Well first of all I don't understand why the pizza isn't cut. I don't usually know anything different then I don't understand why the tables are so small. Even though there were four of us, they gave us a small table even though we said we didn't want to sit there. It was really tight and you had to be careful all the time that something didn't fall down. Then I saw that there were a lot of tables upstairs that were completely empty. I just don't understand why they don't free up upstairs or get bigger tables, to be honest Now let's get to the food. We had pizza and pasta. The pizza was so-so and it made me extremely upset that it wasn't cut. Somehow it triggered me extremely. It was just extremely tiring to cut it myself because of the small table. I mean, I go to a restaurant so I don't have to make any effort, right? Or that's wrong LOL The service was nice, but somehow stressful, which I can completely understand. I also worked in the restaurant industry I would definitely eat there again because we really enjoyed the noodles. That's why I give them a 7/10

The pasta and risotto were okay, but not particularly special; the pizzas seemed a bit better. Service was friendly, but at times inattentive and slow, and there was a long wait for new drinks. According to Keller, "a little" of the half portion of risotto we wanted to take home fell off while being transferred. They apologized, but when we got home, we realized that there was exactly one spoonful left in the large container (see photo). The ambiance is quite nice, but it's simply too loud for a quiet conversation. The price-performance ratio is borderline poor for the quality offered; we won't be coming back.

There were four of us there yesterday and we all had to eat a cold pizza. The pizzas were tasty, but cold. The waiter walks around the kitchen and simply puts Parma on the pizzas with his bare hands, where can you get something like that? There was chaos there. Praise to the pizza masters for the delicious preparation. The service is either understaffed or too slow.

This was by far the most disgusting pizza I've ever eaten. Cold, soggy. The box was already broken. The pizza arrived way too late. And all that for such a high price. Not worth it...

We ate there with our children today and were anything but satisfied. We were told to wait for a table at the bar and were then seated at a small table. There was still a lot of space upstairs, we could have sat comfortably there. We were not offered a children's menu. We had to reorder the robber plate for our small child twice. It took forever until we were served. When we had finished eating, we wanted to have the rest packed up. The pizza was simply folded up and wrapped in a placemat. We definitely won't eat there again. Didn't feel welcome.

You had to wait more than 30 minutes to place an order

I was there for the first time. I'm totally amazed. I haven't seen such nice employees in a long time. If you don't feel comfortable here, you should eat at home. It was such a wonderful experience.

Overall it was a pleasant experience. The food was warm and really tasty, which met my expectations. The service was great as always; the staff were friendly and attentive. What is particularly positive is that my special requests were taken into account and the order was served quickly. Unfortunately, there was a shadow on the overall impression: the ambience was noticeably disturbed by the unfriendly tone of one of the employees (who, according to Google, is supposed to be the operations manager). It was unfortunate to see how the service staff were complained about, which led to an unpleasant atmosphere - for both customers and employees. I hope this issue will be addressed in the future.

The pizza was delicious, what's special is the option to order a pizza with 2 halves with different toppings. The space is very tight, a small round bistro table for 3 people with oversized pizzas means that you can eat comfortably rather than relaxed.

It was my first time visiting this place, but the experience exceeded all my expectations. The pizza, especially for such a low price, was huge and incredibly delicious—it was truly unexpected. I'm not a big fan of pizza and didn’t expect anything special, but this was really good. The staff was very polite and friendly, and they processed my order without any issues. Plus, the food was prepared very quickly and with great quality. The atmosphere of the place was pleasant, and despite the large number of people, it still felt quite comfortable. I will definitely come back to try other dishes. The food is genuinely tasty. I really enjoyed the BBQ chicken pizza—it's rare to see it on the menu, and even rarer to find a good one. Overall, I highly recommend this place. The prices are low, and it's a great spot to have a satisfying lunch or a delicious dinner.

Unfortunately it was very cold and fast when we were there. The service tried hard, but unfortunately there was no solution, so we decided not to have dessert and stay longer.

