The food was delicious, large portions, imaginative individual selection (e.g. a pizza, two halves with different toppings), very nice service (fast service too), large open space, highly recommended!

Food was good and came to the table quickly. Service was very poor, after repeated requests we only got our second drink after some time. He didn't inquire about orders, he asked. Nobody felt responsible for our table and clearing it anymore. In the end the billing was so messed up and we were then compensated with free drinks.

The food at Losteria is always top notch for me. Yesterday we visited this branch for the first time. There are endless parking options, which is of course very good and important. The shop is beautiful. Even though yesterday was Valentine's Day and very very crowded, the staff were very friendly even though they were probably under enormous stress. Always worth a visit!

As usual, the L'Osteria pizzas are absolutely great. However, compared to other restaurants in the chain, we noticed that the service was noticeably worse. Not bad, but not as good as others. First of all, it was noticeable that the staff didn't seem to have the situation under control: many tables were empty and still being cleared, and therefore there was a small traffic jam with a waiting time at the entrance. When we got a table, two chairs were full of crumbs, which we then replaced ourselves due to the lack of service. The waitress then saw the chairs with the crumbs and simply put them back at another table without cleaning them. The manager (?) of the restaurant also once complained clearly audibly about the performance in the kitchen ("Man, people") Our waitress was normally polite, but when I paid she held out the card machine to me with the comment: "You can see if you want to leave a tip." I find that bold and unprofessional. Overall still ok, but not at the usual L'Osteria level.

Barely sat down and placed the order. The food already arrived. So really fast. Service very satisfactory and very attentive.

The pizzas were very tasty. Unfortunately the room temperature was a bit cool. The muddy table wasn't that appetizing, but was quickly cleaned upon request.

There were four of us there. The food was good, as was the service. The pizza was rolled out thin and huge. It was a bit cool at the window. We would definitely come back.

We were there on a dinner date. Unfortunately we couldn't really have a conversation because the music was uncomfortably loud. The service was friendly and the order came to the table quite quickly (despite the large number of guests).

The overall atmosphere in L’Osteria was very nice, but unfortunately the music was a bit too loud, which made it difficult to have a conversation. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, although my chair was jostled several times, which somewhat affected the comfort. The food was good overall, but unfortunately the pizza crust was very dry. Overall, a solid restaurant with friendly service and a nice atmosphere, but there are still small points of improvement.

When you enter the premises of L'Osterias, you are already thrilled. It's big, it's bright. You have a direct view of the open kitchen, which looks very clean and very tidy. You can see the food and the preparation and you could also get a quick look into the kitchen. The Bar Italiano also shines in the front area, giving a magnificent impression and a beautiful ambience. The bread is freshly prepared here and tastes excellent. All employees are friendly and accommodating and even accommodate special requests due to food allergies. The Osteria is highly recommended, whether for drinks at the bar or for a delicious meal.

L'Osteria in Rosbach v.d. Height: the hospitality here only lasts until 10 p.m. At 10 p.m. the music was abruptly turned off and all the lights were turned on, which already created an uncomfortable atmosphere. Just a few minutes later, windows and doors were opened, even though it was cold outside. When we asked to close the doors, we received the unfriendly answer that it would soon be the end of the working day and that it was already being ventilated and tidied up. What's particularly irritating is that the restaurant is officially open until 11 p.m. Treating guests like this and making them feel unwanted is absolutely unacceptable. Such an unfriendly and unwelcoming attitude leaves an extremely negative impression.

The pizza was okay but not really outstanding. In terms of size, of course, it's great, but it's also rolled out very thinly. That's why it's dry and hard, especially at the edges. It's great that you can order the pizzas split. Priced ok but not cheap. Nice atmosphere. Everything new and well maintained. Unfortunately a bit cold. There is enough parking space in front of the restaurant. Staff friendly and service quick.

L`Osteria... we think the concept is great, the pizzas are huge and the pasta is also very good. On a Friday evening we decided to eat there at short notice... without a reservation. Luckily, the friendly lady at reception was flexible enough to seat us at one of the high tables near the entrance, even though it was already reserved a little later. Less than 15 minutes later, all the seats at the bar counter were already occupied for eating. That's why our recommendation... definitely make a reservation on the weekend :-) Otherwise, service, food, etc... everything was great. No matter which city... we haven't had any bad experiences with L'Osteria so far.

