The only nice thing for us was the ambience, but unfortunately you will be disappointed by the food. We had to return a pizza twice because the dough wasn't baked through and I found a hair on mine, which was admittedly delicious, and couldn't eat any more.

They just ripped us off! The waitress didn't offer a receipt and increased the price so much (€22 instead of €16.20!!) and then asked for a tip. The server wasn't particularly attentive, the dishes weren't cleared for a long time, even though you ordered something, they were ignored. We reserved a table at 4:30 p.m. on a Saturday. The restaurant wasn't very full so we settled in for a cozy drink followed by a good meal. However, this wish remained the same. We arrived at the reserved table, which was still completely full of crumbs and leftover food from the previous person stuck to the cards. It was only wiped when asked. Despite the very empty restaurant, the waitress seemed very stressed and took our order with a lot of questions. Note on the side: over 7 euros for 0.5 liters of water, the glass of cola almost as much as if we had ordered a cocktail... The drinks came quickly, but were brought by another, apparently much more stressed, waitress rolled her eyes when she was told who got what. The side salad that we ordered as a starter also came quickly, so far ok. We hadn't even taken two forks and the main course arrived... ok... so quickly it was really a mystery to us how you can cook something fresh. The food looked good so far, but that was about it. We had 4 different dishes. The gnocchi in wine sauce were extremely sour and not seasoned at all, the large salad was drowned in salad sauce and was just unbearably sour. The vegetable plate was a bit very “crunchy”. All in all just bad food. There was no inquiry as to whether everything was ok, neither during the meal nor when paying. So you are not at all prepared for constructive feedback here or you don't even want it, just cash in and go. Definitely our last visit.

Oh gods! This is a magical place! Magic food! Enjoying every dish! Every piece! I want to stay here and eat this every day! Radler super! Antipasta super! Pizza great! Salad great! And they even prepared just pasta with butter especially for the children. Thanks a lot!

Just one waiter is not good. As an example, there were four of us. The first person orders his drink and the waiter leaves. We then called him and said that the other three would like something too. He then got the first person's drinking wrong. He doesn't really listen. It's a shame because the first impression often counts and it wasn't good at all. But since it wasn't our first time there, we knew that it was incredibly tasty.

On 17.07 We went to the restaurant outside area with 5 people, but the table setting was for 4 people , as we asked the waiter to give us a further table and chair , the waiter outside rejected to give us a further table and chair, telling the reason is , that it is the restaurant law that no furniture wil be moved or replaced !!! After asking what to do now as we are 5 ? He suggested to seat inside not what we want to seat outside!!! So we went to other restaurant and enjoyed our dinner somewhere else ! That is so shocking how the personal of this restaurant sabotaging its own business! We will never go there ....also my relatives will not go there anymore...

Das Essen war okay, vermutlich nicht mehr zu erwarten. Der Service unter aller Kanone. Ein Geschenkgutschein, obwohl vor nicht zu langer Zeit gekauft (halbes Jahr her) wurde mit obskurer Begründung nicht angenommen. Das ist schlichtweg Betrug!!! Zum Glück sind wir kein rechtsfreier Raum auch wenn es dieser Laden meint. Das Geld geben wir nicht verloren. Ich kann jedoch nur davor warnen, hier Geld in Form von Gutscheinen zu lassen. Betrügerische Absicht steht wohl dahinter. Zum Glück gibt es in LÖ Italiener, die es mit dem Essen und dem Service Ernst meinen. Wir setzen hier sicher keinen Fuss mehr in die Tür.

Draussen im Sonnenschein Platz eingenommen. Einen Impanema genossen. Zwei kleine Insalate mista und eine Pizza gamberetti zum teilen bestellt. Speise und Service alles tiptop. Preis-Leistung traumhaft.

(young woman with red hair and pigtails) I would give a 6th star for the service. Compared to the branch in Mannheim, Lörrach is in no way inferior. I'll definitely come back.

There were two of us for dinner, we asked if we could eat in the back area, the answer was an unfriendly no, then we ordered two dishes, one spaghetti al olio and one spaghetti carbonara, instead of the carbonara there was spaghetti bolognese, the service was unfriendly, It was done as if it were normal to serve the wrong dish. There was no tip for such service.

