Very unfriendly operator! The two of us wanted to sit at a comfortable table and were immediately rudely directed to another table because theoretically three people could have sat there. Until then everything is ok. We ordered and when we asked if we could get pizza rolls as a starter, we cheekily replied “no, we didn’t”. We wanted to order bread as an alternative because we saw that there were bread baskets on other tables. A good waiter would have offered us this alternative directly to the first question. The waiter then defiantly says “for what?” We got up and left the restaurant. We were dismissed with aggressive gesticulations. Very unpleasant service!

We had our Christmas party there last year and now I was there with a friend for her birthday dinner. All that remains to be said is that everything there is delicious and a lot of effort is put into it. What's also nice is that it's a small shop and the owners are very friendly and charming. The wine really stands out too! Always happy 😊

This restaurant is run by such an unfriendly owner, it's hard to believe. He apparently hates dogs and doesn't feel the need to be friendly to his guests. Absolutely not recommended!!

I had to smile when I read about the boss's freak out at the previous reviewer. So I'm not alone. It was similar for us. There were eleven people (4 people paying) and said “separately with card”. He comes with a total bill and says you can't split, we should have said that beforehand. We did that 30 seconds ago. You don't be a problem. After a short conversation, he curses an Italian insult loudly. Nobody can pay by card anymore. When we actually paid in cash, he snapped at me again at the counter. Impossible behavior. The gentleman didn't understand anything about hospitality and service. The two ladies did their best to sweep up the broken pieces of the innkeeper. It seems to happen more often, they obviously had practice at it.

By far the nastiest place I've eaten in. Not only was the pasta ice cold, but I also had severe food poisoning afterwards. My wife and I have been sitting on the toilet for a week. Absolutely not recommended, thanks for nothing!

Everything was great until we paid. Everything was good in terms of price and taste. But then the boss freaked out because we wanted to pay by card, as we had asked before.

Card payments are probably not welcome. Were expelled from the restaurant, the owner became loud and aggressive. Never again!

Lucia cooks in an open kitchen, everyone can look in when she prepares her food, and it's all fresh, she doesn't prepare her pasta in huge buckets like she does Most of the time and a week in the fridge is a false statement anyway, because the pasta would already get moldy. It's clear that crab scampi and seafood are frozen, I know that everywhere and when prepared correctly they are super tasty... the public order office would otherwise have closed the shop if it were as dirty as the gentleman writes 2 comments below me... I think so he is just a competitor or someone incompetent who used to be a bricklayer and now wants to try self-employment but unfortunately has no idea. As many years as Lucia has been in the shop, someone else has to copy it first, she was already cooking there when it was pizzeria Brindisi, then Renato died, the wife of the marshal, the wife of the deceased owner, took over the shop and Lucia was still cooking there until today. Pizza, pasta, meat, fish and dessert are all great and still traditional, so enjoy your meal and thanks to Mrs. Lucia and her dear husband Salvatore

I can only say one thing: my favorite Italian. Delicious food and the service is also great. The service won't be from Italy, but it will be hot. Sometimes you can also hear the cook singing, which I find very positive and pleasant.

Small, cozy Italian restaurant, with a few tables. The nice thing is that it really is Italian cuisine. Pizza tasted great and the base was unique. I can only recommend. You can taste the Italian delicacies. The staff is Italian, rough but loving. I like it and would love to come back. Another thing I noticed is that when you eat out, there is a different menu. I think there will be other prices.

Had dinner there for my birthday. Had a great starter plate with lots of delicious things. The pasta with shrimps and delicious tomato sauce was great. The dessert was a real hit. (Tiramisu). The staff is super friendly. Very familiar. All I can say is it couldn't be more Italian. Always my pleasure.

