba Preis, super Größe. Jetzt kriegt man ein mini Döner für fast 2 Euro mehr. Nichtmal in Köln kostet der bei Mangal über 7 Euro. Wart eine echt krasse Konkurrenz zu den anderen. Aber alles hat sich gedreht bei euch. Schade…

Ein sehr leckerer Döner. Lohnt sich immer wieder.

So muss ein Döner sein: Leckeres Fleisch, frisches Brot und frischer Salat. Die Saucen sind ebenfalls lecker. Hinzu kommt noch, dass die Bedienung nett ist. Beim Ambiente kann ich leider keine volle Punktzahl geben, da nur zwei Bierzeltgarnituren vor dem Imbiss stehen. Insgesamt aber volle Punktzahl.

Fünf Euro für eine mittelmäßige mittlere Pommes mit einem Ketchup oder Mayonnaise Tütchen ist echt übel.... Döner haben meines Erachtens seit Eröffnung bis heute an Qualität verloren. Zur Eröffnungszeit schmeckte der Döner frischer. Preis Leistung auch für Döner daher nicht mehr so gut.

Nachdem es bei Bosporus keine Soße gab, war der schon übel geil.

Der Döner/Dürum schmeckt gut und macht einen guten Eindruck. Ich esse dort gerne wenn ich mal in der Nähe bin, aber jetzt liegt der Preis bei 8,90 für ein Dürüm. Für die Menge die man erhält ist der Preis absolut übertrieben. Kaputte Lampe baumelt herum. Steckdosen nicht mehr in der Dose und hängen einfach runter. Geschmack Gut, Ambiente hält sich aktuell in Grenzen. Durch den hohen Preis leider nichts mehr für mich.

Alles war OK, nur kann jedem Koch ein Fehler unterlaufen und ein Haar in die suppe verlieren. Wie gesagt sonst alles gut. Preis mäßig bisschen teuer

Der Döner ist okay, der Laden sauber und ordentlich. Leider nur Sitzmöglichkeiten draussen. Geschmacklich hatte ich mehr erwartet, viel Soße und Salat vs Fleisch. Döner mit Huhn und Kalb werden angeboten. Preislich mit 7,50€ im oberen Bereich. Kartenzahlung möglich. Parken gegenüber im Parkhaus der Rhein Berg Galerie.

Döner war sehr lecker. Gute Größeum ausreichend satt zu werden. Service war auch gut. Personal sehr freundlich. Hebt sich geschmacklich auch vom gewöhnlichen Döner ab. Würde jeder Zeit wieder da essen gehen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Liebes Mangal Döner-Team, ich bin ein treuer Kunde und genieße seit langem Ihre leckeren Döner. In letzter Zeit ist mir jedoch eine Veränderung an Ihrem Standort in Bergisch Gladbach aufgefallen. Seitdem das Personal gewechselt hat, ist der Inhalt Ihrer Döner deutlich kleiner als zuvor und verglichen mit dem in Köln. Auch vermisse ich die freundliche Atmosphäre, die Ihre ehemaligen Mitarbeiter ausgestrahlt haben. Es ist beruhigend, dass die Dame, die die Brote backt, noch immer dieselbe ist, aber insgesamt fehlt mir die Wärme und die Großzügigkeit, die ich früher bei Ihnen genossen habe. Da ich in der Nähe der Weidengasse arbeite, habe ich die Gelegenheit, regelmäßig auch in Ihrem Kölner Restaurant zu essen. Daher kann ich oft die Unterschiede feststellen. Ich hoffe, Sie nehmen diese Rückmeldung ernst und sehen sie als Möglichkeit zur Verbesserung. Ich freue mich auf viele weitere leckere Döner in Zukunft.
