We didn't have to wait long for our burgers. We ordered the "Legend". Super delicious 👍🏽. We'll definitely visit LU'S again. We highly recommend it.

It used to be the best burger place around, Unfortunately, the quality has steadily declined over time. The fries that came with the burger were even cold.

Delicious burger and fries! Completely different from what you'd normally expect. Highly recommended for the food. However, the atmosphere is very unpleasant; it's pitch black and cold. Some rest stops have more charm. The music was incredibly loud, really unpleasant and intrusive. It made me feel quite uncomfortable. :(

Contacting them was easy, parking wasn't nearby, but it was available! The drinks were very cold. The pH level of the cola was also perfect. ------------- Joking aside, two colleagues and I traveled all the way from Fulda to try the burger on a friend's recommendation. The burger was delicious! The bun was cooked to perfection, very buttery but not greasy. The meat was also well-seasoned. Overall, the burgers looked exactly like the pictures and tasted exactly as they did in the photos. We'll be back.

I've always been absolutely thrilled with your restaurant. Your burgers were incredibly delicious. Your chicken burger (big chick) was unique because you were the only ones who used real chicken breast meat. That's what set you apart from all the other burger joints. However, I was very disappointed on my last visit. Instead of fresh chicken breast, I received frozen – and it was immediately obvious. The pieces were like the tenders from a Turkish supermarket, nowhere near the quality I've come to expect from you. Unfortunately, the taste was completely unpalatable. The quality has now dropped from 10/10 to 0/10 for me. I really hope you return to your former quality, because it was simply unbeatable when it was back then.

I come back to town especially for the burgers! My favorite is the Joppie Burger.

Some tables are poorly lit, making it quite dark for my eyes, especially if you want to read the menu. Otherwise, the staff is fantastic, the food is delicious and interesting, and I had friendly people at the next table. Simply wonderful!

The food itself was tasty. The atmosphere, however, was terrible. It's more like a fast-food joint; the space is dark and poorly designed. It's incredibly loud, cramped, and uncomfortable. A real shame in winter, but in summer you can sit outside. The wait times, however, were extremely long. We waited about 50 minutes for two meals, and we were there in the afternoon, not even during peak hours. Additionally, a burger with a vegetable patty/vegetarian burger costs an extra €2. This is very annoying for vegetarians, as there are no other options. I can't imagine that good quality meat is more expensive than a standard vegetable patty.

The caramelized onions lacked flavor, and the sauces were standard fare. The meat was a bit salty, and that was about it. It lacked that certain something. Many other burgers I've had elsewhere, for example, had a very intense and strong cheese, or the sauces were completely different from what I'm used to. That's what I was hoping for here, but unfortunately, the burger looked more impressive than it actually tasted. Everything was just very bland.

The food tastes great! The Handwerk meal, a slightly healthier alternative, was delicoux. The owner has a very good and friendly team – you can tell they put their heart and soul into their work. Kudos to the owner!

Time for a second review and what's changed at LU's Burger since then. I ordered the Legend Burger at the counter again, and it tasted just as good as it did on my first visit. Very juicy and full of flavor, I really get my money's worth here. But I already have a different burger in mind for next time. If you're in Hanau and fancy a burger, you should definitely visit this place. But be careful during peak times, it's always busy. But even then, the staff is friendly and helpful. Keep it up 👏 👍!

Underground. The shop was dark, with some indirect lighting on the walls, so you couldn't see what you were eating. You couldn't taste it either. The only thing I could taste on my veggie burger was mustard. And it wasn't listed on the menu. Soft brioche bun with a soft patty made of something, with something. The sweet potato fries were simply dumped onto a tray. Self-service, meaning no service. Ambience: as already mentioned, dark, cold, the door was open, as was the restroom door. An (African?) song was playing on repeat. I have no idea if this is to save on royalties or if there's some other reason for it. In any case, it was annoying. Three of us paid over €60. All three were pure disappointments. Never again.

The food was truly delicious! 🍔 The fries were super crispy, the sauce was really good, and the burger was also delicious. There's plenty of seating, so you can enjoy your meal in comfort.

