I ordered a pizza with crabs, 14.95 euros. Wasn't satisfied No taste My wife had a pasta dish and she was satisfied. I won't eat there again

This time we had dinner with 8 people and were able to get a reserved table by chance. Because he only had the reservation 2 hours late. Thanks for the flexibility. The food was very tasty and the service was very nice. Unfortunately, a few little things were missing, such as sugar and pastries with the cappuccino, or taking empty glasses with you when serving new drinks. It's really nice that large pizzas are served here, but why aren't the plates big enough? I'm not a fan of my food hanging on a table whose cleanliness I don't know. So there is still room for improvement 😉 Toilet was clean and tidy.

Essenbestellung kam nach 40 Minuten nachdem wir erinnert hatten, dass wir bestellt hatten. Licht wurde um 23 Uhr = 1 Stunde vor Schluss ausgeschaltet. Wir saßen draußen im Dunkeln. Teelichter wurden ebenfalls eingesammelt. Stühle lautstark zusammengeschoben. Bedienung war nicht besonderes serviceorientiert. Pizza war lauwarm. Deutlicher kann man den Kunden nicht zeigen, was man von ihnen hält nämlich gar nix. Einen zweiten Besuch wird es nicht geben. Hier geht der Daumen definitiv nicht nach oben.

Delicious, crunchy pizzas! For those of us who eat less: You can share a pizza and have it topped as you wish. If it gets too cold outside, you will be given a blanket for the duration of your stay. There are also seats in the restaurant. It's nice that the kitchen is visible and you can watch how the food is prepared. The waitresses are super friendly & quick! I had dinner at Losteria with my family today and I was thrilled. The service is great and totally friendly. The friendly reception made you feel welcome and in good hands. Food and drinks arrived at the table quickly, which surprised me very positively. Hard to beat in terms of taste, both pasta and the special pizza. And a delicious dessert couldn't be missed either. If you as a customer don't want to be noticed, if you feel like waiting forever for your food, if you want to eat for two and get your food 20 minutes later - then this is the restaurant of your choice

Very tasty pizza and various pastas. Delicious beer. Caesar Salad There is nothing authentic about a real Caesar. As for the service, this is a separate problem in Germany. You can sit for half an hour and not a single waiter will respond to you. You can contact them and hear a minute, but a minute can be up to 30 minutes.

Food top. Ambience also great. But the service is once again truly unbelievable. The restaurant was very empty. There were around 6 tables occupied both inside and outside. We were in the restaurant at lunchtime. It took 20 minutes before we were allowed to order. The drinks came quite quickly. The pizza took a whole 48 minutes. After dinner we would have liked to have something to drink. But no one came. To get the bill we had to go to the bar and ask for it. Another 25 minutes later we spoke to a waiter. After 5 minutes the bill finally came. That's not fun. Especially not at these prices.

I've never heard or seen that you can't move tables outside on the terrace because they belong to the city. I've been working in the catering industry for 23 years and have even worked in Hagen in the city as well as from osteria and as I said, I've never heard of anything like that, it's a shame that you should sit inside in the summer because there is no possibility for 6 people to sit outside because you are not allowed to push the tables together 🤣🤣🤣🤣

I have enjoyed eating here many times and have always been satisfied. Today I would have easily overlooked the fact that the pizza base was a bit burnt had it not been for a very unpleasant moment with a waitress (or whatever role the gentleman has). We had a dog with us who REALLY only barked a few times and not loudly. Suddenly the gentleman stood at our table and wanted us to take our food and go outside to continue eating there. There wasn't even a polite request in advance whether we could pay a little more attention to ensure that the dog didn't bark. We didn't treat ourselves to a dessert like we normally did and the tip was wasted after this cheek. Would you ask a family with crying children to take their food and eat outside?! We will certainly never come back - it's a shame!

