Today I had the worst Carbonara I have had in my 37 years life!

The food was really excellent. Only the man who made the reservation wanted to throw us away with the 1 table in the entrance area where it was called (winter), and the table was still dirty so he didn't reserve it for us. We were on time. I don't make a reservation 5 days in advance and come across a place like that, he had no idea at all. Luckily a few stood up where it was better and we just took the table.

We've been to the L-Osteria in Lörrach several times, but we won't be coming back after our visit today. Food was slapped onto the plate very carelessly and the pasta dishes were half the size compared to the last time. Service was totally annoyed. The colleagues shouted at each other. The service cleared the plates even though others at the table were still eating. The toilets border on station toilets. There was paper, trash bags, empty toilet rolls everywhere on the floor. The trash can was completely overfilled and there was no toilet paper. Very annoying for the price

Good cuisine, prices are reasonable for the size of the dishes. Personally, the pizzas are a bit too big for me and the base is too thin - but the option to have the pizza filled half and half is a positive thing. Pasta dishes are delicious and have just the right portion size. Addendum: But it could definitely be seasoned better! The service team leaves a lot to be desired and seemed more concerned with themselves than with the guests! Despite the sign at the beginning, you are not shown to the table. After choosing our own seat, it took too long for the waitress to notice us. Some service staff should also urgently receive training in how to deal verbally with customers. Addendum: Service teams are still a disaster!

Unfortunately, this has nothing to do with Italian cuisine. The lasagne was cold at the bottom and the correction was burnt. We were also thirsty, but unfortunately no one ever came. The appetizer came and the food a minute later. Ordered Espresso Corretto, but it was only an espresso. Unfortunately the quality has declined massively.

Really very tasty and also fair prices for the portions. The young man who served us was so attentive and friendly that we will definitely come back! The location of the restaurant is also great and the five of us got a nice table without a reservation on a Saturday evening! Don't know if they changed the recipe or something else...but the pizza doesn't taste good anymore. Too dry, too little tomato sauce and not very seasoned. The orechiette with lime sauce...we didn't like the taste of lime...sauce was too thick...described my impressions to the staff...it was noted with a strange look. And would be continued... Sorry, it's a shame... I don't think we'll eat there again...

When we arrived, 4 employees passed us without saying anything or caring about us. The table next door was served before us, even though they arrived after us. Pizza tasted a lot worse, as did pasta. Orecchiette manzo al limone with panna was too firm and fattening and no trace of limone. And most importantly: why is ONLY Spanish/Latino music playing in an Italian restaurant? Sorry, but things were a lot better two years ago.

The very large pizzas (never eaten at the chain before, probably a trademark?) are all well and good, but when the plate is only half the size, they aren't exactly easy to eat/cut. As I said, they tasted good, but not great either. They were quite soft, perhaps taken out of the oven too early so it wouldn't take as long. Unfortunately the service was bad. First we had to wait a long time before we could place the order, later we had to ask several times for the invoice and then wait again for a very long time. They were probably understaffed. When we were allowed to pay, the waiter also made a private phone call, which from our point of view was an absolute no-go. Conclusion - there are better and cheaper Italian restaurants where you as a guest also receive better service.

When we were clearing up we said straight away that we wanted to pay. We don't know if the waiter didn't hear it or what the reason was, but we waited another almost 20 minutes until he was close again and we made it clear again that we wanted to pay. The drinks had also been empty for a long time. When we were finally able to pay, the waiter answered his cell phone in the middle of the payment process to have a private conversation or whatever and spoke on the phone throughout the entire payment process and even while we got up and left. His conversation definitely started with him telling the caller that he was at work at the moment, but sorry, I won't even answer the phone while I'm standing at the customer's table. That doesn't work at all.

I like coming here and usually enjoy a pizza with salad. Nevertheless, everything is recommended. The food is fresh and handmade, which you can observe and, above all, taste. The staff is always friendly, even when things get busy. It always takes a bit of luck to get a seat if you spontaneously decide to eat here. But so far they have always had a free table.

