Food very good, the waiting time for the food yesterday was very long. The staff apologized and there was also a round on the house.

Ate very well. Went there with a whole group and everyone was happy. Only the pizzas were difficult to cut. If they had been pre-cut with a pizza cutter it would have been ideal. It was still very tasty. Italian thin base, richly topped and baked until crispy. Excellent!

A really great restaurant, we were very satisfied here, the starters were great and the main courses were large portions and very tasty. The staff very accommodating and friendly. We were lucky and were able to sit outside when the weather was nice. Definitely worth a visit!

Always friendly service and good food!

Went to the restaurant for the first time with my partner. I have to say, as a native of Herten, I know every restaurant and the dishes on offer, but we were so positively surprised today that I had to write this one. The menu differs positively from those 08/15 Maps of the other Italian restaurants and the food is excellent. Together with the excellent service, this prompted me to reserve a table here again for the next day and it will probably be our new regular Italian restaurant.

I was invited there as part of an 18th birthday. The whole thing took place in a “separee” which also had a small counter. As a starter there was a mixed antipasti platter with pizza rolls for each table of four. It was very tasty and consisted of fried zucchini, tomato mozzarella, mussels, octopus, olives, broad white beans, iceberg lettuce and ham. The white beans were very tasty, I mention this because I'm not really into beans. Then we as a group could decide when to continue with the main course. We had the choice in advance between vegetarian cannelloni and turkey schnitzel with pepper sauce, fries and salad. I chose the second dish and was not disappointed. Great fried meat, very tasty sauce, crispy fries and a fresh mixed salad. The owner/cook also came to the tables with a platter of meat and asked if anyone would like a second helping. At the end of the meal there was panacotta with a forest fruit sauce. Very delicate!!! All in all it was a successful evening in a great atmosphere. The service was very friendly, attentive and requests were taken into account. Only the toilets are not wheelchair accessible and can only be reached via stairs.

Yesterday we celebrated our 18th birthday 🎂 🎈 with the family at Madres. With very, very good food, exceptional service and a wonderful ambience. We and our guests felt more than comfortable. All dishes were freshly prepared, the staff was always present and everything ran smoothly. Thank you for the great evening. We would be happy to come back to you.

A cozy, modern Italian restaurant in the heart of Herten. The menu is extensive but not overloaded. Pizza, pasta, salads, fish and meat - there really is something for everyone. The starters were incredibly tasty, but that alone made it worth it. The pizza was also great, freshly made and tasted fantastic. The dessert selection could be more chocolaty for me, but the crepe with orange sauce and ice cream was nothing to sneeze at either. I find it very comfortable here. A nice atmosphere and the service is excellent. We will be back definitely.

Was invited for Christmas. Table was reserved, I come from Herten but was only there for the second time. I'm thrilled. The staff is friendly and the pizza 🍕 is very tasty. I'll be back. I can only recommend

Herausragender Service, nettes Ambiente und wunderbares Essen. Ich war diesen Monat zu meinem Geburtstag das erste Mal im Restaurant Madres essen. Ein familiär geführtes Restaurant, das absolut auf die Kunden eingeht. Wir sind herzlich empfangen worden, haben einen tollen Tisch bekommen und sind vom Chef persönlich ausführlich beraten worden, da wir beide bestimmte Lebensmittel leider nicht essen können. Das Rumpsteak war auf den Punkt gebraten, das komplette Essen als auch die Getränke ein Genuss. Einen ganz herzlichen Dank, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :-)

Das Essen war gut, Service war super leider ist es a.g der enge in dem Lokal sehr laut wenn es gut besucht ist

Ein unglaublich schönes Restaurant. Das Essen ist der absolute Hammer 👌🏼. Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und super nett. Von den Preisen ganz zu schweigen 🫶🏼. Wir waren als 4 Köpfige Familie da und haben komplett 63€ bezahlt für 4 Hauptgerichte und Getränke.

Wunderbares Restaurant, köstliche Speisen (vor allem Pizza und Salat) Bedienung super sympathisch, zuvorkommend und freundlich! Wir werden wieder kommen. Wir bestellen auch regelmäßig hier, Lieferung erfolgt schnell, ist super heiß und richtig lecker! 5+* Kräuterbutterrezept wurde verändert und schmeckt nun auch perfekt!