Went out on the terrace with friends today on Saturday and patiently waited 15 minutes for a waiter. When no one came, I politely asked inside to send a waiter out (the guy with the pigtail). She also came out but completely ignored us and served customers who came after us. So after 25 we got up and left

It is a franchise and accordingly the offer is of the same – high – standard everywhere in Germany. The cocktails are also of a good standard. Definitely one of the better places in Hagen city center if you want to eat and drink casually in a small to medium-sized group. The service is mostly good.

Ate on site, pizza really tasty with a really thin base, staff friendly, open kitchen, visually appealing bar. Still a train station atmosphere with the appropriate volume.

Very tasty food, but order a pizza and not tortelloni. I ordered the Tortelloni Prosciutto e Panna and only had 12 tortelloni on the plate in total. You can imagine that after 2 minutes I was already finished eating. Pretty expensive for €14.

I celebrated my 50th birthday there last Sunday and of course reserved a table for 15 people in advance. When we showed up on time for the agreed appointment, we were taken upstairs, where they obviously cater for larger groups of people. Unfortunately nothing was prepared at all, there were televisions on our tables, for which we immediately apologized! Overall, the service and of course the food made up for it. Unfortunately, I find it rather uncomfortable and not particularly inviting upstairs, restless when other groups are there, like Sunday evening, and somehow cut off. Nevertheless, thank you very much for your efforts and your contribution to a successful birthday evening!

Unbelievable - not a good host role After entering the restaurant, my friend and I were offered two tables, which were either very close between other tables or completely apart! When we stopped at a table of our choice, the waiter simply replied that this was a table for four and we couldn't sit here! When we looked around and saw other tables of four with only two people sitting at them, we confronted the waiter and politely asked why our request wasn't being granted! After all, there are only two people sitting at the other four tables. He then replied that they were still expecting visitors, which wasn't true because it was only set up for two people and the food came a short time later! So what is this misleading? Was it because we didn't follow his table assignment? Is this really the idea of ​​hospitality and service orientation? We really felt very uncomfortable and treated unfairly and I find it unbelievable how unreasonable the waiter was. I would like to be welcomed as a guest and not be confronted with an unpleasant discussion.

Update: Was there for the last time yesterday. My husband ordered Pizza Forza without spinach and I ordered Pizza Vegetariana vegan. My husband got his pizza without vegan chicken breast and I got my pizza with regular cheese. We complained to the really nice waitress and she took the pizzas away. We then learned that there was no vegan chicken breast left and that my cheese was definitely vegan. I said no. I have been vegan for 14 years. We were then brought pizza again. This time mine was with vegan cheese and my husband's was full of spinach, which he didn't want. And last but not least, my husband had to pay full price for the pizza without chicken breast. This is almost cheating. We'll definitely never come back again. At some point it's enough. But the service was great and we still got a tip. We've eaten there about 7 times now. We had already gotten used to the fact that you have to stand around stupidly for quite a long time until you are noticed despite having made a reservation, because the staff is always super friendly and there is always a lot to do. The tables, which were far too small, became a problem at my cousin's birthday (with a stroller, 8 people, upstairs, no elevator). We were allowed to move to a large table, but had to promise not to stay long or to move back to the small table after eating. One time there was no vegan cheese and we had to eat the pizzas without cheese. In retrospect, the last visit annoyed us the most. There were four of us and we said from the start that we had 4 voucher cards. That wouldn't be a problem, they said. When paying, there were two aha moments, a bill that was way too high and the fact that only one voucher card could be redeemed per visit. We then had the very friendly waiter itemize the bill for us again. Lo and behold, there were 2 dishes from the neighboring table and the bill shrank by 26 euros. To the voucher cards. These are not combined with a discount that would justify redeeming only one voucher card per visit. Rather, these voucher cards are equivalent to cash. So several (in our case 4) amounts of money have already been collected without any consideration. We wanted to demand this in return on our last visit and it was not possible. I hope that a solution can be found in the future. Otherwise we would get vouchers from other restaurants in the future. But we actually like coming to L'Osteria. Unfortunately I have to deduct 2 stars.

If you want to eat delicious food in a clean environment in Hagen, L'Osteria is the right address. You can't go wrong here. The operations manager Ahmet takes care of the guests personally – really great!