Today I ate the worst pizza ever. I ordered a salami pizza with mozzarella and pepperoni and received a fried pizza that looked and tasted like a ready-made pizza. What was striking was how quickly the food was served after ordering. My companion had ordered a lasagne. Both meals were served 10 minutes after ordering. My pizza didn't even want to be cut with a serrated knife; a hatchet would have been appropriate. The cheese tasted like rubber and was definitely not mozzarella. Not to mention the salami. I didn't even choke down a quarter of the pizza. When I asked the waitress whether she should pack the pizza for me and said that I was happy to forego it and that it was a fried pizza, this was strictly denied. In between, the restaurant manager barked at me and asked me to take my bag from the chair at the empty table next to me. Conclusion: I will never go there again. Simply underground and expensive too.

Man hat mir eine falsche Karte gezeigt. Am Ende hat das Essen 5€ mehr gekostet wie auf der Karte angepriesen war. Dazu kam, dass der Knoblauch auf meiner Pizza geschmeckt hat wie 6 Wochen abgelaufen. Des weiteren waren die Besitzer unfreundlich und unverschämt zu ihrer nichtitalienischen Servicekraft. Geht hier auf gar keinen Fall essen, jede Dönerbude macht bessere Pizza!

Authentische Küche, es ist erfreulich zu erleben, dass es gelingt einfache Gerichte sehr gut zuzubereiten. Die Spaghetti Carbonara sind köstlich!

Richtig lecker! Die beste Quattro Formaggio Pizza seit langem, mit leckerem Teig und ohne Tomatensauce, wie sich das gehört. Zudem echt nette und typisch italienische Bedienung. Wie ein Urlaub in Italien. Herrlich!

Gemütliches kleines Restaurant. Die Penne waren so was von lecker, frische Zutaten und Portionen zum satt werden. Die Chefin und Köchin immer ein Liedchen auf den Lippen, der Chef freundlich und aufmerksam.

Es ist eine kleine gemütliche Pizzeria/italienische Küche aus Süditalien, netter Service und sehr gute Küche, schon lange nicht mehr so eine leckere Pizza gegessen!

Ein kleines, süßes Lokal mit authentischer italienischer Küche, von Lucia und ihrem Mann geführt. Es gibt nur 5 Tische, also unbedingt reservieren wenn man drinnen sitzen möchte. Draußen gibt es aber Decken und Wärmestrahler...Und das Essen...Ich meine, italienischer geht es nicht! Eine kleine feine Karte, wenn alle, dann alle...der Pizzaboden ein Traum...top!!!

Ich habe hier in diesem Restaurant gearbeitet, sie geben gefrorenen Fisch und verkaufen ihn als frische, gefrorene Tortellini, Nudeln, die bereits eine Woche zuvor im Kühlschrank zubereitet wurden, im Kühlschrank aufbewahrt, es ist nicht von der Zimmerreinigung zu sprechen, es nervt sehr schmutzige Leute!

Sehr gute und preiswerte Pizza, allgemein sind das Essen sowie die Bedienung hervorragend. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Die Pizza war sehr lecker, gut und reichlich belegt. Der Teig war mal etwas anders als sonst, hat mir gut gefallen! Grosse Auswahl bei der Pizza. Man kann gut draußen sitzen, die Umgebung ist gepflegt. Der Service war okay, aber nicht herausragend, daher 4 von 5 Sternen. Ich werde noch mal dort essen, vor Ort ist es definitiv leckerer als bestellt und abgeholt.

Der Laden ist klein, was man schon von draußen sieht. Essen und Bedienung ausgezeichnet. Besonders die frisch gemachte Zabaione ist zu empfehlen.

Der Pizzabäcker ist unterstes Niveau, außerdem ist die Zubereitung der Speisen nicht schmackhaft. Der Laden ist kein Besuch wert!!!

Leider nicht empfehlenswert! Der Gastgeber verhält sich als wäre er im tiefsten Sumpf großgezogen worden! Er sieht auch nicht so aus als wäre das Essen dort gesund.LEIDER ganz weit unter JEGLICHEN Niveau!!!

Ein Geheimtipp! Hervorragend italienisch!!

