No long wait times, and the order arrives promptly and piping hot after self-pickup. As of March 2023 Unfortunately, I have to change my previous, quite positive review to a negative one. We ordered pizza and kebabs as we have done in the past. After 40 minutes, we received a call back and were asked for the delivery address. After another 10 minutes, the order arrived. As it turned out, the food was ice cold. After an immediate complaint by phone, the delivery person promised to improve. Again, we had to wait almost an hour for the delivery. However, we refused delivery. As of March 2019 I don't really understand some of the negative reviews. The selection is diverse. The delivery service was prompt and fast. We're talking about 15 to 30 minutes of waiting time, including preparation. The price-performance ratio is good. They always delivered what they ordered, for example, a kebab without onions and without spicy sauce. For us, this facility is an alternative when we need to keep the stove in the kitchen or the grill in the garden cold.
