It may be true that the food was okay and the service friendly, yes! That's why we gave it one star, because we know better! But the room we had as a family was completely unacceptable: three single beds, one of which wasn't even a proper one, and no one bothered to dust it. The room was far too warm, with no blinds. The worst part was that you couldn't even air the room, as the smoking staff were right next to ours, rubbing shoulders with each other!! And that to us, non-smokers! No consideration, even though they noticed we weren't happy about it, and the smoking continued in the morning. Not to mention, you can only leave the balcony door open at night with caution, as it's a shared balcony and accessible to everyone. A bathtub (with a high entry) isn't exactly a thing these days, especially with all the hair in the drain! We ended up cutting short our stay after one night, but no one really cared about the reason, even though we were asked when paying that we had booked a longer stay. Absolutely not recommended!

A traditional, family-run restaurant located about 7km outside of Ulm. Friendly service and excellent food. Would gladly return.

We had a delicious dinner, a beautiful view from the 16th floor, and the staff were incredibly friendly! We really enjoyed it after a long day of travel.

Zinglerstraße 18A well-filled and large standard triangular doner with potential for improvement. The bread and salads were very good and fresh. The meat was only average and too dry. The red sauce (not spicy) is a purchased Mexican salsa. In my opinion, it doesn't fit the doner at all and negatively impacts the flavor. Nice service, but the work is very slow.

Am Bürgele 11Nice restaurant with an original selection of dishes of very good quality. Friendly, attentive service. Restrooms in the basement accessible via stairs.

Adolph-Kolping-Platz 11A complete disaster! There was no lock on the door to our room; we could only close it by closing it. Only cold water came out of the shower. The worst thing is that the bedding, pillows, and sheets smelled so strongly of old deep-fryer grease that we almost felt sick. I travel a lot for business and stay in hotels a lot, but this was by far the worst I've ever experienced. Breakfast is OK: a few baked rolls, a bit of sausage, cheese, etc.—nothing special. But it's not worth 11 euros. Parking is quite expensive at 12 euros; there are parking spaces in front of the building, but they were all full. We couldn't arrive until very late at 10:40 p.m., and were told upon arrival that no one would be there after 11 p.m. By the time we had "checked into" the miserable room, no one was there either. In short, once and never again!