A vegan or vegetarian burger to go was a total mess after five minutes at home; you couldn't taste anything. The paper was coated on the inside, making it unsuitable for transporting hot food. A shame! It wasn't intended for shipping... and overall, the vegan burger wasn't that great. It could have been better!

Food was even tasty. But unfortunately the service attitude was below expectations. We came in a group and asked if we could get a beer and were ''advised'' that beer is unhealthy...This is not acceptable to say such things to the customers. In addition a lot of customers outside were smoking ''healthy'' cigarettes. I cannot understand such behavior.

I ordered from Louis Burger and I'm absolutely thrilled! The burgers are incredibly delicious, juicy, and freshly prepared. The selection is fantastic, with both classic and creative versions, and there's something for every taste. The fries and sides were also perfectly seasoned and crispy. I was particularly impressed by the friendly and fast service – you can immediately tell they have a passion for their food. I highly recommend Louis Burger to everyone and will definitely be back!

Very tasty burgers! I especially like the generous amount of delicious and fresh fries. The 5-star rating isn't quite right for the patty size; the bread-to-meat ratio wasn't quite right; perhaps they could have used one more patty or a larger quantity per patty. We love Lu's Burger and come here very often. The food is fresh and delicious. We especially recommend the "Beauty" burger, our favorite. The staff are friendly, and even when the place is very busy, they make every effort to ensure everyone gets their food on time.

The burger is truly amazing! The meat is super juicy, and the patty tastes very fresh and fluffy. We enjoy coming here anytime and highly recommend it. The value for money is also excellent. You get excellent quality for the money you pay.

We were always satisfied with the food and the shop, but the opening hours were not changed at the shop and we were sent away even though they were "open".

I ate there. Two things were missing from my meal, and when I pointed it out, I was insulted and started arguing with them. The staff were unfriendly and very argumentative. I would ask anyone who has had the same experience to bring this to their attention.

This was our second time at Lu's, and just like the first time, the food was simply amazing. We had a Smokey Smash and a Smokey Melt, along with fries and a drink. I can recommend Lu's Smokey Maple Mayo with the fries. The sauce was simply amazing. If you're looking for something different from the standard fare, I highly recommend Lu's. The little wait is worth it in the end.

Personally, I think lus Burger has surpassed Frankfurt's standards. The burger is tasty. They only have a few burger options, and I think that's good. This makes it easier to decide what you want to eat. One thing that was unpleasant was the lighting. It was a bit darker.

A great place. My girlfriend's and my burgers were incredibly delicious. The fries are different from what you're used to. The portions are incredibly large and seasoned to perfection. The shape of the fries is also unique. The atmosphere is also different, but in a good way. Service: Excellent, the staff are very friendly and personable. The food was even brought to our table, which is something you don't usually see at burger joints. We'll definitely be back again.

Lu's Burger Classics is still new. The interior seems sterile. It's not very inviting. The burgers and fries are good. The quality is also decent. The staff is friendly. The service only gets 2 points. The reason is that we waited 30 minutes for two fries and a burger. In return, they were constantly preparing bags for Uber and other customers. You need to work on that. You can't keep customers waiting so long in a restaurant. If you also allow payment by card and the wait time is shorter, you'll get more stars.

After waiting for over 45 minutes, I was told that burgers aren't fast food. No idea, then I think Burger King is a Michelin-starred restaurant, not a fast-food joint.

A pretty good, decent burger joint. First of all: the bun was really great! Very, very good! The sauce was also relatively good. The meat wasn't bad—although it could have been a bit juicier and more flavorful. Maybe a higher fat content or a different meat. But still, not bad! The guy behind the counter wasn't particularly friendly... They could work on that. And I don't think it's a good idea to have to pick up your food yourself and order at the counter. And: There's no real bacon. Just beef bacon. A burger joint definitely has to have real bacon! All in all: a decent joint that makes good burgers. Highly recommended! If they work on a few things (meat, service, friendliness), this could become a top-notch place.

First, I waited over an hour for my order, then got something else (a meal instead of a burger + chili cheese fries), everything was cold, and the party with cheese was simply overcooked. The Juppo Cheeseburger was delicious. I would definitely come back. We were warmly welcomed by the Moroccan staff. All the employees were very friendly. Definitely recommended.