Die Pizza war sehr lecker. Leider haben wir lange drauf warten müssen, obwohl nur zwei weitere Tische belegt waren. Mag mir nicht vorstellen wie lange man bei voller Belegung gewartet hätte.

Waren vor ein paar Tagen dort zum ersten Mal essen und waren begeistert :) Essen war super lecker. Die Kellnerin war sehr nett und nicht zu aufdringlich. Ein Plus Punkt gibt es noch für den Koch :D Mein Steak war 1a zubereitet und er ist sehr flexibel bei der Zusammenstellung des Gerichts. Wir kommen wieder :)

Endlich wieder ein richtig richtig gutes Restaurant gefunden. Der Service war perfekt. Die Kellnerinnen sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen war super lecker. Preis-Leistung bestens. Wir werden euch wärmstens weiterempfehlen und freuen uns auf einen nächsten Besuch.

Es ist ein super schönes Restaurant/Trattoria, wo man gut essen gehen kann. Dabei ist es egal ob man dort eine der verschiedenen Vorspeisen wie carpacio , Tomatensuppe oder Salat isst oder ein Hauptgericht von Pasta 🍝 Pizza 🍕 oder auch eins der veschiedenen Fleischgerichte vom Grill bestellt, es ist einfach ein Gaumen Schmaus. Auch im Bereich der Desserts kommt niemand zu kurz. Mein persönlicher Favorit ist immer das Tiramisu beim Italiener. Bei der Pizzeria Madres ist das besondere, das die Tiramisu nicht mit Zuckerüberladen ist sondern dezent und lecker ebenso die Konsistenz ist der Tiramisu ist wundervoll, da alles selbst gemacht ist. Und was noch dazu kommt was unfassbar ist, man kann sich bei ihm in seinem Bonus Programm registrieren und bekommt bei jedem Besuch bei ihm und auch bei vielen vielen anderen Geschäften und Onlineshops und auch im Urlaub Cashback und sammelt zusätzlich Punkte die man wieder bei besonderen Angeboten einlösen kann. Bei Interesse einfach den Inhaber ansprechen und ihn nach dem Bonusprogramm fragen, was er anbietet.

Essen ist sehr gut und die Bedingungen sind allesamt zuvorkommend und nett.

Es war wirklich köstlich, selten haben wir so leckeres italienisches Essen gegessen. Ein Gaumenschmaus! Köstlicher Salat, köstliche Pizza, köstliche Antipasti.

Pizza schmeckt wirklich sehr sehr gut und das Ambiente ist auch sehr schön!

Radweg direkt am Ems Jade Kanal, sehr schöner Rastplatz für Radfahrer direkt an der Hebebühne Ihlow.

Mein absolutes Lieblingsrestaurant. Komme immer gern dorthin. Essen und Service absolut Top, besonders zu empfehlen ist meiner Meinung nach die Pizza „Madres“!

Wir waren heute bei Ristorante Madres nach Empfehlung von unseren Freunden, und wirklich eine sehr sehr gute Service,atmosfere und perfekte Speisen. Wir bedanken uns für diesen schönen Abend und wünschen weitere viel Erfolg.

Toller Vorspeisenteller fuer 2. Spaghettie Bolognese wie man es woanders nicht bekommt, fantastisch!!! Sehr gerne wieder.

Schönes Restaurant mit nettem Wintergarten. Der Service war einwandfrei und die Pizza sehr lecker. Auf Sonderwünsche bei Gerichten wurde auch ohne Probleme eingegangen. Hier gehe ich garantiert noch öfters hin.

Waren jetzt zweimal dort. Das Essen ist etwas teurer als bei manch anderen Italienern, aber es ist wirklich super lecker. Auch der Service ist klasse, das Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt ist, dass es dort sehr kühl ist....und die Messer zum Pizza schneiden nicht gerade gut sind....man muß sich sehr abmühen. 😉Waren auf jeden Fall begeistert und bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal dort. 👍🤩
