Inzwischen gibt es ein ganz ordentliches Mittagsbuffet, leider ist das Ambiente doch recht dunkel wenn man keinen Fensterplatz erwischt. Das Buffet ist nicht sehr umfangreich aber die meißten Sachen sind von guter Qualität.

Mein Mann und ich gehen min. 1x pro Jahr in den Mandarin Garten und es ist jedesmal sehr lecker. Persönlich ziehen wir das Buffet vor, denn man kann dabei alles probieren. Das Personal ist stets freundlich und auch hilfsbereit. Je nachdem wo man sitzt, hat man zudem einen schönen Blick auf das Schloss Wickrath.

Excellent variety of the all-you-can-eat buffet with a broad choice of different meat, seafood but also vegetarian dishes. The duck is always crispy and prepared perfectly and comes along with the hoi sin sauce. I love the extended buffet that offers sushi, fresh fruit, exotic ice cream (try the coconut!). The starters (soup or spring roll) are served before-hand, but the buffet already offers a big range of appetizers (salad, satay skewers and other fried dumplings). On top of that, the menu offers a great range of à la Carte dishes, like “Hotcook” or menus for bigger groups. In addition, the selection of (open) wines and other drinks are huge (they even have alcohol-free Weizen). The atmosphere is nice, especially after the renovation, it became a contemporary Chinese restaurant, located opposite of the Wickrath palace.

NIE WIEDER!!!Nicht zu empfehlen!!! Wir haben heute zum ersten Mal etwas von dort liefern lassen und waren enttäuscht, um nicht zu sagen wütend. Über 40€ für ungenießbares Essen. Statt Fischsoße zu den Frühlingsrollen, gab es eine billige sweet Chili Soße( auf Anfrage hieß es dann, dass man die Soße vor einem Jahr gewechselt hat...traurig, wenn man innerhalb eines Jahres nicht in der Lage ist die Karte zu aktualisieren....mein Rindfleisch Gericht war leider ungenießbar, ebenso wie das süssauere Hühnchen meiner Frau, welches einfach widerlich schmeckte.( Mit süssauer hatte das nichts zu tun) Das vierte Gericht haben wir nicht mal probiert, da uns die übrigen Gerichte bereits den Appetit verdorben hatten. Echt ärgerlich, Essen für so viel Geld in den Müll zu schmeißen aber ich bevorzuge dann doch eher eine Brotzeit. Ich wünschte wir hätten uns das Geld gespart...dafür hätte man auch gut essen können. Echt traurig....dass es scheinbar Leute gibt, die den Mist essen....haben wahrscheinlich noch nie gut gegessen. Danke .....NIE WIEDER!!!!

Eickener Str. 86Good evening, almost an hour ago I ordered two kebab plates for myself and my wife via Lieferando. The food arrived quickly, even before Lieferando changed the status to delivery on the way. I stated in the order that I would like pepperoni in my salad. When the delivery person gave me the food, he didn't know what I was getting at first. I then said two kebab plates. So the delivery person hands me the bag with the food and also gives me a small bowl and says: "One salad for two people".... I seriously ask myself why I pay 24 euros and then only get one salad?!?! which my wife and I are supposed to share and which contains the pepperoni that my wife doesn't eat. It's a shame... we won't order here anymore. Everyone would like to have a salad as stated in the order, one with and one without pepperoni. Therefore only 1 star.