We ordered a pizza vegetariana to take away, according to the menu with Egerlingen, which was the reason for choosing this pizza. We paid over 16 euros for this one vegetarian pizza. What we got was a disgrace: instead of Egerlingen there were mushrooms, the topping was minimal, there were no vegetables for about 5 cm on the edge and hardly any tomato sauce. As I said, it's a disgrace for the money, I wouldn't recommend the restaurant.

We were there yesterday. So far we have been mostly happy with the service and food. I still have to give some feedback about yesterday. Even if there seems to be a shortage of skilled workers in service at the moment, I think you should train your service staff better. As soon as the order was taken, one person was passed over and almost forgotten, then they didn't really listen and another pizza came, and generally there weren't enough people at our table. We would definitely have had one or two more drinks... We were used to something different from you so far and we hope (and wish you very much) that you will get the necessary quality here again. We ate here for the first time this evening, BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. The main course was forgotten, so we had to ask again, after a few minutes the food arrived... the noodles were hard and in my opinion not cooked for more than three minutes. So the noodles went back & a new plate came, but here too the noodles were still hard. Accordingly, back again... We had to wait about 30 minutes for drinks, and we also had to remind the waitress several times that they accommodated us by saying that some things were on the house and were not charged, but we still checked the bill because there were so many errors and the bill wasn't there either could have been correct. Ob ich den Tisch Rechtsverdreher links vom Gang bediene hat bei einem fast leeren Restaurant nichts mit Systemgastronomie zu tun. Eine Frage der Wertschätzung des Kunden.

Has the feel of a canteen. Waiters like to stand ostentatiously at the counter. Our service (redhead) was absolutely top. The other two women looked quite grim and unmotivated. The pizza was great, but the pasta was absolutely wrong. Beef fillet strips are blocks of beef fillet that are difficult to chew. It's a shame, we'll happily come back for pizza, but we'll give the pasta and panna cotta a wide berth.

The service staff was very rude, no thanks or please. I have to say I just had a drink at the bar. A snout is drawn like 10 days of rainy weather. Above all, the mushroom at the competition nearby costs €3.30, in L'Osteria it costs €4.50, how can that be?! After 2 months there has still been no change regarding guest satisfaction. I waited 10 minutes until I finally asked if I could order something, they said straight away, another 10 minutes passed and there was no service. I decided to go. 6 waitresses who were busy enjoying each other.

We visited this restaurant on a nice sunny day and it was packed including the outdoor seating. Me and my friend had different pasta meal and were satisfied. The waitress was very polite and helpful. But the waiting time was unacceptable long. We were waiting for more than hour and were already about to leave without eating when our meal arrived. They should reconsider their kitchen capacity and adapt number of seats accordingly or at least inform guests about long waiting time in advance. I am sure I will come back but will check the situation carefully before I place my order.

Unfortunately we had to wait almost 1 hour for our 2 pizzas. When my pizza came, the best part was unfortunately only the base, the toppings didn't look appetizing, far too much lettuce on the pizza, you could hardly see the other ingredients because they were covered with too much dressing. The ambience was very cool and the iced tea, although expensive, was very tasty. We probably won't come back because the waiting time was way too long for me. It wasn't the best pizza for me either. Is my favorite pizzeria in Lörrach. Nice salad, big pizza, you can make the pizza half and half with two different types. Good wine. And all at fair prices. The ambience is nice too, like the southern music. Children are always welcome too! :)

I've never eaten pizza as good as I did there. And the Penne Arrabiater is world class. I can only recommend the restaurant.

We noticed a few negative things during our visit with our grandchildren yesterday. Although a reservation was insisted on over the phone, the restaurant was only half full at lunchtime on Sunday. When we looked at the menu we lost our appetite, the prices were simply excessive. A bottle 0.75 San Pellegrino 7.25 euros 😳 incredible! Demand from the service and management has confirmed the impression that the pricing is repeatedly criticized. The justification based on the VAT increase is not acceptable. There will be no further visits for us.

On the positive side, it tasted good. However, it is relatively expensive. But the service was bad. There were hardly any tables occupied and despite asking, we had to wait a long time for our order to be taken. The pizzas arrived quickly. The pasta was forgotten, as were the pizza rolls. It was only prepared upon request. It can always happen that something is forgotten, but when there isn't much going on and 1/3 of the tables are occupied, you have to keep an eye on your guests. At least the drinks were on the house