There were nine of us in the restaurant, including one with a wheelchair. Everyone was full of praise for the food and the restaurant. One negative point in a fully occupied restaurant where guests are chatting is the music that is really annoying. This is something to think about

Disaster! It took over 30 minutes for our pizza! waited. And that with 7 guests (including us). The chef forgot to make the pizza was the excuse. It's a shame that two of the service staff are not able to keep an eye on 7 guests!!! We had a lot of time pressure and even though the food was inferior, we chose the Orr because it was actually quick. Unfortunately not at all this time, but at least the service staff had fun with the private conversations! The main thing is that the work-life balance is right!

The pizza (2 different halves) was super tasty and the pasta was amazing! The staff is extremely friendly and caters to special tastes. We felt completely comfortable and cared for. The price-performance ratio is unique in the region for what is on offer. Simply great!

We were there for the fourth time and it is actually highly recommended. Unfortunately this time the service was subpar. We waited at our assigned spot for 25 minutes to even be noticed. And unfortunately that lasted the entire evening. ...We were there for three hours for a main course and a dessert, which reached our table after 30 minutes. I emphasized the request for payment by standing next to the table with my jacket on for about 15 minutes. Super annoying. Operation was manageable, so no argument.

Five of us were there with a reservation today at around 6:15 p.m. 10 minutes of waiting in the entrance area. The order was completed at 6:40 p.m. and we had the main course on the table at 8:10 p.m. 🤨. The service simply hadn't passed our main course on to the kitchen. 3 out of 5 orders were incomplete (!) and the food didn't even arrive at nearly the same time. After two visits now, I find the quality of the food there to be okay, but nothing more than that. The pasta dishes are a bit sparse in quantity. The pizzas, on the other hand, are pointlessly large and ours hung over the edge of the plate directly on the table because we didn't even get the paper coasters that were apparently common there. It wasn't very hygienic. Our table service was great and verbose, but as the evening progressed, as you can imagine from the comments above, it turned out to be within its capabilities. I'm really sorry but even with the greatest benevolence I can't find anything great about this type of gastronomy. My money is too good for that. And no, we won't be coming back.

We sat at the table for over 20 minutes and were not served. It was busy but at least you could have taken the order and brought drinks.

The dishes were as described and the service was friendly and helpful, but overwhelmed (not enough staff). We were charged twice for our credit card! It can happen, but the management behaves incredibly boldly and does not respond to the complaint. Must now initiate the banking process. Incredible … The managing director has now contacted us, expressed his regret and has resolved the matter. 👍

Experience report about the restaurant visit Eat: - Unfortunately the salami pizza was very oily, which greatly affected the taste. - My companions' pasta with cream sauce was also disappointing as it had no flavor and lacked salt. Service: - The service left a lot to be desired. Despite a reservation, we were seated at the wrong table. - After about 20 minutes of waiting we had to change tables. - After placing our order, we waited another 20 minutes for our drinks. - In total it took about 55 minutes for our food to be served and unfortunately it was not edible. Ambiance: - Although the ambience of the restaurant is appealing, the distance between the tables is very small. - People sit so close to each other that there is hardly any space to talk undisturbed because you can easily overhear the conversations of the neighboring tables.

The restaurant actually deserves a top rating because of the ambience and the food. If it weren't for the unfriendliness of the receptionist. This happened for the second time now. One time the other person may have a very bad day, but the second time it's always like that. Specifically: You want to eat and drink there with 10 people, and the restaurant is almost empty except for 6 seats that are occupied. Upon request, all empty tables are not reserved, so they are actually free. You are greeted with a roll of your eyes and a sigh, as if you don't feel like working right now and are annoyed that someone is coming into the almost empty restaurant. We were then told to wait outside the door for 10-15 minutes. And that in sub-zero temperatures and bad weather and even though the restaurant was almost empty! As usual, the food at L'Osteria was very good. As usual in other L'Osterias, the ambience is great. We paid well over €300 for 10 people, which was, as always, appropriate for the number of dishes, drinks and quality. When paying by card, we were asked why we didn't want to tip. We shared that this was exactly the reaction to how unfriendly we were treated. Mind you, not the table service, she was friendly and got a direct tip from us. Normally, as is always our custom, we would have tipped 5-10%, i.e. €20-40. However, not in this case. I own a company myself and am a service provider, so I don't understand the customer unfriendliness. The staff is certainly paid per working time. So if you had been friendly, you wouldn't have worked 1 minute longer, but you would have had an extra €20-40 in your pocket. How much do you earn per hour there that you simply don't want it and express this with unkindness? Unfortunately, this branch in Rosbach is not an advertisement for the restaurant chain. If I didn't know other branches, L'Osteria would have been the end of it for us and we would avoid it. L'Osteria itself is great, highly recommended, except for the Rosbach branch!

