Yes... A truly lovely inn with a beer garden. The prices are reasonable. Last year, the sausage salad with bread cost €10.50 and with fries €13.50. This year, both options are €14.90. 🤔

Initially, the service was very friendly when ordering. Then the food was served that was undercooked. It was very dry, and the sauce that was served afterward was completely oversalted, so it had to be returned. Overall, it was inedible. No apology from the waiter who finally came after calling for a long time. And then the chef insulted me. I had to pay full price for that. Never again. Not recommended.

It's a lovely place to sit outside. A small stream and trees. Simply beautiful. If you sit outside, you order at the counter and pick up your food. It all worked out well.

We went there for dinner. Making a reservation over the phone was completely hassle-free. The ambiance is appropriate for a country inn, somewhere between rustic and modern; we felt at home. The service was very friendly and attentive, but not intrusive. The food was delicious and fresh, everything very tasty. The prices were reasonable. We were completely satisfied. The schnitzel tasted like a pre-made schnitzel. The Leberkäse was a thin slice with onions that tasted of nothing. The fries were good. The sauce was bland. The tarte flambée and salad were very tasty. Unfortunately, we were a bit disappointed :/

Last night we were guests and ate fried leeks the cordon bleu. The leek was fibrous and inedible when we wanted to give it back the kitchen was already closed and we were deducted 2€ 😂. This morning the most terrible diarrhea woke me up and the cordon bleu came out again. The last visit for us and we would definitely not recommend it to anyone

Price-performance is absolutely top. There are only a few of these economies left where you can call the shots.

Schnitzel was great. My wife ate the sheep's cheese. That was really a failure. Two whole cold feta cheeses, 200 g each (no sheep's cheese!). And the pickled peppers with it weren't good either. I'm sorry, but this can be done much better. For example, you could make the sheep's cheese in the oven with olive oil and garlic. Oh, and the baguette that came with it was dry too. Then it's better to add the farmer's bread with the sausage salad.

The restaurant looks great, great menu, friendly staff and it shows. On Sunday at 1 p.m. the restaurant was completely full. Unfortunately we couldn't get a seat and had to wait outside for over 1 1/2 hours for our food. This was communicated to us clearly and in a friendly manner from the start. We would have liked to come here.

You are served very late, even though people are always looking you in the eye. Food was forgotten, information only available after request. Then no food, the drinks, which were booked very late, were paid for. No apology was given when paying. NEVER AGAIN

We went home happy and full. I've been living in and around Bad Liebenzell for 30 years. It's another of the taverns where people come together, have a real roast with a real sauce and a dining room with no frills, but a lot of warmth.

The food was very good, we were in the winter garden, it's a shame that the ambience wasn't so inviting. There were all the pillows on the bench. thank you, we'll be back

If it were possible, I would like to give minus stars for this piece of meat. We were invited to a birthday party and were served by far the worst schnitzel. The breading was burnt, the schnitzel (even the breading) was dry, over-seasoned with pepper and very thin. Since other guests noticed it and didn't choose this dish, serving something like that to your guests and asking for money for it is an outrage.

Haben vergangenen Samstag noch kurzfristig einen Tisch für 3 im Biergarten bekommen. Rostbraten, Rumpsteak, Tellerschnitzel sehr lecker, frischer Salat und Alpirsbacher vom Fass. Perfekt !!!

Hier wurde ich gestern glücklich gemacht. Rumpsteak englisch.....bekommt halt echt nicht jeder Koch hin. Die Köchin hier versteht ihr Handwerk. Echt klasse. Mein Mann hatte Rumpsteak medium auch dieses war auf den Punkt. Die Beilagen nebst der Salat waren natürlich auch lecker und die Portion ausreichend. Dieses Wirtshaus kann man echt empfehlen. Auch wurden wir nett und freundlich bedient. Vielen Dank nochmals.

