I visited the restaurant twice on my Frankfurt trip. The first time I was pleasantly surprised and satisfied. The food arrived quickly and tasted great, and the service that day was excellent. However, I was disappointed on the second visit. The waiters sometimes forgot our orders several times or prepared them incorrectly. In addition, the bread with the pasta was not crispy and not that appetizing.

It took a little longer, but we received an apology and a delicious dessert! Good food and good location!

Great italian food, great staff

Perfectly happy 🥰 Super nicely decorated, with beautiful lights and a calming look. The food was also great, I can only recommend it, especially the pizzas! 🍕 The waitresses were all really friendly and offered to bring a new pizza if the pizza was a little darker. I would always like to repeat the experience ❣️

The Osteria in Hanau has only been in operation for a few months. The food tastes very good and the quality of the other Osteria branches has now been reached. Service is friendly and quick.

What an absolute gem. Came for a business meeting.. the food was excellent, great atmosphere, and our service was fantastic, and perhaps most important when judging a restaurant... their bathroom was immaculate. Certainly a place I will be frequenting.

Food was almost great. But the tortellini was hard as a rock.

Food was very tasty and the service was very nice and friendly. There was a bit of a long wait but it was manageable.

It's been my favorite place for a late night pizza. Lovely decorations, friendly staff, delicious food with fair price.

The two of us ate there yesterday (Tuesday), the decor is great. There were enough seats in the evening, the staff was very nice, the music was perhaps a bit too loud for conversations. We only managed half the pizza each, we wanted to have the rest packed (as usual in this chain). Unfortunately, when we paid we couldn't be told what happened to the pizzas; they were probably thrown away, which was annoying given the high prices.

I had to dine at l’osteria last night. The pizza is overrated and can’t be call as such. The dough was ok-ish but the worst was the quality of the ingredients. Mozzarella and tomato sauce pretty cheap for the margherita while the price was for a gourmet pizza. The environment is better than food. I would come back for a drink as water costs as an aperol.

We were here at 10:30 p.m. Not much going on. It took forever until we got our drinks. The pizzas are large but very thin. The taste was okay but the toppings were really poor. NDUJA pizza with Ricola. There were 6 sheets of Ricola on it. Not again.

Pizza was very oily. At first we got the wrong pizza because the service simply wasn't paying attention, even though there was so little going on. But the right one came very quickly. Price performance wasn't really worth it.

Food is absolutely brilliant. Friendly staff. Great drinks. Later edit : only one out of 6-7 visits was great, the rest were average

We had just arrived in Frankfurt and were looking for a simple late lunch near our hotel. This restaurant was very impressive, with rather elegant decor. I had a great glass of red wine, and my husband and I shared a pizza Margherita. It was a good thing we saw other tables receiving pizzas, because they are very large, so we knew to split it! The crust is quite thin, so some very hungry people may be able to eat one by themselves. The pizza was excellent, similar to those we had in Rome.

On Birthday, They brought surprise to us. Thank you!

The spaghetti was a little soft, but the lasagna was delicious. The food was served quickly, which was helpful as I was in a hurry. There was also Italian on the menu. The service was very good.

Our favorite L'Osteria so far! The food is fresh, the pizza is wonderfully crispy and can be eaten without cutlery. In contrast to other branches, the lettuce on Caesar Pizza is always without brown spots. Great service with friendly staff.

Delicious food and friendly service.

You can't get seats without a reservation, even though there are at least 50 empty seats behind the bar!! Is this supposed to be a bad joke?? My pregnant wife and I were told to sit at the bar and wait. Never again !!

Was extremely slow service I wouldn’t recommend going at all was highly disappointed even with food.. service was good just so slow due to kitchen being slow.

Shortly after I finished my meal (tortellini al forno) I suddenly got a stomach ache. These got worse that night and continued for a whole week. I could hardly eat anything during this time. I don't know what I got myself into...but the service was great

After a great evening, with delicious food, the night was spoilt! Sitting at the bar, drinking and chatting with Aiden(barman) it was to E for the bill. Keeping in mind it’s Sunday and it’s not busy. I say loudly good bye, implying I need my bill. Aiden comes over and says good bye and gets the bill ready. A short guys rushes to the bar, ordering aiden to work & me to stop talking to the barman. At this point I tell the little guy that I am wanting my bill and would like to chat to the manager. He informs me he is the manager. If this is the case, better come eat here now, they will be closed soon. With a terrible attitude towards staff and clients, and zero people skills, this place might need another manager… I thought the barman should talk to people at the bar?