We celebrated my wife's birthday at L'Osteria Hagen and were completely satisfied. The friendly welcome and competent service made the evening particularly pleasant. Our two small salads and the impressively large pizzas (approx. 50 cm in diameter) were served quickly and tasted excellent - thin base, rich toppings and perfectly baked. With fresh white bread with the salad and refreshing Cola Zero, the price-performance ratio was unbeatable at around €48. We'd love to come back! Many thanks to the l'Osteria team❣️

Very friendly staff and the pizzas have a diameter of 45 cm. We had a burnt pizza and got a new one as compensation. In my opinion the music was too loud but to each his own. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately I can no longer recommend this restaurant! Despite having a reservation for 6 people, we didn't get a table and when we entered the restaurant they didn't check our reservation, they just looked at us and thought about where we could be accommodated. I wonder what you reserve for if it doesn't work out. I have to say it was a complete disaster - the shift manager or whoever he was stood at the counter with his arms crossed and a grin on his face without a care in the world. The service person then wanted to seat us at two tables, which was not possible with 6 people because there was not enough space to accommodate 6 pizzas. After a long back and forth, we left the restaurant and went somewhere else, where we got a table without a reservation.

We met here for our birthday. The evening couldn't have been nicer for all of us. Everything went perfectly. We were served super friendly and great. Despite rush hour on the weekend, special requests for dishes were completely fulfilled and not forgotten. Many thanks to the entire team!

I was in this branch today. I ordered my takeaway and waited. When I saw that part of my order was ready, I went to the "kitchen" where the finished bag was and waited for the second dish. The second dish was ready quickly, but it wasn't given to me, even though I was standing 50cm away from it, but was put in a drawer. The man then immediately went smoking for 10-15 minutes. When he came back, I asked about the food, but was waved off because they weren't responsible. When I went to the counter to ask when my food would be ready, I got it from the drawer. Why do you give me the food you paid for when I'm standing next to it? But leave it in the drawer for 20 minutes? Or at least ask if I'm waiting for food. I was the only one who waited. I won't go to L'Osteria in Hagen again. Hopefully management will read it and take action; a conversation with the employee would be advisable.

The pizzas are huge, as you would expect from L'Osteria. You can also have these documented as you wish. The staff are friendly and the prices are okay. Unfortunately, despite the low number of guests, we had to wait quite a long time for our pizzas. Any leftover pizza slices will be happily wrapped up.

I was at L’Osteria yesterday. The store was very busy and the atmosphere was very nice. The food was great and the staff served me great too. The young man who greeted us at the door was very friendly and we really liked his relaxed manner. Big compliments to the kitchen and especially to the staff who handled it very calmly despite the shop being full!

L'Osteria is one of the most beautiful L'Osterias. I've been to a lot of them. The staff here is always extremely friendly and accommodating. You always get a free place. I always enjoy being at L'Osteria, but I particularly enjoy being at your place in Hagen. From the food to the service, everything is always top. Today Dominik once again fulfilled all of our wishes and served us very well. Even without a reservation, we were never turned away and always got a seat despite the restaurant being full. The food today was, as always, top! The service, as always, was super nice, it was pretty busy today, but everyone was friendly and made a big effort. If something doesn't work 100% or takes a little longer, I don't really think it's a big deal, I'm not in the canteen and have to be fed in 30 minutes, right?? To all guests: please, it's very easy to say, get more staff, but where will they get them from? Apply, the entire catering industry is desperately looking for good staff.

Overall, the food is tasty but not outstanding either. The service and the ambience are okay. In terms of hygiene, some aspects could be given a little more attention. Gloves were worn in the kitchen (not changed), but they were also used to eat and the food was pushed into the mouth. The food was then handled with the same gloves. Some service staff also constantly wear the same disposable gloves, some of which are visibly dirty, without changing them. For example, the gloves will continue to be worn if food/waste is thrown/squeezed into the trash and the gloves have become contaminated as a result. On the one hand it is disgusting but also fundamentally not hygienically correct.

Unfortunately there was no more pasta at 10:45 p.m. even though we had called and asked beforehand when we arrived they said we had... I ordered a rocket pizza... the pizza is overrated, there is no appearance at all It tasted good and was dry, even the garlic oil that I had put separately in a bowl didn't taste like garlic at all because the oil was very, very light, I assume it was simply sunflower oil or rapeseed oil but it was definitely not olive oil... The starter was a beef carpaccio which was ok and could be improved.. first time there and I won't go there a second time..
