The pizza here is super tasty, but the portions of the pasta dishes are very manageable. We were there on the weekend evening, which is not recommended, very crowded and very loud. You wait forever for your food and something is often missing from your order.

It was very crowded, service was really not good, you had to ask for cutlery, and no further requests for drinks were asked. Food and soda again great, usual losteria quality

We have been here repeatedly over several years. The quality of the food was mostly good but has declined significantly, and the service also leaves a lot to be desired. Sometimes the food comes quickly, sometimes we have to wait forever. 2-3 times for over an hour - and once even two hours. It is incomprehensible that we have not been able to get this problem under control for years and that it keeps happening again and again. We're not coming anymore!

Ordered salad and pizza yesterday and picked it up. Salad rotten and without beef. Called and went back and exchanged it. No dressing in the salad this time. Last time I ordered something there. Doesn't work at all. If you have no idea about gastronomy, leave it...

If you go there to eat pizza, don't do it! The pizza was the worst pizza I've eaten in a long time, it was hard, tasted burnt in places and was as thin as paper, not even the taste could save it, I don't recommend it at all❕ In addition, the pizzas were not cut and no tools were provided :( The parking lot was great, is a quiet place where you can eat nice outside and inside.

Unfortunately, this was only my second visit to l'osteria, but because of the repeatedly poor service, it was definitely my last visit. We (2 people) arrived spontaneously yesterday around the afternoon and were shown to a table outside upon request (warning: very loud, as all the parents apparently thought it was a supervised daycare center for their children and no one had any control over their offspring) and ordered two drinks (aperitifs) and two pizzas from a young lady. After 15 minutes, all the drinks were brought to all the tables around us, which were gradually occupied (for some, sometimes 3-4 minutes after ordering) but we waited in vain for ours. There were three service staff walking around us, but no one (not even the lady who took our order) felt responsible for us. When after 20 minutes all the other tables were brought their food and we were still waiting in vain for our drinks, I finally managed to draw the attention of a young man to us and asked him politely whether they had perhaps forgotten our drinks and whether he because please could ask. He replied with 'I'll check', walked away from the table and continued to serve other/new guests. We couldn't even see him actually bothering to ask where our order was. When after another 5 minutes (we had been waiting at this point for 25 minutes) we were still ignored by all the service staff and not served, the feeling of being a second class citizen and not being welcome became too strong, so we got up and left without a word. When I went out, I pointed out the stupid situation to the person at the entrance who had assigned us the table, with the understanding that I (as a person who comes from the catering industry myself) understand that sometimes it can be stressful, but please No guests were supposed to be ignored, whereupon the only answer was 'then you could have said yes'. no 'that went badly', no 'we're sorry', no 'how can we make it right?' Instead, it only confirmed the feeling that we would be very happy that we would finally get out of the field. thanks for nothing l'osteria.

We always enjoy visiting L’Osteria in Langenfeld. The atmosphere is nice and the large pizzas are unique. The service depends very much on the time of day and the individual person, but is generally okay. There is a great outdoor playground for the children so that parents can eat in peace. In general, you should avoid peak times on weekends and evenings, because then the restaurant often becomes very crowded, cramped and noisy, making it difficult to have a conversation. In this case, the service also suffers greatly.

The pizzeria has declined a lot. The prices have risen and the quality is no longer what it used to be. I ordered a Quattro Formaggi pizza and instead had a Margherita with some Gorgonzola hidden somewhere on it, on the back full of ashes. Too bad...

Everything seems extremely disorganized. It's not full, but we've been waiting for food for over an hour. I probably won't come back again.

Absolute disappointment. The staff is absolutely overwhelmed by the volume of work on a Saturday evening. There is a lack of any honest communication with the guests. “The food is coming straight away” is simply heard in the dark. We were told when we started it would take about 30 minutes. After an hour and 15 minutes, the waitress told us that our food wouldn't be served until the next round and then had to get permission from the manager to cancel the dish. In the end we were allowed to pay for our lukewarm cola and apple spritzer after 1.5 hours for a mere €10. The stroppy branch manager honestly didn't seem to care at all whether the guests were happy. Personnel changes would definitely make sense in the restaurant. I've never experienced a L'Osteria so bad

Unfortunately I can only agree with the criticism about the toppings on the pizza. I had a pizza with chanterelles, Mascapone sour cream, onions and bacon...any tarte flambée does better. Unfortunately, the size of the pizza is not important, but rather the taste. We'd rather eat pizza somewhere else

There were 9 of us at L'Osteria on Sunday. They responded wonderfully to our request for space and the service was really nice. The pizzas and pasta were delicious. However, we were very disappointed with dessert. We got something completely different than what was shown in the advertising (see picture). Instead of real strawberries there was only sauce. My husband's tartufo was also more of an expensive chocolate ice cream. We wouldn't order dessert from L'osteria again. It was also a shame that there was no response to my email.

All I can say is delicious, nice, great. Stay like that.

