Very nice restaurant with friendly service and a good selection of dishes. The seasonal menu is particularly recommended; we chose two dishes that were really tasty. The pizza is awesome. We will come often, during the week it is possible without a reservation, but on the weekends you can always do so.

I went to L Osteria for the first time with my girlfriend. I was pleasantly surprised, I really liked it and the service was very nice. I had lasagne which I also enjoyed and I would love to come back.

We ordered pizza and spaghetti carbonara. The food came very quickly, the pizza was carelessly topped, pineapple cubes were only on one side, the pizza was very light and not baked enough. The spaghetti carbonara for 14.95 euros was bland and the diced ham was totally hard. Too bad, that was my last visit.

Very nice service and accommodating

Everything is just right here, the food is always fresh and very tasty. The service is always there for the guest and ensures that you don't miss anything. Parking is easy here. And the atmosphere gives you the feeling that you are a family and in Italy. And what you can see very positively is that the price/performance ratio is definitely right. In fact, 5 stars are far too few

I have never discovered such an extraordinary pizzeria before. A pizza is 45cm tall and costs €15 to €18. It is even possible to have 2 different halves of the pizza. The more expensive one always pays. The dough is thin like in Italy. A very nice atmosphere, there is even an Italian language course over the loudspeakers in the toilets. The kitchen is open and can be completely seen. Sharing the pizza works perfectly. I will definitely come back.

I was traveling through with my daughter and she discovered you on the internet. VERY nice & courteous young waitresses, delicious food and great ambience. Very pleasant lighting and attractive interior. I was also able to charge my cell phone there without any problems. All in all a successful visit. PS: Only the PRIMITIVO had too much barique for me

The food would be good if it were there. There is nothing available, staff are not really friendly. We wait 45 minutes to find out that half of our order is not available? Think twice about going, it's just the way it is here. In the casino you have similar chances of having a good day. It's better to go to one of the L'Osterien in Frankfurt, much better.

The menu offered "Lasagne.....with bechamel sauce...", a lasagne with minced meat sauce was served." When I asked the waitress, who then asked in the kitchen, the answer was: The bechamel sauce is in there somewhere. The lasagna is not made in-house, but is delivered that way. So neither the waitress nor the cook (heater) know what they are actually selling and what a bechamel sauce is that they are offering. So frozen lasagna, baked at an Italian restaurant. No thanks, that's what it tasted like. Worst lasagne ever. Just restaurant chain quality.

Ordered pizza to take away. Very nice atmosphere, you could wait inside. To bridge the waiting time, I ordered an iced tea, which I wanted to pay for with a card. The apparent leader gave it to me. We were at L'Osteria in Rosbach on November 17th, 2024. We have been there several times since it opened. To our regret, the visit this time was viewed rather negatively. You could already guess when we registered because we had to wait about 5 minutes until someone welcomed us. The service was supposedly massively understaffed and in combination with a lot of guests it just couldn't go well. For us it was such that dishes and drinks were completely forgotten and we ended up having them taken from our order; We also had to wait a very long time. The remaining starters and main courses came at the same time and we had to skip the main course (2 pizzas) because we understandably wanted to eat the starters first. The two pizzas were apparently kept warm, which unfortunately was noticeable in the quality. The problems were also evident at the tables around us, which sometimes frustrated fellow guests considerably. With all due respect for the difficult situation that exists in service-intensive areas such as gastronomy, the restaurant management could have organized the evening differently and also accommodated the guests.

The food was excellent as always. Not to mention the service. We were served by lovely Ela. Super accommodating. Our wishes were taken into account. We were warmly welcomed and shown to the table - even without a reservation. It's always nice to come here.

Family evening, my daughter and her boyfriend wanted to eat there with us. So the five of us arrived there. The assigned table was ok because we hadn't made a reservation either. First of all, a quick bit of information: I'm in my early 50s, an IT professional for 33 years and have white hair. What I didn't like at all in this restaurant: - The waiter was very touchy, every time he touched my shoulder, leaned down and spoke to my face. All my alarm sirens went off very shrill, flight and defense reflexes at maximum. Even shaking the shoulder couldn't get the hand away; a defensive hand gesture was forgotten the next time. Very creepy! I was already thinking about pinching him in the sack. - The pizzas were actually 45cm in size, thin-based and crispy and the taste/craftsmanship was fine. I ordered a prosciutto (pizza ham) and received a pizza with five 2x3cm hams spread on it. For 15€. I immediately understood why the guests at the neighboring tables folded the pizzas twice and then ate them as a quarter pizza in their hands like a wrap. - The atmosphere goes like this - I had the impression I was in an American diner that had been converted to Italian style. - But the kill came when paying: 1. When paying by card, you have to specify a tip selection of at least 15%, 20% and 25%, otherwise you won't be able to continue in the device. 2. The waiter wanted a positive Google review from my daughter's friend, who paid for it himself, looked at me briefly, then back at my daughter's friend and said, looking at me, "You can explain to him later how it works." I have never felt so discriminated against because of my age. 10 horses won't get me into this "restaurant" anymore. Maybe I should have reacted differently to the waiter and made it clear straight away what was going on. But I didn't want to spoil my family's evening. With other one-star reviews, the first comment from the social media team is always the same sentence: "[...] We are very sorry! We can absolutely understand your anger[...]" NO - you CAN'T!