I just got ripped off by Uber Eats. First, there was a buy 2 pay 1 and free Priority offer because I had previously made a delivery, and the next second, I was charged more than twice as much. Great.

Simply amazing! The burger was absolutely amazing! The bread was really soft and delicious—I love that kind of thing—and the sauce was simply amazing, rounding everything off perfectly. And the potato fries, all in one, Champions League, honestly! Crispy and spicy, exactly my thing. The atmosphere was really pleasant and futuristic, classic ;) Lus, you guys are really good, we'll definitely be back!

We really enjoy coming to LU's Burgers and accept the long waiting time (2 burgers without menus approx. 45 minutes), but today the service was really poor. The staff was very unfriendly and talked or made fun of the guests loudly, so you could tell! Very unfortunate...

Best burger in Hanau. The burgers were super tasty and very juicy. The sauces also taste very good and can be refilled again and again. The owners and staff are warm. Addition* The “Melt” burgers at Lus Burger Classic are simply fantastic! They were incredibly juicy, perfectly seasoned and everything tasted fresh and high quality. The gentleman at the checkout was also super friendly and made the visit even more pleasant. I would particularly like to emphasize the cleanliness: all three stores are extremely clean and hygienic - really exemplary! I really hope that it stays that way and that Lus Burger continues to have many satisfied customers. Another highlight is the music in the background: always pleasant and atmospheric, never too loud or disturbing. The owner can definitely proudly say: “We are clean!” – and you can see that in every detail!

We were told the meal would take half an hour, and of course we had made a reservation. This wouldn't be a problem, but it took over an hour. I really don't care what the food tastes like. It's self-service, you do everything yourself, right up to the lid opener, the only thing the employees do is prepare the food. How can that be? The competition was packed, we waited in line outside the door, but the food was there within 15 minutes. We had a long way home and were okay with 30 minutes, but over an hour is extreme. And we weren't the only ones. To eat: The buns were really good, as was the content itself. In the classic cheeseburger, the yoghurt-herb sauce gives off a taste of kebab. Then prefer the Joppie version. The sweet potato fries were well seasoned and salted. However, we still wouldn't come again. Because the competition tastes a bit better and the waiting time isn't that extreme.

After the first visit to Lu's Burger, we wanted to visit Lu's Burger again after driving 2 1/2 to the place. The long journey was no longer worth it for us. When we ordered a large order to take away around 12 noon during Lent, we had to wait until around 3 p.m. until our order was “ready” and could be taken away. 50% of the order was forgotten. When we called to note this, after a few excuses we were offered a voucher, which we found to be unreasonable and a disgrace given the amount of dishes we had forgotten, the total amount, the condition of the dishes that were actually served and the extremely long waiting time. Apart from the forgotten 5 burgers, 3 loaded fries, 4 drinks and the sauces, I also found a whisker hair in my food even after one bite. We won't be back, which made offering a voucher or delivery of the forgotten dishes unnecessary. On the way back to the store we requested a refund, which was provided. I will not visit or recommend Lu’s Burgers again.

The best burgers we ate. The burger bun is simply really delicious. The meat is great and always tastes fresh. Side dishes always crispy. We only eat burgers here. Above all, halal. Lots of choice of sauces.

Unfortunately, my visit to Lu’s Burger was a complete disappointment. There was a hair in my burger, which is bad enough. But instead of apologizing, I was also accused of putting the hair on the plate myself. An absolute impudence and completely disrespectful in dealing with guests. Hygiene and customer service definitely look different. I'm definitely not coming back.

After a few stories, I had to eat my first cheeseburger here today and I don't want to give too much away, but so far it was the BEST burger I've ever eaten in my life... It's crazy how much I enjoyed it. I'm not a big eater, but I could eat another one straight away! Unfortunately the quality has decreased, I think the high demand is partly to blame. :/ The work of art burger that was actually supposed to come in the Laugenbun had a normal bun, which was a shame... but also, for example, the Lu's Juice sauce now tastes as if it had been stretched with more fat/mayo or whatever. All in all, the last visit was pretty sobering