It's nice that we now have a restaurant like this close by - especially since many pizzerias in the area have little to do with real Italian cuisine. Although it is a chain restaurant, that doesn't affect the quality. On the contrary: the brand ensures constant, consistent quality that you can rely on. The staff is usually very friendly and attentive, so we regularly feel like we are in good hands here. The ambience is also convincing. The facility is truly spectacular to look at. The large and open design of the building complements wonderfully with the elegant seating and pretty tables. The bar is a real eye-catcher. The open kitchen invites you to watch the food being prepared. A place we would love to come back to – an integral part of the area for us!

Trotz reservierten Tisch haben wir 20 Minuten warten müssen! Eine Entschuldigung gab es nicht. Dann haben wir locker 30 Minuten gewartet, bis ein Keller kam um die Getränke aufzunehmen; es dauerte dann wieder gute 30 Minuten, bis diese kamen. Die Bestellung fürs Essen konnten wir erst nach gut 45 Minuten aufgeben, der Service erfolgte dann nach weiteren rund 45 Minuten in 3 Etappen. Die 2 Nudelgerichte kamen und um es nicht kalt werden zu lassen, gingen wir an. Wie waren gerade fertig, da kam der eine Salat. Die 3 noch fehlenden Pizzen kamen, als der Salat fast fertig gegessen war. Als Entschuldigung wurde uns ein Heißgetränk angeboten; leider war trotz Bestätigung dann doch keine laktosefreie Milch da, so dass nicht alle in den Genuss eine Cappus kommen konnten. Fazit war, dass wir über 3 Stunden in einer sehr lauten und großen Räumlichkeit saßen, der Service zwar freundlich, aber nur insgesamt 4 x am Tisch war und somit keine Empfehlung für ein Besuch von mir erfolgen kann. Noch einige sidesteps: Die WCs (1. Stock) waren allesamt nicht sauber, der Mülleimer für die Handtücher war mehr als voll, eine verdreckte Klobürste ohne Griff steckte in der Halterung (man hätte an dem Samstag eine neue kaufen können). Die Service Stationen waren unstrukturiert, voll geladen und kaum benutzbar für den Zweck, für den es sie gibt. Leere Tische wurden nicht zeitnah aufgeräumt bzw blieben über Stunden so, wie die Gäste sie verlassen haben. Partiell war das Service Personal komplett nicht mehr sichtbar (Raucherpause?)... neee, Leute, der Laden schreit nicht nach Gästen.

So, the ambience and the on-site parking options are great. A lot is also done for the children. Unfortunately, the whole process is really chaotic and the service staff is extremely poorly trained. They're all nice, but they walk around with blinders on. The food is a matter of luck, sometimes good, sometimes not. Lately, every visit has tended to get worse, so much so that you now think twice. It's a real shame, but that's probably the future that awaits us here in this country.

We had to wait well over 30 minutes for the drinks, the food came in three stages for 6 people and also had a very long wait of over an hour. We have reserved a table for 4 people. The journey took about an hour. When ordering drinks the first chaos occurred, drinks were not available. After we received drinks, it took about an hour until a waitress came to order the food. However, despite multiple selections, none of the desired dishes could be ordered because there was a lack of various ingredients (not even parmesan or simple ham could be ordered). We then even had to pay for the drinks and were sent home with ice cream as compensation, even though we had already said we didn't want any desserts. You can't let guests make reservations and let them sit for an hour until you inform them that most of the dishes are not available. The staff was sometimes rude and disinterested, a nice gentleman then asked us to help - unfortunately unsuccessfully. The experience overall was outrageous and resembled a farce.

Very bad experience! Despite a long journey and reservation, we were seated at a very uncomfortable table. The store was very crowded and there wasn't enough staff. After ordering drinks, we waited almost an hour until the staff could take the food order. When ordering, all dishes and toppings such as "Parmesan, Buratta, Mozzarella and HAM" were explained to us as not available. The drinks still had to be paid for and we were fobbed off with small sundaes of ice cream. In summary, my personally worst experience in a restaurant. We're definitely not coming back.

We had dinner there today. The noodles were burnt. The sauce was anything but creamy. It was just sour and inedible!! There was also no Cola Zero, light or Parmesan. I don't understand how a recognized restaurant chain can afford such mistakes.

We've been here several times now, I have to say I think it's great here in terms of the ambience and the parking situation. Food could arrive at the table a little hoarse, but otherwise tastes great. A small downside is that you don't ask every now and then if you can have something else or if you want something to drink. Since I travel a lot for business, I've already been to a few L' Osterias, but you're at the top. Keep it up and you'll make it to the top ;-)