Good pizza, fast and friendly service. The spicy olive oil was great! However, at almost €20 (for an admittedly very large pizza), the price is already at the upper end. This was our second visit here and there will definitely be a third!

Ich hatte einen Tisch für zwei Pers. reseviert und bekamen ein Bistrotisch an einer Ecke. Wir waren im August schon mal zum Essen und haben uns gefreut auf das Risotto ai Funghi, aber diesmal war es eher ein Brei. Warten mussten wir auch beim Bestellen und beim Zahlen, bei mehrmaligen nachfragen. Das Personal war freundlich , aber irgendwie gestresst obwohl das Lokal um 18.00 noch freie Plätze hatte. Diesmal waren wir enttäuscht, ob wir da wieder Essen gehen weiss ich nicht.

We were looking for a place in Lörrach to eat and spontaneously decided to try L’Osteria, and we were quite happy with our choice! The food was really good, especially the aglio olio, arrabiata, and pizza vegetariana. The only dish that didn’t quite hit the mark was the tomato cream soup, which was a bit bland and more like a puree. They seated us quickly, and even though we didn’t have plates or napkins at first, they kindly gave us drinks on the house to make up for it. The servers were super friendly, especially the blonde girl with a braid who took great care of us. Overall, a great experience!

L’Osteria Pizzeria is known for its generous portions and typical Italian atmosphere. What's really great is that you can also order the pizzas half/half. Of particular note is the friendly staff who are always helpful and attentive, making the experience very pleasant. Guests feel well looked after and welcomed. L’Osteria is also a great choice for families with children. The child-friendly atmosphere makes it easy for parents, as the staff caters to the little guests and sometimes fulfills special requests. Children's chairs and little surprises ensure that children feel comfortable and parents can also relax. In addition to the generous and tasty pizzas, the restaurant offers an overall positive, family-friendly experience - ideal for a relaxed restaurant visit.

The place is very stylish, the pizzas are huge and crispy, but the pasta is bad and the portions are small. You can come for pizza.

Enttäuschende Entwicklung - von einer einstmals leckeren Pizzeria zur Enttäuschung Vor zwei Jahren war die Pizzeria noch ein echter Geheimtipp. Die Pizzen waren frisch zubereitet, mit hochwertigem Belag und perfekt gebacken. Leider hat sich die Qualität in den letzten Jahren kontinuierlich verschlechtert. Beim letzten Besuch wurde mir eine verbrannte Pizza serviert, die vom Kellner noch als "besonders lecker" angepriesen wurde. Dazu kam, dass auf der Rechnung zwei Flaschen Wasser mehr aufgeführt waren, als wir tatsächlich bestellt hatten. Insgesamt hat sich die Pizzeria von einem einstmals empfehlenswerten Restaurant zu einer Enttäuschung entwickelt. Es gibt in der Stadt mittlerweile deutlich bessere Alternativen, die ich in Zukunft vorziehen werde. Schade, dass aus der einstmals guten Pizzeria eine Adresse geworden ist, die ich nicht mehr weiterempfehlen kann.

Centrally located - directly opposite the main train station - this restaurant is a popular meeting place. Everything looks well cared for inside and out. The service was attentive and friendly. Dies wollten wir wahrnehmen und bestellten 1 mal Pizza und 1 mal Salat mit je einem Getränk. Als dann die Rechnung kam, kam auch die große Überraschung. Preis 44,95 € !!!!!! Auf unsere Reklamation hin wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass die Mittagskarte nur auf ausdrücklichen Wunsch des Gastes ausgehändigt wird. Und sowieso sind nur spezielle Essen im Angebot. Der Chef zuckte nur genervt die Schultern. Auf dem Werbeschild oder am Tisch steht nichts davon. Solche Praktiken sind uns noch nie passiert. Sehr ärgerlich. Abzocke, man fühlt sich über den Tisch gezogen.