Clean, decent dishes. Pizzas are very good. It's a shame every time you order and have to specify a time, you still have to wait for pickup. Espresso on the house is all well and good, but sometimes it would just be nice to be able to pick up the pizza at the agreed time. Coming 10 minutes later didn't help either :) maybe just bad luck.

Went there today with 8 people, the food was miserable, fillet strips were tough and old, the cheese for the pasta came 10 later, there was nothing in the garlic oil other than oil, we were there for the last time

After my last visit 5 years ago, I spontaneously wanted to take 3 pizzas with me and then I thought, why not stop by L'Osteria spontaneously (which I would rather not have done, but I didn't know that it would be a waste of time). After standing at the entrance for 15 minutes for a service employee to tell me "please go to the counter and order there", I was finally able to place my order. Twice pizza salami, once pizza ham, that was all. I was then told “It may take a while”. What do you naturally ask as a normal guest? Right, roughly how long does it take? The answer I got was “45 minutes to an hour”. I would have understood it if the store had been packed, which unfortunately it was far from being. So be smart, order in advance or be there on site.

Positive: Service is friendly and the outdoor area is cozy. Negative: The food is served rather lukewarm and a pizza is not even close to being completely full. The pizza is large, but due to the extremely thin dough and the lack of toppings, it was no better than the 0815 delivery service. And the size doesn't matter if the cheese ends 5cm from the edge. The in-house lemonade is flavored water and definitely doesn't deserve the name “lemonade”.

The tastiest pizza in Langenfeld. For younger visitors there is a playground and a play area where children can knead dough. One star deduction because the sun is extremely annoying at many tables

Since we were frequent guests and were otherwise very satisfied with the quality of the food, we had a not very pleasant situation today when picking up our online order. Since my little son and I were told when we picked it up that completion would be delayed by about a few minutes, we stood to the side and waited. Shortly afterwards another guest arrived and was told the same thing, but was also offered a drink. The guest ordered a drink on the house! So the question arises - why weren't we offered the same service for the waiting time??? Unfortunately, it is not clear what parameters were used here, but it is disappointing that not all guests were offered the same service.

A very good restaurant. Prices are not that expensive. The pizzas all taste great. I've probably tried 7 different ones and they're all great. Pasta dishes are also super tasty. Will definitely go here more often. You can also order meals to pick up yourself. The best pizzas are there 100% Always very happy

The store is not worth the time I devote to writing the review. Ordered salad. Went to the toilet to wash my hands. There noticed that there is no water. Of course only after you have used the soap. Of course there was no bread with the salad. By the time it arrived there was no more salad and after 15 minutes of looking for the waiter we went to the bar to pay. Of course that didn't work either, because you can only pay to the waiter. Of course you had to look for him. The staff was friendly and is partly to blame. As a shift manager or local manager, you should ensure that there is a sufficient and reasonable allocation of staff during peak hours. It was definitely my last visit.

Food good as in any other L’Osteria Filliale. Unfortunately, service always took a while, and the pizza half and half had some additional items such as tuna added to it, which I found strange because it wasn't charged elsewhere. Overall, it's recommended and we'd be happy to come back.

Food was ok Service was extremely bad, you had to go to the front several times and ask. Wait 45 minutes for the starter. You had to clear the table yourself or get salt and pepper. Other tables that came after us had their food before we had our starter. Before anyone asks, it was a Friday at 4 p.m. and about half full.

Unfortunately, one of our meals (4 people) was forgotten and brought much too late. This has happened for the second time. I also didn't get a drink that I ordered. The food itself was good, but the salad was relatively expensive compared to its size.

Highly recommended. The food tastes excellent and there is something for everyone. Changes to the dishes on the menu are warmly accepted and changed by the service. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The sweet desserts are particularly recommended

We ate there for the second time today. The food was again super tasty. The waiter who served our table was called Armin. I admire people like these who are super friendly, nice and accommodating despite having a lot of customers. We were definitely not there for the last time.

A spacious location, located in the middle of the industrial area. There are enough parking spaces available. Very fond of children. There is a dough corner, children's pizza in the optimal size and a playground outside for the children. The pizzas are very large but you can have them half/half topped. And the rest still tastes good the next day

Abendessen mit Kunden. Unsere Servicekraft Kian war super aufmerksam und hat uns vorneweg und beim Dessert gut beraten ("Meine Empfehlung", "Gute Wahl"…). Ansonsten - wie üblich bei L'Osteria - Laut halt.

I always have the impression that when it's very full, the love for the food and the guest is put aside, and that's not an isolated case, yesterday for example. the 2 tables that came after us were served first (we have a 6 year old with us) Gnocci WITHOUT EVERYTHING ordered for the daughter, what's coming? Gnocci drowned in sauce...it's hard to understand without everything... Spaghetti Bolognese was better, why are the spaghetti square and rubbery? It was positive that children's cutlery was also served. It can and we know it better!