Always worth a visit. The team there is very accommodating and a well-coordinated team.

Plates too small for the pizza, which is always annoying. Pizza too greasy. Playground door always closes you always have to knock otherwise you can't get back in. Otherwise everything was great.

The establishment offers excellent Italian cuisine at competitive prices. Best one from Losteria restaurants for me. The traditional pasta and pizzas are of an excellent standard. However, the daily specials are not always of the same high quality. The service is satisfactory, but there is room for improvement.

Without a reservation you can't even get two seats in the evening at 7 p.m. They didn't even look properly or offer alternatives. There were tables available. 1 hour would have been enough for us.

It is a very clean place and very large. Most of the time you don't need a reservation. Friendly staff. The food is super tasty and I was amazed at how big the pizzas are. Price is quite ok. There are large parking spaces for everyone even for electric cars. There is also a small playground for children.

Our first choice when we want to eat out. It's beautifully decorated, the food is always TOP and has never been a FLOP.😉I really enjoy going here. It's rare to see such friendly service, Wahed in particular stands out with his friendliness. Only recommended🫶

There was "actually" a different description here, BUT: After a strenuous event yesterday, we tried to eat something shortly before 9 p.m. Comment: Kitchen is being "renovated", no preparation possible. Well, a look into the restaurant showed the truth, there was nothing going on and that's why we weren't served. Dear people, that was rude. We then drove an hour further (to Limburg) and had exceptionally good service. Think about such statements, honesty would have been better, I would have been understanding.

Showed up on time at the reserved time and was then sent outside the door because the table wasn't available yet. 40 minutes later we got the first drink and after an hour and a half the pizza. No revelation in terms of taste. Service brings wrong dishes, forgets a dish. It's still hard to get over the fact that the service is generally third-class...

Our visit to L’Osteria was a real highlight! The pizza and pasta Pomodoro were fantastic – fresh ingredients, perfect preparation. The desserts, the tartufo ice cream and the panna cotta, as well as the café crema were also delicious. The service was exceptionally friendly and attentive, the boss was a great host. One of the best Italian restaurants in the Rhine-Main area – absolutely recommended!

No seat at the window despite a reservation, service inattentive, music very loud and food this time only OK. That's simply not enough.

Rather inconspicuously located in the middle of an industrial area, a different kind of restaurant opens up as soon as you enter. Lavishly high, cathedral-like with a shrine-like shelf of various spirits. The reception is staffed by very nice staff who accompany you to your seat, and the order is placed in a polite, courteous but not intrusive manner. We were there on Friday at 6 p.m. and, before the restaurant filled up, we were able to marvel at the many small and large things that were built there architecturally while listening to relaxed Buena Vista Social Club music. Unfortunately, as the guests increased, it became louder and louder, almost to the point of being very loud, which was probably due to the high room. But now to the food. When you look at the menu you notice the non-standard versions that you can get, especially when it comes to pizzas. And anyone who has ever looked at what else has ordered will see the dimension that is served there. Yes, they are big, very big in fact. After ordering a pizza, a large surface is brought to your place. This is necessary because the pizza extends far over the edge of the plate. But is it really pizza? I see it more as a kind of tarte flambée. But whatever you call it, it's damn tasty. I have a clear recommendation for this restaurant and I am already looking forward to my next visit there. But be careful, you should reserve a place in advance.

It was our first time eating here and we were served by a gentleman named Wahedl. We were very happy with the service. People always asked if everything was OK and the food came quickly and was very tasty.

The L'Osteria in Rodheim is quite new, in the industrial area and looks very inviting, including a nice playground. Inside it is modern and beautifully decorated. The service is very friendly and attentive. We ordered coffee, which was really good, as well as the lunch menu (pizza, pasta with a small drink) for a reasonable €11.50 or €14.95, as well as a pumpkin soup. The quantities are really impressive, especially the pizza, which is almost enough for 2 people. The restaurant is open every (!) day from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m., so it's also worth visiting late in the evening. A gem in the industrial area that we would like to visit again.