Unfortunately, I regret not being able to give good feedback about the food. The price-performance ratio does not correspond at all to the dish received. For €13 you can get unsalted pasta with oil. I wish I could criticize the taste, but it wasn't there until you added 10 tablespoons of parmesan. I never write reviews and I almost never throw away food. A real shame.

Terrible Service, I ordered a pizza for takeaway at the bar, waitress told be it will be ready in 10 minutes. After 30 minutes I went to ask straight at the kithchen, they had no idea about my Margeritta. Not even an apology from the staff

Ordering took a long time despite the restaurant being empty. Food was ok.

Traditional Italian cuisine in a very modern place, with friendly and professional service and a very pleasant atmosphere. The ordered pizzas were tasty and really very large (a lot protruding beyond the outline of the plate). The restaurant also has an extensive bar, so you can also eat well here. and drink beer, wine or something stronger...

Very beautiful and pleasant atmosphere, efficient service, delicious, thin and tasty 45 cm pizzas :D very good pasta too! Excellent value for money! Brazilian music from time to time sets a good tone.

We are just disappointed: Yesterday on site, my daughter's birthday, this was also announced in advance because the reservation asked for it. We were initially ignored for a while. When we asked for a new table, ours was very drafty, we received the last and most uncomfortable table of all. Ok, whatever...unfortunately we continued to be ignored. We asked to place the order a total of 4 times. After my drink came, I was surprised that my glass seemed to be leaking. It was broken underneath, after I was finally able to complain about this, we were finally ignored, I got a new glass. No sorry, no smile, just nothing. The lake was carelessly wiped off the table. The food was ok. the noodles delicious. After we asked for dessert 3 times, it finally came. The sugar in the espresso came when it was cold. Doesn't matter. What really annoyed me was that they didn't even have a friendly, free word for the birthday child. I know we're in Germany and there's no scoop of ice cream on the house, but a happy birthday is free and makes such a difference and doesn't hurt anyone hurt (I mentioned twice that we were celebrating a birthday, hoping for better service). Unfortunately the staff didn't seem to like working there, with one or two exceptions they were all grumpy. That's really a pity !!! Absolute service desert, other L`osterias can do that much better!!! ATTENTION NOW COMES THE BANGLLLLLLLLEEEEEERRRRR and no, something like that shouldn't happen. I read the response to my review and was actually happy. It was a friendly and, it seemed to me, serious answer, asking me to contact you directly again. Unfortunately NOBODY answers!!!!! In good GERMAN they just really don't care!!!! So, such a shame! I do NOT understand customer service like this

All in all good pizza for Germany, a little long in preparing the cocktails but they are good

We were here after work with a few colleagues. It took a very long time and we had to notify twice before we could order. The service staff was a bit stressed but still super friendly. At some point a cola was brought. We ordered two in total. The pizza arrived many minutes later and we still didn't have all the drinks. The pizza was huge and stuck out over the edge of the plate, making it impossible to cut. In addition, the pizza was not hot and was cold within a few minutes. The first piece could be eaten lukewarm and the rest only cold. It was a nice warm evening and we wanted to sit outside. There were a few spaces set up on the parking strip on the side street. The chairs were so close to the tables with the curb behind them that it was extremely squashed and no longer comfortable. That was my first and last visit here.

We had very friendly and attentive service with Lisanne. The food was absolutely delicious and large portions. Very nice restaurant.

Mohammed is a very attentive waiter and very accommodating. My stay at l’osteria was very pleasant.

The food was delicious, we had a very fresh salad and a pizza because it was so big, we shared it yummy. That's why the prices are justified, very tasty. But unfortunately the service was miserable. The waitress with her long black braid kept us waiting for a long time and was very unfriendly and stressed. If she can't get along with our wishes, then unfortunately she's doing the wrong job. But everything else was great

Decent Italian food for an above average price. Expect the wait staff to be slower than average and not be able to hear you over the Music. With the music blaring shouting to your server and not being able to understand what they say back is the norm. If you are hard pressed for food, the beat bet is to order you pie to go and head across the street to the local oub to eat in peace witb a cold pint.

Even one star is too much. We had something to eat with the family and even had to wait about 20 minutes before we could order something. We had the little one with us and even his pizza came later Italian

Always worth a visit, but they wanted to sell us two completely burnt pizzas, even though the staff had hesitated to give them away! Pretty disappointing, won't be coming back!

This is a very cozy Pizza Place, with some great healthy options too. It is a chain but this is my favorite outlet because of the great service! We love Ayse and Natalia who are great servers.