Viel zu teuer. Viel zu wenig. Und auch noch sehr schlechte Qualität. Und ein Lächeln fehlte auch noch und auch keine Verabschiedung. Die gambas waren ausgetrocknet. Da man sie mit der hand suspuhlte gab es noch nicht Mal ein feuchter Lappen. Usw usw. Da ist jede Pommes Bude besser

Kleines, atmosphärisches Ladenlokal, welches der ungehaltenen und wahnsinnig unfreundlichen Natur des Gastgebers leider nicht standhält. Schade, die trotzdem probierte Pizza machte einen recht guten Eindruck. Da diese Bewertung hier das Gesamtkonzept abbilden soll, sind nicht mehr als zwei Sterne drin.

Das Restaurant hat nur wenige Tische drinnen und bei schönem Wetter kann man auch draußen sitzen. Die Karte ist Gott sei Dank überschaubar. Lucia kocht selber und noch nie waren wir unzufrieden. Ob Vorspeise, Hauptgericht oder Dessert - einfach frisch und köstlich. Echt italienisch eben! Auch einen schönen passenden Wein findet man dazu. Ein Besuch lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Auch wenn der Service auf den ersten Blick etwas brummig erscheint, ist er doch liebenswürdig auf seine Art! Für uns der beste Italiener weit und breit.

Authentische italienische Küche in einem kleinen Lokal. Angenehme Atmosphäre, die Qualität der Speisen ist im oberen Kreizviertel Niveau, finde das Restaurant für Paare super geeignet.

Kleiner aber sehr, sehr feiner Italiener. Überschaubare, aber dennoch wohlkomponierte Speisekarte -- und ein fantastisches Saltimbocca!!

Ich kann das Restaurant leider nicht weiterempfehlen, sondern nur abraten !!! Mein Freund und ich wurden 1. sehr unfreundlich vom Partner der Besitzerin Lucia bedient 2. wurde uns die Antipastiplatte nicht gebrAcht, die wir bestellt hatten. 3. Wurde ich nicht nach einem zweiten Getränke fragt und saß die Hälfte der Zeit ohne Getränk dort. 4. Wurden wir nicht nach einem Dessert gefragt, obwohl wir gesagt hatten, das wir eins möchten. 5. wurde uns die Antipasti Platte trotzdem berechnet, was wir leider erst am nächsten Morgen merkten, da wir die Rechnung nicht kontrolliert hatten. 6. wurden wir quasi „rausgeschmissen“ ( wir waren ab 21.00 die einzigen Gäste) ... das einzig Gute war die Qualität der Pizza. Die Nudeln waren sehr durchschnittlich. Ebenso war der einzige Weißwein auf der Karte mit 6,50€ für 200ml seinen Preis keinesfalls wert. Insgesamt ein grauenvoller Besuch!!!

Inhabergeführt, kinderfreundlich und lecker, was will man mehr? Allerdings sollte man reservieren, da nur wenige Sitzplätze vorhanden sind.

Auch wenn man sich im Dortmunder Kreuzviertel gut auskennt, läuft man gerne am Restaurant Lucia vorbei. Es liegt sehr schattig an der Großen Heimstraße in der Nähe vom Friedhof. Das Restaurant ist wirklich klein bietet aber dafür eine tolle Atmosphäre. Die Plätze draußen vor dem Restaurant liegen im Schatten. Das Essen ist typisch italienisch, Pasta & Pizza. Darüber hinaus gibt es sehr gute Antipasti. Alles wird frisch von der Inhaberin, Lucia, zubereitet. Bier wird gut gekühlt in der Flasche serviert. Weiterhin es eine kleine Auswahl an Weinen und eine große Vielfalt an Grappas und Likören. Die Bedienung ist eine Sache für sich. Es geht ziemlich robust zu und man muss schon etwas aufpassen, dass man bekommt was man bestellt hat. Alles in allem ist der Service aber sehr herzlich. Essen und Getränke können vorbestellt werden. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit zur Kartenzahlung.