Had dinner there with a friend today. I only knew L'Osteria from Ulm and was totally thrilled there. But now to the review of Lörrach: We had a very nice waitress who assigned us a table straight away. The ordering process was also quick. We had tomato soup and a side salad as a starter. Both taste good. Salad was fresh, NOT “rotten” as I had already read! After a short, reasonable wait, the pizzas arrived. In terms of price, I think these are completely reasonable! If desired, the pizza can also be topped with half and half toppings, which is what I did. The pizzas are really huge and stand way over the edge. But the dough is wonderfully thin, just the way I like it. I would have liked the base to be just a little bit crispier, but that may also be a matter of taste. It was also wonderfully topped! Not too much, not too little, so that you could taste a bit of all the components. All in all, it was a nice visit that will definitely be repeated! I absolutely can't understand the reviews that say the pizzas aren't well topped. We paid by card and if you can read, you can tip in different ways! AT THE VERY BOTTOM IT STATES: NO TIPS. Just open your eyes.

We went to this "Italian" restaurant this evening (15 September 2024) with three people, my little son was also there, we arrived at the entrance and an arrogant little blonde girl came... she told us there was no free place by reservation only (BUT THERE WAS MORE THAN 7 FREE TABLES INSIDE! Little desire! Never again!!! Arrogance first and foremost!

We had made a reservation for today at 6:30 p.m. Since we couldn't make it in time, I canceled my reservation online and wanted to make another reservation so I called the restaurant because it didn't work online. An employee told me on the phone that we could just drop by and not have to make a reservation because there were only two of us. We drove a long way, about 40 minutes. When we arrived, we were told at the entrance that it was not possible to get a table on Sundays without a reservation because the manager decided so and all the employees knew about it, but they didn't was the case. No exception was made, even though it wasn't us who did anything wrong, but the employee on the phone. It's a shame because we were looking forward to the evening because the pizza tastes very good there.

We had 4 different dishes. The gnocchi in wine sauce were extremely sour and not seasoned at all, the large salad was drowned in salad sauce and was just unbearably sour. The vegetable plate was a bit very “crunchy”. All in all just bad food. There was no inquiry as to whether everything was ok, neither during the meal nor when paying. So you are not at all prepared for constructive feedback here or you don't even want it, just cash in and go. Definitely our last visit.

The food was very tasty. Only the starter came at the same time as the main menu. Normally not a problem but we couldn't turn it off... When it comes to drinks, especially Cola and Cola Zero, there is hardly any gas...then it just tastes stale. We then got new ones...there was a little more blub in them.

Just one waiter is not good. As an example, there were four of us. The first person orders his drink and the waiter leaves. We then called him and said that the other three would like something too. L'Osteria is L'Osteria... The pizzas are big, crispy and delicious. The waitress brought our dogs a bowl of water straight away. Everything was fine.

On 17.07 We went to the restaurant outside area with 5 people, but the table setting was for 4 people , as we asked the waiter to give us a further table and chair , the waiter outside rejected to give us a further table and chair, telling the reason is , that it is the restaurant law that no furniture wil be moved or replaced !!! After asking what to do now as we are 5 ? He suggested to seat inside not what we want to seat outside!!! So we went to other restaurant and enjoyed our dinner somewhere else ! That is so shocking how the personal of this restaurant sabotaging its own business! We will never go there ....also my relatives will not go there anymore...

Das Essen war okay, vermutlich nicht mehr zu erwarten. Der Service unter aller Kanone. Ein Geschenkgutschein, obwohl vor nicht zu langer Zeit gekauft (halbes Jahr her) wurde mit obskurer Begründung nicht angenommen. Das ist schlichtweg Betrug!!! Zum Glück sind wir kein rechtsfreier Raum auch wenn es dieser Laden meint. Das Geld geben wir nicht verloren. Ich kann jedoch nur davor warnen, hier Geld in Form von Gutscheinen zu lassen. Betrügerische Absicht steht wohl dahinter. Zum Glück gibt es in LÖ Italiener, die es mit dem Essen und dem Service Ernst meinen. Wir setzen hier sicher keinen Fuss mehr in die Tür.

Draussen im Sonnenschein Platz eingenommen. Einen Impanema genossen. Zwei kleine Insalate mista und eine Pizza gamberetti zum teilen bestellt. Speise und Service alles tiptop. Preis-Leistung traumhaft.