Ein schönes Gasthaus mit einem sehr gemütlichen Biergarten. Die Bedienung hat uns und unseren Hund sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen. Sowohl wir als auch unser Hund haben schnell etwas zu trinken bekommen. Das Essen hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Wir können den Maisenbacher Hirsch weiter empfehlen.

Gutes Essen, freundliches Personal.. mussten nicht lange warten &‘ geschmacklich war alles spitze. Schöne, ruhige Lage. Man kann sich nicht beschweren. Sanitäre Einrichtung war auch sauber und recht schlicht, aber schön. Preislich war es auch ganz gut. Gerne wieder. Nur sahen andere Gäste uns wohl als Gesprächsthema an 😂. Waren vermutlich Stammgäste.

Totz guter Bewerbungen nicht zu empfehlen ! Hausgemachte Sosse versalzen, Rostbraten nicht Medium sondern englisch und mit Flexen, der Fleischkäse mit Spiegelei war auch versalzen und das Ei war verlaufen in der Pfanne, das Personal ist nicht auf der Höhe, und Hunde sind auch im Biergarten nicht erwünscht laut Chefin kann Sie auf solche Kunden verzichten da der Haushund hier schließlich Zuhause sei !

wir waren heute im Biergarten des Lokals, da waren nur nichtgeschultes inkompetentes Servicepersonal tätig, wir wollten zu Abend essen, aber es dauerte eine Ewigkeit bis jemand ( auf Zuruf) an den Tisch kam um die Bestellung aufzunehmen. Die Sosse zum Rostbraten war versalzen, das Fleisch nicht wie bestellt, dafür mit Flexen versetzt, der Belagensalat war mini !!, Dann hat sich noch ein Vorfall ereignet der soo garnicht geht. Der Wirt kam mit dem Hund der um Haus gehört in den Biergarten ( nicht angeleint) der Hund ging dann bellend und äusserst argessiv auf zwei kleine Hunde von Gästen los, der Kunde hat sich darauf beim Personal beschwerd,darauf kam die Wirtin wutentbrand auf die Gäste zu und schrie Diese an der Hund wäre hier schliesslich zuhause und auf solche Gäste mit Hunden könnte Sie verzichten !??, so ein Verhalten ist unter aller S......, wir werden da wohl nichtmehr hingehen und die angegriffenen Gäste bestimmt auch nicht mehr.

Haben uns den ganzen Tag auf das leckere Essen gefreut. Leider wurden wir ziemlich gestresst abgewiesen , ohne das Bemühen 2 Personen noch irgendwie unterzubringen. Schade.

Wir sind ohne Reservierung losgefahren und wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Da alles reserviert war wurden wir an einen Tisch mit anderen Gästen gesetzt. Das Essen war lecker und reichlich. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Wir waren kurzfristig hier zum Mittagessen, da hier eine Reservierung zu empfehlen ist haben wir vorab angerufen, und die Antwort erhalten " für 2 Personen haben wir immer Platz ! " Es war dann auch so, und wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an Biere und Weine, deshalb haben wir uns für 2 besondere Biere entschieden. Die Karte ist mit ca 12 Gerichte nicht überladen, aber für alle was leckeres dabei. Erst hatten wir eine Kartoffelsuppe, dann einen Rostbraten und die Schweinemedallions, beides ein absolutes Gedicht und Gaumenschmaus, wir waren zum ersten Mal da, aber künftig bestimmt öfters.

Leider bin ich viel zu selten hier... Der Hirsch ist ein schönes, renoviertes Landgasthaus, in welchem eine angenehme Stimmung herrscht. Authentisch nette Bedienung, die einen guten Job macht. Bestellen tue ich hier immer das Rumpsteak. Verlässlich lecker, gute Fleischqualität, zart und immer auf dem gewünschten Punkt. Dazu die Pommes und den gemischten Salat vorher. Halt so, wie man es schon in der alten Sägmühle geschätze 20 Jahre lang gewohnt war. Schöne Erinnerung...... Und im Sommer sitzt man natürlich draussen, im schönen Garten! 100% Empfehlung.
